A label capable of being engraved by laser comprises an engraving layer (10), a carrier layer (20), an anti-counterfeiting glue layer (30) and a release layer (40) which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence, it is characterized in that the engraving layer (10) is connected with the carrier layer (20) through a chemical bond, the carrier layer (20) is connected with the anti-counterfeiting glue layer (30) through a chemical bond, the anti-counterfeiting glue layer (30) is connected with the release layer (40) through a chemical bond, the engraving layer (10) is used for displaying variable information under the action of a laser marking machine, and sculpture layer (10) include from last protective layer (11), customization information layer (12) and contrast layer (13) that set gradually down, link to each other through the chemical bond between protective layer (11) and the customization information layer (12), link to each other through the chemical bond between customization information layer (12) and the contrast layer (13), link to each other through the chemical bond between contrast layer (13) and carrier layer (20).

The laser engravable label according to claim 1, wherein the carrier layer (20) is a brittle resin film and the carrier layer (20) is used for preventing forgery by breaking the film when the label is attached to an object, the thickness of the carrier layer (20) is 30-100 μm, the color of the carrier layer (20) is black, white or silver, the shrinkage of the carrier layer (20) is 0.05-0.5%, the tensile strength of the carrier layer (20) is 10-70MPa, and the elongation at break of the carrier layer (20) is 2-20%.

The laser engravable label according to claim 1, wherein the anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer (30) is a special pressure sensitive adhesive layer containing substances capable of migrating into an adherend to play a role in anti-counterfeiting even if the label is torn off, the coating thickness of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer (30) is 5-60 μm, the anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer (30) is water-based or oil-soluble PSA, the 24h peel force of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer (30) is 5-40N/25mm, and the formula of the anti-counterfeiting adhesive layer (30) is as follows: 10-50 parts of ethyl acetate, 5-30 parts of toluene, 0.01-0.2 part of fluorescent powder, 0.01-0.2 part of plasticizer and 0.1-1 part of curing agent are added into 100 parts of acrylic resin.

The label of claim 1, wherein the release layer (40) is used for protecting the anti-counterfeit adhesive layer (30) and preventing adhesion, the thickness of the release layer (40) is 30-200 μm, the release force of the release layer (40) is 2-50g, the release layer (40) is release paper or release film, the release paper is single-plastic single-silicon release paper, double-plastic single-silicon release paper or double-plastic double-silicon release paper, the color of the release paper comprises white or yellow, and the release film is single-silicon release film, double-silicon release film or grid release film.

A laser-engraveable label according to claim 1, characterized in that the colour of the contrast layer (13) is different from the colour of the carrier layer (20), the contrast layer (13) being capable of clearly displaying variable information content under the action of a laser marking machine, the thickness of the contrast layer (13) being 3-10 μm, the colour of the contrast layer (13) being black, white or silver, the contrast layer (13) being made of a UV-curable resin or a thermally curable resin, the formulation of the UV-curable resin being as follows: adding 10-80% of pigment into 100 parts of acrylic monomer, wherein the pigment comprises carbon black, titanium dioxide, silver color paste and the like, adding 5-30 parts of photoinitiator, adding 1-5 parts of flatting agent, and the formula of thermosetting resin is as follows: 10-20 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5-20 parts of isocyanate curing agent, 1-2 parts of silicone oil, 10-80% of pigment and 0.5-5 parts of laser powder are added into 100 parts of thermoplastic polyester compound, wherein the pigment comprises carbon black, titanium dioxide, silver color paste and the like.

The laser-engraveable label according to claim 1, characterized in that the customized information layer (12) is used for printing a specific text or picture information content, and the color of the customized information layer (12) is different from the color of the contrast layer (13) so as to clearly display the customized information, the color of the customized information layer (12) is black, white or gray, the thickness of the customized information layer (12) is 1-5 μm, the customized information layer (12) is made of UV-curable resin or heat-curable resin, and the formulation of the UV-curable resin is as follows: adding 10-80% of pigment into 100 parts of acrylic monomer, wherein the pigment comprises carbon black, titanium dioxide, silver color paste, red color paste, green color paste, blue color paste and the like, adding 5-30 parts of photoinitiator, adding 1-5 parts of flatting agent, and the formula of thermosetting resin is as follows: 10-20 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 5-20 parts of isocyanate curing agent, 1-2 parts of silicone oil, 10-80% of pigment and 0.5-5 parts of laser powder are added into 100 parts of thermoplastic polyester compound, wherein the pigment comprises carbon black, titanium dioxide, silver color paste, red color paste, green color paste, blue color paste and the like.
