1. An operation and maintenance operation integrated platform is characterized by comprising a configuration library management module, a knowledge library management module and an event management module, wherein the knowledge library management module records and stores operation and maintenance information and operation and maintenance methods, the configuration library management module is used for helping the operation and maintenance operation integrated platform to butt joint local servers of various types and interfaces in a service system, the configuration library management module monitors, analyzes and judges data of the service system under the assistance of the knowledge library management module after the butt joint is completed, and the event management module searches different types of events in the knowledge library management module and then adopts a processing method matched with the current event;
the operation and maintenance integrated platform comprises the following working methods:
the operation and maintenance integrated platform is in butt joint with the service system;
the operation and maintenance integrated platform monitors service system data and diagnoses faults or abnormalities;
judging whether the service system has faults or not, if so, distributing a fault work order aiming at the current faults, and if not, carrying out the next step;
judging whether the service system is abnormal or not, if so, dispatching a maintenance work order aiming at the current abnormality, and if not, carrying out the next step;
judging whether the running state of the system needs to be patrolled and examined and reminded, and if so, sending out the patrol and examined reminding; if not, the steps are circulated in sequence to continue monitoring the service system data.
2. The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, further comprising a service request management module, wherein the service request management module is configured to provide service request processing of a Web side for a general user.
3. The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, further comprising a question management module, wherein the question management module manages the question list, so that operation and maintenance technicians can query relevant information on the question list.
4. The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, further comprising a change management module, wherein the change management module provides a detailed recording function for the whole process of the change.
5. The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, further comprising a workflow management module, wherein the workflow management module is configured to provide a standard-based event flow template and a corresponding form template.

The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, wherein the event processing method after the event management module successfully solves the problem is directly input into the knowledge base management module after being audited, so that the follow-up operation and maintenance technicians can search and match the event processing method.

The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, wherein when a fault is detected in the service system, it is determined whether the fault type is a historical fault, if so, a fault work order is dispatched for the current fault, otherwise, a fault work order is dispatched after consultation is performed for the current fault.

The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, wherein when an abnormality in the service system is detected, it is determined whether the abnormality type is a historical abnormality, and if so, a maintenance work order is dispatched for the current abnormality, otherwise, a maintenance work order is dispatched after consultation is performed for the current abnormality.

The operation and maintenance integrated platform according to claim 1, wherein if the patrol reminding is needed, whether the fault or the abnormality of the system is eliminated is judged after the patrol reminding is sent out, and if the fault or the abnormality still exists, a fault work order is dispatched for the current fault or a maintenance work order is dispatched for the current abnormality; and if the fault or the exception is processed, continuously monitoring the service system data.
