In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
The following describes the working principle of the information push system provided by the present invention with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a working process of an information push system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The information push system at least comprises a plurality of service units and a service platform for managing the service units. For example, the information push system may be implemented by an electronic device having (Software-as-a-Service, SAAS) system operation capability. As shown in fig. 1, the working process of the information push system includes the following steps:
101. the service platform positions the user terminal to determine a target service unit matched with the user terminal;
102. the service platform determines service information pushed to the user based on the user information and the target service unit and sends the service information to the user terminal or the target service unit;
103. and displaying the service information to the user.
It should be noted that the execution subject of step 103 may be the user equipment, and may also be the target service unit.
In the information pushing method shown in fig. 1, a plurality of service units are divided, and the service units are distributed at different positions in a physical space. For a certain user, the user terminal carried by the user is located to determine a target service unit matched with the user terminal, and actually, the target service unit is the service unit required to be used by the user. Because the user information can reflect the self condition of the user, such as historical motion data, body condition information, motion adaptation condition information and the like, the service information pushed to the user is determined by combining the user information and the target service unit, data interaction between the user and the target service unit can be realized, the service information suitable for the self condition of the user is determined, the user requirement is met, and the user experience is improved.
In practical application, taking a fitness venue as an example, for a certain user, after the user performs the fitness venue, the service platform is triggered to locate the user terminal of the user, so as to determine the use intention of the user according to a location result. And if the user terminal is detected to be around a certain body-building device or body-building area, determining the body-building device or body-building area as a target service unit matched with the user terminal. Aiming at the target service unit, the service platform combines the target service unit and the user information to determine the service information such as a fitness package, a sports video, a fitness course and the like suitable for the self condition of the user and pushes the service information to the user, so that the user is promoted to purchase and use the service information, and the user experience is improved.
To describe the operation of the example of fig. 1, the service units and the service platforms referred to herein are introduced.
To meet various user requirements, a plurality of service units are first divided. For example, a plurality of service units are divided in a fitness venue. Optionally, the plurality of service units are distributed at different locations in physical space.
In practice, the implementation form of the service unit includes but is not limited to: service areas, service equipment, and services provided by associated service personnel. Different types of service units provide different services to the user.
Services referred to herein include, but are not limited to, fitness services, billing services, guidance services, item storage services, counseling services. The name of the service unit may also vary accordingly among different services. Taking the service area as an example, the service areas in different services can be called a fitness area, a charging area, a storage area and a private education area.
Taking a fitness scene as an example, the service unit may be implemented as a fitness area (which may be a bicycle room, a gymnasium, or a spatial area composed of several pieces of equipment planned in the fitness room, and the spatial area may be free of a solid fence). For example, a bicycle house for providing a user with a bicycle training service may be provided in an enclosed space, such as a separate room; the device can also be arranged in an open space, such as a bicycle house defined by a plurality of spinning bicycles by using electronic fences. Alternatively, the service unit may be implemented as a fitness device (which may be a large device such as a treadmill or a spinning bike, or an apparatus such as a yoga ball or a barbell). Such as a treadmill for providing a running training service to a user. Of course, the service unit may also be a combination of fitness devices. Such as yoga balls and yoga mats that assist users in completing yoga classes. Still alternatively, the service unit may also implement a fitness coaching service or a fitness counseling service provided for the fitness coach. The fitness service provided by the fitness trainer is, for example, a pre-planned fitness course and can also be a fitness coaching plan.
In practice, the service unit may also be implemented as a combination of the above-mentioned types of service units. Alternatively, the fitness area and the fitness coaching service may constitute a service unit, such as a fitness coaching service provided by a personal tutor and a fitness coach.
The plurality of exercise devices may be divided according to the locations of the exercise devices. Alternatively, the devices at the same location may be treated as a separate exercise area. For example, the exercise devices placed in different idle areas of a hotel can be divided into multiple groups according to the distribution of the positions. For example, assuming that a plurality of exercise devices are respectively placed on the east side and the west side of the 3-storied building, the exercise devices can be divided into the east area of the 3-storied building and the west area of the 3-storied building according to the positions of the exercise devices. In another alternative embodiment, the plurality of exercise devices may be divided according to the functions of the exercise devices. For example, the exercise apparatus a for exercising the legs, the exercise apparatus b for exercising the waist, and the exercise apparatus c for exercising the back may be divided into a group to establish one exercise area for the whole body exercise.
In order to manage a plurality of service units, a service platform is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. In practical applications, the service platform is implemented as a Software As A Service (SAAS) platform.
The service platform may be one device or may be composed of a plurality of devices. The service platform may be implemented as: service instance, virtual machine, hardware device. For example, the service platform may be implemented as a business instance deployed on one or more devices in a central cloud node. Briefly, the service platform may be understood as a software deployed on a central cloud node for managing the right management module. Alternatively, the service platform may be implemented as a virtual machine deployed on one or more devices in the central cloud node. The virtual machine is installed with application software for managing service units. Alternatively, the service platform may be implemented such that one or more hardware devices are arranged among the plurality of hardware devices forming the central cloud node, and are used for managing the service unit. Of course, the service platform may also be deployed in a server, where the server may be a physical server including an independent host, or may also be a virtual server borne by a host cluster, or may also be a cloud server.
Having described the service units and the service platform according to the embodiments of the present invention, the following describes steps in the workflow shown in fig. 1 with reference to specific examples.
In 101, the service platform locates the user terminal to determine a target service unit matched with the user terminal.
For a certain user, by positioning the user terminal carried by the user, the service unit matched with the user terminal can be determined. For the sake of differentiation, the service unit matched with the user terminal is referred to herein as a target service unit. In fact, the target service unit is the service unit that the user needs to use.
Certainly, in practical application, the target service unit may be selected by the user autonomously, or may be recommended to the user after the service platform is screened according to a preset policy, which is not limited herein.
In an optional embodiment, when the service platform locates the user terminal to determine the target service unit matched with the user terminal, the service platform is specifically configured to: positioning the user terminal through the communication connection established between the user terminal and the wireless tag module so as to obtain the position information and the identity information of the user; and selecting a service unit, the distance between which and the user terminal meets the preset condition, from the plurality of service units based on the position information as a target service unit. The service platform is also used for acquiring the motion data of the user based on the identity information.
The preset condition includes, for example, that the distance between the user terminal and the service unit is smaller than a set threshold. Optionally, each of the plurality of service units is further provided with a corresponding wireless tag module. In practical applications, the wireless tag module is a device, such as a bluetooth beacon, which has signal transceiving capability and can perform positioning or auxiliary positioning on the user terminal.
Specifically, the user terminal is located through the communication connection established between the user terminal and the wireless tag module, so that the position and identity information of the user are obtained. Then, the service unit with the distance from the user terminal less than the set threshold in the plurality of service units is used as the target service unit. And inquiring the motion data of the user from the service platform through the identity information, for example, the motion data of the user in the service unit of the type to which the target service unit belongs.
In addition to the above preset conditions, the preset conditions also include that the distance between the user terminal and the target service unit is minimum. Or the preset condition further includes that the distances between the user terminal and the target service unit are arranged in a preset order. In fact, the preset conditions for selecting the target service unit are set differently according to different usage scenarios.
In particular, there are various ways to locate a user terminal. Several implementations are exemplified below:
assuming that the wireless tag module is a Bluetooth beacon, broadcasting a detection signal with a preset frequency by the Bluetooth beacon; the user terminal is a terminal device with a Bluetooth communication function.
In an optional implementation manner, in 101, the bluetooth beacon is used to detect a broadcast signal sent by a user terminal, where the broadcast signal carries identity information of a user. The bluetooth beacon within the radiation range of the broadcast signal can receive the broadcast signal, so that the service unit provided with the bluetooth beacon can be determined to be in the preset detection range in which the detection signal can be received. Therefore, the Bluetooth beacon sends the identity information of the user from the user terminal and the preset detection range of the Bluetooth beacon to the service platform, so that the service platform determines the position information of the user.
In another optional implementation manner, the user terminal responds to the broadcast information of the plurality of bluetooth beacons and feeds back the identity information of the user to the plurality of bluetooth beacons; the plurality of Bluetooth beacons determine the location information of the user based on the identity information of the user and the signal receiving ranges of the plurality of Bluetooth beacons.
In the above two implementations, the location information of the user may be determined based on the signal strength of the broadcast information, the transmission time of the broadcast information, the focusing distance of the camera (such as reality augmentation technology), and technologies such as radio wave radar or optical radar. In fact, the identity information of the user may be the identification of the user, such as a mobile phone number, a member number, and the like. The user may be a purchaser of the service unit usage right or a donor given after the purchaser purchases the service unit usage right.
In yet another implementation, the communication connection established between the user terminal and the wireless tag module belongs to near field communication. The user terminal is used for feeding back the identity information of the user through the wireless tag module; when the service platform locates the user terminal, the service platform is specifically configured to: and determining the position information of the user based on the identity information and the position of the wireless tag module.
For example, assuming that the wireless tag module is an nfc module, the user terminal contacts the nfc module to transmit the identity information of the user carried by the user terminal to the nfc module, so that the location of the user terminal can be located to obtain the location information of the user.
In yet another implementation, the wireless tag module also displays an image identifier of the corresponding service unit, such as a two-dimensional code or a barcode. Specifically, in 101, the user terminal is further configured to feed back identity information of the user to the service platform by scanning the image identifier. The service platform locates the user terminal to determine a target service unit matched with the user terminal, and is specifically configured to: and if the identity information of the user accords with the open condition of the service unit indicated by the image identifier and is in an idle state, determining the service unit indicated by the image identifier as a target service unit.
Taking the service unit as the fitness equipment arranged in the idle area as an example, the image identifier is assumed to be a two-dimensional code arranged on the fitness equipment, and the identity information is assumed to be the mobile phone number of the user. And the user scans the two-dimensional code through a camera of the user terminal, accesses the user terminal into the service platform and feeds back the mobile phone number of the user to the service platform. For example, after the two-dimensional code is scanned, the service interface is entered, and the mobile phone number of the user is input in the service interface and fed back to the service platform. For another example, the service platform is triggered to establish communication connection with the user terminal by scanning the two-dimensional code, and the mobile phone number of the user is acquired from the user terminal based on the communication connection. And then after the mobile phone number of the user is obtained, the service platform inquires whether the user purchases the use authority of the fitness equipment indicated by the image identifier through the mobile phone number, and if the user purchases the use authority of the fitness equipment, the fitness equipment is determined to be the target fitness equipment. And if the user does not purchase the use authority of the fitness equipment and the fitness equipment is in an idle state, prompting the user whether to purchase the use authority of the fitness equipment. Such as a purchase, the exercise device is also identified as the target exercise device.
Optionally, if the user terminal scans the image identifier set in the service unit for the first time, the service platform is further configured to push an application installation interface to the user terminal, where the application installation interface is used for the user terminal to obtain the preset application. The preset application has the information transceiving capacity and can realize any step or function of the user terminal side in the information pushing system.
The user terminal can be positioned through the plurality of implementation modes, so that the service information pushed to the user can be determined based on the positioning result of the user terminal (such as the target service unit matched with the user terminal) and the user information.
Furthermore, after the user terminal is located and the target service unit matched with the user terminal is determined, the service platform may determine the service information suitable for the user based on the user information corresponding to the user and the located target service unit.
102, the service platform determines the service information pushed to the user based on the user information and the target service unit, and sends the service information to the user terminal or the target service unit.
For a certain user, the service platform stores user information of the user. Optionally, if the user accesses the service platform through the user terminal, the user terminal is bound with the identity of the user in the service platform. Therefore, after the user terminal accesses the service platform, the user information corresponding to the user can be obtained through the user identification or the identification of the user terminal.
In practical applications, the user information includes, but is not limited to, motion data, identity information, and location information of the user. Wherein the athletic data includes, but is not limited to, user preference data, athletic metric data indicative of a body's ability to adapt to exercise, a user's age, an injury condition, a medical history, and an athletic appeal. For example, the exercise data may be user preference data, such as a user preferred rhythm type, e.g., a fast rhythm, a slow rhythm, etc., and the rhythm type may be used to assist in selecting the media information. The athletic metric data includes, but is not limited to, user's exercise intensity, exercise frequency, energy consumption value, heart rate.
Specifically, after the target service unit is matched for the user terminal, in 102, the service platform combines the user information corresponding to the user with the target service unit, and determines the service information suitable for the user's own condition, so as to push the service information to the user. Taking a fitness scenario as an example, assume that the user information includes motion data. Based on the above assumptions, the service platform determines the exercise intensity suitable for the user according to the exercise data of the user, so as to combine the exercise intensity of the user with the target service unit, and determine the service information pushed to the user, such as a sports video and a content "is it buy the sports video? "is used as a prompt. Finally, the service information may be displayed through a user terminal, for example, after the user confirms to purchase the sports video, the sports video is pushed to a smart phone of the user for playing. The service information may also be presented by the target service unit, for example, after the user confirms to purchase the sports video, the sports video is pushed to the exercise device for playing.
In fact, the service information includes, in addition to the sports video, a fitness course, a fitness score, a fitness guidance service, and a fitness package, and is not limited herein.
Therefore, through the combination of the user information and the positioning result (namely the target service unit), the data interaction between the user terminal and the service end is enhanced, so that the service information suitable for the self condition can be determined, various user requirements are met, the user is prompted to purchase and use to provide various services for the user, and the user experience is improved.
There are various ways to determine the service information to be pushed to the user. Several of these embodiments are exemplified below:
in an optional embodiment, in 102, when the service platform determines, based on the user information and the target service unit, the service information to be pushed to the user, the service platform is specifically configured to:
determining a plurality of service information matched with the target service unit; and screening the plurality of service information according to the user information so as to screen out the service information pushed to the user.
Based on this, in 102, when the service platform determines the service information to be pushed to the user based on the user information and the target service unit, the following two steps may be specifically implemented:
the method comprises the following steps: a motion policy for the user is determined based on the motion data for the user.
It is assumed that the user information includes motion data of the user. Wherein the movement data comprises, but is not limited to, user preference data and/or movement index data for indicating the body's ability to adapt to movement. Alternatively, the service platform may determine the motion policy of the user from historical motion data of the user. Here, the motion policy is, for example, the intensity of motion applicable to the user, the difficulty level of matching with the user, the type of motion, and the rhythm of motion.
In particular, this step may be implemented as: determining a rhythm type matched with the user based on the user preference data; a difficulty level of matching with the user is determined based on the athletic metric data. Alternatively, this step can also be implemented as: the service platform compares the motion data of the user with preset motion indexes, and determines the motion strategy of the user based on the comparison result.
In fact, taking a fitness venue as an example, for a user who does not use a certain service unit for the first time, the exercise policy may be determined according to historical data, including historical user preference data and historical exercise index data, which are queried in the service platform and are matched with the identity information of the user. Optionally, the difficulty level of matching with the user is determined in advance according to the history data matched with the identity information of the user. Such as low, medium and high difficulty levels, and the higher the level, the stronger the exercise intensity and difficulty. Optionally, the difficulty level matched with the user can also be set for different types of service units. For example, for the user a, the difficulty level of the user a on the treadmill can be set to be a middle level, and the difficulty level of the user a on the mountain climbing machine can be set to be a low level according to the historical exercise data of the user a on the treadmill and the mountain climbing machine and the use frequency of the two service units of the user a.
Referring to the information pushing flow shown in fig. 2, for a certain service unit, after the user purchases and unlocks the service unit, the service platform determines whether the user uses the service unit for the first time according to the queried historical unlocking record matched with the identity information of the user. Assuming that the user does not use the service unit for the first time, the service platform may select a sports video meeting the user sports index from a plurality of sports videos corresponding to the service unit according to the historical sports index data of the user. If a plurality of sports videos matched with the user are selected, the service platform screens out the sports videos meeting the user preference from the plurality of sports videos according to user preference data (such as audio rhythm). And finally, the service platform pushes the screened motion video to the user.
Of course, the user information includes, in addition to the exercise data, the user's age, injury status, medical history, exercise appeal, and the like. Based on this, in 102, the service platform may also determine the exercise strategy of the user according to one or more of the age, injury condition, medical history, and exercise appeal of the user. For example, for older users, the difficulty level matching the user is adjusted downward, and a more relaxed tempo type is selected. For another example, for a user with a knee injury, service units with a large burden on the knee are selected, and the service units are set as service units which are not recommended to be used in the exercise strategy.
Step two: and selecting service information corresponding to the motion strategy from a plurality of preset service information corresponding to the target service unit.
Specifically, when the service platform selects the service information corresponding to the motion policy from the multiple preset service information corresponding to the target service unit, the service platform is specifically configured to:
acquiring a plurality of media information preset for a target service unit; and screening a plurality of media information according to the rhythm type and the difficulty level matched with the user to obtain the media information pushed to the user.
The service information includes media information and text information. Taking the fitness scene as an example, the media information may be sports video and sports audio matched with various types of fitness equipment. The type of media information pushed differs for different types of service units or user terminals. For example, assuming that the target service unit is an exercise apparatus provided with a display device, a motion video is pushed to the exercise apparatus. Assuming that the user terminal is a wireless headset, the motion audio is pushed to the wireless headset. Textual information, such as a user's athletic data ranking in the gym, may also be pushed to the target service unit or user terminal.
The service information pushed to the user can be determined by combining the user information and the target service unit through the first step and the second step, so that the service information more suitable for the self condition of the user is provided for the user, and the user experience is improved.
In practical application, in order to enhance information interaction with a user, for a user who uses a certain service unit for the first time, query information can be pushed to the user to obtain user preference data and motion index data of the user. The motion policy of the user in the service unit can also be determined based on the motion data of the user in other types of service units.
Referring to the information pushing flow shown in fig. 2, for a certain service unit, after the user purchases and unlocks the service unit, the service platform determines whether the user uses the service unit for the first time according to the queried historical unlocking record matched with the identity information of the user. It is assumed that the user uses the service unit for the first time.
Based on the above assumptions, the service platform can automatically push the motion videos matching with various difficulty levels of the service unit to the user, so that the user can select one of the motion videos to exercise. And after the sports video is pushed for 5 minutes, inquiring the user whether to replace the sports video with other difficulty levels. The preset time period may be other than 5 minutes, and is not limited herein.
Or after the motion video is pushed, if the abnormal motion condition of the user is detected, such as stopping motion or abnormal motion index data, inquiring the user whether to replace the motion video with other difficulty levels.
Of course, if the difficulty level of the user in another service unit is a medium level, the service platform may also directly push the medium-level media information matching the service unit to the user.
In another optional embodiment, in 102, when the service platform determines the service information pushed to the user based on the user information and the target service unit, the service platform is specifically configured to:
determining a plurality of service information matched with the user information; and screening the plurality of service information according to the target service unit so as to screen out the service information pushed to the user.
Taking a fitness scenario as an example, assume that the user information includes the exercise intensity of the user. It is assumed that the service information includes media information and text information stored in a database. And the service platform positions that the user is near a certain fitness device, determines the fitness device as a target service device, and then selects the media information and the text information matched with the exercise intensity of the user from the database. Suppose the service platform selects training videos, voice guidance, sports scores and fitness courses of various fitness devices matched with the user's exercise intensity. The service platform selects the content related to the target service equipment from the training videos, the sports scores and the fitness courses of the fitness equipment, and determines the content as the service information pushed to the user. Optionally, the user information further comprises user preference data, such as a service information type preferred by the user. Based on the method, the content related to the target service equipment is screened according to the service information type preferred by the user.
The implementation of this alternative embodiment is similar to the previous alternative embodiment of 102, and the similarities are mutually referred to and will not be expanded here.
In one example, the target service unit may be a service unit currently used by the user.
Referring to the information push flow shown in fig. 3, it is assumed that the target service unit is a spinning m. Suppose the user terminal is a smartphone. Based on the assumption, the service platform positions the smart phone of the user, acquires the mobile phone number (namely user identity information) of the user, and determines that the user is using the spinning m by inquiring the record of unlocking the spinning by the user according to the mobile phone number of the user.
It is assumed that the motion information of the user includes the user motion intensity. Assume that the service information includes a live video lesson. The service platform acquires a plurality of live video courses with the motion intensity matched with the spinning m according to the mobile phone number of the user, selects live video courses with the motion intensity matched with the video courses from the live video courses with the motion intensity based on the motion intensity of the user, and pushes purchase prompts and access modes (such as live link) of the live video courses to the smart phone of the user. Or the data can be directly pushed to the spinning m and displayed to the user through an interactive display panel of the spinning m.
If there are multiple live video lessons with consistent exercise intensity, the multiple live video lessons can be further filtered according to user preference data (such as the type of coach preferred by the user).
In another example, the number of the target service units is multiple, and the service information further includes a reference usage order of the multiple target service units and media information corresponding to each of the multiple target service units.
For the case where there are multiple target service units, the following will exemplify a specific method for pushing service information to the user in this case:
specifically, the service platform generates path guiding information corresponding to the physical space based on the position of each of the plurality of service units in the physical space. Wherein the service information includes path guidance information. The path guidance information includes location and/or device information of each of the plurality of service units.
In practical applications, the route guidance information may be implemented as a virtual map. For example, the virtual map includes respective locations of a plurality of service units in a virtual space coordinate system. Alternatively, the entire virtual map may be pushed to the user. For example, assuming that the service units are fitness devices, the icons corresponding to the service units are selected from the virtual map, and the device information corresponding to the service units can be viewed. Such as the exercise device's subscription, exercise device type, exercise device usage status. For another example, assuming that the service unit is a fitness area, the area information is, for example, the type of fitness equipment, the number of people in the fitness area, the current number of people, and the appointment status included in the fitness area.
Still taking the fitness venue as an example, assume that after the user terminal is located, a plurality of target service units are selected. Assume that the plurality of target service units include a spinning bike a, a rowing machine b, a single anaerobic exercise area c. Suppose the user terminal is a smartphone. Based on the assumptions, the spinning a, the rowing machine b and the single anaerobic exercise area c can be combined into an exercise package. In an information pushing interface of the mobile phone, a virtual map corresponding to the body-building package can be displayed, and a user is inquired whether to purchase the body-building package. The positions of the target service units in the gym, the suggested reference use sequence and the reference use duration are marked on the virtual map.
For the condition that the target service unit is a fitness area, the reference use sequence and the reference use time length of each fitness device in the fitness area can be noted on the virtual map. For any one of the fitness devices, the icon of the fitness device in the virtual map is set, so that the operation of selecting the icon can trigger the service platform to push the media information of the fitness device to the user terminal, so as to guide the user to use the fitness device.
For example, suppose the reference use time periods of the spinning bike a, the rowing machine b and the single anaerobic exercise area c are 30 minutes, 20 minutes and 20 minutes respectively. Suppose that the suggested reference sequence of use is spinning bicycle a, rowing machine b, single anaerobic exercise area c in sequence from first to last.
Based on the assumption, if the user arrives at the spinning a, the two-dimensional code arranged on the spinning a is scanned through the mobile phone, and the spinning a is triggered to be switched to the open state so that the user can use the spinning a. And triggering the service platform to push the motion video 1 to the mobile phone of the user or the spinning a. The sports video 1 is a certain sports video which is selected by the service platform from a plurality of sports videos corresponding to the spinning a and is matched with the difficulty level and the rhythm type of the user to which the user belongs. If the time length of the spinning a switched to the open state exceeds 25 minutes, the service platform pushes prompt information to the user to suggest the user to move to the rowing machine b for movement. After the fact that the user leaves the spinning a is determined, the spinning a feeds back data such as heart rate, exercise intensity, exercise duration, exercise frequency and the like of the user in the exercise process to the service platform, so that the service platform can update and maintain user information based on the data.
The service platform also pushes the current fitness progress and the position of the rowing machine b to the mobile phone of the user so as to guide the user to reach the rowing machine b. The progress of the workout may be shown by a text message, such as "congratulations! Completed spinning challenge! "; or by media information, such as highlighting an icon of the spinning a in a virtual map and displaying the user's icon around the icon of the spinning a.
Then, if the user arrives at the rowing machine b, the Bluetooth lock arranged on the rowing machine b is connected through the mobile phone, the rowing machine b is triggered to be switched to an open state for the user to use, and the service platform is triggered to push the motion audio 2 to the mobile phone of the user or the rowing machine b. The sports audio 2 is a certain sports audio which is selected by the service platform from the audio database corresponding to the user preference data and is matched with the fitness service provided by the rowing machine b. If the time length of the spinning a switched to the open state exceeds 15 minutes, the service platform pushes prompt information to the user so as to suggest the user to move to the single anaerobic exercise area c for exercise.
After determining that the user leaves the rowing machine b, the rowing machine b feeds back data such as heart rate, exercise intensity, exercise frequency and the like of the user in the exercise process to the service platform, so that the service platform can update and maintain user information based on the data. The service platform still pushes the current fitness progress and the position of the single anaerobic fitness area c to the mobile phone of the user so as to guide the user to reach the single anaerobic fitness area c.
Suppose the range of the single anaerobic exercise area c is limited by an electronic fence. Based on this, if it is detected that the user terminal is in the single anaerobic exercise area c, the user is prompted to reach the single anaerobic exercise area c, for example, a prompt tone is given. The service platform also pushes motion audio 3 to the user terminal. The exercise audio 3 is used for guiding the user to use each fitness equipment in the single oxygen-free fitness area c, so that under the guidance of the exercise audio played by a Bluetooth headset or an external device of the user terminal, the oxygen-free training in the single oxygen-free fitness area c is completed. The sports audio 3 is a certain sports audio which is selected by the service platform from a plurality of sports audios preset for the single anaerobic exercise area c and corresponds to the difficulty level of the user.
Certainly, in order to obtain the motion data of the user in the single oxygen-free exercise area c, a bluetooth lock or a two-dimensional code is arranged on each exercise device in the single oxygen-free exercise area c, so that the user needs to unlock the exercise device for oxygen-free training. The service platform acquires unlocking information of each fitness device through the user terminal, such as unlocking time, unlocking sequence, counterweight deviation weight and the like, so that motion data of the user, such as motion intensity, motion frequency, energy consumption and the like, are calculated based on the unlocking information, and update and maintenance of the motion data in the service platform are achieved.
The above example describes a specific method of pushing service information to a user in the presence of multiple target service units.
After describing the method for determining the service information to be pushed to the user in combination with the user information and the target service unit, in order to facilitate understanding of the application context of the embodiments, the following description will describe the user information and the service information in combination with specific examples:
first, user information is various information related to a user. In practical applications, the user information includes, but is not limited to, motion data, identity information, location information, and physical condition information of the user.
Actually, the user information related to the embodiment of the present invention may be pre-selected by the user through a service resource configuration interface (e.g., a certain application program or a certain service interface), or may be selected by the service platform or the user terminal according to the historical data of the user.
In an optional embodiment, the target service unit feeds back the real-time motion data of the user in the target service unit to the service platform, and the service platform stores the real-time motion data as the motion data of the user. Of course, besides the real-time motion data, the motion data may also be periodic motion data that is fed back to the service platform by the target service unit according to a preset period, so as to adjust the service information pushed to the user in time based on the motion data of the previous period. Alternatively, the motion data may be the motion data fed back to the service platform by the target service unit from the beginning of the user's use to the departure of the target service unit after the user is determined to depart from the target service unit.
Taking the target service unit as fitness equipment as an example, the exercise data is acquired through an information acquisition module arranged on the fitness equipment, and then the acquired exercise data is uploaded to the service platform through the communication connection between the fitness equipment and the service platform. In practical application, the information acquisition module can be various sensors arranged on the fitness equipment, and can also be an external device such as a fitness bracelet, which is in communication connection with the fitness equipment. For the peripheral device, the exercise data may be transferred to the service platform by the exercise device, or may be transferred to the service platform by the peripheral device itself, which is not limited herein.
In another optional embodiment, the user terminal is further configured to obtain an information push interface by scanning a wireless tag module disposed in the target service unit, so as to feed back user preference data to the service platform in the information push interface; and the service platform is also used for storing the user preference data as the motion data of the user.
Of course, the manner of maintaining the user information is not limited to the above two, and is only an example here.
The following takes the motion data in the user information as an example to exemplarily describe the specific content of the user information:
the motion data may be pre-selected by the user terminal through a service interface (e.g., an application or a service interface), or may be uploaded by the service unit or the user terminal.
Taking the service unit as an example of the fitness equipment, it is assumed that the exercise data is exercise index data. After the user uses the fitness equipment, the fitness equipment reports the exercise index data such as exercise intensity, exercise frequency, energy consumption value, heart rate and the like of the user, which are acquired by the fitness equipment, to the service platform through communication connection with the service platform. The type of the collected exercise index data is different according to the type of the fitness equipment. For example, for aerobic exercise equipment such as a treadmill, a rowing machine, etc., the exercise intensity, exercise frequency, heart rate, energy expenditure values of the user may be collected. For another example, for the fitness equipment with the weight plates, the user can unlock the weight plates in the fitness equipment through the user terminal, and then the exercise intensity, the exercise position and the exercise frequency of the user are calculated based on the data such as the weight type and the weight unlocked by the user terminal.
Taking the service unit as the fitness area as an example, it is assumed that the exercise data is exercise index data. After the user uses the fitness area, the exercise data of the user can be acquired from each fitness equipment side in the fitness area, so that the exercise data of the user in the fitness area are counted. Optionally, the exercise data of the user in the exercise area may also be determined by counting the time length that the user terminal is in the exercise area, and the number and types of the exercise devices unlocked in the exercise area.
In fact, optionally, the service platform determines the ability of the body of the user to adapt to the movement according to the initial value and the variation value of the movement index data, and determines the difficulty level matched with the user according to the determination result. For example, the difficulty level is divided into three exercise strengths, i.e., low, medium and high.
Second, the service information is used to provide data information related to the service unit for the user. The service information is determined by the service provided by the service unit to the user. For example, where the service unit is an exercise device, the service information may be exercise video, exercise lessons, exercise coaching audio, exercise music score, or exercise coach information associated with the exercise device.
In practical applications, the service information may be classified according to difficulty level. And for each type of service unit, dividing the service information corresponding to each type of service unit into a plurality of groups according to the difficulty level, wherein each group comprises at least one piece of service information. The service information in the same group corresponds to the same difficulty level. The difficulty level here may be understood as the difficulty level of the motion indicated by the service information.
For example, sports videos corresponding to respective difficulty levels are set for the treadmill. Briefly, in one example, assuming that the difficulty levels of the running training include three exercise strengths, namely, low, medium and high, based on which service information corresponding to the following three difficulty levels is set for the treadmill, namely: the low-speed running video with low difficulty level, the medium-speed running video with medium difficulty level and the high-speed running video with high difficulty level.
Alternatively, in another example, it is assumed that the training sites for the anaerobic training include upper limbs, lower limbs, the back and the lower abdomen, and the difficulty levels represented by the service information of the training sites include low, medium and high. Based on the above assumptions, taking the service information of the upper limbs as an example, the service information corresponding to the following three difficulty levels is set for the anaerobic exercise device corresponding to the upper limb training, namely: the upper limb training video with low difficulty level, the upper limb training video with medium difficulty level and the upper limb training video with high difficulty level.
Optionally, for each type of service unit, the service information corresponding to each type of service unit may also be divided into a plurality of groups according to the attribute of the service information, and each group includes at least one piece of service information. The service information in the same group corresponds to the same attribute. For example, for sports videos that fit into a bicycle, groups are divided according to the music tempo of the delivery video, each group including at least one sports video. The motion videos in the same group correspond to the same tempo type.
Of course, the grouping manner of the service information is not limited to the above two, and is not expanded here.
Finally, in 103, after the service platform pushes the service information to the user terminal, the user terminal displays the service information to the user. Or after the service platform pushes the service information to the target service unit, the target service unit displays the service information to the user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the user terminal may be implemented as various electronic devices, or a combination of various electronic devices.
For convenience of carrying, the electronic device may be a terminal device such as a mobile phone, a smart bracelet, a smart watch, smart glasses, and the like. In a fitness venue, the user terminal may also be provided on a key of a storage case, such as a key fob, key accessory, or the like. Alternatively, the member terminal may be provided to the user when transacting the member. The form of this member terminal can be for the intelligent bracelet that has communication ability who carries. Of course, other forms are possible, such as an article having a communication capability, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In view of the requirements in some application scenarios, the user terminal may also be constituted by a portable communication device and a smart device having image display capability. For example, the user terminal may include: one has bluetooth key chain and a smart phone. Wherein, the two devices can be used in combination or separately to realize different functions.
For different types of user terminals, the way in which the user terminal presents service information to the user is also different in 103.
Specifically, in 103, it is assumed that the user terminal is an electronic device with a display function, and the user terminal may display the service information to the user through the information push interface. The information pushing interface can display one or a combination of videos, texts and virtual models to a user.
Alternatively, in another embodiment, the user terminal may play video associated with various service units to the user. Alternatively, in yet another embodiment, the user terminal may present textual information to the user that is associated with the various service units.
Regardless of the seed checking display mode, the user terminal also needs to collect image information or other forms of input information of the user, and feeds back the response of the user to the service information to the service platform, so as to further realize data interaction between the user and the service unit.
The user scans the wireless tag module through the user terminal, and the service platform feeds back an acquisition mode of the information pushing interface to the user, such as an access link of the service resource configuration interface or a download link of an application program to which the service resource configuration interface belongs, so that the user terminal acquires and displays the information pushing interface to the user. In the information pushing interface, the user can check the service information or the display content generated based on the service information and respond to the feedback of the service platform. For example, the wireless tag is a bluetooth ink screen tag, and a two-dimensional code corresponding to the service unit is displayed on the bluetooth ink screen tag.
Taking the application of the information push system to a fitness venue as an example, assume that the information push interface is a service interface for serving the scene. Assume that the service platform of the gym broadcasts a certain fitness map to a plurality of user terminals. Suppose that the fitness map comprises a plurality of service units and a breakthrough task consisting of the service units. Based on this, the service interface is accessed through an application (e.g., client or applet) hosted by the user terminal. And the service interface is used for making appointment registration on the fitness map broadcasted in the fitness venue.
Specifically, after the user selects the 'appointment registration', the selection result of the user is fed back to the service platform, and the service platform records the matching relation between the identity information input by the user and the fitness map of the appointment registration, so that whether the user enters a plurality of service units included in the fitness map or not is judged conveniently based on the identity information of the user. And if the number of the users who reserve the fitness map reaches the set upper limit of the number of the users, suspending the reservation operation of the fitness map. Optionally, the service platform may further use a historical appointment registration record of the user as user preference data, so that a fitness map suitable for the user's own situation is pushed to the user based on the user preference data and the service unit type included in the fitness map, data interaction between the user and the service platform is enhanced, and the user's interest in the fitness venue is increased. Of course, in practical applications, the above-mentioned reservation operation may be performed in advance in the client or the applet, and is not limited herein.
In an optional embodiment, the service information further comprises path guidance information. Specifically, the service platform generates path guidance information including positions of the target service units based on the reference usage order of the target service units, and transmits the path guidance information to the user terminal.
Further, the user terminal presents the path guidance information to the user in 103.
Wherein the plurality of target service units correspond to a plurality of reference usage orders. Optionally, the user terminal is further configured to feed back the reference usage sequence selected by the user to the service platform through the information push interface.
Optionally, a virtual map including a plurality of target service units is formed based on the reference usage order. The virtual map described herein actually belongs to a specific form of the virtual model described above, and the similarities are referred to above and will not be described herein again. For example, in fig. 4, the icon of the target service unit indicates the position of the target service unit, and the arrow indicates the reference usage sequence of the plurality of target service units. In fig. 4, the reference usage order of the plurality of target service units is, from first to last: region 1, region 2, region 3. The plurality of target service units may be implemented as a plurality of fitness areas.
Optionally, the virtual map of the target service unit may further include a reference usage order of the plurality of service devices. The plurality of service devices may be within the service area or may be independent of the service area. For example, in fig. 4, the reference usage order of the plurality of service areas and the service devices is, in order from first to last: device 1, device 2, device 3, device 4, area 1, device 5, area 2, device 7, device 8, device 9, area 3, device 6.
For example, assume that the multiple reference usage sequences are implemented as a plurality of path guidance information, each fitness motion path including at least one fitness area and position information of the fitness device. Based on the path guidance information, a plurality of pieces of path guidance information are displayed to the user, so that the user can select one of the pieces of path guidance information to assist the exercise process in the fitness stadium.
Based on this, in an optional embodiment, the manner of pushing the multiple pieces of path guidance information to the user terminal may be that the multiple pieces of path guidance information are displayed to the user as multiple fitness routes in a virtual map through an information pushing interface, and then the user selects one of the fitness routes through the information pushing interface and feeds back the selected fitness route to the service platform, so that the service platform records the motion data of the user according to the fitness route and tracks the fitness progress of the user.
In another alternative embodiment, the pushing of the plurality of pieces of path guidance information to the user terminal may also be implemented by taking the plurality of pieces of path guidance information as a plurality of pieces of audio information, and in response to a selection result of the user, pushing one of the pieces of audio information to the user terminal, such as a bluetooth headset. Therefore, the service platform can record the motion data of the user according to the audio information and track the fitness progress of the user.
In another embodiment, assuming that the user terminal is an electronic device with an audio function, in 103, the user terminal may play audio carrying service information to the user. And the voice or other forms of input information of the user is collected, and the response of the user to the service information is fed back to the service platform, so that the data interaction between the user and the service unit is further realized.
For example, a route guidance voice including the location of each service unit and the route between the service units is played to the user through the wireless headset. For another example, sports audio matched with different service units is played to the user through a mobile phone.
Besides the two information display modes of the user terminal, the service information can be displayed to the user in other modes. For example, a user terminal with an augmented reality technology implementation capability, such as smart glasses, displays a virtual model constructed based on the augmented reality technology to a user, and collects the position of each service unit and user information.
And for different types of service units, the display mode of the service information is different. For example, if the target service unit is a fitness device provided with a display device, the fitness device plays sports videos and text information for the user. For example, the target service unit may push textual information to the user, such as a ranking of the user's athletic data in the gym. Assuming that the target service unit also includes a wireless headset or other type of audio playback device, the user is played with sports audio.
In fact, the specific manner of presenting the service information to the user by the target service unit is similar to the specific manner of presenting the service information to the user by the user terminal described above, and similar points are referred to above and will not be expanded herein.
In the work flow of the information pushing system shown in fig. 1, the target service unit is matched with the user terminal by positioning the user terminal, and data interaction between the user and the service unit is realized by combining the user information and the target service unit, so that service information suitable for the user is pushed to the user, various user requirements are met, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
