本发明涉及LCD模组技术领域,特指一种梨形穿戴用背光源;本发明包括背光源是梨形,背光源包括有铁框、塑胶座,背光源底部有一个梨形全铁框,铁框的侧面和底面开设有抓料孔,塑胶座渗透到铁框的抓料孔;本发明的背光源是梨形,由梨形的铁框与塑胶座构成,采用这种特殊的结构,适合穿戴式电子产品使用,适合推广应用。

本发明涉及LCD模组技术领域,特指一种梨形穿戴用背光源。
背景技术
现有的LCD模组以及背光源,一般采用长方形,用于传统的产品使用,例如手机等等产品。随着消费类电子产品的快速发展,人们对消费类电子产品的热爱度越来越高,尤其是穿戴式消费类电子产品,但是,传统的长方形LCD模组不适合穿戴式电子产品使用,这样就对穿戴式消费类电子产品的推广造成了阻碍。
因此,基于上述现有的LCD模组的缺陷,需要对现有的LCD模组进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种梨形穿戴用背光源,该梨形穿戴用LCD模组解决了现有的LCD模组所存在的:不适合穿戴式电子产品使用等缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种梨形穿戴用背光源,背光源是梨形,背光源包括有铁框、塑胶座,背光源底部有一个梨形全铁框,铁框的侧面和底面开设有抓料孔,塑胶座渗透到铁框的抓料孔。
所述的背光源具有圆形显示区。
所述的背光源头部有背光源金手指。
所述的背光源表面贴有黑黑胶。
所述的黑黑胶上面、靠近背光源金手指位置的地方有一层单面带胶麦拉。
本发明的有益效果在于:背光源是梨形,由梨形的铁框与塑胶座构成,采用这种特殊的结构,适合穿戴式电子产品使用,适合推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
见图1——图2,本发明一种梨形穿戴用背光源包括:铁框1、塑胶座2,背光源19底部有一个梨形全铁框1,铁框1的侧面和底面开设有抓料孔4,塑胶座2渗透到铁框1的抓料孔4,铁框1与塑胶料在高温高压下一体成型为胶铁部件,保证塑胶与铁框金属结合成型的稳定性。在正面,背光源19具有圆形显示区7,在背光源19梨形头部有背光源金手指3,用于连接背光源19与LCD18部分的电子线路,同时,背光源19表面贴有黑黑胶5,在背光源19表面的黑黑胶5上面、靠近背光源金手指3位置的地方有一层单面带胶麦拉6,单面带胶麦拉6用于降低LCD18与背光源19在头部的黏扯力。
本发明的背光源19梨形头部开设有LED槽。
如图3、4所示,本发明组状成LCD模组,LCD模组包括LCD18、背光源19。LCD18、背光源19之间连接有排线。本发明的LCD18外形结构为梨形,LCD18与偏光片均为梨形,且本LCD模组的显示区域为圆形。
本发明的排线的上部具有单层区8,便于弯折。
本发明的排线的上部具有焊盘11,背光源金手指3与焊盘11焊接,焊接处粘贴有绝缘胶12。
本发明的焊盘11位于排线的上部背面、单层区8的下方。
本发明的排线的背面底部的金手指旁边具有加强部14。
本发明的排线的正面中部横向印刷有焊接对位线15。
本发明的排线的正面中部具有焊接部9,焊接部9位于焊接对位线15的上方右侧。
本发明的排线的正面覆有电磁屏蔽膜13。
本发明的排线的背面覆有电磁屏蔽膜13。
本发明的排线的正面中部贴有双面胶16,双面胶16的下端与焊接对位线15平齐,双面胶16的上端具有拉手17。
本发明的排线的最下端具有一个连接器母端口10,起到LCD模组与主板的连接,驱动整个LCD模组。加强部14位于连接器母端口10的排线背面。

4.根据权利要求3所述的一种梨形穿戴用背光源,其特征在于:所述的背光源表面贴有黑黑胶。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种梨形穿戴用背光源,其特征在于:所述的黑黑胶上面、靠近背光源金手指位置的地方有一层单面带胶麦拉。
