According to an embodiment of the present invention, the gas regulating device 1 includes an air-fuel mixing portion 100, an on-off valve 200 and the controller, the air-fuel mixing portion 100 includes a mixing cavity 110 and a gas cavity 120 formed by extending from the mixing cavity 110, the mixing cavity 110 is formed with an air inlet 111 and a mixed air outlet 112, and the connection between the mixing cavity 110 and the gas cavity 120 forms an air hole communicating the inner space of the mixing cavity 110 and the inner space of the gas cavity 120. The on-off valve 200 has an open state in which the on-off valve 200 avoids the air hole and a closed state in which the on-off valve 200 blocks at least a part of the air hole. The controller is electrically connected to the on-off valve 200 to control the on-off valve 200 to switch between the open state and the closed state.
One end of the gas cavity 120 has a gas inlet 125, and the gas inlet 125 is communicated with a gas source of gas. The air holes comprise a first air hole 131 and a second air hole 132, the first air hole 131 and the second air hole 132 are arranged at intervals, the on-off valve 200 avoids the first air hole 131 when in the open state, and the on-off valve 200 blocks the first air hole 131 when in the closed state. The junction of the gas chamber 120 and the mixing chamber 110 is partitioned by a peripheral wall of the gas chamber 120, on which the first and second air holes 131 and 132 are formed, respectively. The first air hole 131 is located at the center, and the second air holes 132 are plural and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first air hole 131. The distance between each second air hole 132 and the first air hole 131 is equal, and the plurality of second air holes 132 are arranged at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the first air holes 131.
The first air hole 131 is circumferentially surrounded by a shroud 140, and the on-off valve 200 is adapted to stop against the shroud 140 to close the first air hole 131. The shroud 140 has one end connected to the peripheral wall of the mixing chamber 110 and the other end extending away from the peripheral wall. The shroud 140 is integrally formed with the mixing chamber 110.
The gas chamber 120 further has a mounting opening 121, at least a portion of the on-off valve 200 extends into the gas chamber 120 through the mounting opening 121, a mounting seat 122 is disposed at the mounting opening 121, and the on-off valve 200 is mounted on the mounting seat 122. The mount 122 is integrally formed with the gas chamber 120. The mounting opening 121 is disposed opposite to the air hole.
The gas chamber 120 further has a pressure measuring hole 123 to measure the pressure of the gas in the gas chamber 120 through the pressure measuring hole 123. The air inlet 111 is located at one end of the mixing chamber 110, and the mixture outlet 112 is located at the other end of the mixing chamber 110. The gas adjusting device 1 further comprises a sleeve 300, one end of the sleeve 300 is installed at the air inlet 111 and is tightly attached to the inner wall of the air inlet 111, the other end of the sleeve 300 extends into the mixing cavity 110, and the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve 300 and the air holes are arranged at intervals. The other end of the sleeve 300 extends into the mixing chamber 110 and the sleeve 300 spans the air holes. The air hole is located between the air inlet 111 and the mixture outlet 112 in the length direction of the mixing chamber 110. The upper end of the sleeve 300 has a retaining ring land 310, the air inlet 111 has a retaining ring groove 113, and the retaining ring land 310 is adapted to fit within the retaining ring groove 113. The on-off valve 200 is a solenoid valve. The on-off valve 200 includes a seal 210.
A gas water heater according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below. The gas water heater according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the gas adjusting device 1 of the gas water heater according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
Specifically, the gas water heater further comprises: a housing; a fan assembly disposed within the housing; the proportional valve is arranged in the shell and is respectively communicated with the fuel gas inlet and the fuel gas source; and the detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the water and is arranged in the shell. Meanwhile, the proportional relation of air and gas is convenient to determine according to the detection value of the detection device, and the working reliability of the gas water heater is further improved.
More specifically, the fan assembly includes: a housing; the cover plate 2 and the shell define an accommodating cavity, and the gas regulating device 1 is arranged on the cover plate 2; the fan is arranged in the accommodating cavity. So not only the installation setting of the gas adjusting device 1 of being convenient for reduces and sets up the required installation space of gas adjusting device 1, improves gas heater's compact structure nature and rationality are convenient for send into the mist of air and gas moreover hold the intracavity and carry out the intensive mixing.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the gas regulating device 1 is formed integrally with the cover plate 2. Not only can simplify like this gas heater's structure, simplify gas heater's assembly process improves gas heater's production efficiency can improve gas adjusting device 1's structural strength moreover, improves gas adjusting device 1's stability and reliability of setting up, improves gas adjusting device 1's leakproofness.
According to another embodiment of the invention, the cover plate 2 has a mounting flange to which the gas regulating device 1 is mounted by means of a threaded connection. So not only can be convenient for gas adjusting device 1's installation setting, can firmly install gas adjusting device 1 on apron 2 moreover, guarantee gas adjusting device 1 and apron 2 between fixed connection's reliability and stability. Meanwhile, when the gas adjusting device 1 breaks down, the gas adjusting device can be replaced and maintained quickly, and the maintenance cost of the gas adjusting device 1 is reduced.
Specifically, the controller is electrically connected with the on-off valve 200, the proportional valve and the detection device respectively, so as to control the ventilation amount of the proportional valve and the on-off of the on-off valve 200 according to the detection value of the detection device. Therefore, the controller is further convenient to control the air inflow of the fuel gas, and the air inflow stability of the fuel gas is improved.
According to the gas water heater of the embodiment of the invention, by utilizing the gas adjusting device 1 of the gas water heater of the embodiment of the invention, the gas adjusting device 1 has the advantages of small occupied space, good adjusting effect and the like.

Claims (13)

1. A gas regulating device for a gas water heater, comprising:
the air-fuel mixing part comprises a mixing cavity and a fuel gas cavity formed by extending from the mixing cavity, an air inlet and a mixed gas outlet are formed in the mixing cavity, an air hole is formed at the joint of the mixing cavity and the fuel gas cavity, and the air hole is communicated with the inner space of the mixing cavity and the inner space of the fuel gas cavity;
an on-off valve having an open state and a closed state, the on-off valve avoiding the air hole when in the open state, the on-off valve blocking at least a portion of the air hole when in the closed state;
a controller electrically connected with the on-off valve to control the on-off valve to switch between the open state and the closed state.
2. The gas regulating device of the gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein the gas hole includes a first gas hole and a second gas hole, the first gas hole and the second gas hole are arranged at an interval, the on-off valve is set to avoid the first gas hole in the open state, and the on-off valve is set to block the first gas hole in the closed state.
3. The gas regulating device of the gas water heater as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first air hole is centrally located, and the second air holes are plural and arranged at intervals along a circumferential direction of the first air hole.
4. The gas regulating device for a gas water heater according to claim 2, wherein each of said second air holes is equally spaced from said first air hole, and a plurality of said second air holes are equally spaced in a circumferential direction of said first air hole.
5. A gas regulating device for a gas water heater according to claim 2, wherein said first gas hole is circumferentially surrounded by a shroud, said on-off valve being adapted to stop against said shroud to close said first gas hole.
6. The gas regulating device of the gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein the gas chamber further has a mounting opening, at least a portion of the on-off valve extends into the gas chamber through the mounting opening, a mounting seat is provided at the mounting opening, and the on-off valve is mounted on the mounting seat.
7. The gas regulating device of a gas water heater according to claim 1, wherein said air inlet is located at one end of said mixing chamber and said mixture outlet is located at the other end of said mixing chamber.
8. The gas regulating device of the gas water heater according to claim 1, further comprising a sleeve, wherein one end of the sleeve is mounted at the air inlet and closely attached to the inner wall of the air inlet, the other end of the sleeve extends into the mixing cavity, and the outer peripheral surface of the sleeve and the air hole are arranged at intervals.
9. The gas regulating device of a gas water heater as recited in claim 8, wherein the other end of said sleeve extends into said mixing chamber and said sleeve spans said gas orifice.
10. The gas register of a gas water heater as set forth in claim 8, wherein said sleeve has a retaining ring land at an upper end thereof, said air inlet having a retaining ring groove therein, said retaining ring land being adapted to fit within said retaining ring groove.
11. Gas water heater characterized in that it comprises a gas regulating device of a gas water heater according to any one of claims 1-10.
12. The gas water heater of claim 11, further comprising:
a housing;
a fan assembly disposed within the housing;
the proportional valve is arranged in the shell and is respectively communicated with the fuel gas inlet and the fuel gas source;
and the detection device is used for detecting the temperature of the water and is arranged in the shell.
13. The gas water heater of claim 12, wherein the fan assembly comprises:
a housing;
the cover plate and the shell define an accommodating cavity, and the gas regulating device is arranged on the cover plate;
the fan is arranged in the accommodating cavity.
