In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention relates to a laundry treating apparatus which can wash, dehydrate and dry laundry. The device can either only wash the laundry, only dewater the laundry, or only dry the laundry. Or any combination of two of the above three processes. The user may select through the function keys of the laundry treating apparatus.
The clothes processing device washes clothes by rubbing the clothes through relative movement of the two rubbing faces, a rubbing channel can be formed between the two rubbing faces which move relative to each other, and the clothes are rubbed in the relative movement process of the two rubbing faces after being placed in the rubbing channel.
As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus includes a first mechanism 31, which is a belt driving mechanism including a first driving belt, and a washing protrusion 312 is disposed on an outer surface of the first driving belt, and the outer surface is a first washing surface 311.
The laundry treating apparatus further includes a second mechanism 32, which is a belt transmission mechanism including a second transmission belt, and an outer surface of the second transmission belt has a second washing surface 321 corresponding to the first washing surface 311. As shown in fig. 1, a scrubbing passage a is formed between the first scrubbing surface 311 and the second scrubbing surface 321.
The clothes 4 can be repeatedly rubbed by the rubbing bulges through the relative movement between the first rubbing surface and the second rubbing surface in the rubbing channel, so that the clothes can be cleaned in the rubbing process. Because the clothes can move in the rubbing process, the first rubbing face and the second rubbing face can be arranged in parallel, the width of the rubbing channel is ensured to be constant, and the clothes can have the same rubbing force at each part.
The first mechanism and the second mechanism can be other mechanisms, and at least one of the first mechanism and the second mechanism can move, for example, the first mechanism and the second mechanism are both washboards with washboards, one sides with the washboards are arranged oppositely, when clothes are positioned between the two washboards, the clothes can be scrubbed by the washboards, and one of the washboards is ensured to move. When both the two washboards can move, the moving directions are opposite, or the moving directions are the same but the speeds are different, and the washing of the clothes can also be realized.
As shown in fig. 1, when the first transmission belt rotates clockwise, the second transmission belt also rotates clockwise, the lower surface of the first transmission belt contacts with the clothes 4, and the upper surface of the second transmission belt contacts with the clothes, so that when the first transmission belt and the second transmission belt rotate in the same direction, the first washing surface and the second washing surface can move in the direction, and the clothes in the washing channel can be washed by the hands.
In the rubbing process, the first transmission belt can not rotate, the second transmission belt rotates and drives the clothes to move, and at the moment, the clothes repeatedly contact the rubbing bulges on the first transmission belt in the moving process, so that the aim of washing can be fulfilled in the moving process. The second belt does not rotate and the first belt rotates in a process similar to that described above. The first washing face and the second washing face can be ensured to move reversely or the first washing face and the second washing face move in the same direction and at different speeds, so that the clothes washing process can be realized.
Since the clothes need to be loaded to a certain extent during the washing process, the preferred mode is that the two rotating rods of the first transmission belt are horizontally arranged to open the first transmission belt, and the surface of the outer surface, which is located below the first transmission belt, rubs the clothes, and the second transmission belt also has a horizontal second washing surface, so that the clothes can be placed on the second washing surface without falling from the rubbing channel, as shown in fig. 1, the rubbing channel a is a horizontal channel to prevent the clothes from falling from the rubbing channel. In the rubbing process, because excessive rubbing force cannot be applied to the clothes, whether the clothes move along with the first or second rubbing surfaces cannot be guaranteed, so that the rubbing surfaces can be horizontally arranged, and at least one rubbing surface can bear the clothes.
As shown in fig. 2, the laundry treatment apparatus dehydrates laundry by squeezing water from the laundry, and a general washing machine dehydrates the laundry by a centrifugal method, which is different from the general washing machine. The squeezing dehydration is carried out by two squeezing surfaces, and a dehydration channel is formed between the two squeezing surfaces.
When the clothes 4 are located in the dewatering channel, the two opposite squeezing surfaces squeeze towards the clothes, the moisture in the clothes can be squeezed out under the action of the squeezing force, and the clothes can be gradually dried after the water flows away. The dehydration tunnel allows for the compression of the laundry to be adjusted to ensure that the final moisture content of the laundry is low.
The laundry treating apparatus includes a third mechanism and a fourth mechanism, each having a face as a pressing face. The third and fourth mechanisms may be plate-shaped and movable in the direction of the dehydration tunnel to press the laundry, or may be dehydrated by means of a belt transmission mechanism as shown in fig. 2.
The fourth mechanism is used for providing a squeezing surface, the second mechanism in the rubbing and washing process is provided with a rubbing and washing surface, the belt transmission mechanism can be provided with a plurality of surfaces after the rotating roller is added, so that the second mechanism can be provided with the rubbing and washing surface and the squeezing surface, and the squeezing purpose can be achieved without the fourth mechanism.
As shown in fig. 2, the second mechanism is a belt driving mechanism having three rotating rollers, which are not positioned on the same line but arranged in a triangle, thereby forming three surfaces. One of the surfaces on the top serves as the second washing surface 321, and the surface on one side serves as the first pressing surface 322.
The third mechanism may provide only one pressing surface, or may be a mechanism arranged symmetrically to the second mechanism, and includes both a washing surface and a pressing surface.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the third mechanism 33 is a belt transmission mechanism having three rotating rollers, and includes a third transmission belt, the surface of the third transmission belt corresponding to the first kneading surface is a third kneading surface 331, and the surface corresponding to the first squeezing surface 322 is a second squeezing surface 332.
The three rotating rollers of the second mechanism 32 form a right triangle arrangement, with the second washing surface 321 being perpendicular to the first pressing surface 322, and similarly, the three rotating rollers of the third mechanism 33 form a right triangle arrangement, with the third washing surface 331 being perpendicular to the second pressing surface.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the above arrangement, a horizontal scrubbing passage a and a vertical dehydrating passage B are formed, and the scrubbing passage a and the dehydrating passage B communicate to form a T-shaped passage as a whole. After the rubbing of the rubbing channel is finished, the clothes 4 can be directly dehydrated in the dehydration channel by changing the transmission direction of the transmission belt.
The dewatering channel is a vertical channel, so that when the clothes are positioned in the dewatering channel to receive extrusion, water extruded from the clothes can flow downwards and is separated from the clothes as soon as possible, the water can be discharged through the water outlet below, and the clothes can be dried as soon as possible.
The second transmission belt and the third transmission belt can be scrubbed and can be used for dewatering, and the two functions can be switched by changing the rotation direction of the transmission belts. That is, when the two belts rotate in the same direction, the second washing surface 321 and the third washing surface 331 under the clothes can move in the same direction as a whole, and the second washing surface 321 and the third washing surface 331 only need to move relative to the first washing surface 311, and the rotating direction is as shown in fig. 1. When the clothes 4 need to be dehydrated, the second transmission belt and the third transmission belt need to move relatively, so that the clothes enter the dehydration channel B from the scrubbing channel A, the second transmission belt can rotate clockwise, the third transmission belt can rotate anticlockwise, the clothes can be brought into the dehydration channel B when being positioned between the second mechanism and the third mechanism, and the clothes can be dehydrated under the action of the first extrusion surface and the second extrusion surface, and the rotation direction is as shown in fig. 2.
Since different clothes have different thicknesses, even if the socks have different thicknesses, the excessively thin clothes cannot be effectively dehydrated if the width of the pressing passage is not changed during the pressing dehydration, and the excessively thick clothes may not pass through the dehydration passage or cause irreversible damage to the clothes.
The clothes treatment device also comprises an adjusting mechanism, wherein the adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the distance between the second squeezing surface and the third squeezing surface and changing the squeezing force on the clothes;
as shown in fig. 2, the third mechanism is provided with an adjusting mechanism 333, and the position of the rotating roller of the third mechanism can be adjusted, so that the dewatering passage can be adjusted.
In order to ensure automatic control and accuracy of the adjustment process, the pressing surface may be provided with a sensor for measuring the force between the pressing surface and the laundry, and the second pressing surface is provided with a force sensor.
The control method of the above process is as shown in fig. 4, after the clothes enter the dewatering channel, the force sensor feeds back the force, the clothes processing device judges whether the acting force is in the set range, when the acting force is in the set range, no adjustment is needed, when the acting force is greater than the set range, the adjusting mechanism drives the third driving belt to move in the direction away from the second driving belt, the dewatering channel is widened, the acting force between the squeezing surface and the clothes 4 is reduced, when the acting force is less than the set range, the adjusting mechanism drives the third driving belt to move in the direction close to the second driving belt, the dewatering channel is narrowed, and the acting force between the squeezing surface and the clothes 4 is increased.
After the clothes are washed and dehydrated, the clothes need to be dried as soon as possible, the clothes treatment device is further provided with a drying area, in order to save the internal space of the clothes treatment device, the drying area can be directly arranged at an outlet of the dehydration channel, a heating plate 34 is arranged at the outlet, the clothes 4 contain a small amount of water after being dehydrated, the clothes directly fall on the heating plate 34 at the end of the dehydration channel, and the heat released by the heating plate dries the clothes.
The drying of the clothes is the final step of the clothes treatment part, a clothes outlet can be arranged in the drying area, and after drying for a certain time, a user can directly take out the dried clothes from the clothes outlet and directly wear the clothes.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus has a housing, including an upper housing 11 and a lower housing 12, the upper housing may be opened by rotating, the upper housing and the lower housing may be provided with corresponding threads, or may be connected to one side of the lower housing through a hinge, and the laundry may be put in after being opened, so that the first mechanism may be disposed on the upper housing, the second mechanism may be disposed on the lower housing, after the upper housing 11 is opened, the laundry is placed at a position of the rubbing channel, after the upper housing is fastened, the rubbing channel is formed at the junction after the upper housing and the lower housing are closed, the rubbing channel a is formed between the first mechanism and the second mechanism, the laundry is just located in the rubbing channel, and the laundry treating apparatus may start washing without transporting the laundry.
The shell is also provided with a water inlet 21, the position of the water inlet can be arranged to correspond to the position of the scrubbing channel, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the water inlet 21 is horizontally arranged and is aligned with the scrubbing channel, and when water flow is sprayed at the water inlet 21, the water inlet can be aligned with the clothes 4 in the scrubbing channel. Preferably, the water inlet 21 is provided with a washing nozzle for washing the laundry in the washing passage to ensure a certain impact force, so that the washing foam or the sewage can be washed off the laundry more quickly.
The bottom of the shell is also provided with a water outlet 22, water entering from the water inlet can flow to the bottom of the shell under the action of gravity, the water outlet can directly discharge the water, and the structure of a drain valve and the like can be arranged to control the water discharge.
The drain valve at least needs to guarantee that the water in the shell is emptied when the clothes are dried, so that the drying effect can be guaranteed.
The control method of the laundry treating apparatus is shown in fig. 3. The clothes treatment device controls the two rubbing surfaces to move relatively to wash the clothes placed in the rubbing channel.
Specifically, when the laundry treating apparatus performs a rubbing process on laundry, the following process is included:
s1: scrubbing: after the socks are placed in the scrubbing channel, a water inlet is opened to wet the clothes and add detergent, and then the first transmission belt, the second transmission belt and the third transmission belt are controlled to rotate in the same direction, so that the first scrubbing surface, the second scrubbing surface and the third scrubbing surface move oppositely;
s2: washing: the water inlet is opened to wash the foam on the clothes.
The two processes need to control twice water inflow, the first water inflow is to wet the clothes, the detergent can be dissolved, and the subsequent rubbing process is convenient. The first water intake may be a small amount of water intake, and may be water mixed with detergent. The user can also directly put the wetted clothes coated with the detergent into the washing machine, and the first water inlet process is omitted.
The purpose of the second water inlet process is to wash out the foam on the clothes.
In the rubbing process, the transmission direction of the transmission belt is not constant, and the rubbing channel is provided with two ends, so that when the clothes are driven to the two ends dragged by rubbing, the transmission belt can lead the clothes to return to the middle part of the rubbing channel by changing the transmission direction, so as to more fully rub the clothes.
After the rubbing is completed, the user may take the laundry out of the laundry treating apparatus for manual dehydration. The dehydration may also be performed through a dehydration passage of the laundry treating apparatus.
The process of treating the laundry may further include S3: and (3) dehydrating: controlling the first transmission belt to stop rotating, and enabling the second transmission belt and the third transmission belt to move in opposite directions to enable clothes to enter the dehydration channel from the scrubbing channel to be squeezed and dehydrated;
the dehydration in S3 may be performed in an auxiliary rinsing process or may be performed as a final dehydration. The dehydration of the auxiliary washing process is because the washing of the laundry with water directly does not achieve a good detergent removing effect, and in the treatment process of a general washing machine, it is generally washing-dehydration-rinsing-dehydration-re-rinsing-final dehydration. After the washing and rinsing processes, in order to separate the laundry from the detergent, a dehydration process is provided to remove the water containing the detergent from the laundry.
The processing process of the clothes processing device is similar, clothes enter the dehydration channel for dehydration after being washed, the content of the detergent is reduced after the dehydration, the clothes return to the washing channel for washing again, and the washing process can be matched with the rubbing process to achieve the aim of better rinsing and remove the residue of the detergent. After the last washing of the laundry after the plurality of times of the alternation of S2 and S3, it is considered that the laundry contains almost no detergent, the rinsing of the laundry is completed, and the final dehydrating process may be performed.
The number of the rinsing can be set, for example, 3 times of rinsing is set, and after 3 times of rinsing, the last dewatering process, i.e., the final dewatering process, is performed. When the clothes processing device judges that the dehydration is the last dehydration, the clothes are directly dropped in the drying area for drying after the dehydration is finished. The clothes treatment device controls the second transmission belt and the third transmission belt to rotate oppositely so that the clothes fall in the drying area.
The clothes treatment device simulates the washing mode of hands to clothes by rubbing and washing the clothes, achieves the purpose of washing by rubbing the clothes, rinses the clothes in a washing mode, does not need to soak the clothes in water, and saves water resources while ensuring the cleanness of the clothes.
The washing and dewatering process can be realized only by arranging three transmission belts in the clothes treatment device, the structure is simple, the whole size is small, the clothes treatment device is suitable for washing small clothes such as socks, underwear and the like, the carrying is convenient, the clothes treatment device is provided with a heating plate for drying the clothes, and the clothes treatment device can be used at home and in travel;
the clothes treatment device can also adjust clothes after different, the width of the dehydration channel is adjusted in the dehydration process, certain squeezing effect is achieved on the clothes with different thicknesses, the thinner clothes are adjusted to be narrower channels, the thicker clothes are adjusted to be wider channels, and the clothes can be effectively dehydrated on the premise of not damaging the clothes.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
