Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔声乳胶漆,原料按照百分比包括:复合乳液10‑15%、增稠剂0.1‑0.3%、复合纤维0.15‑0.17%、消泡剂0.01‑0.03%、抗水剂0.01‑0.03%、抗菌剂0.02‑0.04%、高分子材料粉末13‑15%、石墨粉末6‑9%、金属粉末9‑11%、纳米二氧化钛颗粒10‑12%、高岭土1‑3%和去离子水。通过高分子材料颗粒和金属粉的使用,使得乳胶漆在使用的过程中能够增强其韧性,保证其粘贴效果的同时降低受损的几率,从而保证好乳胶漆的隔声效果,通过加入的石墨粉末和纳米二氧化钛,能够通过石墨粉末和纳米二氧化钛增强乳胶漆的隔声效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及乳胶漆技术领域,具体为一种隔声乳胶漆。
背景技术
乳胶漆是以合成树脂乳液为基料加入颜料、填料及各种助剂配制而成的一类水性涂料,又称合成树脂乳液涂料,是有机涂料的一种。凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料,包括水溶性涂料、水稀释性涂料、水分散性涂料(乳胶涂料)三种。根据生产原料的不同,乳胶漆主要有聚醋酸乙烯乳胶漆、乙丙乳胶漆、纯丙烯酸乳胶漆等品种,根据产品适用环境不同,可以分为内墙和外墙乳胶漆两种,根据装饰的光泽效果又可分为无光、哑光、半光、丝光和有光等类型。
幕墙乳胶漆在使用的过程种具有一定的美观效果,并且乳胶漆能够制成不同的颜色,但是乳胶漆在使用的过程中容易受到外部的侵蚀,从而会影响到乳胶漆的结构,并且乳胶漆在使用的过程中抗噪效果较差,在出现损伤时,其抗噪效果会更差,从而目前亟需一种隔声效果好的乳胶漆。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔声乳胶漆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种隔声乳胶漆,原料按照百分比包括:复合乳液10-15%、增稠剂0.1-0.3%、复合纤维0.15-0.17%、消泡剂0.01-0.03%、抗水剂0.01-0.03%、抗菌剂0.02-0.04%、高分子材料粉末13-15%、石墨粉末6-9%、金属粉末9-11%、纳米二氧化钛颗粒10-12%、高岭土1-3%和去离子水。
优选的,所述复合乳液包括有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液、全氟硅氧烷树脂、氟碳乳液和丙烯酸乳液。
优选的,所述抗水剂为脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂按照质量比1:2组成的混合树脂。
优选的,所述高分子材料粉末为环氧树脂粉末或聚乙烯树脂粉末。
优选的,所述金属粉末为铝粉、铁粉和铜粉按照3:3:1组成。
优选的,所述金属粉末的颗粒度为100-2000目。
一种隔声乳胶漆,其制备方法如下:
步骤一:将去离子水、增稠剂、消泡剂、抗水剂和抗菌剂混合,并搅拌均匀。
步骤二:将高分子材料粉末、石墨粉末和金属粉末进行混合搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中,将混合物进行加热,加热温度在500-750度之间。
步骤三:将步骤一种的混合物加入复合乳液、复合纤维、纳米二氧化钛颗粒和高岭土进行搅拌混合,搅拌速度喂喂喂1200-1500转/分。
步骤四:将步骤二和步骤三种的两种混合物进行混合搅拌,在搅拌的过程中加入去离子水调节其粘度。
步骤五:将调节好后的混合物通过PH值进行检测,并加入适量的调节剂调节混合物的PH值。
步骤六:将调节后的混合物进行装罐密封。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该隔声乳胶漆,通过抗菌剂和抗水剂的使用,使得乳胶漆在使用的过程中,受到外部的影响时,抗菌剂和抗水剂能够增强其耐用的效果,降低乳胶漆使用时形成的损伤。
2、该隔声乳胶漆,通过高分子材料颗粒和金属粉的使用,使得乳胶漆在使用的过程中能够增强其韧性,保证其粘贴效果的同时降低受损的几率,从而保证好乳胶漆的隔声效果。
3、该隔声乳胶漆,通过加入的石墨粉末和纳米二氧化钛,能够通过石墨粉末和纳米二氧化钛增强乳胶漆的隔声效果。

合乳液包括有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液、全氟硅氧烷树脂、氟碳乳液和丙烯酸乳液,抗水剂为脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂按照质量比1:2组成的混合树脂,高分子材料粉末为环氧树脂粉末或聚乙烯树脂粉末,金属粉末为铝粉、铁粉和铜粉按照3:3:1组成,金属粉末的颗粒度为100-2000目。
一种隔声乳胶漆,其制备方法如下:
步骤一:将去离子水、增稠剂、消泡剂、抗水剂和抗菌剂混合,并搅拌均匀。
步骤二:将高分子材料粉末、石墨粉末和金属粉末进行混合搅拌,并在搅拌的过程中,将混合物进行加热,加热温度在500-750度之间。

步骤四:将步骤二和步骤三种的两种混合物进行混合搅拌,在搅拌的过程中加入去离子水调节其粘度。
步骤五:将调节好后的混合物通过PH值进行检测,并加入适量的调节剂调节混合物的PH值。
步骤六:将调节后的混合物进行装罐密封。

1.一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:原料按照百分比包括:复合乳液10-15%、增稠剂0.1-0.3%、复合纤维0.15-0.17%、消泡剂0.01-0.03%、抗水剂0.01-0.03%、抗菌剂0.02-0.04%、高分子材料粉末13-15%、石墨粉末6-9%、金属粉末9-11%、纳米二氧化钛颗粒10-12%、高岭土1-3%和去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述复合乳液包括有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液、全氟硅氧烷树脂、氟碳乳液和丙烯酸乳液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述抗水剂为脲醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂按照质量比1:2组成的混合树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述高分子材料粉末为环氧树脂粉末或聚乙烯树脂粉末。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述金属粉末为铝粉、铁粉和铜粉按照3:3:1组成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其特征在于:所述金属粉末的颗粒度为100-2000目。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种隔声乳胶漆,其制备方法如下:
