1. A kitchen waste composting device, which comprises,
a body including, from top to bottom, a first region, a second region located below the first region, and a third region located below the second region below the first region,
a first zone comprising, in a first direction,
a feed inlet arranged at the top of the first zone,
a first supporting plate for separating the first area from the second area, wherein the first supporting plate is provided with a blanking part for enabling kitchen garbage to fall into a working area of the second area,
an automatic powdering unit supported on the support plate to spray a predetermined amount of powder toward the work area,
a crushing unit supported by the support plate to be movable to a working area in a liftable manner to crush the kitchen waste,
a second zone comprising a rotatable split-tray storage container comprising,
an intermediate shaft, which is controllably rotatable,
a plurality of partition plates radially connected to the intermediate shaft to partition the second zone into a plurality of zones, the partition plates being rotated about the intermediate shaft as an axis by actuation of the intermediate shaft, wherein a zone aligned with the blanking portion is a working zone, and the remaining zones are fermentation zones for fermentation to produce compost,
a third zone comprising, in combination,
a second support plate, which separates said second zone and a third zone, provided with collecting means for collecting compost in correspondence of the fermentation zone,
a solid-liquid separation unit in communication with the collection device for solid-liquid separation of the compost.
2. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the work area is preferably provided with a first measuring unit for measuring the volume or mass of kitchen waste therein.
3. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 2 wherein the first measuring unit comprises a laser ranging sensor.
4. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 2 wherein the upper intermediate shaft is driven by a first motor provided on the upper or lower surface of the first support plate.
5. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 4 further comprising a processing unit connected to the first measuring unit, the first motor, the automatic dusting unit, and the grinding unit,
responding to the mass data or the volume data measured by the first measuring unit, sending a dusting instruction to the automatic dusting unit by the processing unit to sprinkle a predetermined amount of powder, sending a crushing instruction to the crushing unit to crush kitchen waste at a predetermined power or a predetermined rotating speed, and sending a circulating instruction to the first motor after crushing is completed, so that a fermentation area adjacent to the working area moves to the position below the blanking part to become a new working area.
6. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the automated dusting unit comprises,
a containing unit which contains the powder,
a second motor for driving the motor to rotate,
and the worm gear and worm mechanism is connected with the second motor so as to continuously and controllably input the powder from the containing unit into the blanking part.
7. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the shredding unit comprises,
a lead screw, which is arranged on the first supporting plate,
a cantilever beam provided on the nut seat of the lead screw to move up and down,
a plurality of blades connected to the cantilever beam via the tool bar.
8. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the blades are controllably rotatable.
9. The kitchen waste composting apparatus of claim 1 wherein the solid-liquid separating means comprises a separator in close contact with the second support plate and a hose for discharging the fermentation liquid.
10. A method of treating a kitchen waste composting apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1-9 comprising the steps of,
the first step, the kitchen garbage falls into the working area in the second area through the blanking part,
a second step, responding to the mass data or the volume data measured by the first measuring unit, sending a dusting instruction to the automatic dusting unit by the processing unit to sprinkle a predetermined amount of powder, sending a crushing instruction to the crushing unit to crush kitchen garbage at a predetermined power or a predetermined rotating speed,
a third step of sending a circulation instruction to the first motor after the crushing is finished so that the fermentation area adjacent to the working area moves to the lower part of the blanking part to become a new working area, returning to the first step and the second step for circulation until the fermentation area is filled,
and step four, after the fermentation in the fermentation area is finished and the compost is composted, the solid-liquid separation unit performs solid-liquid separation on the compost.
