The safety control scheme is further refined, so that the method can adapt to more scenes, for example, a driver moves the vehicle in a cell under the condition that children exist in the vehicle, the vehicle speed is controlled to be below a second vehicle speed threshold value, and the vehicle speed cannot be controlled not to be lifted any more under the condition, so that the vehicle cannot run normally. Fig. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a child safety control device according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 3, the device 30 includes:
an acquisition module 31 configured to acquire seating position information of a child and seat use information indicating whether the child uses the safety seat, in a case where it is determined that a passenger of the vehicle includes the child;
a determination module 32, configured to determine a target control strategy from a plurality of preset control strategies according to the seating position information and the seat usage information;
and the control module 33 is configured to execute a safety control operation according to the target control strategy, where the safety control operation includes controlling at least one of the vehicle window, the vehicle speed, the child lock, and multimedia.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when a child is present in the vehicle, safety control can be performed according to different seating positions and usage conditions of the safety seat, thereby improving the safety of the child in the vehicle.
Illustratively, the plurality of control strategies includes a first control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is not using a safety seat and the child is seated in a rear seat of a vehicle;
in a case that the target control policy includes the first control policy, the control module 33 is specifically configured to perform a security control operation according to the target control policy:
indicating a multimedia controller to send out a safety prompt under the condition that the speed of the vehicle is greater than zero and less than a first vehicle speed threshold value;
and under the condition that the vehicle speed of the vehicle is greater than a second vehicle speed threshold value, instructing the vehicle body controller to control the vehicle to lock a child lock and close a rear window, and instructing an engine ECU of the vehicle to control the vehicle speed not to be lifted any more, wherein the second vehicle speed threshold value is greater than the first vehicle speed threshold value.
Illustratively, the plurality of control strategies further includes at least one of a second control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a rear seat of a vehicle, a third control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a front seat, and a fourth control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a front seat;
in a case that the target control policy includes the second control policy, the control module 33 is specifically configured to perform a security control operation according to the target control policy: instructing a vehicle body controller of the vehicle to control the vehicle to lock a child lock and close a rear window in the case that the vehicle speed of the vehicle is greater than the first vehicle speed threshold and less than the second vehicle speed threshold;
in case of adopting the first control strategy or the second control strategy, it is possible to adopt different safety control schemes according to different driving speeds in case of a child seated in a rear seat. Specifically, the vehicle can send out an alarm to prompt a driver to enable a child in the vehicle to use the safety seat when the vehicle is started, and when the vehicle speed is increased to a first vehicle speed threshold value, whether the safety seat is used or not, a safety control instruction is sent out actively, so that the vehicle body controller controls the vehicle to lock the child and close a rear row vehicle window to avoid the child from opening a vehicle door or a vehicle window by misoperation, when the vehicle speed is increased to a second vehicle speed threshold value, if the safety seat is not used, the engine ECU is instructed to control the vehicle speed not to be increased any more, and the vehicle speed is controlled to be within a relatively safe vehicle speed range. The safety control scheme is further refined, so that the method can adapt to more scenes, for example, a driver moves the vehicle in a cell under the condition that children exist in the vehicle, the vehicle speed is controlled to be below a second vehicle speed threshold value, and the vehicle speed cannot be controlled not to be lifted any more under the condition, so that the vehicle cannot run normally. And refined safety control is realized to ensure the riding safety of children.
In a case that the target control policy includes the third control policy, the control module 33 is specifically configured to perform a security control operation according to the target control policy: instructing the engine ECU to control the engine not to be started, and instructing a parking brake of the vehicle to maintain a braking state. At the moment, the safety problem caused by the fact that a child mistakenly starts the vehicle or loosens a hand brake when the child is seated in the driving position to cause the vehicle to move can be prevented, and the safety of the child in the vehicle when the vehicle is parked is ensured.
In a case that the target control policy includes the fourth control policy, the control module 33 is specifically configured to perform a security control operation according to the target control policy: the parking brake is indicated to keep a braking state, and under the condition that the engine is detected to be started, the multimedia controller is indicated to control the loudspeaker to give an alarm, at the moment, the parking brake is controlled to keep the braking state, so that the safety problem caused by the fact that a vehicle moves due to the fact that the misoperation of a child sitting in a copilot position during parking is avoided, and the driver is instructed to control the loudspeaker to give an alarm to remind the driver that the child is required to be placed in a safety seat in the rear row when the driver starts the vehicle by force, so that the safety of taking the vehicle by the child is guaranteed.
For example, in the case that it is determined that the passenger of the vehicle includes a child, the obtaining module 31 is specifically configured to obtain seating position information of the child and seat usage information indicating whether the child uses the safety seat, and:
shooting images of boarding passengers of the vehicle through a camera;
the method comprises the steps that the image recognition is carried out to determine that the boarding passenger is a child, the sitting position information of the child and the seat use information representing whether the child uses the safety seat or not are obtained, at the moment, the image recognition can be utilized to accurately judge the passenger information in the vehicle and timely obtain needed information when the image recognition system recognizes that the boarding passenger is the child, and the safety response can be quickly made.
Illustratively, the obtaining module 31 is further configured to:
acquiring a weight value of a passenger in the vehicle according to a pressure sensor on a seat in the vehicle, and determining that the passenger in the vehicle comprises a child under the condition that the weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold, wherein the seating position information comprises positions of all seats with detected weight values smaller than the preset weight threshold; and determining whether a child is seated at the position where the safety seat is installed according to the seating position information, and obtaining the seat use information. The safety seat installation position at this moment is known condition, only need to judge the position of installing safety seat whether have the passenger to take and can judge the position of installing safety seat whether take children, and at this moment, can be for example the interior image that the camera obtained under the not good condition of night light is clear inadequately, can not in time judge whether the passenger of getting on the bus is children, can confirm that the passenger of getting on the bus is children through pressure sensor.
For example, the control module 33 may be further configured to instruct the multimedia controller to control a display corresponding to the seating position of the child to play preset multimedia content according to the seating position information of the child, where the multimedia content includes a safe riding promotion video, and the multimedia content may also be a child animation film uploaded by a vehicle owner or stored in an internal memory of the multimedia controller when the vehicle leaves a factory. At the moment, the video can be controlled by the indication multimedia controller to play so as to attract the attention of the child taking the car and prompt the child to take the car safely, and the safety of the child taking the car is improved.
For example, the determination module 32 may also be used to determine whether there is a holiday blessing audio corresponding to the current date; the control module 33 is configured to instruct the multimedia controller to control the speaker to emit the holiday blessing audio when the holiday blessing audio corresponding to the current date exists, for example, the holiday blessing audio may be a sound playing' imitating a cartoon character to welcome a child to take a bus when six children live, and today is holiday of your, please listen to guidance from dad and mom, and a voice welcome and prompt tone of a safe bus, so that the child can more easily receive prompt information in a preset voice, and the bus safety of the child is further improved.

Fig. 4 is a vehicle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 4, the vehicle 40 includes: the vehicle body controller is configured to control the vehicle safety of the child, and the camera, the seat pressure sensor, the vehicle body controller, the multimedia controller, the engine ECU, and the child riding safety control device 30 (specifically, the corresponding description above may be referred to, and details are not repeated here). Those skilled in the art should appreciate that, in the implementation, the vehicle includes other components, fig. 4 only shows the relevant portions of the disclosed embodiment, and other necessary vehicle components are not shown.
Fig. 5 is another block diagram illustrating a child ride safety control device according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the child ride safety control device 30 may further include one or more of a processor 51, a memory 52, a multimedia component 53, an input/output (I/O) interface 54, and a communication component 55.
The processor 51 is configured to control the overall operation of the child safety control device 30, so as to complete all or part of the steps in the child safety control method. The memory 52 is used to store various types of data to support the operation of the child safety control device 30, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the child safety control device 30, and application-related data, such as contact data, messages sent or received, pictures, audio, video, and the like. The Memory 52 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 53 may include a screen and an audio component. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 52 or transmitted through the communication component 55. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 54 provides an interface between the processor 51 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication module 55 is used for wired or wireless communication between the child ride safety control device 30 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, NB-IOT, eMTC, or other 5G, etc., or a combination of one or more of them, which is not limited herein. The corresponding communication component 55 may thus comprise: Wi-Fi module, Bluetooth module, NFC module, etc.
In an exemplary embodiment, the child car safety control Device 30 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors or other electronic components, and is configured to perform the child car safety control method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium including program instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the child ride safety control method described above, is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 52 comprising program instructions executable by the processor 51 of the child ride safety control device 30 to perform the child ride safety control method described above.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A child ride safety control method, the method comprising:
in the case where it is determined that a passenger of a vehicle includes a child, acquiring seating position information of the child and seat use information representing whether the child uses a safety seat;
determining a target control strategy from a plurality of preset control strategies according to the seating position information and the seat use information;
and executing safety control operation according to the target control strategy, wherein the safety control operation comprises controlling at least one of vehicle windows, vehicle speed, child locks and multimedia.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of control strategies includes a first control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is not using a safety seat and the child is seated in a rear seat of a vehicle;
in a case that the target control policy includes the first control policy, the performing a security control operation according to the target control policy includes:
indicating a multimedia controller to send out a safety prompt under the condition that the speed of the vehicle is greater than zero and less than a first vehicle speed threshold value;
and under the condition that the vehicle speed of the vehicle is greater than a second vehicle speed threshold value, instructing a vehicle body controller to control the vehicle to lock a child lock and close a rear row vehicle window, and instructing an engine ECU of the vehicle to control the vehicle speed not to be lifted any more, wherein the second vehicle speed threshold value is greater than the first vehicle speed threshold value.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the plurality of control strategies further comprises at least one of a second control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a rear seat of a vehicle, a third control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a front seat, and a fourth control strategy corresponding to a situation where the child is seated in a passenger seat;
in a case that the target control policy includes the second control policy, the performing a security control operation according to the target control policy includes: if the vehicle speed of the vehicle is greater than the first vehicle speed threshold and less than the second vehicle speed threshold, indicating a vehicle body controller of the vehicle to control the vehicle to lock a child lock and close a rear window;
in a case that the target control policy includes the third control policy, the performing a security control operation according to the target control policy includes: instructing the engine ECU to control the engine not to be started and instructing a parking brake of the vehicle to maintain a braking state;
in a case that the target control policy includes the fourth control policy, the performing a security control operation according to the target control policy includes: instructing the parking brake to maintain a braking state and, in the event of detection of an engine start, instructing the multimedia controller to control a speaker to issue an alarm.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining seating position information of the child and seat usage information characterizing whether the child uses the safety seat in the event that it is determined that the occupant of the vehicle includes the child comprises:
shooting images of boarding passengers of the vehicle through a camera;
in response to determining that the boarding passenger is a child through image recognition, seating position information of the child and seat use information representing whether the child uses a safety seat are acquired.
5. The method of any of claims 1-4, wherein the obtaining seating position information for the child and seat use information characterizing whether the child uses a safety seat comprises:
acquiring a weight value of a passenger in the vehicle according to a pressure sensor on a seat in the vehicle, and determining that the passenger in the vehicle comprises a child under the condition that the weight value is smaller than a preset weight threshold, wherein the seating position information comprises positions of all seats with detected weight values smaller than the preset weight threshold;
and determining whether a child is seated at the position where the safety seat is installed according to the seating position information, and obtaining the seat use information.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
and according to the seating position information of the child, indicating the multimedia controller to control a display corresponding to the seating position of the child to play preset multimedia content, wherein the multimedia content comprises a safe riding propaganda video.
7. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
determining whether a holiday blessing audio corresponding to the current date exists;
instructing the multimedia controller to control a speaker to emit the holiday blessing audio if there is holiday blessing audio corresponding to the current date.
8. A child ride safety control device, the device comprising:
the safety seat comprises an acquisition module, a judgment module and a control module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring seating position information of a child and seat use information representing whether the child uses the safety seat or not under the condition that the passenger of the vehicle is determined to comprise the child;
the determining module is used for determining a target control strategy from a plurality of preset control strategies according to the seating position information and the seat use information;
and the control module is used for executing safety control operation according to the target control strategy, and the safety control operation comprises control on at least one of the vehicle window, the vehicle speed, the child lock and multimedia.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A vehicle comprising child ride safety control means for implementing a method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
