Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, an actual distance between the user and the vehicle is obtained; when the actual distance is smaller than or equal to the first preset distance, at least one acoustic reminding device and at least one optical display device are controlled to remind, and when the actual distance is larger than the first preset distance, the acoustic reminding device and the optical display device are controlled to remind, and meanwhile a reminding signal is sent to the mobile terminal of the user.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a reminding duration of the vehicle is counted, and when the reminding duration is longer than a preset duration, a distress signal is sent to a preset terminal.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the optimal reminding parameters of the at least one acoustic reminding device and the at least one optical display device are matched according to the reminding duration, and the at least one acoustic reminding device and the at least one optical display device are controlled to operate according to the optimal reminding parameters.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the identity type of the living being is collected; if the identity type is the infant type, controlling the vehicle to enter a preset pacifying mode, starting the vehicle-mounted sound box to play a preset song, and simultaneously starting the vehicle-mounted air conditioner to work according to preset comfort parameters; and if the identity type is the old man type, controlling the vehicle to release the locking of the vehicle door.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the vehicle leaving behind reminding device is also applicable to the vehicle leaving behind reminding method of the embodiment, and is not repeated herein.

Claims (10)

1. A leave-behind reminder device for a vehicle, comprising:
the image acquisition part is used for acquiring actual images in the vehicle;
the reminding piece is used for reminding a user of leaving the reminder, and comprises at least one acoustic reminding device and at least one optical display device; and
the control part is used for generating an acquisition instruction after the vehicle is shut down, sending the acquisition instruction to the image acquisition part, and controlling the reminding part to carry out optical reminding and/or acoustic reminding when a living object is left in the vehicle according to the actual image.
2. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
a first detection member for detecting actual brightness in the vehicle;
and the compensating piece is used for performing illumination compensation in the vehicle when the actual brightness is lower than the preset brightness.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the second detection piece is used for detecting whether the vehicle is in a vehicle leaving living thing reminding mode or not, so that the control piece generates the acquisition instruction when the control piece detects that the vehicle is in the vehicle leaving living thing reminding mode, and the vehicle is parked and braked and the vehicle door is locked.
4. The device of claim 1, wherein the control comprises:
an acquisition unit configured to acquire an actual distance between the user and the vehicle;
and the control unit is used for controlling the at least one acoustic reminding device and the at least one optical display device to remind when the actual distance is smaller than or equal to a first preset distance, and sending a reminding signal to the mobile terminal of the user when the actual distance is larger than the first preset distance and controlling the at least one acoustic reminding device and the at least one optical display device to remind.

and the second judgment part is used for controlling the vehicle to release the locking of the vehicle door if the identity type is the old man type.
