Abstract

本发明提供了一种环保型EVA充皮纸,所述的环保型EVA充皮纸包括纸基、EVA层和聚氨酯层。该环保型EVA充皮纸,EVA层作为基材层,与PU充皮纸相比压纹性更好且纹路仿真度高,皮质感强,可任意折叠,光泽漂亮,档次高,耐磨性好。生产工艺简单环保,成本较低,且经辐射交联的EVA基材,回弹性、耐老化性、耐温性以及耐溶剂性能优异。

环保型EVA充皮纸
技术领域
本发明涉及充皮纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型EVA充皮纸。
背景技术
充皮纸是世界流行的包装材料,其纸张柔韧,面层相对耐磨耐折,有皮质感觉。其以一定强度和韧性的纸张为基础,表面施以树脂附着,通过纹路、手感、光泽以及颜色的不同搭配,再配以各种特殊功能效应,使得纸张千变万化,或古典,或时尚,或柔和,或高光等等,产品适用于各类礼品盒、珠宝盒、首饰盒、书籍、画册的装帧封面、高级礼盒酒盒、茶叶盒、笔记本、箱包、收藏品等高档各种包装。
充皮纸根据表面涂层及加工工艺来区分,大致可以分为:进口充皮原纸(原木浆浸染充皮纸)、仿进口充皮原纸、PVC充皮纸、PU充皮纸等。
而PVC充皮纸含有增塑剂以及一定的气味,并且难于降解,由此其出口到欧美市场时会受到很大的阻力,不仅税收较高,而且有很多使用范围限制。同时表面很难处理上PU树脂,因此手感、颜色的艳度、光泽度等效果相对单一,即使在国内,其也是作为低端产品使用。其优点是价格相对便宜,同时容易压花。而PU型充皮纸环保性相对要好的多,同时表面纹路、颜色、光泽等要丰富的多。其中现在市场上主要以溶剂型的产品为主。PU型的缺点是相对价格较贵,较多的适合贴面转移方式形成相对较浅的纹路,无法像PVC那样可以生产较深的纹路。PU型充皮纸或墙纸专利报道的还比较多,如专利CN 106245457B一种环保型PU金属充皮纸的生产方法,该环保型PU金属充皮纸包含纸基、底涂丙烯酸酯涂料、面涂由水性金银粉和水性丙烯酸酯组成。如专利CN202658837U环保聚氨酯墙面用纸,该环保墙面聚氨酯用纸包括底纸、粘合层、环保聚氨酯中层和环保聚氨酯面层组成。
因此,寻找一种既具有聚氨酯(PU)充皮纸的表面效果同时又具有聚氯乙烯(PVC)充皮纸的低成本的更加环保的原材料成为研究的热点。乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)是类似橡胶的热塑性塑料,具有优异的柔韧性、低温挠曲性、弹性、耐应力开裂性,以及良好的可塑性、可加工性等,得到广泛的应用。而乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)应用于充皮纸报道的还未见。只在专利CN104163027A一种无毒环保数码喷绘墙纸的制备方法及应用中有报道使用EVA基材,该专利是把改性的EVA颗粒料加入挤出涂布流延机内,通过流延成膜方式,将改性高分子材料挤出、涂布在基层上,收卷即得墙纸。最后在改性EVA膜上使用环保水性喷绘墨水,制备相应的图案。但上述喷绘墙纸经喷绘制备图案,喷绘图案与压纹出的图案相比立体感弱,该专利中并未提及图案可采用压纹处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种环保型EVA充皮纸。该环保型EVA充皮纸,EVA层作为基材层,与PU充皮纸相比压纹性更好且纹路仿真度高,皮质感强,可任意折叠,光泽漂亮,档次高,耐磨性好。生产工艺简单环保,成本较低,且经辐射交联的EVA基材,回弹性、耐老化性、耐温性以及耐溶剂性能优异,且EVA基材中未使用过氧化物交联剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的环保型EVA充皮纸,其主要特点是,所述的环保型EVA充皮纸包括纸基、EVA层和聚氨酯层。
较佳地,所述充皮纸的总厚度为0.15~0.55mm,其中纸基的厚度为0.10~0.25mm,EVA层的厚度为0.04~0.25mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
较佳地,纸基克重为80~200g/m2,纸张完全透染,色彩饱和鲜艳、不易褪色,纸张柔软,韧性好,抗撕拉性好,抗刮花,易上胶,易贴合。
较佳地,所述的EVA基材包括EVA树脂100份、聚烯烃树脂0~100份、助交联剂0~6份、填料0~200份和着色剂0~20份。
较佳地,所述的聚烯烃树脂为乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯等α-烯烃以及某些环烯烃单独聚合或共聚合制得。
优选地,所述的聚烯烃树脂为乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物或聚乙烯的一种或一种以上的组合物。
较佳地,填料可以为碳酸钙、石灰石、白炭黑、滑石粉等一种或一种以上的组合物。
较佳地,EVA层辐射交联后的交联度为1~90%。
优选地,EVA层辐射交联后的交联度为1~70%。
较佳地,所述的环保型EVA充皮纸中聚氨酯层包含改变颜色、调整光泽、改善手感、提升耐温和防粘性能等功能改善。
采用了该发明中的环保型EVA充皮纸,EVA层作为基材层,与PU充皮纸相比压纹性更好且纹路仿真度高,皮质感强,可任意折叠,光泽漂亮,档次高,耐磨性好。生产工艺简单环保,成本较低,且经辐射交联的EVA基材,回弹性、耐老化性、耐温性以及耐溶剂性能优异。

为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
实施例1
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.15mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.10mm,克重为80g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.04mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.01mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为80%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,助交联剂:3份。
实施例2
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.26mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.04mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为70%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,助交联剂:3份,着色剂:10份。
实施例3
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.32mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.1mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为20%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,助交联剂:1份,填料:50份,着色剂3份。
实施例4
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.55mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.25mm,克重为200g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.25mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.05mm,辐射交联后EVA层交联度为1.0%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,填料:100份,着色剂3份。
实施例5
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.32mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.1mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为52%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,乙烯-辛烯共聚物树脂:100份,助交联剂:2份,填料:100份,着色剂6份。
实施例6
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.32mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.1mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为90%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,低密度聚乙烯树脂:100份,助交联剂:6份,填料:200份,着色剂20份。
实施例7
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.32mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.1mm,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为46%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,乙烯-丁烯共聚物树脂:100份,助交联剂:2份,填料:100份,着色剂6份。
比较例1
本实施例中,环保型充皮纸的总厚度为0.22mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,无EVA层,聚氨酯层的厚度为0.02mm。
比较例2
本实施例中,PVC充皮纸的总厚度为0.30mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,PVC层的厚度为0.10mm。
比较例3
本实施例中,环保型EVA充皮纸的总厚度为0.30mm,其中底纸的厚度为0.20mm,克重为160g/m2,EVA层的厚度为0.1mm,无聚氨酯层,辐射交联后EVA层的交联度为20%。另EVA层的原料配比为,EVA:100份,助交联剂:1份,填料:50份,着色剂3份。
以上实施例中交联度的测试方法为GB/T 29848-2018-5.5.3中二甲苯萃取法测试EVA层的交联度。
对实施例1~7制得的环保型EVA充皮纸的性能进行测定,根据ASTM D 1242-1995测试耐磨性,结果如表1所示。

从实施例1~7和比较例1~3的数据可以看出,采用了本发明中的环保型EVA充皮纸,EVA层作为基材层,与PU充皮纸相比压纹性更好且纹路仿真度高,皮质感强,可任意折叠,光泽漂亮,档次高,耐磨性好。生产工艺简单环保,成本较低,且经辐射交联的EVA基材,回弹性、耐老化性、耐温性以及耐溶剂性能优异。
在此说明书中,本发明已参照其特定的实施例作了描述。但是,很显然仍可以作出各种修改和变换而不背离本发明的精神和范围。因此,说明书被认为是说明性的而非限制性的。

Claims (6)

1.一种环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的环保型EVA充皮纸包括纸基、EVA层和聚氨酯层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的充皮纸的总厚度为0.15~0.55mm,所述的纸基的厚度为0.10~0.25mm,所述的EVA层的厚度为0.04~0.25mm,所述的聚氨酯层的厚度为0.01~0.05mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的纸基克重为80~200g/m2
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的EVA层包括EVA树脂100份、聚烯烃树脂0~100份、助交联剂0~6份、填料0~200份和着色剂0~20份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的聚烯烃树脂包括乙烯-辛烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯共聚物或聚乙烯的一种或一种以上的组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保型EVA充皮纸,其特征在于,所述的EVA层经辐射交联,所述的EVA层的交联度为1~90%。
