本发明公开了一种水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,按如下步骤进行:采用碱性脱脂剂去除钢材表面的油污,清洁完后水洗;采用酸洗除锈,去除钢材表面的锈垢,然后水洗;加入磷化剂进行磷化以形成磷化膜;采用水性重防腐氟碳涂料作为底漆涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度10~20μm,养护形成底漆涂层;采用水性重防腐氟碳涂料作为面漆涂料喷涂,喷涂厚度10~30μm,养护形成面漆保护涂层。本发明提供的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,使得底漆、面漆与钢材表面的结合程度高,使涂层的附着力提高,增强涂层耐磨性、耐盐水性、耐候性等性能,提高钢材的耐腐蚀性能,同时得到的涂层平整均匀,涂层更轻薄,可以使用更少的涂料,降低成本,施工方便。

本发明涉及防腐涂料技术领域,特别是一种水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,化工、钢构件、船舶、电厂等各行业对板材、管道、泵等防腐要求日益迫切而且档次不断提高,对材料防腐性能也提出了越来越高的要求,以氟碳树脂为主要成膜物质的涂料称为氟碳涂料,此类涂料具有优异的耐化学品性和防腐蚀、耐磨性、绝缘性、耐沾污性等性能,而防腐喷涂工艺是指对物品进行喷涂涂层从而达到防腐的作用,避免物品被锈蚀的情况。而现有的基于氟碳涂料的防腐喷涂工艺,氟碳涂料在其喷涂时喷涂效果不均匀,而且在使用时防腐时间短,可能会出现脱落的现象,同时吸附效果不好,使得涂层与金属基底之间存在缝隙,从而产生腐蚀的现象,因此影响产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,该方法简单易操作,涂层附着力好,防腐性能优异。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:
一种水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,按如下步骤进行:
步骤一、表面清洁处理:采用碱性脱脂剂去除钢材表面的油污,清洁完后水洗;
步骤二、除锈:采用酸洗除锈,去除钢材表面的锈垢,然后水洗;
步骤三、磷化:加入锌系或铁系磷化剂进行磷化以形成磷化膜;
步骤四、喷涂底漆涂料:底漆涂料为水性重防腐氟碳涂料,喷涂厚度10~20μm,喷涂完后进行养护,养护完成形成底漆涂层;
步骤五、喷涂面漆涂料:面漆涂料采用水性重防腐氟碳涂料,喷涂厚度10~30μm,喷涂完后进行养护,养护完成形成面漆保护涂层。
采用上述技术方案的本发明,与现有技术相比,有益效果是:
通过该水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,使得底漆、面漆与钢材表面的结合程度高,使涂层的附着力提高,增强涂层耐磨性、耐盐水性、耐候性等性能,提高钢材的耐腐蚀性能。同时得到的涂层平整均匀,涂层更轻薄,可以使用更少的涂料,降低成本,施工方便。
进一步地,本发明的优选方案如下:
碱性脱脂剂包括磷酸钠、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠,在50~60℃条件下,处理时间为5~10min。
磷化温度为40~50℃,磷化时间为3~5min。
步骤四与步骤五中,喷涂过程工艺参数为:喷涂速度0.5~3m/min,喷涂枪嘴压力为20~30MPa。
步骤四中,养护条件:温度为5~40℃下,湿度小于85%,通风干燥,养护5h。

水性重防腐氟碳涂料由如下质量份的原料组成:去离子水10-25份、聚四氟乙烯35-50份、聚丙烯15-25份、二硫化钼5-10份、氟碳改性聚丙烯1-5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷0.5-2份、聚酰胺蜡0.2-1份、金红石型钛白粉15-25份。
金红石型钛白粉粒度为1000-1500目。
上述水性重防腐氟碳涂料,采用水分散技术,以聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯、二硫化钼形成复合水性成膜物质,二硫化钼均匀的分布在聚四氟乙烯、聚丙烯两种树脂材料在水中结合形成的成膜物质的空隙中,避免了二硫化钼沉淀,从而可最大化的发挥二硫化钼的润滑性能,进而提高了涂料的润滑及耐磨性能,并且二硫化钼中硫原子与金属表面的附着、结合力相当强,提高耐磨性,它还具有较好的化学稳定性,能抵抗大多数酸、碱药品的腐蚀,能保护其它材料,可以有效防止它们被氧化。此外,添加适量助剂使得形成的水性氟树脂涂料具有耐候性好、防腐性好、附着力高、稳定性好的特点,且以水作为溶剂,解决了油性溶剂有机挥发物多,污染高,毒性高的问题。

对采用实施例1-4中水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法形成涂层,进行性能测试,执行标准:附着力依据按照 GB/T9286-1998《色漆和清漆漆膜的划格试验》进行检测;耐磨性按照 GB/T1768-2006《漆膜耐磨性测定法》进行检测;耐化学性依据GB/T23987;耐盐水性按照 GB9274-1988《色漆和清漆耐液体介质的测定》进行检测;耐人工老化性依据GB/ T9755-2001,其结果如表1所示:

综上,本发明中水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法形成的涂层,具有耐候性好、防腐性好、附着力高、稳定性好的特点,同时涂层具有一定的不粘性,降低海洋生物附着生长的破坏风险,适用与海水接触的船体结构、船用系统管路、管路附件、紧固件等表面处理。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (8)

1.一种水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,按如下步骤进行:
步骤一、表面清洁处理:采用碱性脱脂剂去除钢材表面的油污,清洁完后水洗;
步骤二、除锈:采用酸洗除锈,去除钢材表面的锈垢,然后水洗;
步骤三、磷化:加入锌系或铁系磷化剂进行磷化以形成磷化膜;
步骤四、喷涂底漆涂料:底漆涂料为水性重防腐氟碳涂料,喷涂厚度10~20μm,喷涂完后进行养护,养护完成形成底漆涂层;
步骤五、喷涂面漆涂料:面漆涂料采用水性重防腐氟碳涂料,喷涂厚度10~30μm,喷涂完后进行养护,养护完成形成面漆保护涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,碱性脱脂剂包括磷酸钠、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠,在50~60℃条件下,处理时间为5~10min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,磷化温度为40~50℃,磷化时间为3~5min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,步骤四与步骤五中,喷涂过程工艺参数为:喷涂速度0.5~3m/min,喷涂枪嘴压力为20~30MPa。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,养护条件:温度为5~40℃下,湿度小于85%,通风干燥,养护5h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,步骤五中,养护条件:温度为5~40℃下,湿度小于75%,通风干燥,养护48h。
7.根据权利要求1所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,水性重防腐氟碳涂料由如下质量份的原料组成:去离子水10-25份、聚四氟乙烯35-50份、聚丙烯15-25份、二硫化钼5-10份、氟碳改性聚丙烯1-5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷0.5-2份、聚酰胺蜡0.2-1份、金红石型钛白粉15-25份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的水性重防腐氟碳涂层的施工方法,其特征在于,金红石型钛白粉粒度为1000-1500目。
