The invention provides a cutting device for metal wire-shaped foreign matters among tubes of a steam generator, which comprises a rotary motor, a transmission flexible shaft, a shell pressing plate, an endoscope, a cutting blade, a transmission channel and a monitoring channel. The rotary motor is arranged at the leftmost end of the metal wire-shaped foreign matter cutting device between the steam generator tubes and is connected with the shell pressing plate on the right side through the transmission flexible shaft. Two through holes are drilled in the shell pressing plate and are respectively a transmission channel and a monitoring channel. The endoscope passes through the monitoring channel, and the transmission flexible shaft passes through the transmission channel. The outer side of the shell pressing plate is provided with a cutting blade. The invention also provides a cutting method using the device for cutting the metal wire-shaped foreign matters among the steam generator tubes. Background
The Steam Generator (SG) is one of the main equipments of a primary circuit of a nuclear power plant, is an important pressure-bearing boundary of the primary circuit and plays a role in heat exchange of the primary circuit and the secondary circuit. The SG of domestic nuclear power stations mostly adopts a vertical natural circulation structural form, and a large number of vertically-arranged intensive U-shaped heat transfer pipes with extremely small intervals are arranged in the SG. In the process of overhauling a steam generator and a primary loop system of a nuclear power unit, foreign matters are often introduced into an SG and a water supply system due to the problem of insufficient control of the foreign matters. A small part of the foreign matters are discharged by the sewage system in the operation process; meanwhile, most of the water will be collected on the secondary side tube plate of the steam generator along with the flow of the water loop. The foreign matters possibly along with the operation of the steam generator are influenced by high-temperature and high-pressure environment on the surface of the tube plate of the SG secondary side and in the gaps of the tube bundle, so that the problems of abrasion of a heat transfer tube, reduction of heat efficiency, unstable water level and the like are caused.
The important significance and the necessity of SG foreign matter cleaning have been fully paid attention to in each nuclear power plant in China, some grabbing devices are put into practical application at present, and the following two metal wire-shaped foreign matter shearing methods can be generally adopted.

In view of the above problems, it is desirable to design an improved device and method for cleaning foreign matters between secondary side tubes of a steam generator.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a device and a method for cutting metal wire-shaped foreign matters among tubes of a steam generator, which realize the purpose of shearing and loosening wound or stuck strip-shaped foreign matters.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a cutting device for metal wire-shaped foreign matters among steam generator tubes comprises a rotary motor, a transmission flexible shaft, a shell pressing plate, an endoscope, a cutting blade, a transmission channel and a monitoring channel. The rotary motor is arranged at the leftmost end of the metal wire-shaped foreign matter cutting device between the steam generator tubes and is connected with the shell pressing plate on the right side through the transmission flexible shaft. Two through holes are drilled in the shell pressing plate and are respectively a transmission channel and a monitoring channel. The endoscope is arranged in the monitoring channel and used for conveying the endoscope to the cutting effect of the observable cutting blade.
The angle of the endoscope faces the cutting blade, and the endoscope has the functions of observing the position of the foreign body and cutting effect.
The speed and torque of the rotary motor are adjustable for providing shearing power.
The transmission flexible shaft is made of spring steel, can bear larger torque and can be started and stopped frequently, and is used for transmitting power.
In the use process, the rotating motor drives the transmission flexible shaft to rotate, the worm is driven to rotate in the transmission channel through rotation, and therefore the worm drives the worm wheel to rotate, and the cutting blade rotates to cut.
The invention also provides a cutting method using the device for cutting the metal wire-shaped foreign matters among the steam generator tubes, which comprises the following steps:

In the implementation process, the rotating speed of the rotating motor is adjustable according to actual requirements such as foreign matter materials, sizes and the like, and the cutting effect is guaranteed. The shell pressing plate can be replaced according to different evaporators, so that the front and back vibration and the left and right vibration generated in the implementation process are prevented, the cutting efficiency is improved, and the internal rotating parts of the tool, the tube plate of the steam generator and the heat transfer tube are protected in an isolation mode.
The beneficial effects obtained by the invention are as follows:
1) the integrated endoscope is used for directly viewing the shearing part without matching the endoscope with a shearing tool;
2) the design of the shell pressing plate does not damage the heat transfer pipe.
3) The flexible shaft transmission can be bent, and the flexible shaft transmission can enter and exit a complex area;
4) the cutting blade design can cut off complex foreign bodies.

Two ends of the worm wheel 6 are respectively welded with a cutting blade 7, and the abrasive material of the cutting blade 7 is silicon carbide.
The monitoring channel 9 is internally provided with an endoscope 4 for conveying the endoscope 4 to observe the cutting effect of the cutting blade 7.
The endoscope 4 is angled toward the cutting blade 7, and has the functions of observing the position of the foreign object and cutting effect.
The speed and torque of the rotary motor 1 are adjustable for providing shearing power.
The flexible transmission shaft 2 is made of spring steel, can bear large torque and can be started and stopped frequently, and is used for transmitting power.
In the use, the rotating motor 1 drives the transmission flexible shaft 2 to rotate, and the worm 5 is driven to rotate in the transmission channel through rotation, so that the worm drives the worm wheel to rotate, and the cutting blade rotates to cut.
