The filter press has the following problems that firstly, the pressure generated by the oil cylinder needs to be borne by the cross beam, so that the cross beam generates large deformation in the extrusion process; secondly, the pressure of the oil cylinder is concentrated on the middle part of the filter plate, and the filter plate is sealed on the periphery, so that the stress is unreasonable.

The invention is further improved in that a sensor is arranged on the movable pin shaft or the connecting hole, and the sensor detects whether the movable pin shaft enters the connecting hole or not when the movable pin shaft extends out.
The invention has the further improvement that a portal frame is arranged in the middle of the rack, and the portal frame comprises a transverse beam arranged at the upper part and two vertical beams arranged at two sides of the transverse beam; and the vertical beam is provided with a pull rod support for supporting the steel pull rod.
The invention is further improved in that the pull rod support is provided with a support wheel, the support wheel supports the steel pull rod, and the rolling direction of the support wheel is the same as the telescopic direction of the steel pull rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the invention, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. And the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
Figure 1 schematically illustrates a filter press draw bar apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention disposed on a filter press to power the press to press material. The filter press pull rod device comprises a frame 1, wherein one end of the frame 1 is provided with a fixed end plate 11, and the other end of the frame 1 is provided with a movable end plate 12. The fixed end plate 11 is stationary and the movable end plate 12 is movable in the length direction. A plurality of filter plates 13 are arranged between the fixed end plate 11 and the movable end plate 12. The material to be treated is added between the filter plates 13, and after the filter plates 13 are pressed together, the filter plates 13 are pressurized to squeeze out the liquid in the material, leaving the dry material to form a filter cake. And a tensioning oil cylinder 21 is arranged on the fixed end plate 11, and a piston telescopic rod of the tensioning oil cylinder 21 faces one side of the movable end plate 12. The piston telescopic rod of the tensioning oil cylinder 21 is constructed into a steel pull rod 22 or is connected with the steel pull rod 22. The end of the steel pull rod 22 is provided with a first connecting piece 2, the movable end plate 12 is provided with a second connecting piece 3, and the first connecting piece 2 and the second connecting piece 3 can be connected and separated.
In the case of the filter press rod assembly according to the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 14 of the frame 1 initially (as shown in fig. 2) moves the movable end plate 12 toward the fixed end plate 11, thereby pushing the filter plates 13 together until they are completely pressed together and filling the spaces between the filter plates 13 with material. At this time, the first and second connectors 2 and 3 are in contact and connected (as shown in fig. 3). Then, the filter pressing process is started by the tensioning cylinder 21. The tensioning oil cylinder 21 contracts to apply a pulling force to the movable end plate 12 in the direction of the fixed end plate 11, so that each filter plate 13 is pressed tightly, and the pressure is maintained for a period of time, so that the moisture of the materials is fully extruded out. And then the piston telescopic rod of the tensioning oil cylinder 21 is controlled to extend, so that the movable end plate 12 retracts, and the first connecting piece 2 and the second connecting piece 3 are separated.
In one embodiment, a driving mechanism 14 is disposed on the frame 1, and the driving mechanism 14 moves on the frame 1 and can drive the movable end plate to move, so as to drive the filter plates 13 to press or separate. The frame is including setting up at the outstanding roof beam 10 on upper portion, and movable end plate 12 and fixed end plate 11 set up respectively at the both ends of outstanding roof beam 10 to fixed end plate 11 links to each other with hanging roof beam 10 is fixed, and movable end plate 12 links to each other with hanging roof beam 10 activity, and movable end plate 12 can move on hanging roof beam 10.
The suspension beam 10 is provided with a rail, and the driving mechanism 14 is provided with a roller capable of running on the rail of the suspension beam 10. The rollers include a driving wheel and a driven wheel, and in this embodiment, the driving wheel is disposed below the suspension beam 10, and the driven wheel is disposed above the suspension beam. The driving mechanism 14 includes a power source, which is an electric motor or a hydraulic motor. The power source is connected with a gear driving shaft and drives the gear driving shaft to rotate. In the present embodiment, a gear drive shaft is provided below the suspension beam 10, on which the drive wheel is provided. The power source drives the driving shaft to rotate, thereby driving the driving wheel to rotate, and driving the driving wheel and the driven wheel to run on the suspension beam 10.
When the filter press pull rod device according to the present embodiment is used, the driving mechanism 14 drives the movable end plate 12 to move, thereby controlling the filter plates 13 to be pressed or separated. In the initial state, the filter plate 13 is separated, and the first connection piece 2 and the second connection piece 3 are at a distance from each other. After the driving mechanism 14 is started, the roller runs on the suspension beam 10, drives the movable end plate 12 to move towards the fixed end plate 11, and gradually pushes the filter plates 13 to be pressed together in the moving process. When the filter plates 13 are completely pressed, the driving mechanism 14 stops moving, the first connecting piece 2 and the second connecting piece 3 are butted, and the tensioning cylinder 21 starts to apply pressure to the filter plates 13.
In one embodiment, the number of the tensioning cylinders 21 is even, and the tensioning cylinders are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the frame 1. Preferably, four tensioning cylinders 21 are provided, respectively on both sides of the upper portion and both sides of the lower portion of the fixed end plate 11. The four tensioning oil cylinders 21 symmetrically apply tension on two sides, so that the pulling is more uniform.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second connector 3 includes a box-shaped or rectangular parallelepiped-shaped tab 31, and the tab 31 is provided at edges of both sides of the movable end plate 12. A positioning hole 32 is formed on one surface of the joint 31 facing the first connecting piece, the positioning hole 32 is a through hole penetrating through the joint 31, and a flexible movable pin 33 is arranged on the inner side wall of the positioning hole. Preferably, the positioning hole 32 is a rectangular hole, and the movable pin 33 inside the positioning hole is hidden inside the sidewall in a contracted state and is higher than the sidewall in an extended state.
When the pull rod device of the filter press according to the present embodiment is used, after the filter plates 13 are completely pressed, the first connecting member extends into the positioning hole 32, and the movable pin 33 extends out and is inserted into the first connecting member 2. Thus, the first connecting member 2 and the second connecting member 3 are connected. The second connecting piece 3 is controlled to be connected with and separated from the first connecting piece 2 by the flexible pin shaft 33.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a locking hole 34 is further disposed on the joint of the second connector, and the locking hole 34 is disposed on a side wall of the positioning hole 32 and opposite to the movable pin 33. Wherein, the central axis of the locking hole 34 is perpendicular to the central axis of the positioning hole 32. The movable pin 33 extends out and then penetrates through the first connecting piece 2 and is clamped in the locking hole 34.
In the present embodiment, the movable end plate 12 is approximately rectangular in shape, and the first connecting members 2 are disposed at four corners of the rectangle. An electric motor is arranged in the first connecting piece 2, the electric motor drives the movable pin shaft 33 to rotate, and the movable pin shaft 33 is extended out through threads or other mechanisms during rotation.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first connecting member 2 comprises a flat connector 23, and the flat connector 23 comprises a connecting hole. The connecting hole 24 is a pear-shaped hole with a large inner diameter at one side and a small inner diameter at the other side. The side with the larger inner diameter is the side close to the tensioning cylinder 21, and the side with the smaller inner diameter is the side far from the tensioning cylinder 21. Wherein, the radian of the arc with smaller inner diameter is matched with the arc of the outer wall of the movable pin shaft 33.
When the movable pin 33 is inserted into the connecting hole 24, after the tensioning oil cylinder 21 is contracted, the first connecting piece 2 is pulled backwards, and the side with the smaller inner diameter is attached to the outer wall of the movable pin 33, so that the first connecting piece is more uniform when being pulled, and cannot be concentrated on one point of the movable pin 33 to cause abrasion. The side of the connecting hole 24 with the larger inner diameter is larger than the diameter of the movable pin 33, so that the movable pin 33 can conveniently pass through the connecting hole 24 when extending out.
In one embodiment, a sensor is disposed on the movable pin 33 or the connecting hole 24, and detects whether the movable pin 33 enters the connecting hole 24 when the movable pin is extended. In addition, a hydraulic bolt position sensor and a hydraulic protector are further arranged, so that the railings at the four oil cylinder ends are accurately matched with the moving end plate of the filter press.
In one embodiment, a portal frame 15 is arranged in the middle of the machine frame 1, and the portal frame 15 comprises a transverse beam arranged at the upper part and two vertical beams arranged at two sides of the transverse beam; and the vertical beam is provided with a pull rod support 16 for supporting the steel pull rod 22. Because the steel tie rod 22 is long and the moment due to weight is large, the position of the tie rod can be stabilized by the tie rod support 16.
Preferably, a support wheel is arranged on the pull rod support 16, the support wheel supports the steel pull rod 22, and the rolling direction of the support wheel is the same as the telescopic direction of the steel pull rod 22. When the steel pull rod moves, the steel pull rod can roll on the supporting wheel to reduce friction.

Claims (8)
1. A filter press drawbar arrangement comprising:
the device comprises a rack (1), wherein one end of the rack (1) is provided with a fixed end plate (11), and the other end of the rack is provided with a movable end plate (12); a plurality of filter plates (13) which can be pressed and separated are arranged between the fixed end plate (11) and the movable end plate (12);
the tensioning oil cylinders (21) are arranged on the fixed end plate (11), steel pull rods (22) are arranged at the front ends of the tensioning oil cylinders (21), first connecting pieces (2) are arranged on the steel pull rods (22), and second connecting pieces (3) which can be connected with and separated from the first connecting pieces (2) are arranged on the movable end plate (12);
after the filter plates (13) are pressed, the first connecting piece (2) is connected with the second connecting piece (3), and the tensioning oil cylinder (21) contracts to provide a pressing force for the filter plates (13) and extrude moisture of materials among the filter plates (13);
the frame (1) is provided with a driving mechanism (14), and the driving mechanism (14) moves on the frame (1) and can drive the movable end plate (12) to move, so that the filter plates (13) are driven to be pressed or separated;
the second connecting piece (3) comprises a connector (31) arranged on the movable end plate (12), one surface of the connector (31) facing the first connecting piece is provided with a positioning hole (32), and the inner side wall of the positioning hole (32) is provided with a telescopic movable pin shaft (33);
after the filter plates (13) are completely pressed, the first connecting pieces stretch into the positioning holes (32), and the movable pin shafts (33) stretch out and are inserted into the first connecting pieces (2).
