It can be appreciated that by setting the water outlet 146 to be bell-mouth-shaped, the sealing portion 132 is set to be conical in shape matching with the water outlet 146, so that the sealing portion 132 and the water outlet 146 are in conical surface fit, which is convenient for the protection valve 13 to accurately and rapidly seal the second water inlet 141.
In other embodiments, the balancing valve 15 includes: a balance valve body 151 and a third guide hole 152, the third guide hole 152 being provided along a length direction of the balance valve body 151. It will be appreciated that the third guide hole 152 is disposed at the axial center of the balance valve body 151.
Referring further to fig. 11, in other preferred embodiments, a guiding mechanism 118 extends vertically downward from the inner surface of the top wall 112 of the tank 11; the guide mechanism 118 includes: a guide circular tube 113, a first guide post 114, a second guide post 115, and a third guide post 116; the guide circular tube 113 extends downwards from the inner surface of the top wall 112 of the tank 11 at the first water inlet 111, and is provided with an opening 117 along the axial direction towards one side of the protection valve 13, and the guide circular tube 113 is slidably connected with the float valve 12; it can be understood that one end of the float valve 12 is accommodated in the guiding circular tube 113, and the water level in the tank 11 is slidingly lifted in the guiding circular tube 113 at any time, so that the float valve 12 is ensured to push the water guiding tank 14 to block the first water inlet 111 in time. The third guide post 116 is disposed on one side of the guide circular tube 113, the first guide post 114 and the second guide post 115 are disposed on the other side of the guide circular tube 113, the first guide post 114 is slidably connected with the first guide hole 133, the second guide post 115 is slidably connected with the second guide hole 134, and the third guide post 116 is slidably connected with the third guide hole 152. Further, the lifting direction of the protection valve 13 is regulated and guided by the first guide post 114 and the second guide post 115, and the lifting direction of the balance valve 15 is regulated and guided by the third guide post 116.
Referring further to fig. 2, in other preferred embodiments, the humidification tank 10 further includes a connection 16; the connector 16 includes: a double valve connector 161 and a water guide groove connector 162; the double-valve connecting piece 161 is sleeved on the floating valve 12, one end of the double-valve connecting piece is connected with the protection valve 13, and the other end of the double-valve connecting piece is connected with the balance valve 15; the water guiding groove connecting piece 162 is used for connecting the water guiding groove 14 to the top wall 112 of the tank 11.
It can be understood that by arranging the double-valve connecting piece 161, the synchronous lifting of the protection valve 13 and the balance valve 15 is further ensured, the gravity center deviation of the floating valve 12, the protection valve 13 and the balance valve 15 is avoided, the lifting sensitivity of the floating valve 12, the protection valve 13 and the balance valve 15 is ensured, and the liquid entering the humidification tank 10 is stopped in time; by arranging the water guide groove connecting piece 162, the water guide groove 14 is fixed and sealed to the top of the tank body 11, and further, a guarantee is provided for the humidifying tank 10 to be provided with the secondary protection valve 13.
In other preferred embodiments, the float valve 12 and the protection valve 13 are integrally formed; the tank 11 further comprises an air inlet 17, an air outlet 18 and a heating assembly 19; the air inlet 17 and the air outlet 18 are arranged on the top of the tank 11 and are symmetrically arranged relative to the first water inlet 111; the heating assembly 19 is connected to the bottom of the tank 11. It will be appreciated that the heating assembly 19 is used to heat the liquid in the tank 11, and that the inlet 17 and outlet 18 are used for gas circulation.
In a second embodiment of the invention a respiratory treatment apparatus is provided comprising a humidification tank 10 as described in the above embodiments of the invention. It can be understood that the respiratory treatment device provided by the invention has the functions of wetting and heating by configuring the humidifying tank 10, and the use safety of the respiratory treatment device is improved.
Compared with the prior art, the invention provides a humidification tank and respiratory treatment equipment, wherein the humidification tank comprises: the jar body, first water inlet has been seted up to the jar body, humidifying jar still includes: one end of the water guide groove is arranged below the first water inlet of the tank body, and the other end of the water guide groove is provided with a second water inlet; the floating valve is arranged below the first water inlet and the water guide groove and is used for pushing the water guide groove to seal the first water inlet when the water level in the tank body reaches a preset height; the protection valve is arranged on the first side of the floating valve and is used for sealing the second water inlet after the water level in the tank body exceeds a preset height; a balance valve disposed on a second side of the float valve; wherein the first side and the second side are disposed opposite. Through setting up guiding gutter, floating valve and protective valve, and then when the water level in the tank body of the said humidification tank reaches the appointed height, the said floating valve promotes the said guiding gutter to seal up the said water inlet; when the water inlet and/or the water guide groove are worn, the water guide groove continuously enters the tank body when the water guide groove fails to timely seal the water inlet, so that the water level in the tank body continuously rises, the protection valve continuously rises and continuously approaches the second water inlet, and when the protection valve contacts the second water inlet, the second water inlet is timely sealed, so that the external water is effectively prevented from continuously entering the tank body, the secondary protection of adding water to the humidification tank is further realized, the problems of excessive water volume in the tank body, choking, ventilator-related pneumonia of a patient and the like are reduced, and the use safety of the humidification tank is improved; further, through setting up the balanced valve, and control balanced valve and protection valve are relative the floating valve pile sets up, and then effectually balanced the arrangement of protection valve, avoid the focus skew appears in floating valve, protection valve and balanced valve, guarantee the lift sensitivity of floating valve, protection valve and balanced valve in time stops liquid entering humidification jar.
