本申请提供的一种触控装置的工作方法及终端,涉及通信技术领域,有利于降低终端中不同触控装置之间的相互干扰,提升终端的使用体验,该方法具体包括:指纹识别器检测到用户触摸操作后,确定自身的工作模式,若指纹识别器的工作模式为预设工作模式,则触摸屏开启跳频或提高工作信号强度的工作模式,若触摸屏检测到干扰信号满足预设条件,则触摸屏中的触摸传感器跳频或提高工作信号强度。
