Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of bus plug-in boxes, in particular to a novel turntable interlocking plug-in box.
Background
In the prior art, an intensive bus plugging box usually adopts a mode that a locking pin is clamped and pressed with a bus cover plate (as shown in fig. 10), so that the plugging and unplugging of the plugging box are limited. And simple limit interlocking is arranged between the locking leg and the plug box door plate, and the locking leg cannot be opened after the box door is closed. Meanwhile, the box door is controlled by an operating handle of the manual operating mechanism, and the box door can be opened only when the handle is in a brake separating position, so that the aim of preventing the jack box from being plugged during closing is fulfilled. However, as the electrification degree of the product is deepened, when an electric operating mechanism is selected, because the electric operating mechanism does not have an external operating handle, the situation that the door can still be opened under a closing state occurs. Therefore, the common box door interlock cannot be used under the premise of using electric operation. In this context, we have newly developed a jack box locking pin interlocking mode.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art, and provides a novel turntable interlocking plug box which comprises a plug box body, an outer interlocking part and an inner interlocking part, wherein the outer interlocking part comprises a lock pin with a pin, a lock pin limiting disc, a rotating handle and a handle rotating shaft, one end of the handle rotating shaft is connected with the rotating handle, the other end of the handle rotating shaft penetrates through the lock pin limiting disc and the side wall of the plug box body, the handle rotating shaft is in rigid connection with the lock pin limiting disc, a position avoiding groove is formed in the lock pin limiting disc, a lock catch matched with a bus body is arranged at the lower end of the lock pin with the pin, the middle part of the lock pin is in rotary connection with the side wall of the plug box body, and a pin matched with the position avoiding groove is arranged at the upper end of the lock pin;
the internal interlocking part comprises a transmission shaft lever, an upper crank arm, a lower crank arm and an upper crank arm and lower crank arm connecting rod, the transmission shaft lever is longitudinally arranged at the upper part in the plug box body, the middle part of the transmission shaft lever is rigidly connected with a brake separating pressing plate, a pressing contact is connected to the brake separating pressing plate, and the pressing contact faces to a brake separating button of the electric operating mechanism;
one end of the upper crank arm penetrates through the transmission shaft rod, the other end of the upper crank arm is rotatably connected with the upper end of the upper crank arm connecting rod and the lower crank arm connecting rod, one end of the lower crank arm is rigidly connected with a handle rotating shaft penetrating into the insertion box body, and the other end of the lower crank arm is rotatably connected with the lower end of the upper crank arm connecting rod and the lower crank arm connecting rod.
In order to avoid unexpected factors such as vibration and the like and ensure safety, a lower hanging lock lug is arranged on the lock pin limiting disc, and an upper hanging lock lug is arranged on the side wall of the plug box body; when the upper padlock lug and the lower padlock lug are overlapped and matched, the pin and the avoiding groove are in a staggered state, and the pin cannot enter the avoiding groove.
Furthermore, the upper padlock lug and the lower padlock lug are provided with rotary disc padlocks.
In order to facilitate the operation of workers, preferably, the upper part of the lock foot with the pin is provided with a special-shaped limiting hole, and the special-shaped limiting hole is formed by combining a round hole and a waist-shaped hole.
In order to facilitate the disassembly and the maintenance of the external interlocking part, the rotating handle is preferably a star-shaped handle with threads at the axis and is connected with the handle rotating shaft through the threads of the star-shaped handle.
In order to facilitate the detachment and installation, preferably, the handle rotating shaft is a square shaft rod, and a corresponding square hole is formed at the joint of the lower crank arm and the handle rotating shaft.
Furthermore, when the lock pin limiting disc rotates 20 degrees anticlockwise, the avoiding groove and the pin with the pin lock pin are in the same horizontal position.
Furthermore, when the transmission shaft lever rotates 20 degrees anticlockwise, the pressing contact on the opening pressing plate presses the opening button.
The operation principle is as follows: in the invention, when the plug box needs to be plugged and unplugged, the rotary table padlock needs to be firstly removed, the rotary handle is rotated, the lock pin limiting disc is driven by the rotating shaft of the handle to rotate, when the rotary handle rotates to a specified position (about 20 degrees anticlockwise), the pin at the upper end of the lock pin with the pin can enter the position avoiding groove on the lock pin limiting disc, and the lock catch at the lower end of the lock pin with the pin can be separated from the bus body for locking; meanwhile, due to the rotation of the handle rotating shaft, the lower crank arm, the upper crank arm connecting rod, the lower crank arm connecting rod and the upper crank arm of the inner interlocking part are sequentially driven, when the lock pin limiting disc rotates to a specified position (about 20 degrees anticlockwise), the pressing contact on the opening pressing plate just presses the opening button of the electric operating mechanism, and the switch is in an opening state;
when the lock catch with the pin lock pin is separated from the bus body, the lock pin limiting disc must be located at a designated position, the pin with the pin lock pin is bound to be clamped in the avoiding groove to be locked, the pressing contact on the separating brake pressing plate is bound to be locked in a state of pressing the separating brake button, the switch is always guaranteed to be in a separating brake state, and therefore safe plugging and unplugging of the plug box are guaranteed.
Has the advantages that: according to the invention, (1) through the turntable interlocking mechanism, the effect that the switch can be automatically switched off before the box is pulled out and the switch can be switched on only after the box is inserted in place is realized, the safety of an operator is ensured, and even if the operator forgets to switch off due to negligence before operation or carries out switching-on operation by mistake in operation, the operator cannot enter a switching-on state.
(2) The turntable interlocking structure adopting a pure mechanical mechanism can ensure the reliability of the equipment and can also ensure the effectiveness of the interlocking mechanism when electrical damage occurs.
(3) Effectively having got the jack box body that has adapted to use electric operation as the basis, the installation is all comparatively convenient with the dismantlement, need not to make great change to original jack box body, and the cost is lower, is fit for the volume production.

For the purpose of enhancing the understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings, which are only used for explaining the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1-9, a novel turntable interlocking jack box comprises a jack box body 2, an outer interlocking part and an inner interlocking part, wherein the outer interlocking part comprises a lock pin 3 with a pin, a lock pin limiting disc 4, a rotating handle 5 and a handle rotating shaft 18, one end of the handle rotating shaft is connected with the rotating handle, the other end of the handle rotating shaft penetrates through the lock pin limiting disc 4 and the side wall of the jack box body 2, the handle rotating shaft is rigidly connected with the lock pin limiting disc 4, a clearance groove 13 is formed in the lock pin limiting disc, a lock catch 14 matched with a bus body 1 is arranged at the lower end of the lock pin 3 with the pin, the middle part of the lock pin is rotationally connected with the side wall of the jack box body 2, and a pin 15 matched with the clearance groove 13 is arranged at the upper end of the lock pin; the upper part of the locking pin 3 with the pin is provided with a special-shaped limiting hole 16, and the special-shaped limiting hole 16 is formed by combining a round hole and a waist-shaped hole; the rotary handle 5 is a star-shaped handle with threads at the axis and is connected with the handle rotating shaft through the threads of the star-shaped handle 5; the lock pin limiting disc 4 is provided with a lower hanging lock lug, and the side wall of the plug box body is provided with an upper hanging lock lug; when the upper padlock lug and the lower padlock lug are overlapped and matched, the pin 15 and the avoiding groove 13 are in a staggered state, and the pin 15 cannot enter the avoiding groove 13; the upper padlock lug and the lower padlock lug are provided with a rotary disc padlock 12;
the internal interlocking part comprises a transmission shaft lever 9, an upper crank arm 8, a lower crank arm 6 and an upper crank arm connecting rod and a lower crank arm connecting rod 7, the transmission shaft lever 9 is longitudinally arranged at the upper part in the plug box body 1, the middle part of the transmission shaft lever 9 is rigidly connected with a brake-separating pressing plate 10, the brake-separating pressing plate is connected with a pressing contact 17, and the pressing contact faces a brake-separating button 19 of the electric operating mechanism 11;
one end of the upper crank arm 8 penetrates through the transmission shaft lever 9, the other end of the upper crank arm is rotatably connected with the upper end of the upper crank arm connecting rod 7 and the lower crank arm connecting rod 7, one end of the lower crank arm 6 is rigidly connected with a handle rotating shaft 18 penetrating into the plug box body, and the other end of the lower crank arm is rotatably connected with the lower end of the upper crank arm connecting rod 7 and the lower crank arm connecting rod 7. The handle rotating shaft is a square shaft lever, and a corresponding square hole is formed in the joint of the lower crank arm and the handle rotating shaft.
In this embodiment, when the lock pin limiting disc rotates 20 degrees counterclockwise, the avoiding groove and the pin with the pin lock pin are in the same horizontal position.

Based on the above embodiment, the operation method of the present invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 6-9, when the jack box needs to be plugged and unplugged, the rotary table padlock 12 needs to be removed, the rotary handle 5 needs to be rotated, the lock pin limiting disc 4 is driven by the handle rotating shaft 18 to rotate, when the rotary handle rotates to a specified position (about 20 degrees anticlockwise), the pin 15 at the upper end of the lock pin 3 with the pin can enter the avoiding groove 13 on the lock pin limiting disc 4, and the lock catch 14 at the lower end of the lock pin 3 with the pin can be separated from the bus body 1 for locking; meanwhile, due to the rotation of the handle rotating shaft 18, the lower crank arm 6, the upper crank arm connecting rod 7, the lower crank arm connecting rod 7 and the upper crank arm 8 of the inner interlocking part are sequentially driven at the same time, when the lock leg limiting disc 4 rotates to a specified position (about 20 degrees anticlockwise), the pressing contact 17 on the opening pressing plate 10 just presses the opening button 19 of the electric operating mechanism 11, and the switch is in an opening state;
when the lock catch 14 with the pin locking pin 3 is separated from the bus body 1, the pin limiting disc 4 must be located at a designated position and the pin 15 with the pin locking pin 3 must be clamped in the avoiding groove 13 to be locked, so that the pressing contact 17 on the separating brake pressing plate must be locked in a state of pressing the separating brake button 19, the switch is always ensured to be in a separating brake state, and the safe plugging of the jack box is further ensured.
