the handcart body (1) is connected with the handcart panel (2) through the transmission assembly, and can linearly reciprocate towards the handcart panel (2) under the drive of the transmission assembly;
the handcart panel (2) is connected with the switch cabinet body, and can be locked or unlocked with the cabinet door body (3) of the switch cabinet through the locking assembly (4);
the emergency brake-separating assembly (7) penetrates through the cabinet door body (3), can reciprocate towards the handcart body (1) under external pressure, and drives a breaker of the switch cabinet to separate when in emergency brake-separating;
the rocking handle hole blocking assembly (5) is arranged on one side of the cabinet door body (3) facing the handcart body (1), can rotate for a preset angle when the emergency brake separating assembly (7) moves and is clamped with the emergency brake separating assembly (7) so as to enable the cabinet door rocking handle hole (31) to be communicated;
the transmission assembly corresponds to the cabinet door handle hole (31), the handcart handle is connected with the transmission assembly through the cabinet door handle hole (31) to drive the handcart body (1) to move, and the locking assembly (4) is unlocked or locked;
the rocking handle hole separates fender subassembly (5) include: a rocking handle hole partition plate (51), a partition plate rotating shaft (52) and a partition plate rotating handle (53);

the locking assembly (4) comprises: a handcart lock hook (41) and a cabinet door interlocking plate (42);
the handcart lock hook (41) is arranged on the handcart panel (2), and the cabinet door interlocking plate (42) is arranged on the cabinet door body (3);
the handcart lock hook (41) is locked with the cabinet door interlocking plate (42) when the handcart body (1) is far away from the handcart panel (2), and is unlocked with the cabinet door interlocking plate (42) when the handcart body (1) is close to the handcart panel (2).

the emergency brake release assembly (7) comprises: an emergency brake release lever (71), a guide sleeve (72), an emergency brake release reset spring (73) and an emergency brake release button (74);

the guide sleeve (72) is sleeved on the emergency brake separating rod (71), one end of the guide sleeve is fixedly connected with one side of the cabinet door body (3) away from the handcart body (1),
the emergency brake separating button (74) is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the handcart body (1), of the emergency brake separating rod (71), can push the emergency brake separating rod (71) to move towards the handcart body (1) under external pressure, and enables the emergency brake separating rod (71) to be clamped with the rocking handle hole blocking assembly (5);
