Then, if the mobile terminal 130 needs to change the report generation requirement, the changed report generation request may be sent to the file server 120 again, where the changed report generation request includes the changed report generation requirement; correspondingly, the file server 120 receives the report generation request after modification sent by the mobile terminal 130; filling report data into a report template document based on the changed report generation request; and generating a business report meeting the report generation requirement after the data is filled in by using the report template document.
In summary, in the report generating system provided in this embodiment, the report template document is configured and managed by the configuration end, the file server generates the data acquisition page according to the configuration, so that the data to be acquired by the business report is acquired by the mobile end, and finally, the file server generates the corresponding business report and performs export and download. Meanwhile, when the mobile terminal develops the data acquisition page, the file server needs to restart or execute version updating adaptive to the data acquisition page, and the mobile terminal does not need to develop the data acquisition page again in the embodiment, so that the version of the file server does not need to be updated or restarted, the acquisition and handling of new services can be quickly realized, and the report generation efficiency is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a report generation method according to an embodiment of the present application, and the present application is applied to the report generation system shown in fig. 1. The method at least comprises the following steps:
step 201, a configuration end obtains a report template document, and the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields.
The report template document is a report document designed by a developer; or, the report template document is a document designed according to the report requirement. The report template document comprises a plurality of report fields, wherein the report fields are report fields needing data acquisition, such as: refer to the fields of name, gender, year and month of birth, etc. in the report template document shown in FIG. 3. Of course, other report fields that do not require data collection may also be included in the report template document, such as: the report form template document includes fields such as report form name, etc., and the content included in the report form template document is not limited in this embodiment.
The report template document may be a word report document, and certainly, may also be a report document in other formats, and the format of the report template document is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 202, the configuration end receives configuration operation on a plurality of report fields, and obtains field attributes corresponding to each report field.
The field attribute is used for indicating the attribute of the report field. Optionally, the field attribute of each report field includes a first field attribute and/or a second field attribute, and the first field attribute is used for indicating a collection mode of report data corresponding to the report field; the second field attribute is used for indicating the code of the report field.
Optionally, receiving a configuration operation on a plurality of report fields to obtain a field attribute corresponding to each report field includes: and receiving the configuration operation of the collection mode of each report field to obtain a first field attribute.
Wherein, the acquisition mode configuration operation comprises one of the following operations: text entry box configuration operation, date selection box configuration operation, drop-down selection box configuration operation, and signature configuration operation.
And the text input box configuration operation is used for configuring report data corresponding to the report field and acquiring the report data through the text input box.
And the date selection frame configuration operation is used for configuring report data corresponding to the report field and acquiring the report data through the date selection frame.
And the drop-down selection box configuration operation is used for configuring report data corresponding to the report field and acquiring the report data through the drop-down selection box.
The signature configuration operation is used for configuring report data corresponding to the report field and acquiring the signature data (text data or image data).
Optionally, a field attribute configuration page may be displayed in the configuration end, where an acquisition mode selection control is displayed in the field attribute configuration page, and different acquisition mode selection controls correspond to different acquisition modes; and the configuration end receives the acquisition mode configuration operation acted on the target acquisition mode selection control, and determines the acquisition mode corresponding to the target acquisition mode selection control as the first field attribute.
Such as: the acquisition mode configuration operation corresponding to the name field is a text input box configuration operation, the acquisition mode configuration operation corresponding to the birth year and month is a date selection box configuration operation, the acquisition mode configuration operation corresponding to the application type is a pull-down selection box configuration operation, the acquisition mode configuration operation corresponding to the signature is a picture configuration operation and the like.
Optionally, receiving a configuration operation on a plurality of report fields to obtain a field attribute corresponding to each report field includes: and receiving the encoding configuration operation of each report field to obtain a second field attribute.
In one example, the encoding configuration operation for each report field is preset for report data to be collected using special characters. Such as: and presetting report data to be acquired corresponding to each report field by using "$ { }", and filling codes of the report fields in { }, so as to obtain a second field attribute.
Such as: referring to the report obtained after the code configuration operation is performed on the report template document shown in fig. 4, the code of each report field is filled in { }.
Step 203, the configuration end uses a preset document analysis tool to generate an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute.
Generating an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute by using a preset document analysis tool, wherein the attribute code comprises the following steps: and using a document analysis tool to encode the field attribute to obtain a specified file (such as a file in an XML format) for analysis by the document analysis tool in the file server, wherein the content in the specified file is the attribute encoding corresponding to the field attribute. Optionally, the document parsing tool is a JasperReport template design tool or uses a Word tool.
And step 204, the configuration end uploads the report template document and the attribute code to a file server by using a document analysis tool.
The report template document and the attribute codes are used for the file server to analyze the attribute codes by using a document analysis tool to obtain field attributes; generating a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute; sending a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can acquire report data corresponding to the report template document; the file server acquires report data; and generating a business report by using the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal.
And then, if the user needs to change one or some report fields in the report template document, the report fields in the report template document can be changed through the configuration end.
Illustratively, a configuration end receives a change operation of a target report field in a plurality of report fields to obtain a changed report template document; receiving configuration operation on the changed target report field to obtain the changed field attribute corresponding to the changed target report field; generating a modified attribute code corresponding to the modified field attribute by using a document analysis tool; and uploading the changed report template document and the changed attribute code to a file server by using a document analysis tool.
Wherein, the change operation on the target report field includes but is not limited to: the operation of adding the target report field, the operation of deleting the target report field and/or the operation of modifying the target report field is not limited in the embodiment.
Step 202 is referred to for the relevant description of the configuration operation of the modified target report field, and step 203 is referred to for the relevant description of the modified attribute code corresponding to the modified field attribute, which is not described herein again in this embodiment.
In step 205, the file server receives the report template document and the attribute code uploaded by the configuration end.
The report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; the attribute codes comprise attribute codes of field attributes of a plurality of report fields; and the attribute code of each field attribute is generated by using a preset document analysis tool after the configuration operation of the corresponding report field is received at the configuration end and the field attribute corresponding to the report field is obtained.
Optionally, the report template document and the attribute code received by the file server may be uploaded by the configuration end without receiving a change operation; or the configuration end receives the change operation and uploads the target report form field after the change operation is carried out.
Step 206, the mobile terminal sends a data acquisition request to the file server.
The data acquisition request is used for requesting the file server to send a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document; the data acquisition page is that after the file server receives the report template document and the attribute code uploaded by the configuration end, a document analysis tool is used for analyzing the attribute code to obtain a field attribute; generated based on the report template document and the field attribute; the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; the attribute codes comprise attribute codes of field attributes of a plurality of report fields; and the attribute code of each field attribute is generated by using a preset document analysis tool after the configuration operation of the corresponding report field is received at the configuration end and the field attribute corresponding to the report field is obtained.
In one example, the mobile terminal uses a browser to send an access request to a file server; after receiving the access request, the file server returns a document selection page to the mobile terminal based on the access request, wherein the document selection page comprises a report template document uploaded by the configuration terminal and received by the file server; the mobile terminal receives and displays a document selection page returned by the file server; and after receiving the selection operation of the report template document in the document selection page, generating a data acquisition request and sending the data acquisition request to a file server.
Of course, after receiving the access request, the file server may also perform operations such as authentication on the mobile terminal, and this embodiment does not describe each operation performed in the process of the mobile terminal accessing the file server.
The selection operation received by the mobile terminal can be a click operation acted on a certain report template document; or, the operation is an operation of inputting a name of a certain report template document, and the implementation manner of the selection operation is not limited in this embodiment.
In addition, when the mobile terminal displays the report template document through the document selection page, page display can be performed; or, drag the display; or, single page display, etc., the embodiment does not limit the way in which the mobile terminal displays the report template document through the document selection page.
In other examples, the file server may also actively push a document selection page to the mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal selects a report template document on the document selection page; or, the file server pushes the report template document to the mobile terminal every time the file server receives a report template document, so as to determine whether the mobile terminal selects the report template document.
Step 207, when receiving a data acquisition request sent by the mobile terminal, the file server generates a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute; and sending a data acquisition page to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can acquire report data corresponding to the plurality of report fields.
In one example, the field attributes include a first field attribute and a second field attribute; the first field attribute is used for indicating the collection mode of the report data corresponding to the report field; the second field attribute is used for indicating the code of the report field. At this time, the file server generates a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute, including: generating page content of a data acquisition page based on the report template document, wherein the page content comprises a plurality of report fields; generating a data input area of a data acquisition page according to an acquisition mode indicated by the first field attribute; and establishing an incidence relation between the second field attribute and the data input area to obtain a data acquisition page.
Such as: referring to the data collection page shown in fig. 5, the file server determines that the data input area of the report field "name" is a text input box, determines that the data input area of the report field "gender" is a text input box, and determines that the data input area of the report field "year and month of birth" is a date selection box according to the first field attribute.
Optionally, the data input area displays input mode prompt information, and the input mode prompt information stops displaying after receiving the input operation. Such as: in fig. 5, "please fill in" is used to prompt that the input mode is text input, and "please select" is used to prompt that the input mode is "date select".
In addition, the field attribute may be configured by a user, or may be set by default at a configuration end, and the configuration manner of the field attribute is not limited in this embodiment.
Step 208, the mobile terminal receives and displays a data acquisition page returned by the file server based on the report acquisition request; receiving report data input on a data acquisition page; and uploading the report data to a file server.
The report data is used for the file server to generate a business report according to the report template document and the report data, and the business report is sent to the mobile terminal.
In one example, receiving report data entered on a data collection page includes: report data input in the data input area is received. Such as: referring to fig. 5, the user inputs a name in the data input area corresponding to the "name", and a gender in the data input area corresponding to the "gender", and then sequentially inputs data, thereby obtaining all report data.
Because the data acquisition page further comprises the incidence relation between the second field attribute and the data input area, the mobile terminal can determine the second field attribute corresponding to the report data input by each data input area based on the incidence relation; and sending the report data and the corresponding relation between the report data and the second field attribute to a file server. In this way, the file server can determine the filling position of the report data in the report template document based on the corresponding relation.
Step 209, the file server obtains report data sent by the mobile terminal based on the data acquisition page; and generating a business report by using the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal.
Optionally, the file server uses a document parsing tool to fill the report data into the corresponding report template document, so as to obtain the business report.
Optionally, after the file server obtains the report data, the file server directly uses the report data to generate a business report; or, the file server generates the service report by using the report data when receiving the report generation request sent by the mobile terminal.
If the file server uses the report data to generate the business report when receiving the report generation request sent by the mobile terminal, before generating the business report using the report template document and the report data, the method further includes: the mobile terminal sends a report generation request to the file server; correspondingly, the file server receives a report generation request sent by the mobile terminal; filling report data into a report template document based on the report generation request; and generating a business report meeting report generation requirements by using the report template document filled with the data.
The report generation request comprises report generation requirements; report generation requirements include, but are not limited to: the report format (e.g., PDF format, WORD format, EXCEL format, Html format, etc.) and/or the font format in the report (e.g., sons style, regular script, black body, etc.), and the embodiment does not limit the content of the report generation requirement.
In one example, the mobile terminal accesses a report generation webpage provided by a file server through a browser, wherein the report generation webpage comprises an input area of report generation requirements and a request confirmation area; the mobile terminal receives a demand input operation for the input area to obtain a report generation demand indicated by the demand input operation; receiving confirmation operation of a request confirmation area; generating a report generation request based on the confirmation operation, wherein the report generation request carries a report generation requirement; and then, the mobile terminal sends the report generation request to the file server.
The input area can receive the required input operation in a character input mode; or, receiving a demand input operation in a control selection mode, such as: various optional requirements are displayed through the control so that a user can execute the requirements for selecting the report generation, and the mode of receiving the required input operation by the input area is not limited in the embodiment.
The confirmation request area can receive confirmation operation by means of control selection, such as: and displaying a submission option through the control so that the user can perform confirmation operation.
Then, if the mobile terminal needs to change the report generation requirement, the mobile terminal may send a changed report generation request to the file server 120 again, where the changed report generation request includes the changed report generation requirement; correspondingly, the file server receives a report generation request after the change sent by the mobile terminal; filling report data into a report template document based on the changed report generation request; and generating a business report meeting the report generation requirement after the data is filled in by using the report template document.
Step 210, the mobile terminal receives the service report.
In summary, in the report generation method provided in this embodiment, the report template document is configured and managed by the configuration end, the file server generates the data acquisition page according to the configuration, so that the data to be acquired by the business report is acquired by the mobile end, and finally, the file server generates the corresponding business report and performs export and download.
In addition, when the mobile terminal develops the data acquisition page, the file server needs to restart or execute version updating suitable for the data acquisition page, and the mobile terminal does not need to develop the data acquisition page again in the embodiment, so that the version of the file server does not need to be updated or restarted, the acquisition and handling of new services can be quickly realized, and the report generation efficiency is improved.
In addition, the business report is generated according to the report generation requirement, so that the requirement of a user for generating the report can be met adaptively, and the adaptability of generating the business report is improved.
In addition, if the user wants to change the collected report field, developers can change the target report field on line through the configuration end, and the requirement change of the user is responded in real time.
In addition, if the user wants to change the report generation requirement, the user only needs to send the changed report generation requirement to the file server again, and the change of the requirement of the user is responded in real time.
Alternatively, the step 201 and 204 can be implemented separately as an embodiment of the configuration end; steps 205, 207 and 209 can be implemented separately as a file server side embodiment; steps 206, 208 and 210 may be implemented separately as a mobile end-side embodiment.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a report generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and this embodiment takes the configuration end 110 of the report generating apparatus applied in the report generating system shown in fig. 1 as an example for description. The device at least comprises the following modules: the system comprises a document acquisition module 610, a report configuration module 620, an attribute coding module 630 and a data uploading module 640.
The report module comprises a document acquisition module 610, a report module and a report module, wherein the document acquisition module 610 is used for acquiring a report template document, and the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields;
a report configuration module 620, configured to receive configuration operations on the plurality of report fields, and obtain a field attribute corresponding to each report field;
an attribute coding module 630, configured to generate an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute using a preset document parsing tool;

Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a report generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, and the present embodiment takes the mobile terminal 130 applied to the report generation system shown in fig. 1 as an example for explanation. The device at least comprises the following modules: the system comprises a request sending module 810, a page obtaining module 820, a data collecting module 830, a data uploading module 840 and a report obtaining module 850.
The request sending module 810 is configured to send a data acquisition request to a file server, where the data acquisition request is used to request the file server to send a data acquisition page corresponding to a report template document; the data acquisition page is that after the file server receives the report template document and the attribute code uploaded by the configuration end, the document analysis tool is used for analyzing the attribute code to obtain a field attribute; the report template document is generated based on the report template document and the field attribute; the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; the attribute codes comprise attribute codes of field attributes of the report fields; the attribute code of each field attribute is generated by using a preset document analysis tool after the configuration operation of the corresponding report field is received at the configuration end and the field attribute corresponding to the report field is obtained;
a page obtaining module 820, configured to receive and display a data collection page returned by the file server based on the report obtaining request;
the data acquisition module 830 is configured to receive report data input on the data acquisition page;
the data uploading module 840 is configured to upload the report data to the file server, so that the file server generates a service report according to the report template document and the report data, and sends the service report to the mobile terminal;
and a report obtaining module 850, configured to receive the service report.

It should be noted that: in the report generation device provided in the above embodiment, when generating a report, only the division of each functional module is exemplified, and in practical applications, the function distribution may be completed by different functional modules as needed, that is, the internal structure of the report generation device is divided into different functional modules to complete all or part of the functions described above. In addition, the report generation apparatus and the report generation method provided by the above embodiments belong to the same concept, and specific implementation processes thereof are detailed in the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a report generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, where the apparatus may be the configuration end 110, the file server 120, or the mobile end 130 in the report generation system shown in fig. 1. The apparatus comprises at least a processor 901 and a memory 902.
Processor 901 may include one or more processing cores such as: 4 core processors, 8 core processors, etc. The processor 901 may be implemented in at least one hardware form of a DSP (Digital Signal Processing), an FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array), and a PLA (Programmable Logic Array). The processor 901 may also include a main processor and a coprocessor, where the main processor is a processor for Processing data in an awake state, and is also called a Central Processing Unit (CPU); a coprocessor is a low power processor for processing data in a standby state. In some embodiments, the processor 901 may be integrated with a GPU (Graphics Processing Unit), which is responsible for rendering and drawing the content required to be displayed on the display screen. In some embodiments, the processor 901 may further include an AI (Artificial Intelligence) processor for processing computing operations related to machine learning.
Memory 902 may include one or more computer-readable storage media, which may be non-transitory. The memory 902 may also include high-speed random access memory, as well as non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic disk storage devices, flash memory storage devices. In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium in the memory 902 is used to store at least one instruction for execution by the processor 901 to implement the report generation method provided by the method embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, the report generating device may further include: a peripheral interface and at least one peripheral. The processor 901, memory 902 and peripheral interfaces may be connected by buses or signal lines. Each peripheral may be connected to the peripheral interface via a bus, signal line, or circuit board. Illustratively, peripheral devices include, but are not limited to: radio frequency circuit, touch display screen, audio circuit, power supply, etc.
Of course, the report generating apparatus may further include fewer or more components, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the report generation method in the foregoing method embodiment.
Optionally, the present application further provides a computer product, which includes a computer-readable storage medium, where a program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, and the program is loaded and executed by a processor to implement the report generation method of the foregoing method embodiment.

Claims (12)

1. A report generation method is used for a configuration end, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a report template document, wherein the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields;
receiving configuration operation of the report fields to obtain field attributes corresponding to each report field;
generating an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute by using a preset document analysis tool;
uploading the report template document and the attribute code to a file server by using the document analysis tool so that the file server analyzes the attribute code by using the document analysis tool to obtain the field attribute; generating a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute; sending the data acquisition page to a mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can acquire report data corresponding to the report template document; the file server obtains the report data; and generating a business report by using the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving a configuration operation on the plurality of report fields to obtain a field attribute corresponding to each report field comprises:
receiving the configuration operation of the collection mode of each report field to obtain a first field attribute;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and receiving the encoding configuration operation of each report field to obtain a second field attribute.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute using a preset document parsing tool comprises:
and generating an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute by using a JasperReport template design tool or a Word tool.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after uploading the report template document and the property code to a file server using the document parsing tool, further comprising:
receiving a change operation of a target report field in the plurality of report fields to obtain the changed report template document;
receiving configuration operation on the changed target report field to obtain the changed field attribute corresponding to the changed target report field;
generating the modified attribute code corresponding to the modified field attribute by using the document analysis tool;
and uploading the changed report template document and the changed attribute code to the file server by using the document analysis tool.
5. A report generation method is used in a file server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a report template document and an attribute code uploaded by a configuration end, wherein the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; the attribute codes comprise attribute codes of field attributes of the report fields; the attribute code of each field attribute is generated by using a preset document analysis tool after the configuration operation of the corresponding report field is received at the configuration end and the field attribute corresponding to the report field is obtained;
analyzing the attribute code by using the document analysis tool to obtain the field attribute;
when a data acquisition request sent by a mobile terminal is received, generating a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute;
sending the data acquisition page to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal can acquire report data corresponding to the plurality of report fields;
acquiring report data sent by the mobile terminal based on the data acquisition page;
and generating a business report by using the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the field attributes comprise a first field attribute and a second field attribute; the first field attribute is used for indicating the collection mode of the report data corresponding to the report field; the second field attribute is used for indicating the code of the report field;
the generating of the data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute includes:
generating page content of the data acquisition page based on the report template document, wherein the page content comprises the plurality of report fields;
generating a data input area of the data acquisition page according to the acquisition mode indicated by the first field attribute;
and establishing an incidence relation between the second field attribute and the data input area to obtain the data acquisition page.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein generating a business report using the report template document and the report data comprises:
receiving a report generation request sent by the mobile terminal, wherein the report generation request comprises a report generation requirement;
filling the report data into the report template document based on the report generation request;
and generating the business report meeting the report generation requirement by using the report template document filled with the data.
8. A report generation method is used for a mobile terminal, and comprises the following steps:
sending a data acquisition request to a file server, wherein the data acquisition request is used for requesting the file server to send a data acquisition page corresponding to a report template document; the data acquisition page is that after the file server receives the report template document and the attribute code uploaded by the configuration end, the document analysis tool is used for analyzing the attribute code to obtain a field attribute; the report template document is generated based on the report template document and the field attribute; the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; the attribute codes comprise attribute codes of field attributes of the report fields; the attribute code of each field attribute is generated by using a preset document analysis tool after the configuration operation of the corresponding report field is received at the configuration end and the field attribute corresponding to the report field is obtained;
receiving and displaying a data acquisition page returned by the file server based on the data acquisition request;
receiving report data input in the data acquisition page;
uploading the report data to the file server, so that the file server generates a business report according to the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal;
and receiving the business report.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein before receiving the business report, further comprising:
sending a report generation request to the file server, wherein the report generation request comprises a report generation requirement; the file server fills the report data into the report template document based on the report generation request; and generating the business report meeting the report generation requirement by using the report template document filled with the data.

A report generation apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises a processor and a memory; the memory stores a program that is loaded and executed by the processor to implement the report generating method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or the report generating method according to any one of claims 5 to 7, or the report generating method according to any one of claims 8 to 9.

A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a program is stored in the storage medium, which program, when being executed by a processor, is adapted to carry out the report generating method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, or carry out the report generating method according to any one of claims 5 to 7, or carry out the report generating method according to any one of claims 8 to 9.
12. A report generation system, the system comprising: the system comprises a configuration end, a file server in communication connection with the configuration end, and a mobile end in communication connection with the file server;
the configuration end is used for acquiring a report template document, and the report template document comprises a plurality of report fields; receiving configuration operation of the report fields to obtain field attributes corresponding to each report field; generating an attribute code corresponding to each field attribute by using a preset document analysis tool; uploading the report template document and the attribute code to the file server by using the document analysis tool;
the file server is used for receiving the report template document and the attribute code uploaded by the configuration end;
the mobile terminal is used for sending a data acquisition request to the file server;
the file server is used for generating a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document based on the report template document and the field attribute when receiving a data acquisition request sent by a mobile terminal; sending a data acquisition page corresponding to the report template document to the mobile terminal;
the mobile terminal is used for receiving and displaying the data acquisition page; receiving report data input in the data acquisition page; uploading the report data to the file server;
the file server is used for acquiring report data sent by the mobile terminal based on the data acquisition page; generating a business report by using the report template document and the report data, and sending the business report to the mobile terminal;
and the mobile terminal is used for receiving the service report.
