Preferably, the laser emitter comprises a first laser emitter 3 and a second laser emitter 4 which are oppositely arranged, and the first laser emitter 3 is positioned at one side of the first mold 1 to irradiate the inner wall of the first liner body 12; the second laser emitter 4 is positioned at one side of the second mold 2 to irradiate the inner wall of the second bladder body 18.
In this embodiment, the processing equipment for the liner of the water heater further comprises a hole forming device, and the hole forming device is used for forming holes in the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18. The hole-opening device can be provided with a water inlet hole and a water outlet hole on the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 so as to be convenient for installing a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe.
Specifically, the tapping device may include a drill bit, and the drill bit may be driven to rotate to drill the first and second container bodies 12 and 18.
Preferably, the hole forming device includes: the stamping device comprises a stamping block, a propping block and a telescopic mechanism, wherein a stamping groove with the same cross section shape as the stamping block is formed in the propping block, and the telescopic mechanism is used for driving the stamping block to stretch into the stamping groove. The first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 are punched in a punching mode, and the processing is convenient and time-saving.
Specifically, during punching, the abutting block is firstly abutted against the inner wall of the first container body 12, then the telescopic mechanism drives the punching block to move towards the outer wall of the first container body 12, and the side wall corresponding to the punching groove can be removed under the shearing action of the punching block and the punching groove, so that a hole is formed.
In particular, the telescopic mechanism may comprise a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder; of course, the telescoping mechanism may also include an electric push rod or the like capable of driving the punch block to extend into the punch groove.
With continued reference to fig. 1, preferably, the tapping device includes a first tapping device 5 and a second tapping device 6 disposed on the same side as the first mold 1, the first tapping device 5 is used for forming a mounting hole on the first plug 122, and the heating pipe is placed into the inner container of the water heater through the mounting hole; the second hole-forming device 6 is used for forming a water inlet hole on the first pipe body 121.
With continued reference to fig. 1, further, the hole forming device further includes a third hole forming device 7 disposed on the same side as the second mold 2, and the third hole forming device 7 is configured to form a water outlet hole on the second pipe 181. Specifically, a magnesium rod is arranged in the inner container of the water heater so as to prevent the inner container of the water heater or other metal devices from being rusted; correspondingly, a magnesium rod mounting hole can be formed in the second liner body 18 through the third hole forming device 7, and the magnesium rod is mounted on the water heater liner through the magnesium rod mounting hole.
Specifically, an installation flange is arranged on the first liner body 12 outside the installation hole, and the heating pipe extends into the inner liner of the water heater from the installation hole and then is connected with the installation flange so as to fix the heating pipe on the inner liner of the water heater. Correspondingly, a first welding device 8 is arranged on the same side of the first mold 1, and the first welding device 8 is used for welding the mounting flange on the first container body 12.
Specifically, a lifting lug is arranged on the second liner body 18 so as to facilitate the lifting and transportation of the water heater liner. Correspondingly, a second welding device 9 is arranged on the same side of the second die 2, and the second welding device 9 is used for welding the lifting lug on the second container body 18.
It should be noted that the first welding device 8 and the second welding device 9 each include a welding gun, and welding can be performed by holding the welding guns with the hands of a worker. Of course, the first welding device 8 and the second welding device 9 may also comprise a robot arm, which holds the welding gun to realize automatic welding by the robot arm.
In this embodiment, the processing equipment for the water heater liner further comprises an automatic circular seam welding machine 10, and the automatic circular seam welding machine 10 is used for forming a welding seam between the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18. The welding between the head ends of the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 is realized through the automatic circular seam welding machine 10, manual operation is not needed, and time and labor are saved.
Specifically, the automatic circular seam welding machine 10 is a general automatic welding device capable of performing various circular and circular seam welds. For example, the automatic girth welding machine 10 may include a first clamping disk that clamps the first liner 12, a second clamping disk that clamps the second liner 18, and a welding gun, where the first and second clamping disks may rotate around the center line of the water heater liner; during the use, welder welds first courage body 12 and second courage body 18, and first centre gripping dish and second centre gripping dish drive first courage body 12 and second courage body 18 simultaneously rotate to form the annular welding seam on the hot water ware inner bag.
Preferably, before the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 are welded by the automatic circular seam welding machine 10, the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 may be pre-installed, that is, a plurality of welding points are formed on the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 at intervals by a spot welding machine, so as to prevent the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 from moving relatively when the automatic circular seam welding machine 10 welds the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18, so as to improve the installation accuracy of the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18.
Specifically, the processing equipment for the inner container of the water heater provided by the embodiment further comprises an air supply device, a detection pool 11 and detection liquid filled in the detection pool 11, wherein the air supply device is used for supplying air to the inner container of the water heater; the inner container of the water heater is soaked in the detection liquid. After the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 are assembled into the water heater liner by the automatic circular seam welding machine 10, the gas supply device is used for injecting gas into the water heater liner, the water heater liner is soaked in detection liquid, and whether the water heater liner leaks or not is determined by observing whether the detection liquid contains bubbles or not; and further realize the detection of the air tightness of the inner container of the water heater.
Preferably, the gas supply means can be various, as long as it is able to inject gas into the water heater bladder, for example: the air supply device can comprise an air pump which is communicated with the inner container of the water heater through an air duct so as to inject air into the inner container of the water heater; or the gas supply device comprises a nitrogen bottle which is communicated with the inner container of the water heater through a gas guide pipe so as to inject nitrogen into the inner container of the water heater. It is worth to say that, gas can be injected through the water inlet hole of the water heater liner, and correspondingly, other holes of the water heater liner need to be plugged. The detection fluid may be water, oil or other fluid.
In an implementation manner, the first die 1 and the second die 2 are arranged at intervals, and a first laser emitter 4, a first hole forming device 5, a second hole forming device 9 and a first welding device 8 are sequentially arranged along a direction perpendicular to a connecting line of the first die 1 and the second die 2 and on the same side of the first die 1; and a mechanical arm is arranged between two adjacent devices, so that the first liner body 12 on the above device is transferred to the next device by the mechanical arm, and the whole first liner body 12 is processed. A second laser emitter 4, a third perforating device 7 and a second welding device 9 are sequentially arranged along the direction vertical to the connecting line of the first die 1 and the second die 2 and on the same side of the second die 2; and a mechanical arm is arranged between two adjacent devices, so that the second liner 18 on the previous device is transferred to the next device by the mechanical arm, and the whole second liner 18 is processed. The automatic circular seam welding machine 10 is arranged at the rear part of the first welding device 8 and the second welding device 9 to weld the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 to form a circular welding seam 19. Preferably, a plurality of automatic circular seam welding machines 10 can be arranged, a plurality of water heater inner containers can be welded at the same time, and the processing speed is improved.
In summary, the processing equipment for the inner container of the water heater in the embodiment of the invention comprises the first die 1, the first punch and the first driving equipment. The first driving device can drive the first punch to extend into the first forming groove of the first die 1. Through the arrangement, when the first driving device drives the first cylinder to prop against the plate in the first forming groove, a first pipe body 121 is formed between the side surface of the first cylinder and the first side wall 101 of the first forming groove, a first plug 122 is formed between the end surface of the first cylinder and the first bottom wall 102 of the first forming groove, and the first plug 122 and the first pipe body 121 form the first liner body 12; repeating the above operations to obtain a second liner 18 with the same shape as the first liner 12, wherein the end of the first pipe 121 departing from the first plug 122 is welded with the end of the second pipe 181 departing from the second plug 182 to form the inner container of the water heater; compared with the method that the pipe body is curled by a rectangular plate, and then the plugs are respectively welded at the two ends of the pipe body, the water heater liner processed by the water heater liner processing equipment provided by the embodiment only has one annular welding line, so that the first welding line and the second welding line on the water heater liner are prevented from being crossed; thereby improving the sealing performance of the hot water liner.
Continuing with fig. 1-4. In other embodiments, a water heater liner is also provided, and the water heater liner is manufactured by the water heater liner processing equipment.
The hot water liner comprises a first liner body 12 and a second liner body 18, wherein the first liner body 12 is manufactured by a first die 1 and a first punch through stamping, the second liner body 18 is manufactured by a second die 2 and a second punch through stamping, and the first liner body 12 and the second liner body 18 are welded.
The water heater liner of the embodiment of the invention comprises a first liner body 12 and a second liner body 18. The first liner 12 includes a first tube 121 and a first plug 122 located at the end of the first tube 121, the first tube 121 and the first plug 122 are manufactured by a first die 1 and a first punch through punching, that is, the first tube 121 and the first plug 122 are integrally formed; similarly, the second container 18 includes a second tube 181 and a second plug 182 at the end of the second tube 181, and the second tube 181 and the second plug 182 are formed by stamping the second mold 2 and a second punch, that is, the second tube 181 and the second plug 182 are integrally formed. Through the arrangement, the head end of the first pipe body 121 and the head end of the second pipe body 181 are welded to form the annular welding seam 19, and then the water heater liner can be assembled; compared with the method that a pipe body is curled by a rectangular plate, and then plugs are welded at two ends of the pipe body respectively, the water heater liner provided by the embodiment is only provided with one annular welding line 19, so that the first welding line and the second welding line on the water heater liner are prevented from being crossed; thereby improving the sealing performance of the hot water liner.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

the first punch comprises a first cylinder, and the end face of the first cylinder is a curved surface protruding outwards; the first driving device is connected with the first cylinder to drive the first cylinder to extend into the first forming groove;
the processing equipment for the water heater inner container further comprises a roller, a connecting rod, a rotating shaft and a rotating device, wherein the connecting rod is perpendicular to the rotating shaft, one end of the connecting rod is connected with the rotating shaft, the roller is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod, and the roller is rotatably connected with the connecting rod; the rotating device is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft so as to drive the roller to roll on the inner wall of the first liner body;
the connecting rods are arranged at intervals around the rotating shaft, and each connecting rod is provided with a roller;
the first die is provided with a first clamping groove, and the first forming groove is formed in the bottom surface of the first clamping groove.

a second forming groove is formed in the second mold, the second forming groove is provided with a second bottom wall and a second side wall, the second bottom wall is a curved surface, and the second side wall is a cylindrical surface;
the second punch comprises a second cylinder, and the end face of the second cylinder is an outward convex curved surface; the second driving device is connected with the second cylinder so as to drive the second cylinder to extend into the second forming groove;
the first die and the first punch are used for machining a first liner body, and the second die and the second punch are used for machining a second liner body.
3. The processing equipment for the liner of the water heater according to claim 2, wherein a second clamping groove is formed in the second mold, and the second forming groove is formed in the bottom surface of the second clamping groove.
4. The water heater liner processing apparatus of claim 2, further comprising a laser emitter; the laser emitter is used for emitting laser to the inner walls of the first liner body and the second liner body.
5. The water heater liner processing apparatus as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a tapping device for tapping the first and second liner bodies.

The water heater liner processing apparatus as claimed in claim 5, wherein the hole forming device comprises: the stamping device comprises a stamping block, a propping block and a telescopic mechanism, wherein the propping block is provided with a stamping groove with the same cross section shape as the stamping block, and the telescopic mechanism is used for driving the stamping block to stretch into the stamping groove.
7. The water heater liner processing device according to claim 2, further comprising an automatic circular seam welding machine, wherein the automatic circular seam welding machine welds the first liner body and the second liner body.
8. A water heater liner, characterized in that, the water heater liner is made through the water heater liner processing equipment of any one of claims 1-7.
