The present embodiment provides a disinfection control method for a sterilizer, which is applied to an air sterilizer or an air purifier used by a user. As shown in fig. 1, the sterilization control method includes the steps of:
and S11, acquiring the accumulated use time of the disinfection filter screen.
Illustratively, the cumulative length of use is the life of the sterile filter screen. The accumulated use time of the disinfection filter screen can be recorded by using a timing device, and the use time of the disinfection filter screen is accumulated by the timing device to obtain the accumulated use time.
And S12, judging whether the accumulated use time of the disinfection filter screen reaches a first preset time.
Illustratively, the disinfection screen is used to intercept bacteria and germs, and the first predetermined duration is a life of the disinfection screen. And comparing the accumulated use time with a first preset time, and judging whether the accumulated use time reaches the first preset time. If the accumulated use time of the disinfection filter screen reaches a first preset time, executing the step S13; if the accumulated usage time of the disinfection filter screen does not reach the first preset time, the step S11 is continuously executed.
S13, if the accumulated usage time of the disinfection filter screen reaches a first preset time, the disinfection filter screen is disinfected.
Illustratively, when the cumulative usage period reaches a first predetermined time period, indicating that the disinfection filter screen has reached its useful life, the disinfection filter screen may need to be replaced. Because bacterium and virus can be remained on the disinfection filter screen unavoidably, then the disinfection operation is carried out by force to sterilize the bacterium and virus remained on the disinfection filter screen, then the user is prompted to change the filter screen, if the user does not change the disinfection filter screen, the disinfector can be in a standby state, the disinfection operation cannot be started, and the disinfector can be restarted until the user changes the disinfection filter screen.
The disinfection control method of the disinfector provided by the embodiment determines whether the accumulated using time of the disinfection filter screen reaches the first preset time to determine whether the filter screen meets the replacement condition, when the accumulated using time of the disinfection filter screen reaches the first preset time, the disinfection filter screen needs to be replaced, the disinfection filter screen is disinfected at the moment, the residual bacteria and viruses on the filter screen are killed, further, the situation that the filter screen to be replaced is free from bacteria and virus residues is ensured, the situation that the residual bacteria and viruses on the filter screen become the infection source to pollute the environment is avoided, the hidden danger that the residual bacteria and viruses damage the health of a user when the filter screen is replaced is eliminated, and further, the physical health and the use safety of the user are ensured.
As an alternative embodiment, the sterilizing of the sterilizing filter screen may be performed by performing a high temperature sterilization of the filter screen at intervals, as shown in fig. 2, and the sterilization control method of the sterilizer further includes:
and S14, acquiring the accumulated running time of the sterilizer.
Illustratively, the accumulated operating time is the operating time of the sterilizer after the sterilization function is turned on. The accumulated operating time of the sterilizer can be obtained by a timing device. Specifically, the operation time may be accumulated using a timer, and if the sterilizer is turned off after 5 hours of operation and then turned on again for 3 hours of operation, the accumulated operation time of the sterilizer may be 8 hours.
And S15, judging whether the accumulated running time reaches a preset running time, wherein the preset running time is less than a first preset time.
Illustratively, the high-temperature filter screen sterilization is performed at intervals, the preset operation time is the sterilizer operation time when the sterilizer performs high-temperature sterilization on the sterilization filter screen, and the first preset time is the service life of the sterilization filter screen, that is, the preset operation time is less than the first preset time. And comparing the relation between the accumulated operation time and the preset operation time, and determining whether the accumulated operation time reaches the preset operation time. If the accumulated running time reaches the preset running time, executing step S16; and if the accumulated running time does not reach the preset running time, continuing to monitor the sterilizer, and accumulating the running time of the sterilizer.
And S16, if the accumulated running time reaches the preset running time, sterilizing the sterilizer filter screen.
Illustratively, the accumulated operation time of the sterilizer is detected to reach a preset operation time, which indicates that the sterilizing filter screen needs to be heated and sterilized. Specifically, taking the preset operation time as 12 hours as an example, after the accumulated operation time of the sterilizer reaches 12 hours, the sterilization operation on the sterilization filter screen is executed.
When the accumulated operation time of the sterilizer reaches the preset operation time, continuing to detect the accumulated operation time; and if the accumulated running time of the sterilizer does not reach the preset running time, stopping running, and judging whether the accumulated use time of the sterilizing filter screen reaches a first preset time.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the sterilization control method of the sterilizer further includes:
and S17, when the sterilizer sterilizes the sterilization filter screen, clearing the accumulated sterilizer operation time, and restarting timing.
Illustratively, after the accumulated running time of the sterilizer reaches 12 hours, the sterilization operation on the sterilization filter screen is executed, meanwhile, the accumulated running time is cleared, the running time of the sterilizer is accumulated again, and when the accumulated running time reaches 12 hours, the high-temperature sterilization on the sterilization filter screen is executed again, so that the cycle is repeated.
As an alternative embodiment, the sterilization operation is forced when the length of time of use of the sterilization screen reaches a first preset length of time. As shown in fig. 2, the sterilization control method of the sterilizer further includes:
and S18, sending out a prompt message for replacing the disinfection filter screen after the disinfection operation is finished.
For example, if the sterilizing filter screen is sterilized at high temperature every 12 hours until the sterilizing filter screen is detected to reach the service life, the sterilizing filter screen is forcibly sterilized at high temperature even if the operating time of the sterilizer is not 12 hours. When the disinfection operation is detected to be completed, the disinfector enters a standby state, the user is not allowed to start, and a prompt message for replacing the disinfection filter screen is sent.
The disinfection control method of sterilizer that this embodiment provided, when the length of use of disinfection filter screen reaches first predetermined length of time, the operation of once disinfecting of forced execution can carry out high temperature with remaining bacterium and virus on waiting to change the disinfection filter screen and disinfect, guarantees that the user does not have the risk of infecting bacterium or virus when carrying out the disinfection filter screen change, and the sterilizer only just allows the start to use after changing the disinfection filter screen, has guaranteed the air purification effect.

The temperature of the air inside the sterilizer is zoned, for example, corresponding to a temperature of [15 ℃, 25 ℃ for zone a, a temperature of [25 ℃, 35 ℃ for zone B, a temperature of [35 ℃, 45 ℃ for zone C, a temperature of [45 ℃, 55 ℃ for zone D), a temperature of [55 ℃, 65 ℃ for zone E, etc., and so on. The present invention is only exemplified by this, and the division of the temperature interval is not limited.
The temperature of the sterilizing screen is not evenly distributed and different areas of the sterilizing screen may correspond to different temperatures. And determining a temperature interval corresponding to the current temperature according to the acquired current temperature of the disinfection filter screen, wherein different temperature intervals can correspond to different target temperatures so as to adjust the current temperature of the area where the disinfection filter screen is located to approach the target temperature.
And secondly, adjusting the rotating speed of the fan assembly, adjusting the current temperature to a target temperature, and disinfecting the disinfection filter screen at the target temperature.
Illustratively, based on the difference between the current temperature detected by the temperature sensor and the target temperature corresponding to the disinfection filter screen, the rotating speed of the fan assembly is adjusted, the current temperature is adjusted to the target temperature, and the disinfector is controlled to disinfect the disinfection filter screen at the target temperature.
Specifically, the step of adjusting the rotational speed of the fan assembly includes: if the current temperature is lower than the target temperature, reducing the rotating speed of the fan assembly so as to quickly raise the current temperature to the current temperature; if the current temperature is higher than the target temperature, increasing the rotating speed of the fan assembly to enable the current temperature to be reduced to the target temperature in an express way; and if the current temperature is equal to the target temperature, keeping the rotating speed of the fan assembly unchanged.

Specifically, heating device and disinfection filter screen combine together, and after the bacterium in the disinfection filter screen interception air and virus, heating device heated it, and the rotational speed regulation heating temperature of cooperation fan subassembly simultaneously, control heating temperature reaches more than 56 ℃ to continuously heat more than 30 minutes, with multiple bacterium and virus of effectively killing, like novel coronavirus.
Secondly, when the disinfection duration reaches the preset disinfection duration, the heating device is closed and the current rotating speed of the fan assembly is obtained.
Illustratively, the preset sterilization duration is a duration for which the heating device is heated at the target temperature. When the disinfection duration reaches the preset disinfection duration, bacteria and viruses on the disinfection filter screen are completely killed, the heating device can be closed at the moment, the disinfection operation on the disinfection filter screen is stopped, and the current rotating speed of the fan assembly is obtained at the same time.
And thirdly, controlling the fan assembly to operate at the current rotating speed for a second preset time.
Illustratively, the second is preset for a duration of heat dissipation by the fan assembly. Specifically, the second preset time period may be 3 minutes, and after the heating device is turned off, the fan assembly is continuously operated at the current rotation speed for 3 minutes.
The disinfection control method of the disinfector provided by the embodiment carries out heat radiation treatment on the disinfection filter screen which completes the disinfection operation by adopting the fan assembly, so that the disinfection filter screen is prevented from aging due to continuous high temperature, and the service life of the disinfection filter screen is shortened.
