Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical features mentioned in the different embodiments of the invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Fig. 1 shows a flow chart of a disinfection apparatus control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the disinfection apparatus control method specifically includes the following steps:
step S101: and acquiring the current ambient temperature. In practical applications, the sterilization apparatus may be used with a temperature sensor disposed on the sterilization apparatus, such as: the environmental temperature of the environment where the disinfection equipment is located is collected by a mercury thermometer, a temperature sensing chip, an electronic thermometer, a temperature sensor and the like. Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the disinfection apparatus is first powered on in a fixed environment, the disinfection apparatus is the same as the disinfection apparatus in the prior art, and the disinfection apparatus is operated at a rated heating power to disinfect the environment, and starts to monitor the ambient temperature while being powered on.
Step S102: and judging whether the current environment temperature is smaller than a first preset temperature threshold value or not. In practical application, a human body feels comfortable in a specific temperature range, different people do not sense the temperature range completely, and the environment temperature suitable for the human body is generally considered to be 20-28 ℃, wherein 20 ℃ represents the lowest temperature value in the suitable temperature range of the human body, and 28 represents the optimal environment temperature in the suitable environment of the human body. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset temperature threshold is 20 ℃ and the second preset temperature threshold is 28 ℃ as an example for description, in practical applications, the first preset temperature threshold and the second preset temperature threshold may also be adjusted according to practical needs, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S103: when the current environment temperature is smaller than a first preset temperature threshold, increasing the heating power of the disinfection equipment until the current environment temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold or the heating power reaches a preset maximum heating power, wherein the second preset temperature threshold is larger than the first preset temperature threshold.
Specifically, if the current ambient temperature is less than the first preset temperature threshold, which indicates that the current ambient temperature is lower than the lower limit of the suitable ambient temperature of the human body, in order to improve the comfort of the user, the heating power of the disinfection device is increased to dissipate heat to the environment to improve the ambient temperature, so as to improve the user experience, and the increase of the heating power is performed on the basis of the rated heating power of the disinfection device (the reached temperature of the disinfection device can already meet the disinfection temperature of the device, for example 56 ℃ under the rated heating power of the disinfection device), so that the disinfection effect is not affected, the current ambient temperature is increased until reaching the optimal ambient temperature of the human body, but as the heating power of the disinfection device cannot be increased infinitely, and the current ambient temperature may not reach the optimal ambient temperature of the human body, if the heating power of the disinfection device is increased to the preset maximum heating power, no heating power adjustment is performed. The preset maximum heating power is the maximum heating power which can be reached by the safe operation of the disinfection equipment.
Step S104: and controlling the disinfection equipment to operate at a first current heating power of the disinfection equipment when the current ambient temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold value, or controlling the disinfection equipment to operate at a preset maximum heating power.
Specifically, if the current environment temperature is monitored to reach the optimal environment temperature of the human body, the disinfection equipment is controlled to operate at the heating power at the moment so as to ensure that the user is always at the optimal environment temperature, and if the current environment temperature cannot reach the optimal environment temperature of the human body, the disinfection equipment is controlled to always start the maximum heating power to operate so as to disinfect the external environment, so that the human body is at the comfortable environment temperature as far as possible.
Specifically, in an embodiment, after controlling the disinfection apparatus to operate at the first current heating power, that is, in a case where the current ambient temperature can reach the optimal ambient temperature of the human body, the disinfection apparatus control method further includes the following steps:
step S105: an operating time of the sterilizing device operating at the first present heating power is monitored. In practical application, after the disinfection equipment runs for a certain time, the disinfection work of the current external environment can be finished, so that the opening and closing of the disinfection equipment can be flexibly controlled by monitoring the running time of the disinfection equipment, and the purposes of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
Step S106: and judging whether the running time reaches the preset running time. The preset running time is the running time required by the disinfection equipment to complete the disinfection work, and can also be set as the working time required by the disinfection equipment by the user according to the user requirement, which is not limited by the invention.
Step S107: and when the running time reaches the preset running time, controlling the disinfection equipment to be closed. In practical application, if the operating time of the disinfection equipment reaches the preset operating time, the operation of the disinfection equipment can be stopped, so that the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved, and the human body is still at the optimal environment temperature when the disinfection equipment stops operating, at the moment, even if the disinfection equipment is stopped, the environment temperature can be reduced along with the human body, but the environment temperature is still in a more comfortable temperature range, and the comfort of user experience can also be ensured within a certain time.
Further, in order to further improve the comfort of the user and enhance the user experience, after the disinfection device is turned off, the control method of the disinfection device further comprises the following steps:
step S108: and acquiring second current heating power of the disinfection equipment when the current environment temperature reaches a first preset temperature threshold value. Specifically, for further improvement user comfort, reinforcing user experience can be through the record when external environment temperature reaches the minimum temperature value of human suitable temperature range, the heating power that disinfecting equipment corresponds to in order to carry out accurate control to disinfecting equipment's heating power.
Step S109: and monitoring the ambient temperature, and judging whether the ambient temperature is less than a first preset temperature threshold value. Specifically, after the disinfection device is closed, the environmental temperature can be continuously monitored, and whether the environmental temperature is reduced to be below the lowest temperature value of the human body suitable temperature range or not after the disinfection device is closed is judged, so that whether the current environmental temperature is suitable for the human body or not is monitored.
Step S110: and when the ambient temperature is less than the first preset temperature threshold value, controlling the disinfection equipment to be started at the second current heating power. In practical application, if the environmental temperature is lower than the lowest temperature value in the range of the suitable temperature of the human body, which indicates that the comfort of the user is poor at the current environmental temperature, the heat can be dissipated to the external environment by restarting the disinfection equipment so as to improve the environmental temperature and ensure that the human body is always in a more comfortable environmental temperature, and directly controls the disinfection equipment to heat with the corresponding heating power when the external environment temperature reaches the lowest temperature value of the human body proper temperature range, without gradually adjusting the heating power from the rated power, thereby realizing the function of adaptively adjusting the heating power, when the user manually shuts down and restarts or the disinfection equipment automatically runs, stops and restarts, the control of the heating power of the disinfection equipment can be realized by directly utilizing the memory function of the disinfection equipment. It should be noted that the control method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is performed when the sterilization apparatus is continuously disposed in the fixed environment, that is, when the sterilization apparatus is not operating, and the external environment temperature is at a relatively constant temperature value, if the sterilization apparatus is replaced to a new environment or the external environment temperature value at which the sterilization apparatus is located changes greatly, the user may manually reset the sterilization apparatus, so as to re-execute the above step S101 to re-regulate and control the heating power of the sterilization apparatus, which is not limited by the present invention.
Further, in order to further improve user experience, take energy conservation and environmental protection into consideration, improve the accurate control of the disinfection device, and continue to monitor the ambient temperature after the disinfection device is restarted, the disinfection device control method further comprises the following steps:
step S111: and when the ambient temperature is not less than the first preset temperature threshold value, controlling the disinfection equipment to operate at the first current heating power. Specifically, when the disinfection device is turned on again and operates for a period of time with the second current heating power, the environmental temperature is continuously monitored, and if it is monitored that the environmental temperature has reached the first preset temperature threshold, the relevant description of step S103 and step S104 can be described in detail according to the same operation logic, which is not described herein again, the disinfection device is directly controlled to operate with the first current heating power, and after the heating power operates for a period of time, the environmental temperature can reach and be maintained at the second preset temperature threshold, that is, the optimal environmental temperature of the human body is reached, and the heating power and the environmental temperature do not need to be monitored and adjusted again, so as to achieve the purposes of energy saving and environmental protection.
Step S112: and judging whether the ambient temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold value. In practical application, in order to realize energy saving as much as possible on the basis of ensuring comfortable experience of a user, the environmental temperature can be continuously monitored, whether the environmental temperature reaches the optimal environmental temperature of a human body or not is judged, if the environmental temperature reaches the optimal environmental temperature, the disinfection equipment can be controlled to operate for a certain time and then be closed,
step S113: and returning to the step S105 when the ambient temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold value. Specifically, if the ambient temperature reaches the optimal ambient temperature of the human body, the sterilization apparatus may be controlled as described above with reference to step S105, so as to achieve automatic turning on and off of the sterilization apparatus. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the above-mentioned control method for a disinfection apparatus may be used as one of the operation modes of the disinfection apparatus, and when a user selects the operation mode, the disinfection apparatus may be automatically controlled according to the control method for a disinfection apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, without manual operation, and of course, during the control process, the user may also manually turn on or turn off the disinfection apparatus.
When the disinfection device is started up and operated for the first time in a fixed environment, the disinfection device control method further comprises the following steps:
step S201: and when the current environment temperature is not less than the first preset temperature threshold, judging whether the current environment temperature is greater than a second preset temperature threshold. If the disinfection equipment is started, when the current environment temperature of the external environment is greater than the lowest temperature value of the suitable temperature range of the human body, whether the current environment temperature is greater than the optimal environment temperature of the human body can be judged, if the current environment temperature is less than or equal to the optimal environment temperature of the human body, the current environment temperature is the suitable environment temperature of the human body, therefore, in order to save energy and protect environment, the heating power of the disinfection equipment does not need to be adjusted, namely, the disinfection equipment runs according to the default rated heating power, and the user can be ensured to be in the suitable environment temperature.
Step S202: and when the current ambient temperature is greater than a second preset temperature threshold value, determining the current ambient temperature as the initial temperature. In practical application, if the current environment temperature is higher than the optimal environment temperature of a human body, the disinfection equipment must be operated due to the disinfection requirement of the external environment, but the human body is in a relatively unsuitable temperature range at the moment, so that the environment temperature of a user is not increased too much in order to further improve the user experience, the environment temperature needs to be monitored, and the operation of the disinfection equipment is further controlled according to the change condition of the environment temperature.
Step S203: and determining the closing temperature according to the initial temperature and a preset third temperature threshold value. In practical application, as the sterilizing apparatus operates at a rated heating power and continuously radiates heat to the outside, the current ambient temperature may be increased to exceed the optimal ambient temperature of the human body, and at this time, the initial temperature is the second preset temperature threshold. In practical application, in order to ensure that the environment temperature does not rise in a large range to cause poor user experience, a certain temperature threshold may be set on the basis of the initial environment temperature to obtain the shutdown temperature, that is, a third temperature threshold is preset, and the threshold may be set according to the actual needs of the user, for example: the third temperature threshold may be set to 1 ℃, 2 ℃, 3 ℃, 5 ℃ or the like, or may be adjusted later according to the self condition after the user starts operating the disinfection apparatus, for example, the default threshold of the disinfection apparatus is set to 2 ℃ at the beginning, but the user may manually change the threshold at any time, which is not limited in the present invention.
Step S204: and monitoring the ambient temperature, and judging whether the ambient temperature reaches a closing temperature. Specifically, after the closing temperature is determined, whether the environment temperature rises to the closing temperature is judged through monitoring the environment temperature, if the environment temperature does not reach the closing temperature, the operation of the disinfection equipment can be maintained to disinfect the external environment, at the moment, although a user is in the environment temperature which is not suitable, the user experience is hardly influenced due to the fact that the environment temperature rises slightly, and at the moment, the disinfection requirement of the external environment is taken as the main point.
Step S205: and when the ambient temperature reaches the closing temperature, controlling the disinfection equipment to be closed. If once the ambient temperature has reached the shutdown temperature, it indicates that the user is already extremely uncomfortable at this ambient temperature, and if continue to operate the disinfecting device this moment, can cause obvious influence to user experience, therefore, when the ambient temperature has reached the shutdown temperature, will stop the operation of disinfecting device, preferentially guarantee user's experience comfort level.
Further, in order to ensure that the disinfection task of the disinfection apparatus can be completed, after the disinfection apparatus is turned off, the disinfection apparatus control method further comprises the following steps:
step S206: and judging whether the ambient temperature reaches a preset temperature range of the initial temperature. In practical application, after the disinfection equipment is closed, the environmental temperature is reduced, so that whether the disinfection equipment is started again can be controlled by judging whether the environmental temperature is recovered to a certain range of the initial environmental temperature when the disinfection equipment is started. Specifically, the preset temperature range may be set according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited thereto. For example: the initial temperature is 30 ℃, the preset temperature range is 2 ℃, namely, whether the environmental temperature is recovered to be within the range of 29-31 ℃ is judged, if the environmental temperature is still higher than the temperature range, the state of closing the disinfection equipment is continuously kept, and if not, the step S207 is executed.
Step S207: and when the ambient temperature reaches the preset temperature range of the initial temperature, controlling the sterilizing equipment to be started at the rated heating power, and returning to the step S204. In practical application, if ambient temperature has recovered, then explain can open disinfecting equipment once more and accomplish the disinfection task, here simultaneously, can continue monitoring ambient temperature, when ambient temperature reaches the shut-off temperature once more, stop the disinfecting equipment operation to guarantee that the user is in a temperature comfortable relatively all the time, improve user experience, and automatic control disinfecting equipment opens and stops in order to accomplish disinfection work.
Further, in order to avoid the problem that the service life of the disinfection device is affected and energy is wasted due to frequent opening and closing of the disinfection device, before the disinfection device is controlled to be opened, the disinfection device control method further comprises the following steps:
step S208: and judging whether the time for the environment temperature to reach the preset temperature range of the initial temperature exceeds a preset time threshold value or not. In practical application, in order to avoid frequent start and stop of the disinfection apparatus, the disinfection apparatus needs to be controlled under the condition of relative ambient temperature and temperature, so that a certain action time, namely a preset time threshold needs to be reserved, and the preset time threshold can be set according to actual needs, for example: 1 minute, 3 minutes, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Step S209: and when the time that the ambient temperature reaches the preset temperature range of the initial temperature exceeds a preset time threshold, controlling the disinfection equipment to be started at the rated heating power. Specifically, after the ambient temperature is stabilized within the preset temperature range of the initial temperature for a certain time, the sterilizing equipment is controlled to start and operate at the rated heating power of the sterilizing equipment, so that frequent starting and stopping of the sterilizing equipment are avoided, and the service life of the sterilizing equipment is prolonged.
By executing the steps, the disinfection device control method provided by the embodiment of the invention obtains the current environmental temperature; judging whether the current environment temperature is smaller than a first preset temperature threshold value or not; when the current environment temperature is lower than a first preset temperature threshold, increasing the heating power of the disinfection equipment until the current environment temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold or the heating power reaches a preset maximum heating power, wherein the second preset temperature threshold is larger than the first preset temperature threshold; and controlling the disinfection equipment to operate at a first current heating power of the disinfection equipment when the current ambient temperature reaches a second preset temperature threshold value, or controlling the disinfection equipment to operate at a preset maximum heating power.
