This liquid reserve tank is through setting up heating chamber 11 and degerming chamber 12, makes two functions of heating and disinfecting be located different cavities respectively, and during the use, the feed liquor heats the back in heating chamber 11, reentrant degerming chamber 12 and through ultraviolet germicidal device 30 ultraviolet sterilization, can effectively avoid the ultraviolet ray to the damage of heating the layer of exchanging heat in the chamber 11 to improve life.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling sterilization of a liquid storage tank according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:
s201, acquiring a designated time parameter and the current liquid flow in the liquid outlet pipe.
S202, under the condition that any one of the designated time parameter and the current liquid flow meets a preset sterilization condition, starting the ultraviolet sterilization device.
After the liquid storage tank is powered on, the related judgment parameters can be automatically acquired to carry out sterilization control. Corresponding to the time parameter and the flow parameter, the preset sterilization conditions include: time conditions and flow conditions. And under the condition that the designated time parameter meets the time condition or the current liquid flow meets the flow condition, the ultraviolet sterilization device can be started. In particular, the current flow of liquid in the effluent pipe may be detected by a flow detector 71 as shown in FIG. 1.
This embodiment is to separating the liquid reserve tank for heating chamber and degerming chamber with the box, and at the arbitrary condition that satisfies the predetermined sterilization condition of time parameter and flow parameter under, opens ultraviolet germicidal device for the feed liquor heats the back in the heating chamber, and reentrant degerming chamber carries out ultraviolet sterilization, has realized reasonable effectual intelligent ultraviolet sterilization control, guarantees the cleanliness factor with the liquid by the user.
In this embodiment, the specifying the time parameter may include: the current time and/or the closing time of the ultraviolet sterilization device. Correspondingly, before the ultraviolet sterilization device is started, the method further comprises the following steps: and if the current time reaches the set sterilization time, or the closing time is greater than or equal to a first preset time, determining that the specified time parameter meets the time condition in the preset sterilization condition.
The closing time of the ultraviolet sterilization device is a single closing time, namely once the ultraviolet sterilization device is started, the closing time is cleared, and when the ultraviolet sterilization device is closed, the time is counted again. The set sterilization time is a second preset time before the liquid using time of appointment or a second preset time before the liquid using time of practice, and the liquid using time of practice is determined based on historical liquid using data of a user. In the embodiment, the user can reserve the time needing the liquid according to the self requirement, so that the sterilization can be started in advance, and the cleanliness of the liquid is ensured. In the embodiment, historical liquid consumption data of a user in a preset time can be recorded, so that the time of using the conventional liquid is obtained according to the historical liquid consumption data analysis and is used as a basis for starting sterilization in advance, and the cleanliness of the liquid consumption is guaranteed. For example, the water consumption data (including the water consumption time and the water consumption) of the last 7 days of the user is sampled, the heavy water use event is judged according to the water consumption data, and the habit water use time is determined.
In this embodiment, before the ultraviolet sterilization apparatus is turned on, the method further includes: judging whether the current liquid flow is greater than or equal to a preset flow; if yes, determining that the current liquid flow meets the flow condition in the preset sterilization conditions. Wherein the preset flow is the maximum flow of liquid fluctuation in the liquid outlet pipe when the user does not use the liquid. The current liquid flow is larger than or equal to the preset flow, which indicates that the end of the user uses the liquid, namely the current liquid flow meets the sterilization condition, the ultraviolet sterilization device can be started, and the cleanliness of the liquid used by the user is ensured.
It should be noted that, in the actual implementation process, the determination sequence of the three factors, i.e., the current liquid flow rate, the current time, and the closing time of the ultraviolet sterilization device, is not sequential, but can be implemented simultaneously. At least one factor satisfies a preset sterilization condition, and the ultraviolet sterilization device can be turned on.
In one embodiment, after the ultraviolet sterilization device is turned on, the method further includes: recording the starting time of the ultraviolet sterilization device; if the starting time is longer than or equal to a third preset time, the current liquid flow is obtained again, and whether the current liquid flow is longer than or equal to the preset flow is judged; if not, closing the ultraviolet sterilization device; if yes, continuing to start the ultraviolet sterilization device.
In the embodiment, once the ultraviolet sterilization device is started, the ultraviolet sterilization device is operated for the third preset time period at least to be considered to be closed, so that effective sterilization for a certain time period is ensured, frequent starting and stopping of the ultraviolet sterilization device can be avoided, and the reliability of equipment is guaranteed. Meanwhile, if the current liquid flow in the liquid outlet pipe is larger than or equal to the preset flow, the fact that the tail end of the user uses liquid is indicated, the sterilization needs to be continued, and the liquid after the sterilization is supplied to the user is ensured; if the current liquid flow in the liquid outlet pipe is smaller than the preset flow, which indicates that the end of the user does not use the liquid, the ultraviolet sterilization device is closed, the sterilization is stopped, and unnecessary sterilization operation is avoided.
After the ultraviolet sterilization device is turned off, the method further comprises: recording the closing time of the ultraviolet sterilization device; and resetting the recorded closing time length when the ultraviolet sterilization device is started next time. The closing time of the ultraviolet sterilization device is recorded, and the closing time can be used as a judgment basis for starting the ultraviolet sterilization device next time, so that the intelligent control of ultraviolet sterilization is realized. Specifically, the timer 72 shown in fig. 1 may record the off period or the on period of the uv sterilization.
The heating and sterilization of the water storage tank can have a memory function, so that after the power is cut off and the power is powered on again, the control is continued according to the related state and data before the power is cut off, and the product experience of a user is not influenced. Specifically, the method further comprises: if the liquid storage tank is powered off in the working process, judging whether the liquid storage tank has a memory function or not after being powered on again; if the ultraviolet sterilization device has the memory function, reading the memorized closing time length or opening time length of the ultraviolet sterilization device according to the working state of the ultraviolet sterilization device during power failure, and continuing to count time; if no memory function exists, the closing duration is recorded again.
If the memory function exists, after the power is turned on again, the working state of the liquid storage box and the related data record can be continuously executed according to the situation before the power is cut off. Specifically, the heating and sterilization of the liquid storage tank can continue to operate according to the state before power failure, if the ultraviolet sterilization device is in the open state before power failure, the ultraviolet sterilization device can continue to be opened after being electrified again, and the timing data before power failure is continued to record the opening duration to be used as the basis for controlling sterilization closing; if the ultraviolet sterilization device is in the closed state before power failure, the ultraviolet sterilization device is still closed after being electrified again, and the timing data before power failure is continued to record the closing time length to be used as the basis for controlling the sterilization opening. If the memory function is not available, the ultraviolet sterilization device is powered on again, the ultraviolet sterilization device is powered off by default, the off duration is recorded again, and then sterilization control is executed again. In addition, in the operation process, the related data of the liquid using reservation time or the liquid using habit time are stored in real time, and after the power is cut off and the power is re-powered on, the stored related data can be directly read.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises: and responding to a user setting instruction, and turning on or off the ultraviolet sterilization device. The ultraviolet sterilization device is turned on or off according to the user setting instruction, the actual requirements of the user can be met, and the user experience is improved.
