Specifically, the air intake assembly 41 is communicated with the cavity 22, the air intake assembly 41 includes an air intake fan 411 and an air intake duct 412, the air intake duct 412 is communicated with the interior of the cavity 22, and the air intake fan 411 is used for sucking the outside air into the air intake duct 412 and then enters the cavity 22. The exhaust assembly 42 includes an exhaust fan 421 and an exhaust air duct 422, the exhaust air duct 422 is communicated with the inside of the cavity 22, and the exhaust fan 421 is used for sucking the outside air into the exhaust air duct 422 and then entering the cavity 22. . Considering that the gas discharged from the exhaust fan 421 has water vapor, the exhaust duct 421 is connected to a drain pipe of the steam cooker 20, and the drain pipe may be connected to a sewer. And the condensed water of the steam in the exhaust air duct 421 can be discharged to the sewer outside the steam cooker 20 through the drainage pipe.
So, the setting of breather can make before steam cooker 20 cooks the end or steam cooker 20 cooks the end after with the steam of cavity 22 discharge to avoid the too much and lead to the user to spill out and pounce on to the user and influence user experience from opening 221 upwards when opening door body 25 from the high temperature steam in the cavity 22.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the exhaust assembly 42 may be activated to exhaust steam from the cavity 22 just before cooking (e.g., 5 minutes before cooking), while the intake assembly 41 is also activated to continuously supply air into the cavity 22 to prevent negative pressure from forming inside the cavity 22. Of course, the ventilation device may be properly activated during cooking to observe the inside of the cavity 22 or to feed food or the like. The activation and deactivation of the ventilator may be set according to actual conditions, and is not particularly limited herein.
In the present embodiment, the ventilation device includes an intake assembly 41 and an exhaust assembly 42. It is understood that in other embodiments, the air inlet assembly 41 may be separately disposed, such that the air inlet assembly 41 delivers air into the cavity 22, so that the vapor in the cavity 22 can be rapidly condensed, and thus, excessive vapor can be prevented from being splashed to the user when the user opens the door 25. In addition, in some embodiments, the exhaust assembly 42 may be separately disposed, and meanwhile, a ventilation pipeline capable of only one-way ventilation is disposed on the cavity 22, when the exhaust assembly 42 exhausts the steam in the cavity 22, a negative pressure is formed in the cavity 22, and under the action of the negative pressure, the one-way ventilation pipeline is opened, and the outside air enters the cavity 22.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the steam cooker 20 includes a water drainer assembly 50 and a water drain assembly 60, the water drainer assembly 50 is mounted at the bottom of the cavity 22 and communicates with the interior of the cavity 22, and the water drain assembly 60 is threaded to the water drainer assembly 50 at one end and is inserted into a drain on the exterior of the steam cooker 20 at the other end.
In this way, the condensed water, the residual water and the cleaning water generated in the cavity 22 during the cooking process can be discharged into the sewer.
Specifically, the drainer assembly 50 can be electrically connected to the second operating switch 23, and a user can automatically open the drainer assembly 50 through the second operating switch 23 to automatically drain accumulated water in the cavity 22. For example, the first operating switch 13 may be a touch-sensitive display screen, and the user may control the drainer assembly 50 to open by clicking a drain button of the touch-sensitive display screen, so as to drain the water in the cavity 22. Of course, the user may also manually drain water, for example, when the user cleans the chamber 22, the user may manually open the drain assembly 50 to drain water out of the chamber 22. For example, in one example, the water outlet assembly 50 may include a toggle switch valve electrically connected to the second operation switch, and the user can toggle the switch valve through the second operation switch 23 to achieve automatic water drainage, and at the same time, the user can manually toggle the switch valve to achieve manual water drainage.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the steam oven 20 includes a lifting mechanism 70 and a steam rack 80, the lifting mechanism 70 is connected to the cavity 22, the steam rack 80 is disposed in the cavity 22 and supported on the lifting mechanism 70, and the lifting mechanism 70 is used for driving the lifting mechanism 80 to lift.
Thus, the lifting mechanism 70 can lift the steaming rack 80 to facilitate the user to take and put food, and can also prevent the user from being scalded by the high-temperature steam in the cavity 22 when the user takes food.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the lifting mechanism 70 includes two lifting frames 71 and driving assemblies 72 respectively connected to the two lifting frames 71. Each lifting frame 71 comprises a transverse rod 712 and two top rods 713 vertically arranged at two ends of the transverse rod 712, the top rods 713 can extend into the cavity, and the steaming rack 80 is carried on the top rods 713. The lifting frame 71 further comprises a rack 711 fixedly connected to the transverse bar 712. The driving assembly 72 includes a motor 721, a driving gear 722, a rotating shaft 723, and two driven gears 724 disposed at two ends of the rotating shaft 723, wherein the driving gear 722 is mounted on a motor shaft of the motor 721, the two driven gears 724 are respectively engaged with the two racks 711, and the driving gear 722 is engaged with one of the two driven gears 724.
When the steaming rack 80 needs to be driven to ascend or descend, the motor 721 is started to drive the driving gear 722 to rotate, the driving gear 722 drives one moving gear at one end of the rotating shaft 723 to rotate, the rotating shaft 723 is further driven to rotate so as to drive the driven gear 724 at the other end to rotate, the two driven gears 724 drive the rack 711 to move upwards or downwards, the transverse rod 712 and the ejector rod 713 are driven to move upwards or downwards, and therefore the up-and-down lifting of the steaming rack 80 is achieved.
It is to be understood that in the present embodiment, the steam rack 80 may be driven to ascend when the motor 721 rotates forward and the steam rack 80 may be driven to descend when the motor 721 rotates backward, or the steam rack 80 may be driven to descend when the motor 721 rotates forward and the steam rack 80 may be driven to ascend when the motor 721 rotates backward. In a specific practical operation process, the motor 721 is electrically connected to the second operation switch 23, and the second operation switch 23 can be used to turn on and off the motor 721 and make the motor 721 rotate in the reverse direction or in the forward direction.
In one example, the second operation switch 23 is a touch display screen, the touch display screen can display a lifting button and a descending button, the user clicks the lifting button, the motor 721 rotates forward, the lifting mechanism 70 drives the steaming rack 80 to lift, the user clicks the descending button, the motor 721 rotates backward, and the lifting mechanism 70 drives the steaming rack 80 to descend.
In addition, in the illustrated embodiment, the number of the motor 721 and the driving gear 722 is 1, and the two lifting frames 71 on both sides are driven by the rotating shaft 723 to move up and down. It is understood that in other embodiments, the number of the motors 721 and the driving gears 722 may be two, one motor 721 connected to one driving gear 722 and one driving gear 722 connected to one lifting frame 71. Therefore, synchronous lifting of two sides can be realized more stably.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the nozzle assembly 29 further includes a sealing body 293, the sealing body 293 being movably disposed within the mounting 291, the sealing body 293 being configured to seal the vapor passage 2911 of the mounting 291.
Thus, during operation of the steam generator 28, steam generated by the steam generator enters the mounting 291 and is pressurized by the weight of the seal 293, thereby pushing the seal 293 open, the steam enters the steam nozzle 292, and is then injected into the chamber 22 through the steam nozzle 292. The seal 293 seals the steam channel 2911 under gravity when the steam generator 28 is not in operation, thereby acting as a seal to prevent waste water from the bottom of the cavity 22 from flowing back into the steam generator 28.
Specifically, in the illustrated embodiment, the seal 293 is a sphere. It is understood that in other embodiments, the sealing body 293 may have other shapes, such as a cube, a cone, etc.
Further, in some embodiments, the vapor nozzle 292 has a plurality of gas injection holes 2921, the vapor nozzle 292 has a cylindrical shape, and the plurality of gas injection holes 2921 are disposed along the circumferential direction of the vapor nozzle 292. In this manner, steam may be injected from the plurality of gas injection holes 2921, which may result in a more uniform distribution of steam within the cavity 22, and thus, more uniform heating of the food.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the steam oven 20 further includes a steam switch 93, the steam switch 93 is disposed in the cavity 22, and the steam switch 93 can be used to turn off the steam generator 28. Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the door 25 closes the opening 221 of the cavity 22, the door 25 presses the steam switch 93, and the steam switch 93 is closed by the door 25, so that the user can turn on the steam generator 28 through the second operation switch 23. When the door 25 is opened, the steam switch 93 is opened, so that the steam generator 28 stops operating.
Therefore, the setting of the steam switch 93 can stop the operation of the steam generator 28 when the user opens the door body 25 so as to prevent the user from being scalded by steam, and the user experience is improved.
With continued reference to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the steam oven 20 further includes an illumination device 91, and the illumination device 91 is disposed in the cavity 22 and is used for illuminating the inside of the cavity 22. The lighting device 91 may be an LED lamp or the like. In some embodiments, the steam cooker 20 further includes a temperature sensor 92, the temperature sensor 92 is mounted on a side wall of the cavity 22 and is used for detecting a temperature of the steam in the inner space of the cavity 22, the temperature sensor 92 is electrically connected to the controller, and the temperature sensor 92 can input a temperature sensing signal to the controller, so that it can control an amount of the steam generated by the steam generator 28 to adjust the temperature in the inner space of the cavity 22. The controller may be disposed on a circuit board or MCU of the power strip assembly 231.

Also, the first feature being "on," "above" and "over" the second feature includes the first feature being directly on and obliquely above the second feature, or merely indicating that the first feature is at a higher level than the second feature. A first feature being "under," "below," and "beneath" a second feature includes the first feature being directly under and obliquely below the second feature, or simply meaning that the first feature is at a lesser elevation than the second feature.

Claims (11)

1. An integrated cookware, comprising:
a panel;
the gas stove comprises a stove head arranged on the panel and a first operating switch, and the first operating switch is used for operating the gas stove; and
the steam cooker comprises a cavity, a second operating switch and a water tank, wherein the cavity, the second operating switch and the water tank are installed on the panel, an opening is formed in the top of the cavity, the top of the cavity is provided with a door body used for closing and opening the opening, the second operating switch is used for operating the steam cooker, and the water tank is connected with the cavity.
2. The integrated cookware of claim 1 wherein the cavity is disposed below the faceplate.
3. The integrated kitchen appliance according to claim 1, wherein the door body is detachably disposed on the top of the cavity.
4. The integrated cookware of claim 3 including a food steamer assembly disposed at the opening with the door body removed from the cavity.
5. The integrated kitchen appliance according to claim 3, wherein the steam oven comprises a hinge mechanism arranged on the door body, and the door body is rotatably connected with the cavity through the hinge mechanism.
6. The integrated cookware of claim 5 wherein the hinge mechanism includes a hinge bracket and a damper, the damper including a first portion coupled to the hinge bracket and a second portion coupled to the door body, the first and second portions being rotatable relative to one another, the hinge bracket being removably coupled to the cavity.
7. The integrated cookware of claim 1 wherein the steam cooker includes a steam generator coupled to the water tank and a nozzle assembly coupling the cavity to the steam generator.
8. The integrated kitchen appliance according to claim 1, wherein the steam oven comprises a door opener connected to the cavity and configured to open the door.
9. The integrated cookware of claim 1 wherein the steam cooker includes a breather coupled to the cavity for ventilating gas within the cavity.
10. The integrated cookware of claim 9 wherein the air exchange means includes an air intake assembly coupled to the cavity for inputting air into the cavity and/or an air exhaust assembly coupled to the cavity for exhausting air from the cavity.
11. The integrated kitchen appliance according to claim 1, wherein the steam oven comprises a lifting mechanism and a steam rack, the lifting mechanism is connected with the cavity, the steam rack is used for being placed in the cavity and carried by the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is used for driving the steam rack to lift.
