step two, rotating a threaded rod 4c to enable a sliding plate 4B to slide relative to a U-shaped plate 4a, enabling the threaded rod 4c to be vertically inserted between pipe gallery steel bars B1, rotating a first lead screw 1c and an input shaft of a second duplex adjusting part 2, enabling the cross tooth positioner 4 installed on the same adjusting part to move reversely, enabling the threaded rod 4c to be tightly abutted against the periphery of a pipe gallery steel bar B1, enabling positioning frames 5 to be located on two sides of a pipe gallery steel bar B1, enabling positioning cylinders 5a to be evenly distributed around the pipe gallery steel bar B1, and enabling the distance between the axis of the positioning cylinder 5a and the nearest pipe gallery steel bar B1 to be equal to the distance between the axis of a working end of a longitudinal plug connector 6 installed at the bottom ends of four corners of an upright post A and the nearest;
thirdly, the conical head 6d1 is vertically downward, so that the first vertical clamping angle 6a and the second vertical clamping angle 6B are fixedly arranged at the bottom ends of the four corners of the upright post A through the long rod bolt 7, the upright post A is suspended, the inserting columns 6d installed at the four corners of the upright post A are inserted into the positioning cylinder 5a, and the inner diameter of the positioning cylinder 5a is gradually reduced from top to bottom, so that the embedded sleeve A1 can be coaxially inserted on the pipe gallery steel bar B1 under the sliding guide of the maximum inner circumferential inclined surface of the positioning cylinder 5a, the inserting condition of the embedded sleeve A1 and the pipe gallery steel bar B1 from the bottom end of the upright post A is avoided, and the working efficiency is improved;
step four, and when pre-buried sleeve A1 and piping lane reinforcing bar B1 peg graft suitable distance, make first duplex regulating part 1, second duplex regulating part 2 and connecting rod 3 work end reset, peg graft first duplex regulating part 1, second duplex regulating part 2 and connecting rod 3, thereby overlap pre-buried sleeve A1 completely on piping lane reinforcing bar B1, thereby make stand A vertically place on reinforcing section B mounting base, pour the high strength shrink grout in pre-buried sleeve A1 and piping lane reinforcing bar B1 clearance department, make stand A and reinforcing section B fastening connection, thereby accomplish stand A and reinforcing section B's building operation.
