an oil-water separation tank (10);

the slag removing mechanism is arranged on the oil-water separation tank (10) and comprises a filter screen (50), a main shaft (40) for driving the filter screen (50) to lift and a scraper component (60);
the filter screen (50) is arranged in the oil-water separation tank (10) to enable the oil-water separation tank (10) to form a liquid chamber and a liquid-solid chamber;
a second motor (42) for driving the main shaft (40) to rotate is distributed at the end, away from the filter screen (50), of the main shaft (40);
the scraper component (60) is provided with a scraper which can be in line contact with the surface line of the filter screen (50) or in multiple points and is used for cleaning scum on the filter screen (50).

the scraper assembly (60) comprises a body portion (61) and the scraper;
the body part (61) is rotationally connected with the main shaft (40);
one end of the scraper is fixedly connected with the body part (61), and the other end of the scraper is provided with a handle (62).
3. The oil-water separation device for kitchen waste according to claim 2, characterized in that;
the scraper comprises a main scraper (63) and a secondary scraper (64) which is connected to the side of the main scraper (63) in a sliding way and can be overlapped or staggered with the cutting edge of the main scraper (63); and
a positioning assembly for locking the position of the secondary scraper (64);
the lower surface of the main scraper (63) is provided with a toothed blade for contacting with the filter screen (50) at multiple points;
the lower surface of the secondary scraper (64) is formed with a continuous linear edge for line contact with the screen (50).
4. The oil-water separation device for kitchen waste according to claim 3, characterized in that;
the positioning assembly comprises a long hole (65) formed in the main scraper (63) and an adjusting rod (66) fixedly connected to the auxiliary scraper (64);
the adjusting rod (66) is connected with the long hole (65) in a sliding mode, a nut (67) is connected to the adjusting rod (66) in a threaded mode, and the position of the auxiliary scraper (64) is locked through the nut (67).
5. The oil-water separation device for the kitchen waste according to claim 1, characterized in that;
the slag removing mechanism also comprises a bracket (41) fixedly connected on the oil-water separation tank (10);
the support (41) is vertically hoisted with the main shaft (40);
the main shaft (40) is a lead screw, and the lead screw and the filter screen (50) are in spiral transmission to enable the filter screen (50) to be lifted in the oil-water separation tank (10).

the screen section (52) comprises a horizontal bottom wall (53);
one end of the horizontal bottom wall (53) is provided with a first side wall (54) which extends obliquely and upwards and is used for being fixedly connected with the shaft sleeve part (51), and the other end of the horizontal bottom wall (53) is provided with a second side wall (55) which extends obliquely and upwards and is used for being contacted with the inner wall of the oil-water separation pool (10);
the included angles between the first side wall (54) and the second side wall (55) and the horizontal bottom wall (53) are obtuse angles;
the horizontal bottom wall (53) is provided with a slag discharge port (56), and the slag discharge port (56) is provided with a plugging piece.
