一种螺旋插拽开启瓶发明,由瓶盖、瓶塞、瓶颈螺牙、瓶口、瓶上腔、瓶腔颈和瓶下腔组成;瓶盖有瓶盖封口、瓶盖螺母、拆封圈、拽座内腔、瓶盖拽座、拽座挡口和拽座开口组成;瓶塞有瓶塞柄头、瓶塞柄、塞锥体、塞限位圈和塞封缘组成;依次把瓶下腔盛水、把瓶塞装合在瓶腔颈位置、把瓶上腔注入浓缩汁或粉末、把瓶盖装配在瓶口上,同时瓶塞柄头插入拽座内腔,打开瓶盖连带拽出瓶塞,用双手通过塞限位圈斜扳瓶塞,用扛杆力撬开拽座开口,可把瓶塞卸掉,再旋上瓶盖,对开启瓶摇晃,这时浓缩汁或粉末与水融合,打开瓶盖即可饮用,瓶塞隔开瓶上腔和瓶下腔,使浓缩汁或粉末与水分开储放,可延长产品保质期,也减少了防腐剂,使产品更绿色化。

本发明涉及一种新的饮料瓶,即螺旋插拽开启瓶。
背景技术
目前,市场上的饮品主要以纯净水、矿泉水和水混合饮料为主,且包装结构单调,纯净水、矿泉水保质期一般为二年,不含食品添加剂,但饮用口感单一;水混合饮料一般保质期为一年,且含食品添加剂,随着人们生活水平的提高,越追求生活质量,对水饮用品要求绿色环保,要创造新的水饮品和新的功能性产品来适合人们对水饮品更高的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明其目的在于:提供一种新的螺旋插拽开启瓶,在结构设计上采用了瓶上腔和瓶下腔,用瓶塞封住瓶腔颈,起到了分隔效果。
本发明是这样实现的:一种螺旋插拽开启瓶,由瓶盖、瓶塞、瓶上腔和瓶下腔组成,其特征是:依次把瓶下腔盛装水;把瓶塞装在瓶腔颈的位置上;把瓶上腔注入浓缩汁或粉末;把瓶盖装配在瓶口上,同时瓶塞柄头插入拽座内腔;饮用步骤是,打开瓶盖,连带拽出瓶塞,用双手通过塞限位圈斜扳瓶塞,由于扛杆量力撬开拽座开口,这时可把瓶盖上的瓶塞卸掉,再旋上瓶盖,通过对螺旋插拽开启瓶摇晃,使浓缩汁或粉末与水融合,这时打开瓶盖即可饮用。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,瓶盖拽座长度大于瓶盖螺母的深度,当瓶盖螺母旋转脱离瓶颈螺牙时,拽座挡口还套住瓶塞柄头,这时通过瓶盖可以连带拽出瓶塞。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,当瓶盖螺母装配在瓶颈螺牙上的过程中,瓶塞柄头通过自身的锥体面插入拽座开口,使瓶塞柄头通过拽座挡口进入拽座内腔,这时拽座开口有本身自应力会回位原状态,拽座挡口可挡住瓶塞柄头拽出的止回。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,瓶塞柄头是圆锥体构造,形成圆锥的斜体面,在瓶盖向下按时,瓶塞柄头能通过拽座挡口进入拽座内腔,当瓶盖与瓶颈螺牙旋转时,拽座内腔可在瓶塞柄头上随瓶盖同步转动,同时拽座挡口也在瓶塞柄上同步滑转。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,瓶塞的塞锥体是圆锥体斜面,当瓶塞向上拉拽时,适当抖动,斜体面不会向上带出浓缩汁或粉末。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,瓶上腔可装浓缩汁或粉末,可有两种物料与水混合配用选择。
所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,瓶上腔、瓶下腔有瓶塞分隔开,使浓缩汁或粉末与水可独立存放,延长了产品的使用保质期。
本发明的技术方案是:本发明的技术方案是:第一步把螺旋插拽开启瓶的瓶下腔装水,后用瓶塞封住瓶腔颈,再把瓶上腔装入浓缩汁或粉末,最后用瓶盖旋封住瓶口即好;第二步用双手反时针方向旋拧开瓶盖,通过瓶盖的拽座挡口卡住瓶塞柄头连带拽出瓶塞,用双手把瓶盖与瓶塞分离开,再顺时针旋紧瓶盖,通过摇晃开启瓶,使瓶上腔的浓缩汁或粉末与瓶下腔的水融合,这时打开瓶盖即可饮用。
本发明的有益效果是:瓶上腔的体积小于瓶下腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体的损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是开启瓶结构创新,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在瓶上腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是这种利用螺旋错位结构插拽打开瓶盖、瓶塞,能够启发人们的动手能力,并启发了人们的想象力。

实验证明
本发明优点:其一是瓶上腔的体积小于瓶下腔的体积几倍,饮品的防腐添加剂就会小于混合饮品的常量几倍,减少了食品添加剂,提高了饮品质量,减弱了饮品对人体的损害,使饮品更加绿色化;其二是把水与浓缩汁或粉末分开存放,延长了产品的保质期限;其三是配制瓶结构新颖,具有观赏性和可操作性,可现配制饮用;其四是浓缩汁或粉末在瓶上腔独立存放,给饮用者看到饮品的实质物体,直观到物有所值;其五是利用螺旋错位结构,通过拉拽打开瓶盖、瓶塞,能够启发人们的动手能力,并丰富了人们的思维想象力。

1.一种螺旋插拽开启瓶,由瓶盖(6)、瓶塞(20)、瓶颈螺牙(3)、瓶口(4)、瓶上腔(9)、瓶腔颈(11)和瓶下腔(12)组成;瓶盖(6)有瓶盖封口(2)、瓶盖螺母(4)、拆封圈(7)、拽座内腔(13)、瓶盖拽座(14)、拽座挡口(15)和拽座开口(16)组成;瓶塞(20)有瓶塞柄头(5)、瓶塞柄(8)、塞锥体(10)、塞限位圈(18)和塞封缘(19)组成;其特征是:把瓶下腔(12)盛装水(21);把瓶塞(20)装合在瓶腔颈(11)位置;把瓶上腔(9)注入浓缩汁(17)或粉末(17-1);依次把瓶盖(6)装配在瓶口(1)上,同时瓶塞柄头(5)插入拽座内腔(13);饮用步骤是,打开瓶盖(6),连带拽出瓶塞(20),用双手通过塞限位圈(18)斜扳瓶塞(20),由于扛杆量力撬开拽座开口(16),这时可把瓶盖(6)上的瓶塞(20)卸掉,再旋上瓶盖(6),通过对螺旋插拽开启瓶摇晃,使浓缩汁(17)或粉末(17-1)与水(21)融合,这时打开瓶盖(6)即可饮用。

3.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,其特征在于:当瓶盖螺母(4)装配在瓶颈螺牙(3)上的过程中,瓶塞柄头(5)通过自身的锥体面挤入拽座开口(16),使瓶塞柄头(5)通过拽座挡口(15)进入拽座内腔(13),这时拽座开口(16)开口自应力回位,拽座挡口(15)可挡住瓶塞柄头(5)拽出的回止。
4.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,其特征在于:瓶塞柄头(5)是圆锥体构造,形成圆锥的斜体面。

7.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋插拽开启瓶,其特征在于:瓶上腔(9)、瓶下腔(12)有瓶塞(20)分隔开,使浓缩汁(17)或粉末(17-1)与水(21)可独立存放,延长了产品的使用保质期。
