Description

Assembled packing box for transportation
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a built-up transport package box, and more particularly, to a built-up transport package box in which components of a tray, side walls, and a cover are loaded in an optimized form during transportation, the components can be easily built up in a box form on site, the time required for building up is shortened, external impact resistance is improved, and a supporting structure is improved.
Background
Generally, a transport package box is a box-shaped package box in which goods are loaded on a pallet and transported to a transport facility such as a truck, a ship, or an airplane by a forklift.
In order to package the box-like articles in such a manner, it is necessary to assemble the individual walls constituting the package box one by one, and therefore there is a problem that the packaging cost increases as the packaging requires skill of the operator and the time required for the work increases. Further, even when the assembling is performed, since the coupling structure between the wall bodies is not smooth enough, there is a problem that the wall bodies collapse when the load is excessively loaded or external impact is applied.
In particular, in the case of a battery such as a secondary battery, since the load itself is high and the quality may be deteriorated due to the inflow of external foreign matters, a packing case for transporting the secondary battery is actually required to have a supporting capability and an external foreign matter shielding capability according to the load.
Batteries such as secondary batteries are classified as dangerous goods and are loaded items that require certification of dangerous goods by law. In order to carry out dangerous goods authentication, the packing box is dropped under the conditions of certain temperature and certain height during the test, and the packing box is not damaged or the loaded objects are not leaked.
As a related prior art, registered patent No. 10-1246039 (transport package) discloses a technique having the following composition: a floor material having a bottom plate made of corrugated paper placed on the tray, each edge portion of the bottom plate having a pair of edge corners made of corrugated paper attached to upper and lower sides of the bottom plate and joined by pins; a wall body which is made of corrugated paper and is erected on four sides of the upper part of the floor material, the lower side of the side wall body is inserted into a space formed by the pair of edge corners, and a pair of vertex angles made of corrugated paper are added on edges between the side wall body and are combined by pins; and a cover plate which is made in the same way as the corrugated paper flooring material, covers the upper side of the wall body in a turned-over state, and is inserted into the space formed by the pair of corrugated paper edge corners.
However, the above-mentioned prior art has a structure in which unit sidewall bodies composed of four are assembled one by one depending on a vertex angle, and has a problem in that an assembly method is very inefficient and time required for assembly is increased, and there is a structural defect in that a bonding force of an edge angle is reduced because the edge angle and the vertex angle are not directly connected.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an assembled packing box for transportation, which has a sealed structure in which sidewalls are integrally combined to improve coupling convenience, and a supporting rail structure for fixing the sidewalls is firmly formed to improve supporting capability against external impact, thereby minimizing a gap.
In addition, another object of the present invention is to provide an assembled transport packaging case having a structure capable of passing a certification test for hazardous materials when a battery such as a secondary battery is loaded, without causing breakage of the packaging case and leakage of loaded materials even if the packaging case is dropped.
The invention is characterized by comprising the following parts: a tray formed with a lifting hole into which a fork part of a forklift can be inserted; a bottom plate placed above the tray; a support rail disposed above the tray and vertically formed with a slot along an installation direction; a side wall sleeve which is inserted and combined above the supporting guide rail and is integrally connected with four surfaces; and the cover plate is combined above the side wall sleeve in a covering mode, wherein the supporting guide rail is made of the same material as the tray and is integrated with the tray above the tray.
Further, the upper edge portion of the support rail is formed with a stepped portion, and the support rail can be stacked while being supported on the bottom surface of the cover plate or the tray during storage.
Further, the side wall sleeve is vertically formed with a folded portion at the center of a pair of opposing faces, and is folded by folding the folded portion inward when the tube is held.
Further, it is characterized in that the cover plate includes: and an edge part which is formed by horizontally covering the upper plate part of the upper part of the whole side wall sleeve and the whole edge of the upper plate part and extends downwards, and the edge part is convexly formed with a reinforcing rib in the vertical direction.
Furthermore, the present invention is characterized in that the present invention is composed of the following parts: a tray formed with a lifting hole into which a fork part of a forklift can be inserted; a bottom plate placed above the tray; a support rail disposed above the tray and vertically formed with a slot along an installation direction; the side wall sleeve is inserted and combined above the supporting guide rail, and four surfaces of the side wall sleeve are integrally connected; and a cover plate combined over the sidewall sleeve in a covering manner, wherein the support rail includes: linear members formed in a bar shape and arranged according to the shape of the sidewall sleeve, and corner members coupled to both ends of the linear members and connecting between the linear members.
Further, the linear member and the corner member of the support rail include: the frame part with a certain shape in the outer direction and the guide rail part which is bent in a U shape at the inner side of the frame part to form a slot.
In addition, a coupling hole is formed to penetrate through a frame portion of the linear member in a longitudinal direction, a coupling protrusion which can be inserted into the coupling hole is formed on a frame portion of the corner member, and both of them can be inserted and coupled to each other.
Effects of the invention
In the invention, because the four surfaces of the side wall sleeve are in an integrally connected form, the side wall is combined on the supporting guide rail at the same time, thereby having the effects of simple and convenient combination and greatly shortening the time required for assembling the box.
In addition, the present invention is configured by a structure in which the support rail supporting the sidewall sleeve is integrated with the tray, so that the assembly convenience according to the coupling of the support rail can be improved while the sidewall sleeve is firmly supported.
In addition, the support rail is separately formed, the material of the support rail is made of metal material, and the combination structure is firm, so that the impact transmitted to the side wall sleeve can be minimized even if external impact occurs, and the damage of the content in the impact can be prevented.
In addition, the cover plate structure of the invention is reinforced, even if the packaging box is laminated in multiple layers, the vertical load can be well endured, and the cover plate can be prevented from being crushed by external impact.
In addition, the present invention is a structure in which the sidewall sleeves are integrally inserted into the slots formed in the support rail, and thus, there are effects of minimizing the gap and preventing the inflow of foreign substances.

Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the following description of the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure the subject matter of the present invention, the detailed description thereof will be omitted.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the assembled packing box for transportation of the present invention comprises: a pallet 100 formed with lifting holes 110 into which fork portions of a forklift can be inserted; a bottom plate 200 placed above the tray 100; a support rail 300 disposed above the tray 100 and vertically formed with a slot G along an installation direction; a sidewall sleeve 400 inserted and combined above the support rail 300 and integrally connected with four surfaces; a cover plate 500 combined over the sidewall sleeve 400 in a covering manner.
To explain the respective constructions, first, the tray 100 is made of wood or synthetic resin, belongs to the bottom portion of the packing case, and is formed with lifting holes 110 at the side thereof so that the fork portion of a forklift can be inserted to lift or carry the entire packing case.
The bottom plate 200 is laid on the tray 100 to protect the contents loaded in the package, and is preferably made of a plastic material in the form of corrugated paper.
The support rail 300 of the present invention is disposed above the tray 100, and vertically formed with a slot G for coupling the sidewall sleeve 400.
Fig. 1 to 5 are views of embodiment 1 of the present invention relating to the configuration of the support rail 300 and the tray 100 of the present invention. The embodiment 1 is characterized in that the support rail 300 is made of the same material as the tray 100 and is integrally formed on the upper portion of the tray 100. That is, a preferable material of the support rail and the tray 100 is synthetic resin, and the support rail 300 is integrally molded in the injection molding process of the tray 100.
As described above, when the support rail 300 is integrally formed on the tray 100, there is no trouble of connecting the support rail 300 to the tray 100, and the effect of directly coupling the side wall sleeve 400 is obtained, and the support rail is not easily broken by external impact, and the side wall sleeve 400 can be supported in a strong form.
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, a stepped portion 300a is formed at an upper end edge portion of the support rail 300, and when the trays 100 are stacked in a plurality of layers as shown in fig. 5(a) or the cover 500 is placed on the tray 100 as shown in fig. 5(B) and stored, a bottom surface portion of the tray 100 or the bottom surface portion of the cover 500 placed on the stepped portion 300a can be supported and maintained in a stable stacked state.
The sidewall sleeve 400 of the present invention is formed by integrally connecting four surfaces as a structure for forming the sidewall of the packing box. This integral formation has the advantage of ease of assembly of the case compared to the prior art where the walls are assembled one by one.
In addition, as shown in fig. 6, the sidewall sleeve 400 may have a folded portion 410 formed vertically at the center of a pair of opposite surfaces. Since the folded portion 410 is formed in this manner, the folded portion 410 is folded inward to fold the sidewall sleeve 400 during storage as shown in fig. 7, thereby facilitating storage.
In the present invention thus implemented, when the packing box is transferred to a desired place, the sidewall sleeves 400 are stacked and packed in a folded state, and the remaining components are separated therefrom, and stacked and packed in the order of the tray 100, the bottom plate 200, the support rail 300, and the cover 500, so that the loading space can be effectively utilized, and the packing box can be immediately assembled at a receiving site.
The shape of the folded portion 410 is, as shown in fig. 6, a folded portion 410 having a certain width, and a section where the folded portion 410 is formed is thinner than other sections where the folded portion 410 is not formed. If the folded portion 410 is formed only by cutting in a sheath shape, a problem of breakage of a relevant portion occurs with the repeated folding and unfolding operations of the folded portion 410, and the folded portion 410 configured in the above-described manner is not easily broken even if the folding and unfolding operations are repeated.
The cover plate 500 of the present invention is a structure that is integrated above the sidewall sleeve 400 to complete the package, and the cover plate 500 also has a form resistant to load and impact.
As shown in fig. 8, the cover plate 500 mainly includes: an upper plate portion 510 horizontally covering the entire side wall sleeve 400; and an edge portion 520 extending downward from the entire edge of the upper plate portion 510. Also, the edge portion 520 is formed with a reinforcing rib 521 protruding in the vertical direction, so that the edge portion 520 can be prevented from being crushed even by an external impact.
In addition, the upper plate portion 510 of the cover 500 is formed with a slip prevention protrusion 511 which protrudes upward, and when the packing boxes are stacked, the slip prevention protrusion of the cover 500 positioned at the lower side is caught on the tray 100 positioned at the upper side to prevent slip. The upper plate portion 510 has a buffer protrusion 512 protruding downward, and thus, when a vertical load is transmitted to the upper portion of the cover 500, a buffer function is performed, thereby minimizing damage to the contents.
Fig. 9 to 12 are schematic views of embodiment 2 of the present invention. As in the 1 st embodiment, it is composed of a construction including a tray 100, a bottom plate 200, a support rail 300, a sidewall sleeve 400, and a cover plate 500, and the support rail 300 is made of a separate structure and is coupled above the tray 100.
In addition, the support rail 300 according to embodiment 2 is characterized by including: a linear member 301 formed in a rod shape and provided in accordance with the shape of the sidewall sleeve 400; corner members 302 coupled to both ends of the linear members 301 and connecting the linear members 301. That is, when the sidewall sleeve 400 is formed in a quadrangular shape, the support rail 300 is also formed in a quadrangular shape.
The support rail 300 of embodiment 2 is preferably made of aluminum, and has high strength when made of metal such as aluminum, and can pass the above-described falling test related to the certification of hazardous materials.
In addition, the linear member 301 and the corner member 302 of the support rail 300 include: a frame portion 310 having a certain shape in the outer direction; the rail portion 320 of the slot G is formed by bending in a U-shape on the inner side of the frame portion 310. That is, since the frame portion 310 is formed outside the rail portion 320, the frame portion 310 first serves as a barrier when an external impact occurs. Therefore, the insertion groove G of the rail portion 320 may stably support the sidewall sleeve 400.
As shown in fig. 11, the coupling structure of the line member 301 and the corner member 302 is explained, in which a coupling hole 330 is formed to penetrate through the frame portion 310 of the line member 301 in the longitudinal direction, and a coupling protrusion 340 capable of being inserted into the coupling hole 330 is formed on the frame portion 310 of the corner member 302, so that the line member 301 and the corner member 302 can be coupled to each other by insertion.
As shown in fig. 12, the line member 301 has a support end 311 formed by vertically extending the outer lower end of the frame portion 310, so that the support tray 100 can be supported on the outer side thereof, and the support rail 300 can be prevented from being pushed into the interior thereof even when an external impact is applied, thereby firmly fixing the sidewall sleeve 400.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments, various modifications may be made within the technical scope of the present invention.
