Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板和聚氨酯,其特征在于:聚氨酯的表面设置有由抗摩擦材料形成的第一抗滑结构,抗摩擦材料的摩擦系数大于聚氨酯的摩擦系数;或者分布设置有多个由表面的聚氨酯加工而成第二抗滑结构,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽等。在支撑垫表面构造了多种抗滑结构,并从高摩擦力材料及抗滑形状两方面,构造了多种增强方案,加工制造简单,适用性良好,从而解决了现有的支撑垫与桥梁或建筑结构之间易打滑和脱落的问题,满足了工程抗滑的需求。由于与桥梁粱底或建筑结构等通过抗滑结构进行连接,因此不易出现打滑现象,保证了结构安全;尤其当发生地震时,避免了支座滑移、脱落等情况,能起到隔震作用。

本发明属于工程减振技术领域,具体涉及一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫及生产方法,应用于桥梁或建筑结构中。
背景技术
目前,在桥梁支座或建筑结构中应用的聚氨酯支撑垫,支撑垫由聚氨酯与钢板构成,钢板全部包聚氨酯当中。聚氨酯发挥其剪切变形和弹性复位功能,钢板提高支撑垫的承载能力。但是,聚氨酯材料特性决定了其摩擦系数较小,不能满足工程抗滑的使用要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术以上缺陷或改进需求中的至少一种,本发明提供了一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫及生产方法,在支撑垫表面构造了多种抗滑结构,并从高摩擦力材料及抗滑形状两方面,构造了多种增强方案,加工制造简单,适用性良好,从而解决了现有的支撑垫与桥梁或建筑结构之间易打滑和脱落的问题,满足了工程抗滑的需求。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明的一个方面,提供了一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板和聚氨酯,多层所述钢板依次上下间隔层叠设置,并全部包聚在所述聚氨酯中,所述钢板之间及四周填充所述聚氨酯,其特征在于:
所述聚氨酯的上下表面设置有第一抗滑结构,所述第一抗滑结构由抗摩擦材料形成,所述抗摩擦材料的摩擦系数大于所述聚氨酯的摩擦系数。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构为橡胶。
优选地,所述橡胶包括天然橡胶,氯丁橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,氟橡胶。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构为塑料,所述塑料包括尼龙,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构与所述聚氨酯采用粘接、镶嵌、包裹中的任一项连接方式。

生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在浇筑的聚氨酯时即与第一抗滑结构一步固接,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再将第一抗滑结构固接到所述聚氨酯上,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
将抗摩擦材料固定在模具的上、下表面,由上抗摩擦材料、中间的多层钢板、下抗摩擦材料依次间隔固定,由模具形成腔体,将聚氨酯浇注到此腔体里,在聚氨酯的成型过程中,聚氨酯与抗摩擦材料固接在一起,一次生产即完成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
当浇注时模具不设抗摩擦材料,聚氨酯支撑垫完成后,对聚氨酯表面进行处理,对抗摩擦材料进行表面处理,再将抗摩擦材料与聚氨酯固接在一起,完成第一抗滑结构与聚氨酯支撑垫的固接,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
利用浇筑聚氨酯的模具,随聚氨酯的浇筑一步形成第二抗滑结构;
或者,
在浇筑聚氨酯定型后,再加工出第二抗滑结构。
为实现上述目的,按照本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在聚氨酯的模具的表面加工出与第二抗滑结构形状反向的形状,在浇筑的聚氨酯后即在聚氨酯的表面获得所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再在聚氨酯的表面采用机加工的方式加工出所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。

总体而言,通过本发明所构思的以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,在支撑垫表面构造了多种抗滑结构,并从高摩擦力材料及抗滑形状两方面,构造了多种增强方案,加工制造简单,适用性良好,从而解决了现有的支撑垫与桥梁或建筑结构之间易打滑和脱落的问题,满足了工程抗滑的需求。
2、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,由于与桥梁粱底或建筑结构等通过抗滑结构进行连接,因此不易出现打滑现象,保证了结构安全;尤其当发生地震时,避免了支座滑移、脱落等情况,能起到隔震作用。
3、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构采用较高摩擦力的材料制得,如橡胶类的天然橡胶,氯丁橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,氟橡胶等,如塑料类的尼龙,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺等,其来源广泛和便捷,成本低。
3、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构的抗摩擦材料与聚氨酯采用粘接、镶嵌、包裹中的任一项连接方式,实施起来简单易行。
4、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构的抗摩擦材料,既可以在生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在浇筑的聚氨酯时即与抗滑结构一步固接;又可以在聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再将抗滑结构固接到聚氨酯上,无论哪种方式都能起到很好的固连效果,便于在不同生产条件的厂家迅速推广应用。
5、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构可以利用自身的聚氨酯加工而成,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽中的任一或任意组合,截面型式为弧形、半圆、矩形、三角形、梯形中的中的任一或任意组合,其外形和截面形式多样,可以形成一系列性能梯度的产品,用于不同的应用场合。
6、本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,利用自身的聚氨酯加工抗滑结构时,既可以利用浇筑聚氨酯的模具,随聚氨酯的浇筑一步形成抗滑结构,重复利用了浇筑模具,一步成型快速便捷;又可以在浇筑聚氨酯定型后,再加工出抗滑结构,便于流水线的操作,利于批量化生产。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及到的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示,本发明提供一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板2和聚氨酯3,多层所述钢板2依次上下间隔层叠设置,并全部包聚在所述聚氨酯3中,所述钢板2之间及四周填充所述聚氨酯3;所述聚氨酯3的上下表面设置有第一抗滑结构1,所述第一抗滑结构1由抗摩擦材料形成,所述抗摩擦材料的摩擦系数大于所述聚氨酯3的摩擦系数。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构1为橡胶。
优选地,所述橡胶包括天然橡胶,氯丁橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,氟橡胶。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构1为塑料,所述塑料包括尼龙,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构1与所述聚氨酯3采用粘接、镶嵌、包裹中的任一项连接方式。
优选地,所述第一抗滑结构1只与所述聚氨酯3固接,而不与钢板2接触。
原聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法为浇注法,即浇注前将钢板固定在模具之中,然后将聚氨酯加热、混合浇注到模具中,聚氨酯反应固化成型、脱模即完成生产。
本发明还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法;
生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在浇筑的聚氨酯3时即与第一抗滑结构1一步固接,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再将第一抗滑结构1固接到所述聚氨酯3上,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
更具体地,本发明还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法:
将抗摩擦材料固定在模具的上、下表面,由上抗摩擦材料、中间的多层钢板1、下抗摩擦材料依次间隔固定,由模具形成腔体,将聚氨酯3浇注到此腔体里,在聚氨酯3的成型过程中,聚氨酯3与抗摩擦材料固接在一起,一次生产即完成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
当浇注时模具不设抗摩擦材料,聚氨酯支撑垫完成后,对聚氨酯表面进行处理,对抗摩擦材料进行表面处理,再将抗摩擦材料与聚氨酯固接在一起,完成第一抗滑结构1与聚氨酯支撑垫的固接,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
实施例2
如图2所示,与实施例1不同的是,实施例2中,上下两层钢板2的表面没有覆盖聚氨酯3,只有侧边有聚氨酯3,此时所述第一抗滑结构1不但与侧边的所述聚氨酯3固接,而且与钢板2也接触优选固接。
实施例1-2中,本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构采用较高摩擦力的材料制得,如橡胶类的天然橡胶,氯丁橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,氟橡胶等,如塑料类的尼龙,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺等,其来源广泛和便捷,成本低。
本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构的抗摩擦材料与聚氨酯采用粘接、镶嵌、包裹中的任一项连接方式,实施起来简单易行。

实施例3
如图4所示,本发明还提供了一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板2和聚氨酯3,多层所述钢板2依次上下间隔层叠设置,并全部包聚在所述聚氨酯3中,所述钢板2之间及四周填充所述聚氨酯3;所述聚氨酯3的上下表面分布设置有多个第二抗滑结构,所述第二抗滑结构由表面的聚氨酯加工而成,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽中的任一或任意组合,如图4中所示的凸点4(也可以理解为凸条),凹凸点5(也可以理解为凹槽与凸条的结合)。
优选地,所述第二抗滑结构的截面型式为弧形、半圆、矩形、三角形、梯形中的中的任一或任意组合。
本发明还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法:
利用浇筑聚氨酯的模具,随聚氨酯的浇筑一步形成第二抗滑结构;
或者,
在浇筑聚氨酯定型后,再加工出第二抗滑结构。
更具体地,本发明还提供了一种所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法:
生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在聚氨酯的模具的表面加工出与第二抗滑结构形状反向的形状,在浇筑的聚氨酯3后即在聚氨酯3的表面获得所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再在聚氨酯3的表面采用机加工的方式加工出所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,抗滑结构可以利用自身的聚氨酯加工而成,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽中的任一或任意组合,截面型式为弧形、半圆、矩形、三角形、梯形中的中的任一或任意组合,其外形和截面形式多样,可以形成一系列性能梯度的产品,用于不同的应用场合。
本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,利用自身的聚氨酯加工抗滑结构时,既可以利用浇筑聚氨酯的模具,随聚氨酯的浇筑一步形成抗滑结构,重复利用了浇筑模具,一步成型快速便捷;又可以在浇筑聚氨酯定型后,再加工出抗滑结构,便于流水线的操作,利于批量化生产。
实施例4
与实施例3不同的是,如图4所示,实施例4采用矩形凸起6,矩形条7。
以上个实施例中,上下表面的抗滑结构、材料不限制必须相同,可以自由组合;抗滑结构和抗滑材料也可以自由组合,如上抗滑结构,下抗滑材料等等;聚氨酯表面也不限制在上下表面,也可以包括侧面。
本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,在支撑垫表面构造了多种抗滑结构,并从高摩擦力材料及抗滑形状两方面,构造了多种增强方案,加工制造简单,适用性良好,从而解决了现有的支撑垫与桥梁或建筑结构之间易打滑和脱落的问题,满足了工程抗滑的需求。
本发明的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,由于与桥梁粱底或建筑结构等通过抗滑结构进行连接,因此不易出现打滑现象,保证了结构安全;尤其当发生地震时,避免了支座滑移、脱落等情况,能起到隔震作用。

Claims (10)
1.一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板(2)和聚氨酯(3),多层所述钢板(2)依次上下间隔层叠设置,所述钢板(2)之间及四周填充所述聚氨酯(3),其特征在于:
所述聚氨酯(3)的表面设置有第一抗滑结构(1),所述第一抗滑结构(1)由抗摩擦材料形成,所述抗摩擦材料的摩擦系数大于所述聚氨酯(3)的摩擦系数。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,其特征在于:
所述第一抗滑结构(1)为橡胶,所述橡胶包括天然橡胶,氯丁橡胶,三元乙丙橡胶,氯磺化聚乙烯橡胶,氟橡胶。
3.如权利要求2所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,其特征在于:
所述第一抗滑结构(1)为塑料,所述塑料包括尼龙,聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯,聚丙烯,聚酰胺。
4.如权利要求1所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,其特征在于:
所述第一抗滑结构(1)与所述聚氨酯(3)采用粘接、镶嵌、包裹中的任一项连接方式。
5.一种抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,包括钢板(2)和聚氨酯(3),多层所述钢板(2)依次上下间隔层叠设置,所述钢板(2)之间及四周填充所述聚氨酯(3),其特征在于:
所述聚氨酯(3)的表面分布设置有多个第二抗滑结构,所述第二抗滑结构由表面的聚氨酯加工而成,其形状为凸点、凹点、凸条、凹槽中的任一或任意组合。
6.如权利要求5所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫,其特征在于:
所述第二抗滑结构的截面型式为弧形、半圆、矩形、三角形、梯形中的中的任一或任意组合。
7.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在浇筑的聚氨酯(3)时即与第一抗滑结构(1)一步固接,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再将第一抗滑结构(1)固接到所述聚氨酯(3)上,形成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
8.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
将抗摩擦材料固定在模具的上、下表面,由上抗摩擦材料、中间的多层钢板(1)、下抗摩擦材料依次间隔固定,由模具形成腔体,将聚氨酯(3)浇注到此腔体里,在聚氨酯(3)的成型过程中,聚氨酯(3)与抗摩擦材料固接在一起,一次生产即完成抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
当浇注时模具不设抗摩擦材料,聚氨酯支撑垫完成后,对聚氨酯表面进行处理,对抗摩擦材料进行表面处理,再将抗摩擦材料与聚氨酯固接在一起,完成第一抗滑结构(1)与聚氨酯支撑垫的固接,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
9.一种如权利要求5-6任一项所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
利用浇筑聚氨酯的模具,随聚氨酯的浇筑一步形成第二抗滑结构;
或者,
在浇筑聚氨酯定型后,再加工出第二抗滑结构。
10.一种如权利要求5-6任一项所述的抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫的生产方法,其特征在于:
生产聚氨酯支撑垫时,在聚氨酯的模具的表面加工出与第二抗滑结构形状反向的形状,在浇筑的聚氨酯(3)后即在聚氨酯(3)的表面获得所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫;
或者,
聚氨酯支撑垫生产完成定型后,再在聚氨酯(3)的表面采用机加工的方式加工出所需形状的第二抗滑结构,制得抗滑型聚氨酯支撑垫。
