Abstract
本发明公开了一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,主要是由粘接剂和射枪钉,对矩形栅栏芯板、转角码、封边条与压边条组装构成栅格板,直接应用栅格板,在其四周边活动配装上铰链组件和其它部件,即构成路障栅栏、栅格托盘、物流周转箱、广告灯箱等多款制品。本发明采用竹片材制造栅格板,减轻了比重,提高了栅格板的性价比;采用转角码组装结构制造栅格板,结实防撞,易于实现模块化量产;通过对栅格板配装铰链组件,扩展了栅格板的应用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及栅格板制造方法及其应用技术领域,特别涉及到一种栅格板制造方法及其制品的具体结构。
背景技术
众所周知,我国在栅格板制造技术领域,多采用金属片焊接或塑料注塑或树脂模压成型等工艺,制成的栅格板功能单一、结构粗放、自身较重,常作为地漏盖板等使用。虽然本人在201710242023.7专利中,曾公开过一种栅格式竹板材及其制造方法,但是在实施中发现,由于横向钻孔切断了竹材较多的纤维,影响到栅格的承载和耐冲击能力,并缺少对四角的防护措施,容易被撞坏,因此,很有必要对其工艺结构再加改进,以提升栅格板的实用价值和使用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是避免背景技术的不足之处,提供出一种栅格板制造方法:采用粘接剂和射枪钉,对矩形栅栏芯板、L形转角码、长条形封边条和压边条施以复合或组装,即创制出本发明的栅格板。
本发明的另一个目的,是为实施上述发明方法,提供出一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其结构简单、组装方便,应用广泛、适合规模化量产,构成为一种结构新颖的栅格板及其多种制品。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种栅格板的制造方法,其发明创新主要特征和实施步骤如下:
一是制备出L形转角码。用金属或工程塑料,经模具压制成L形转角码。
二是制备出长条形细竹竿或竹片材。对精选出的细竹杆或竹片材施以等厚等宽加工、碳化处理和干燥防腐处理,即成为栅栏芯板和压边条的原材料。
三是制备出截面为∏形的长条形封边条。用工程塑料,经热挤压成型工艺制成截面为∏形的塑料型材,裁切成所需长度,在背面加工多个长孔或缺口,即制备出截面为∏形的长条形封边条。
四是制备出截面为多个排孔的捆扎筋条。用工程塑料,经热挤压工艺制成截面为多个排孔的热缩型材,裁切成所需长度,即制成能组装栅栏芯板的捆扎筋条。
五是采用下述几种方法制备出矩形板状的栅栏芯板:
A、手工捆扎编织法。由长条形的扁带或竹篾对细竹杆或竹片材实施手工捆扎或编织,构成矩形板状的栅栏芯板;
B、机械编织法。由长条形的丝绳对细竹杆或竹片材实施机械化编织,构成矩形板状的栅栏芯板;
C、塑料捆扎筋条热缩捆扎法。在至少一条塑料捆扎筋条的排孔内满插或间隔性穿插细竹杆或竹片材,经加热烘烤致捆扎筋条排孔收缩扎紧细竹杆或竹片材,即构成为矩形板状的栅栏芯板。
经上述方法制备出的栅栏芯板,既是本发明的构成部件,又能直接应用于室内装修隔断与吊顶、广告招牌封面或做菜园、草坪、禽畜的围栏使用。
六是由粘接剂和射枪钉组装栅格板。采用门窗组框机,在其安装平台上先对栅格板各部件实施粘接和夹持定位,再由射枪钉和螺栓组对各部件实施固定,即实现了本栅格板的组装生产。
为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,主要是由粘接剂和射枪钉,对矩形栅栏芯板、L形转角码、长条形封边条与压边条组装构成栅格板。应用栅格板,在其四周边活动配装上铰链组件和其它部件,即构成路障栅栏、栅格托盘、物流周转箱、广告灯箱多款制品。
本发明与背景技术相比具有下列优点:一是主要采用细竹竿或竹片材制造栅格板,减轻了板材的比重,提高了性价比。二是在栅格板四角配置转角码,结构简单、结实防撞,易于实现模块化量产,三是直接应用栅格板制造多款制品,扩展了栅格板的应用范围。

图1是本发明转角码结构示意图。图中的01是转角码,外观呈L形T字状,大头端02向外,转角处设置有圆弧03,小头端04向内,其侧面05上设置有多个螺纹孔06。
图2是本发明铰链组件结构示意图。图中的10是铰链组件,由一条铰链轴11,贯穿多段铰链节12的铰链孔13构成。所述的铰链轴11,外观呈长条形圆管状,其一端制有螺丝批孔14,另一端头制有螺纹15,与设置在最后一段铰链孔13中的螺母16相连接。所述的铰链节12,沿其轴心线设施有铰链孔13,在外壁17上垂直于轴心线设置有T形扣勾18,勾头端向外与轴心线互为90度交叉设置,与外壁17连接段构成为连接颈19。
图3是本发明栅格板组装结构示意图。图中的20是栅格板,外观呈矩形板块状,是在矩形栅格芯板21的四周,组装多个L形转角码01、长条形封边条22与压边条23构成。所述的栅格芯板21,外观呈矩形栅格状,由长条状的扁带24或丝绳或捆扎筋条对竹片25或细竹竿26编织构成;所述的封边条22,外观呈长条形∏字状,卡装在栅格芯板21的四周,背部设置有多个安装长孔27。所述的压边条23,外观呈长条形片状,与封边条22的两侧面相粘接,由螺栓组28对压边条23的两端头29与转角码01的螺纹孔06相连接。
图4是本发明路障栅栏结构示意图。图中的30是路障栅栏,是由栅格板20、铰链组件10和路障桩31组装构成。所述的路障桩31,外观呈空心立桩状,是在空心型材32的上下端头和T形内凹槽33内,分别设置有桩盖34、桩脚35和铰链节12构成,桩盖34外观呈矩形盖状,小头端36与空心型材32的上端头空腔相安装连接;桩脚35外观呈倒T形,立于路面之上,制有安装孔37与地面设置的螺栓组28相连接,小头端36与空心型材32的下端头空腔相安装连接。
多只铰链节12的T形扣勾18,分别插入内凹槽33和安装长孔27内,旋转90度,即实现了桩脚35与栅格板20之间的安装连接。一般技术人员都知道,铰链节12之间交错设置,同样能够实现栅格板20之间的安装连接。
图5是本发明栅格托盘结构示意图。图中的40是栅格托盘,是在栅格板20的下方、由螺栓组件41组装上托盘脚架42构成。所述的托盘脚架42,外观呈矩形框架状,由长条形的木方条43或木板条44,钉制成川字或田字或日字或九脚结构的框架。
图6是本发明物流周转箱结构示意图。图中的50是物流周转箱,是在栅格托盘40的上方,由铰链组件10,分别安装连接五块栅格板20,即构成为六面体形的、可拆装循环使用的物流周转箱50。
图7是本发明广告灯箱结构示意图。图中的60是广告灯箱,是在物流周转箱50的结构基础上,在栅格托盘40的上平面,增加设置有光源61,在五块栅格板20的外表面上,增加设置有薄片状广告胶片62而构成。
至此,对本发明进行了详细的阐述,一种栅格板制造方法及其制品结构,将对我国的竹制品行业及物流包装制造行业,提供出结构简单、拆装容易、功能多样、自重轻巧、承载力强、易于量产的栅格板制造技术方案。

1.一种栅格板制造方法,其发明创新主要特征和实施步骤在于:一是制备出L形转角码,二是制备出长条形细竹竿或竹片材,三是制备出截面为∏形的长条形封边条,四是制备出截面为多个矩形孔排列的型材,五是采取下述几种方法制备出矩形板状的栅栏芯板:A、手工捆扎编织法;B、机械编织法;C、塑料捆扎筋条热缩捆扎法;六是由粘接剂和射枪钉组装栅格板。
2.为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,主要是由粘接剂和射枪钉,对矩形栅栏芯板、L形转角码、长条形封边条与压边条组装构成栅格板,应用栅格板,在其四周边活动配装上铰链组件和其它部件,即构成路障栅栏、栅格托盘、物流周转箱、广告灯箱多款制品。
3.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的L形转角码,外观呈L形T字状,大头端向外,转角处设置有圆弧,小头端向内,其侧面上设置有多个螺纹孔。
4.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的铰链组件,由一条铰链轴,贯穿多段铰链节的轴心线铰链孔,所述的铰链轴,外观呈长条形圆管状,其一端头制有螺纹,另一端制有螺丝批孔,与设置在最后一段铰链孔中的螺母相连接,所述的铰链节,在其外壁上设置有垂于轴心线的T形扣勾,勾头端向外与轴心线互为度交叉设置,小头向内与外壁连接成为连接颈。
5.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的栅格板,外观呈矩形板块状,是在矩形栅格芯板的四周,组装多个L形转角码、长条形封边条与压边条,所述的栅格芯板,外观呈矩形栅格状,由长条状的扁带或丝绳或捆扎筋条对竹片或细竹竿编织构成,所述的封边条,外观呈长条形∏字状,卡装在栅格芯板的四周,背部设置有多个安装长孔,所述的压边条,外观呈长条形片状,与封边条的两侧面相粘接,由螺栓组对压边条的两端头与转角码的螺纹相连接。
6.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的路障栅栏,是由栅格板、铰链组件和路障桩组装,所述的路障桩,外观呈空心立桩状,是在空心型材的上下端头和T形内凹槽内,分别设置有桩盖、桩脚和铰链节,桩盖外观呈矩形盖状,小头端与空心型材的上端头空腔相安装连接,桩脚外观呈倒T形,立于路面之上,制有安装孔与地面设置的螺栓组相连接,小头端与空心型材的下端头空腔相安装连接,多只铰链节的T形扣勾,分别插入内凹槽和安装长孔内,旋转90度,铰链轴的螺纹端,分别贯穿多段铰链节的铰链孔,与最后一段铰链孔中设置的螺母相连接。
7.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的栅格托盘,是在栅格板的下方、由螺栓组件组装上托盘脚架,所述的托盘脚架42,外观呈矩形框架状,由长条形的木方条或木板条,钉制成川字或田字或日字或九脚结构的框架。
8.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的物流周转箱,是在栅格托盘的上方,由铰链组件,分别安装连接五块栅格板。
9.依据权利要求2所述的一种栅格板及其制品的具体结构,其特征在于所述的广告灯箱,是在物流周转箱的结构基础上,在栅格托盘的上平面,增加设置有光源,在五块栅格板的外表面上,增加设置有薄片状广告胶片。
