瘘道逐级扩张型引流管属于医疗器械制造技术领域。本发明包括尾部相连接的引流管和内芯;引流管为分为头部、体部、尾部和连接头,其中,头部为单通道襻管,头部管壁上设有侧孔,前端管壁外侧连接的牵引线依次经头部末端壁上的通过孔进入通道7内、通道10、通道13及尾部末端管壁上的通过孔引出;体部包括通道10和通道11,通道10与通道7相通,体部呈凹形,包裹有柱形球囊膜,柱形球囊膜腔内有通过孔与通道11相通;尾部包括通道13和通道14,通道13与通道10相通,通道14与通道11相通,连接头设有接头15和接头16,接头15与通道13相通,接头16和通道14相通,连接头外壁上设有牵引线卡槽。本发明所达到的有益效果是,损伤小、并发症少、操作简单。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械制造技术领域,涉及瘘道逐级扩张型引流管。
背景技术
胆囊及肝内外胆管结石是一种常见病,可诱发急慢性胆囊炎、胆管炎、梗阻性黄疸、胆道肿瘤等并发症。胆结石的传统治疗方式是开腹胆囊切除及肝叶切除,在腹腔镜及胆道镜技术日益发展的今天,腹腔镜下胆囊切开取石及胆道探查取石术,成为胆结石治疗的重要手段。
无论是腹腔镜下胆囊切开取石,但是胆道探查取石,需要在全麻下进行。对于不能耐受全麻风险的高龄、高危患者,以及接受多次开腹手术的患者,可先采取经皮经肝胆囊及胆管穿刺引流术,随后逐渐扩张瘘道,待瘘道扩张至16Fr以上时,则可经瘘道置入胆道镜到胆囊及胆管内碎石、取石。瘘道扩张包括两种方式,一种是一次手术中使用不同型号的硬质扩张管扩张瘘道,但是该种方式仍需要在全麻状态下完成,容易发生出血、肝脓肿、胆漏等并发症,另一种是间断更换更粗型号的胆道引流管,此种方式无需麻醉,但是两次手术之间间隔较长,导致疾病治疗时间较长。如果间隔时间较短或选择较粗型号引流管,不但增加了患者的痛苦,也增加了置管的难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种损伤小、并发症少、操作简单的瘘道逐级扩张型引流管。
本发明包括引流管1和内芯2;引流管1分为头部3、体部4、尾部5和连接头6,其中,头部3为单通道襻管,内有通道7,头部3管壁上设有侧孔8,前端管壁外侧连接牵引线9,牵引线9经头部3末端壁上的通过孔进入通道7内;体部4为双通道引流管,包括通道10和通道11,通道10与通道7相通,牵引线9经通道10通过,体部4呈凹形,包裹有柱形球囊12膜,柱形球囊12未充盈时呈膜状,柱形球囊12膜两端固定在体部4,柱形球囊12膜腔内有通过孔与通道11相通;尾部5为双通道管,包括通道13和通道14,通道13与通道10相通,通道14与通道11相通,牵引线9经过通道13及尾部5末端管壁上的通过孔引出;连接头6设有接头15和接头16,接头15与通道13相通,接头16和通道14相通,连接头6外壁上设有牵引线卡槽17,连接头6末端的接头15外壁设有螺旋凹槽18;内芯2为单通道管,尾部设有单通道连接帽19,连接帽19内壁设有螺旋凹槽20,螺旋凹槽20与引流管1上的接头15外壁的螺旋凹槽18相吻合连接;
引流管1长60-100cm,外径为7Fr、内径为5Fr;
柱形球囊(12)外径为8-11Fr;
柱形球囊(12)外径为12-15Fr;
柱形球囊(12)外径为16-19Fr;
侧孔8为1-10个;
侧孔8为5个;
柱形球囊12两端被金属环固定在体部4;
柱形球囊12是塑料球囊;
内芯2为单通道金属管。
本发明的优点是:
1.本装置引流管型号均为7Fr,容易置入到瘘道内;
2.每个柱形球囊最大扩张直径可变,可减少更换引流管次数;
3.本装置采取逐渐加压的方式逐渐扩张瘘道,不会引起瘘道撕裂出血,疼痛等副反应更小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明包括引流管1和内芯2;引流管1长90cm,外径为7Fr、内径为5Fr,引流管1分为头部3、体部4、尾部5和连接头6,其中,头部3为单通道襻管,内有通道7,头部3管壁上设有5个侧孔8,前端管壁外侧连接牵引线9,牵引线9经头部3末端壁上的通过孔进入通道7内;体部4为双通道引流管,包括通道10和通道11,通道10与通道7相通,牵引线9经通道10通过,体部4呈凹形,包裹有外径为8-11Fr、未充盈时呈膜状的塑料柱形球囊12,塑料柱形球囊12膜两端被金属环固定在体部4,塑料柱形球囊12膜腔内有通过孔与通道11相通;尾部5为双通道管,包括通道13和通道14,通道13与通道10相通,通道14与通道11相通,牵引线9经过通道13及尾部5末端管壁上的通过孔引出;连接头6设有接头15和接头16,接头15与通道13相通,接头16和通道14相通,连接头6外壁上设有牵引线卡槽17,连接头6末端的接头15外壁设有螺旋凹槽18;内芯2为单通道金属管,尾部设有单通道连接帽19,连接帽19内壁设有螺旋凹槽20,螺旋凹槽20与引流管1上的接头15外壁的螺旋凹槽18相吻合连接。
超声或X线监视下经原引流管置入导丝,留置导丝并将退出原引流管,在导丝引导下置入本装置,将本装置经皮置入到胆管指定位置后,退出内芯2,收紧牵引线9,其头端呈襻,管壁连接头上的卡扣,固定牵引线9。连接头6上的接头16连接压力泵21,逐渐注入含造影剂生理盐水,缓慢充盈柱形球囊12扩张瘘道,至柱形球囊12的最大直径,接头15连接引流袋引流胆汁。

1.瘘道逐级扩张型引流管,包括引流管(1),其特征在于,还包括内芯(2);引流管(1)分为头部(3)、体部(4)、尾部(5)和连接头(6),其中,头部(3)为单通道襻管,内有通道(7),头部(3)管壁上设有侧孔(8),前端管壁外侧连接牵引线(9),牵引线(9)经头部(3)末端壁上的通过孔进入通道(7)内;体部(4)为双通道引流管,包括通道(10)和通道(11),通道(10)与通道(7)相通,牵引线(9)经通道(10)通过,体部(4)呈凹形,包裹有柱形球囊(12)膜,柱形球囊(12)膜两端固定在体部(4),柱形球囊(12)膜腔内有通过孔与通道(11)相通;尾部(5)为双通道管,包括通道(13)和通道(14),通道(13)与通道(10)相通,通道(14)与通道(11)相通,牵引线(9)经过通道(13)及尾部(5)末端管壁上的通过孔引出;连接头(6)设有接头(15)和接头(16),接头(15)与通道(13)相通,接头(16)和通道(14)相通,连接头(6)外壁上设有牵引线卡槽(17),连接头(6)末端的接头(15)外壁设有螺旋凹槽(18);内芯(2)为单通道管,尾部设有单通道连接帽(19),连接帽(19)内壁设有螺旋凹槽(20),螺旋凹槽(20)与引流管(1)上的接头(15)外壁的螺旋凹槽(18)相吻合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瘘道逐级扩张型引流管,其特征在于,引流管(1)长60-100cm,外径为7Fr、内径为5Fr。
