The preparation method comprises the following steps: the raw materials are uniformly mixed according to the weight part ratio, are crushed by a jet mill, are stirred for 25-45min, are kneaded and are added into a fluidized bed for granulation, and then are dried and screened in a dryer to obtain the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin.
Example 3A composition containing amino-oligosaccharins
The raw materials of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin comprise the amino-oligosaccharin, benzofuran sulfuryl chloride, 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluorobiphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide, a radix panacis chinensis extract, sodium chloride, micronutrients, a regulator and an active agent;
the required raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1.1 parts of amino-oligosaccharin, 2 parts of benzofuran sulfuryl chloride, 0.5 part of 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluoro biphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide, 1 part of radix Tribuli extract, 1 part of sodium chloride, 85 parts of micronutrient, 0.5 part of regulator and 3 parts of activator;
said defatted soybean powder extract, brown yellow powder, particle size of 99% passing through 200 mesh, defatted soybean 1.5%, arginine 2.2%, lysine 0.5%, and lipolytic enzyme 1.3%;
the benzofuran sulfuryl chloride has CAS number of 82560-54-1, EINECS number of 617-356-3 and density of 0.110 mg/ml;
the preparation method of the bacopa extract comprises the following steps: putting the bacopan into a decocting tool, and adding 6 times of pretreatment liquid by weight, wherein the pretreatment liquid is 75% ethanol solution, ND-45 rosin-based vegetable oil, alkyl sulfonate calcium salt and a wetting penetrant F, and the mass ratio is 10: 1: 4: 5 soaking for 25min, boiling at 280 deg.C for 5min, cooling to 100 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/min, keeping for 20min, and filtering the hot medicinal liquid; adding 3-7 times of pretreatment solution into the residue, boiling at 290 deg.C for 5min, cooling to 100 deg.C at 10 deg.C/min, keeping for 20min, filtering the hot medicinal liquid, mixing the medicinal liquids for 2 times, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain radix Tribuli extract.
The 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluorobiphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide has the purity of 99.4 percent and the moisture content of 0.07 percent;
the micronutrients comprise 0.01 part of chromium, 2.8 parts of selenium, 2.5 parts of boron, 9.5 parts of zinc, 3.0 parts of molybdenum and 31 parts of iron;
the regulator comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of alkylbenzene sulfonate polyoxyethylene triphenyl-ethylene phenyl phosphate, 3 parts of aluminum chloride, 12 parts of peach gum extract and 15 parts of nekal BX;
the activator comprises, by weight, 10 parts of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, 15 parts of calcium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 10 parts of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate, 5 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate and 8 parts of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: the raw materials are uniformly mixed according to the weight part ratio, crushed by a jet mill, stirred for 25min, kneaded and added into a fluidized bed for granulation, and then dried and screened in a dryer to obtain the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin.
Example 4 use of a composition containing amino-oligosaccharins in potato virus disease
The weight ratio of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin obtained in the embodiment 1-3 of the invention to water is 1: 500 to prepare a liquid medicine, and the composition of the amino-oligosaccharin in the comparative example 1 is diluted according to the weight ratio of the composition to water of 1: 500, cultivating potatoes in a field open field, continuously fixing the plants along the direction of ridges to investigate 1000 plants, and measuring the control effect on the potato virus diseases, wherein the application period is the initial stage of disease occurrence, the interval period is 12 days, the pesticide is continuously sprayed for 2 times, and the pesticide is investigated after the last pesticide application. The plants are recorded as units, the number of the plants with diseases is counted, and the prevention rate is calculated. The results are shown in Table 1:
the composition formula of the amino-oligosaccharin of comparative example 1 was: 1.1 parts of amino-oligosaccharin, 2 parts of benzofuran sulfuryl chloride, 0.5 part of 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluorobiphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide, 85 parts of micronutrient and 3 parts of active agent. The rest is the same as in example 2.

As can be seen from the table, the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin has remarkable prevention and treatment results on potato virus diseases, the prevention and treatment rate can reach as high as 99.1%, and the total rate is more than 97%.
In addition, the amino-oligosaccharide-containing composition of the present invention (in the form of powder, for example) has high storage stability and low loss rate, and the loss rate (in terms of amino-oligosaccharide) after storage at room temperature in the dark is as follows:

the table shows that the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin has reasonable formula, easy preparation and high storage stability, and the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by the amino-oligosaccharin) is 0.77-0.83% after the composition is stored for 1 year at normal temperature in a dark place; after being stored for 2 years at normal temperature in a dark place, the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by amino-oligosaccharin) is 0.89-1.12 percent; after being stored for 2.5 years at normal temperature and in dark place, the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by the amino-oligosaccharin) is 1.16-1.64 percent.
In summary, the amino-oligosaccharide-containing composition of the invention: (1) the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin has a reasonable formula, is easy to prepare and high in storage stability, and the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by the amino-oligosaccharin) is 0.77-0.83% after the composition is stored for 1 year at normal temperature in a dark place; after being stored for 2 years at normal temperature in a dark place, the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by amino-oligosaccharin) is 0.89-1.12 percent; after being stored for 2.5 years at normal temperature in a dark place, the loss rate of the content of the effective components (calculated by amino-oligosaccharin) is 1.16-1.64 percent;
(2) the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin is applied to the potato virus diseases, has a strong prevention and treatment effect on the potato virus diseases, and the prevention and treatment rate reaches 97.7-99.1%.
The composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin can be prepared into powder in practical application and can also be prepared into emulsifiable solution according to requirements.

Claims (10)

1. A composition containing oligosaccharins, characterized in that,
the raw materials of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin comprise the amino-oligosaccharin, a defatted soybean extract, a regulator and sodium chloride;
the preparation method of the bacopa extract comprises the following steps: putting the bacopa into a decocting tool, and adding 6-8 times of pretreatment liquid by weight, wherein the pretreatment liquid is 75% ethanol solution, ND-45 rosin-based vegetable oil, alkyl sulfonate calcium salt and a wetting penetrant F, and the mass ratio is 10: 0.5-1: 4: 5-8 soaking for 25-30min, boiling at 250-290 deg.C for 5min, cooling to 100 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/min, maintaining for 20min, and filtering the liquid medicine while it is hot; adding 3-7 times of pretreatment solution into the residue, boiling at 290 deg.C for 5min, cooling to 100 deg.C at a rate of 10 deg.C/min, keeping for 20min, filtering the hot liquid medicine, mixing the liquid medicines for 2 times, and concentrating under reduced pressure to obtain fluid extract.
2. The oligosaccharin-containing composition according to claim 1,
the said defatted soybean powder extract is brown yellow powder, with particle size of 99% passing through 200 mesh, defatted soybean glycoside 1-3.8%, arginine not less than 1.2%, lysine not less than 0.5%, and lipolytic enzyme not less than 0.3%.
3. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the raw materials of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin also comprise benzofuran sulfuryl chloride, 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluorobiphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide, micronutrients and a regulator.
4. A composition containing oligosaccharins according to claim 1 or 3,
the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8-1.5 parts of amino-oligosaccharin, 0.1-2 parts of benzofuran sulfuryl chloride, 0.5-5 parts of 3- (difluoromethyl) -1-methyl-N- (3,4, 5-trifluorobiphenyl-2-yl) pyrazole-4-formamide, 0.3-1 part of radix Trifolii pratense extract, 0.1-1.5 parts of sodium chloride, 65-85 parts of micronutrient, 0.5-5 parts of regulator and 1-3 parts of active agent.
5. The composition of claim 1 or 4, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the benzofuran sulfonyl chloride has CAS number 82560-54-1, EINECS number 617-356-3 and density of 0.110 mg/ml.
6. The composition of claim 1 or 4, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the micronutrient comprises 0.1-1.0 part of chromium, 1.0-5.0 parts of selenium, 0.5-6.0 parts of boron, 4.0-8.0 parts of zinc, 0.1-5.5 parts of molybdenum and 10-30 parts of iron.
7. The composition of claim 1 or 4, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the regulator comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20 parts of alkylbenzene sulfonate polyoxyethylene triphenyl-ethylene phenyl phosphate, 3 parts of aluminum chloride, 12 parts of peach gum extract and 15 parts of nekal BX.
8. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the activator consists of 15 parts by weight of calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10 parts by weight of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfosuccinate, 5 parts by weight of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 8 parts by weight of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and 10 parts by weight of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether.
9. The composition of claim 1 or 2, wherein the amino-oligosaccharide is selected from the group consisting of,
the preparation method of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin comprises the following steps: the raw materials are uniformly mixed according to the weight part ratio, are crushed by a jet mill, are stirred for 25-45min, are kneaded and are added into a fluidized bed for granulation, and are dried and screened in a dryer.
10. The application of the composition containing the amino-oligosaccharin in the potato virus disease has the prevention and treatment rate of 97.7-99.1 percent on the potato virus disease.
