Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition containing topramezone, flufenacet and atrazine.
Background
Figure BDA0002516874850000011
The topramezone is a selective herbicide of 4- [3- (4, 5-dihydroisoxazole-3-yl) -2-methyl-4-methylsulfonyl ] -1-methyl-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazole-type benzoyl pyrazolone, is absorbed by roots, seedlings and leaves after seedling stem and leaf treatment, is conducted to meristem in plants to the top and the base to inhibit 4-HPP L, inhibit plastoquinone and indirectly inhibit the biosynthesis of carotenoid, and disturb chloroplast and function, and finally kill weeds.
Figure BDA0002516874850000012
Atrazine, chemical name: 2-chloro-4-ethylamino-6-isopropylamino-1, 3, 5-triazine. The triazine compound herbicide has the advantages of systemic selectivity, closed herbicide before and after seedling, root absorption as the main part, wide weed control spectrum, capability of preventing and killing various annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds, and good selectivity on corn. The photosynthesis of weeds is inhibited and the weeds are died by being absorbed and conducted upwards mainly by the roots of the plants. The atrazine has long lasting period, is harmful to afterculture sensitive crops such as wheat, soybean, rice and the like, has the lasting period of 2-3 months, and can be mixed with other medicaments by reducing the dosage.
Figure BDA0002516874850000013
Flufenacet, chemical name: 4' -fluoro-N-isopropyl-2- [5- (trifluroglycoside) -1,3, 4-thiadiazo-2-imine ] acetamide; 4' -fluoro-N-isopropyl-2- (5-trifluoromethyl-1, 3, 4-thiadiazol-2-yloxy) acetanilide. Belongs to an aryloxyacetamide compound, is used before and after the soil bud, and has main target sites of possibly fatty acid metabolism for inhibiting cell division and growth. As can be seen from the table 3, after application for 15 days and 30 days, the topramezone-flufenacet-atrazine compound composition can effectively control various weeds such as corn field barnyard grass, green bristlegrass, amaranth, black nightshade and the like, and under the test dose of 21-33 g/mu of active ingredients, the control effects of the applied 15 days and 30 days on the total grass plants in the corn field are respectively 80.1-93.2% and 90.0-96.8%; in the control groups 1-3, the dosage of the effective components of the drug is large, the effect of preventing and controlling weeds is poor, and the control effect of 15d and 30d after the drug is applied to the total grass plants in the corn field is 59.7-66%, 2%, 69, 9-76.7% respectively, so that the production cost is increased.
In conclusion, the composition contains the topramezone, the flufenacet and the atrazine pesticide combination, has a good control effect on the weeds in the corn field after seedling emergence, improves the pesticide effect after compounding, and prolongs the lasting period. The composition can effectively reduce the dosage of field pesticide application, and has important significance for field comprehensive control.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, other and further embodiments of the invention may be devised without departing from the basic scope thereof, and the scope thereof is determined by the claims that follow.
