Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention are provided to provide a method for uploading vehicle data and a corresponding device for uploading vehicle data that overcome or at least partially solve the above problems.
In order to solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a method for uploading vehicle data, which is applied to a data uploading device, wherein the data uploading device includes a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, and the method includes:
responding to the interactive operation acted on the control key by the user, and reading the hard disk data of the hard disk module;
generating a data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data, and sending the data uploading request to a preset server; the preset server is used for responding to the data uploading request, uploading the hard disk data and generating real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data;
and receiving real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data sent by the preset server, and displaying the real-time uploading information on the display screen.
Optionally, the step of reading the hard disk data of the hard disk module in response to the interactive operation of the user on the control key includes:
and responding to the interactive operation of the user on the control key aiming at the hard disk module, and reading the hard disk data of the hard disk when detecting the mounting signal of the hard disk positioned at the hard disk module.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
acquiring a data identifier corresponding to the hard disk data; the data identification and the storage position of the preset server have a pre-established mapping relation;
and generating an uploading path aiming at the hard disk data according to the data identification and the mapping relation, and sending the uploading path to the preset server.
Optionally, the data uploading apparatus is connected to a terminal having a monitoring mechanism, and the method further includes:
and when a mounting signal of the hard disk positioned in the hard disk module is detected, generating hard disk mounting information and sending the hard disk mounting information to the terminal through the monitoring mechanism.

the data uploading request generating module is used for generating a data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data and sending the data uploading request to a preset server; the preset server is used for responding to the data uploading request, uploading the hard disk data and generating real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data;
and the real-time uploading information display module is used for receiving the real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data sent by the preset server and displaying the real-time uploading information on the display screen.

The embodiment of the invention also discloses a computer readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored on the computer readable storage medium, and the computer program realizes the steps of any vehicle data uploading method when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:
in the embodiment of the invention, the method is applied to a data uploading device, the data uploading device comprises a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, the hard disk data of the hard disk module is read in response to the interactive operation of a user acting on the control key of the data uploading device, the generated data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data is sent to a preset server, so that the preset server responds to the data uploading request to upload the hard disk data, and the display screen of the data uploading device displays the real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data. The pre-recorded vehicle data are uploaded by responding to the interactive operation of the control keys acting on the data uploading device and the hard disk which is positioned on the hard disk template and has the pre-recorded vehicle data, the data uploading device can be frequently moved and transferred in a driving environment with poor network, and the convenient uploading of the vehicle data is realized by simply performing the interactive operation on the data uploading device.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a first embodiment of a method for uploading vehicle data is shown, and the method is applied to a data uploading device, where the data uploading device includes a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, and may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, responding to the interactive operation acted on the control key by a user, and reading the hard disk data of the hard disk module;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the data uploading device for uploading the vehicle data may include a hard disk module, a control button and a display screen, and at this time, the hard disk data stored in the hard disk module may be read in response to an interactive operation of a user acting on the control button on the data uploading device, so as to upload the hard disk data in the hard disk module.
The interactive operation performed by the user on the control key of the data uploading device may be a touch operation or a sensing operation performed on the control key, the interactive operation may also be a touch operation or a sliding operation performed on the display screen, and the interactive operation may also be a voice interactive operation performed on the data uploading device, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
102, generating a data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data, and sending the data uploading request to a preset server;
in practical application, after the interactive operation of the user on the control key is responded and the hard disk data stored in the hard disk module is read, the data uploading request aiming at the read hard disk data is generated, and the data uploading request is sent to the preset server, so that the preset server responds to the data uploading request and uploads the read hard disk data.
And 103, receiving real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data sent by the preset server, and displaying the real-time uploading information on the display screen.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the process that the preset server uploads the read hard disk data, real-time upload information for the hard disk data may be generated in real time, and the real-time upload information is sent to the data upload device, so that the data upload device displays the received real-time upload information on the display screen, and a user can visually know the upload progress of the hard disk data through the information displayed on the display screen.
In a preferred embodiment, the data uploading device may further include a bluetooth module, and the read hard disk data stored in the hard disk module is transmitted through the bluetooth module, and a transmission target of the data may be a terminal device having the bluetooth module, and at this time, the terminal device may receive the hard disk data, analyze the hard disk data through an application in the terminal device, and feed back a fault condition of the vehicle system to a terminal device user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the method is applied to a data uploading device, the data uploading device comprises a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, the hard disk data of the hard disk module is read in response to the interactive operation of a user acting on the control key of the data uploading device, the generated data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data is sent to a preset server, so that the preset server responds to the data uploading request to upload the hard disk data, and the display screen of the data uploading device displays the real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data. The pre-recorded vehicle data are uploaded by responding to the interactive operation of the control keys acting on the data uploading device and the hard disk which is positioned on the hard disk template and has the pre-recorded vehicle data, the data uploading device can be frequently moved and transferred in a driving environment with poor network, and the convenient uploading of the vehicle data is realized by simply performing the interactive operation on the data uploading device.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of steps of a second embodiment of a method for uploading vehicle data is shown, and the method is applied to a data uploading device, where the data uploading device includes a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, and may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, when detecting a mounting signal of a hard disk located in the hard disk module, reading hard disk data of the hard disk;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the data uploading device for uploading the vehicle data may include a hard disk module, a control button and a display screen, and at this time, the hard disk data stored in the hard disk module may be read in response to an interactive operation of a user acting on the control button on the data uploading device, so as to upload the hard disk data in the hard disk module.
In a specific implementation, the data uploading device may include at least one control key, where one control key may be a control key for a hard disk module, where the hard disk module may refer to a hard disk location for placing a hard disk, and at this time, the data uploading device may respond to a user acting on the control key for the hard disk module, and may read hard disk data stored in the hard disk after being loaded when a mount signal of the hard disk located in the hard disk module is detected, that is, when an upper disk signal of the hard disk placed in the hard disk location is detected.
In practical application, the hard disk data stored in the hard disk may be pre-acquired data, that is, pre-recorded vehicle data, which may be driving data recorded manually by a driver through the hard disk, or automatic driving data automatically acquired through connection with a vehicle-mounted control system. The hard disk can be a common solid state hard disk SATA ssd, and the hard disk can be arranged on the IPC and data can be acquired through a SATA interface; the pre-recorded vehicle data may include vehicle bus data (e.g., can data recorded via an OBD interface) and may also include data for accessing a camera.
In a preferred embodiment, the data uploading device may be a miniaturized uploading device that can be implemented with a raspberry pi 3b mini-computer and a homemade 3D printed housing, and its interaction may be via a front 128x64 resolution display and onboard a joystick and at least one control button, and using 18650 batteries (up to 8 hours of power off) as UPS backup power; two 2.5-inch hard disk positions can be arranged on the front surface of the uploading device, namely, the uploading of the hard disk data stored in the two hard disks can be realized through the two hard disk positions. The raspberry pi 3b computer (i.e., a main part of the miniaturized uploading device) can use a linux system, can automatically mount an encrypted hard disk and then realize automatic power-off uploading, and can automatically generate an uploading path according to a file name. On the front side of the miniaturized uploading device, the display and the control keys can realize the functions of switching the uploading mode, safely uploading and unloading the hard disk, displaying the remaining time, the uploading speed and the uploading progress, resetting network connection, locking the keyboard, shutting down and restarting and the like.
Step 202, sending a data uploading request generated aiming at the hard disk data to a preset server;
in practical application, after the interactive operation of the user on the control key is responded and the hard disk data stored in the hard disk module is read, the data uploading request aiming at the read hard disk data is generated, and the data uploading request is sent to the preset server, so that the preset server responds to the data uploading request and uploads the read hard disk data.
In a preferred embodiment, a data identifier corresponding to the hard disk data may be obtained, where the data identifier has a mapping relationship with a storage location of a preset server, and then an upload path for the hard disk data may be generated according to the data identifier and the mapping relationship, and the generated upload path is sent to the preset server. In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset server may be a cloud server.
The data uploading device generates a data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data, an uploading path aiming at the hard disk data is generated, the data uploading request carrying the uploading path is sent to the cloud server, the cloud server can respond to the data uploading request, and the corresponding hard disk data are uploaded to different catalogs according to the corresponding uploading path. In a specific implementation, the data uploading device may include at least one control key, where one control key may be a control key for controlling an uploading mode of the hard disk data, where the uploading mode may refer to data post-processing, that is, the hard disk data may be uploaded to different cloud locations, and at this time, different jobids may also be created, so that the cloud performs different processing.
Step 203, displaying real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data on a display screen of a data uploading device;
in an embodiment of the present invention, in the process of uploading the read hard disk data by the preset server, real-time upload information for the hard disk data may be generated in real time, and the real-time upload information is sent to the data upload device, so that the data upload device displays the received real-time upload information on the display screen, and the user can know the upload progress of the hard disk data through the information displayed on the display screen.
The real-time uploading information for the hard disk data displayed on the display screen may include any one or more of uploading remaining time, uploading speed and uploading progress.
And 204, if the real-time uploading information is uploading completed, generating uploading completed information and sending the uploading completed information to the terminal through the monitoring mechanism.
In practical application, the data uploading device can be further connected with a terminal with a monitoring mechanism, the monitoring mechanism can be used for monitoring the hard disk data uploading process, and can be shown in that if real-time uploading information transmitted to the data uploading device by a cloud server is completed, the uploading completed information can be generated and sent to a connected terminal, the hard disk data stored in a hard disk of a hard disk module of a terminal user is reminded of being uploaded, the hard disk can be interactively operated by a control key of the hard disk module to download the hard disk, so that the hard disk is installed on an IPC and vehicle-mounted bus data and/or access camera data are collected through a sata interface.
Wherein, the real-time uploading information is that the uploading is completed, which can be represented as that the uploading residual time is zero or the uploading progress is 100%; when the hard disk data of a certain hard disk is completely uploaded, the interactive operation of the user for downloading the hard disk and the mounting cancellation signal of the hard disk are detected, the data stored in the hard disk can be automatically deleted, and the data stored in the hard disk can be formatted according to the preset time interval after the hard disk data are completely uploaded. The embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
In a preferred embodiment, the terminal with the monitoring mechanism can monitor the state of the hard disk module in addition to the uploading process of the hard disk data, and mainly can be embodied that when a mounting signal of the hard disk located in the hard disk module is detected, hard disk mounting information can be generated and sent to the terminal through the monitoring mechanism, so that a terminal user is reminded that the hard disk located in the hard disk module is mounted and successfully mounted, and the hard disk data loss caused by abnormal hard disk mounting is avoided.
As an example, assuming that there are 2 hard disk modules (i.e. hard disk bays), the monitoring mechanism of the terminal may monitor the state of the hard disk modules and the uploading process of the hard disk data, for example, when a mount signal of the hard disk bay 0 is detected, the hard disk data stored in the hard disk of the hard disk bay 0 may be automatically uploaded, at this time, a mode that "hard disk bay 0 is already installed on the computer, the program is automatically executed, and 81 files and 0 bad files are found may be displayed at the connected terminal: quatatine job0 "; when the mounting signal of the hard disk position 1 is detected, the connected terminal can also display that the hard disk position 1 is already mounted, and the program and the mode are automatically executed: quatatine job0 ". The mode refers to uploading data stored in a hard disk on the hard disk computer to a cloud directory corresponding to the job0.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pre-collected or recorded hard disk data is uploaded by using miniaturized uploading equipment, namely a data uploading device, and the data uploading device is convenient to move and transfer and is provided with a backup power supply, so that the data uploading is convenient to carry out under the conditions of power failure and network disconnection and frequent movement and transfer, and the power failure accident is prevented; and the uploading remaining time and the like can be checked through a simple interaction form of controlling buttons on the front side and controlling the equipment to upload and download hard disks on the screen, and the remote access capability is realized under the condition of no public network ip.
In the embodiment of the invention, the method is applied to a data uploading device, the data uploading device comprises a hard disk module, a control key and a display screen, the hard disk data of the hard disk module is read in response to the interactive operation of a user acting on the control key of the data uploading device, the generated data uploading request aiming at the hard disk data is sent to a preset server, so that the preset server responds to the data uploading request to upload the hard disk data, and the display screen of the data uploading device displays the real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data. The pre-recorded vehicle data are uploaded by responding to the interactive operation of the control keys acting on the data uploading device and the hard disk which is positioned on the hard disk template and has the pre-recorded vehicle data, the data uploading device can be frequently moved and transferred in a driving environment with poor network, and the convenient uploading of the vehicle data is realized by simply performing the interactive operation on the data uploading device.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of an embodiment of a vehicle data uploading device according to the present invention is shown, and is applied to a data uploading device, where the data uploading device includes a hard disk module, a control button, and a display screen, and may specifically include the following modules:
a hard disk data reading module 301, configured to respond to an interactive operation performed by a user on the control key, and read hard disk data of the hard disk module;
a data upload request generation module 302, configured to generate a data upload request for the hard disk data, and send the data upload request to a preset server; the preset server is used for responding to the data uploading request, uploading the hard disk data and generating real-time uploading information aiming at the hard disk data;
and the real-time uploading information display module 303 is configured to receive the real-time uploading information, which is sent by the preset server and is for the hard disk data, and display the real-time uploading information on the display screen.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control key includes a control key for the hard disk module, and the hard disk data reading module 301 may include the following sub-modules:
and the hard disk data reading sub-module is used for responding to the interactive operation of a user on the control key aiming at the hard disk module and reading the hard disk data of the hard disk when a mounting signal of the hard disk positioned on the hard disk module is detected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus may further include the following modules:

In an embodiment of the present invention, the real-time upload information for the hard disk data includes any one or more of an upload remaining time, an upload speed, and an upload progress.
