The power project contract monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the contract basic information includes: province company name, province company code, prefecture company name, project code, project name, project type, project category, purchase order number, supplier name, payment condition, contract amount, contract payment proportion, commissioning date, contract validation date, WBS code and WBS description;
contract payment information: provincial company name, provincial company code, item name, year of accounting, accounting document number, accounting document line item, debit/credit identification, purchase order number, payment type, payment amount, payment date, WBS code, WBS description, line item, arrival date, arrival amount, material code, material name, quantity of received goods.
3. The power project contract monitoring method of claim 1,
the contract payment summary broad table comprises a broad table, a contract payment summary table, an order payment detail table, a material detail table and a payment proportion description; the wide table comprises company information, project information, payment type, receiving quantity, payment amount, delivery date, pre-payment time, arrival payment time, delivery payment time and current warranty payment time;
the order payment detail width table comprises a width table and an order payment detail table; wherein, each attribute in the order payment list corresponds to each attribute in the broad list in the contract payment summary broad list;
the material detail and width table comprises a width table, a material detail table and a material coding table; and associating the material detail table with the material code table through material codes to form a material detail width table.
4. The power project contract monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the data analysis module performs the steps of:
when the payment type is 'prepayment', the payment amount is not equal to (contract amount and prepayment proportion), and the 'prepayment/micropayment' is abnormal;
when the payment type is ' payment due ', the payment amount is not equal to (contract amount is the payment proportion of the payment due '), and the ' payment more/payment less ' is abnormal;
when the payment type is 'transfer money', the payment amount is not equal to (contract amount and transfer money payment proportion), and the 'multi-payment/low-payment' is abnormal;
when the payment type is 'warranty', the payment amount is not equal to (contract amount and warranty payment proportion), and the 'more payment/less payment' is abnormal;
when the receiving quantity is empty, the payment amount is larger than { contract amount (pre-payment proportion + payment proportion of the arrived money) }, and the condition of 'more payment/less payment' is abnormal;
when the delivery date is empty, if the payment amount is larger than { contract amount (pre-payment proportion + payment proportion of arrival amount) }, the 'multi-payment/low payment' is abnormal;
when the delivery date and the last payment time are in the same year, and the payment amount is greater than { contract amount (a pre-payment proportion + a payment proportion of the arrived money) }, the payment is abnormal of 'more payment/less payment';
when the pre-payment time is earlier than the contract effective time, the pre-payment is early paid;
the payment time of the payment of the arrived money is earlier than the arrival time of the goods and materials, and the payment is early;
when the payment time of the shipping money is earlier than the project shipping time, early payment is carried out;
when the payment time of the warranty payment is earlier than the warranty period, the payment is early.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the contract execution non-compliance condition of step 5 of the method comprises: more, less, early and late.
6. An electric power project contract monitoring system, comprising:
a data source module: acquiring contract information related to the electric power project from a data source end;
the data integration module: acquiring a contract payment summary broad table, an order payment detailed table and a material detailed table by acquiring the association of an order number and the order payment detailed table and the material detailed table on the basis of the contract payment summary table;
a data storage module: performing data storage on contract information acquired by the data source end, integration process data and result data of the data integration module;
a data analysis module: analyzing the execution condition of the project contract and providing data support for the root cause analysis of the business department;
a project early warning module: and after the problems in the contract payment link are found, feeding back the contract information of the project to other departments according to the project type of the project of the contract.
