Claims (10)

1. An automated electricity purchase fee settlement system, comprising:
the electricity purchasing data processing module is used for receiving and processing transaction data to obtain data to be matched;
the electricity purchase invoice processing module is used for acquiring invoice information corresponding to the transaction data, matching the invoice information with the data to be matched and writing back the successfully matched data to be matched to the data to be settled in the electricity purchase data processing module;
the electricity purchase settlement module is used for generating an electricity purchase settlement document and an electricity purchase cost voucher based on the data to be settled when settlement conditions are met, and writing back the data to be settled related to the electricity purchase settlement document to the settled data in the electricity purchase data processing module;
and the fund payment application module is used for generating an electricity purchase settlement application form based on the settled data and the electricity purchase settlement document when a payment condition is met, and writing back the settled data related to the electricity purchase settlement application form to the paid data in the electricity purchase data processing module.
2. The electric power purchase fee automatic settlement system of claim 1, wherein the electric power purchase data processing module comprises:
the transaction data access unit is used for receiving transaction data;
the transaction data storage unit is used for carrying out integrity verification on the received transaction data and storing the transaction data passing the integrity verification;
the transaction data checking unit is used for checking the transaction data passing the integrity check with the approved transaction data and sending the transaction data which is consistent with the check to the electricity purchase settlement ledger unit;
the electricity purchase fee settlement standing book unit is used for storing the transaction data which are checked to be consistent as data to be matched; the data to be matched which is successfully matched with the invoice information is used as data to be settled and stored; the electronic payment system is also used for storing data to be settled related to the electricity purchase settlement document as settled data; and is also used for storing the settled data associated with the purchase settlement application form as the paid data.

The automatic settlement system for electricity purchasing fee according to claim 2, characterized in that in the transaction data checking unit, if the check is consistent, the corresponding transaction data in the transaction data storage unit is also deleted; and if the verification is inconsistent, marking the corresponding transaction data in the transaction data storage unit.
4. The automated electricity purchasing fee settlement system according to claim 2, wherein the electricity purchasing invoice processing module comprises:
the electric charge invoice pool is used for collecting and storing the electric charge purchase invoice information issued to the unit by each power plant from the tax bureau system;
the intelligent electricity purchase invoice payment terminal is used for receiving and analyzing invoices submitted by power plant personnel, carrying out authenticity verification on the analyzed invoice information based on invoice information in an electricity charge invoice pool, and sending the invoice information passing the authenticity verification to the invoice matching unit;
the invoice matching unit is used for matching the invoice information passing the authenticity verification with the data to be matched, writing back the successfully matched data to be matched to the data to be matched in the electricity purchase charge settlement standing book unit, and deleting the successfully matched data to be matched stored in the electricity purchase charge settlement standing book unit.
5. The electricity purchase fee automatic settlement system of claim 4, wherein the electricity purchase settlement module comprises:
the electricity purchase settlement unit is used for associating the data to be settled in the electricity purchase settlement standing account unit when the settlement condition is reached, and generating an electricity purchase settlement document; writing the data to be settled related to the electricity purchase settlement document back to settled data in the electricity purchase data processing module, and deleting the data to be settled related to the electricity purchase settlement document stored in the electricity purchase settlement standing book unit;
and the electricity purchasing cost voucher processing unit is used for examining and approving the electricity purchasing settlement document and generating an electricity purchasing cost voucher after the examination and approval are passed.
6. The electric power purchase fee automatic settlement system according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the fund payment application module is further used for deleting settled data which is stored in the electricity purchase settlement standing account unit and is associated with the electricity purchase settlement application form; and the payment system is also used for initiating a payment request based on the electricity purchase settlement application form.
7. The electric power purchase fee automatic settlement system according to claim 2,
the system also comprises a transaction data acquisition robot which is used for logging in a sales system, reading required transaction data, calling a standard interface of the transaction data access unit and transmitting the transaction data into the transaction data access unit;
the system further comprises an invoice information acquisition robot, wherein the invoice information acquisition robot is used for logging in a tax bureau website, downloading invoice information of the unit according to a preset instruction and storing the invoice information into an electric charge invoice pool.
8. The electric power purchase fee automatic settlement system according to claim 5,
the electricity purchasing settlement robot is used for replacing the electricity purchasing settlement unit, automatically reading the amount of money to be settled in the electricity purchasing settlement standing account unit by the electricity purchasing settlement robot, and automatically inputting an electricity purchasing settlement document according to a preset instruction;
the system also comprises a certificate approval robot which is used for replacing the electricity purchasing cost certificate processing unit, and the certificate approval robot executes preset approval rules to automatically complete electricity purchasing cost certificate approval meeting conditions.
9. The electric power purchase fee automatic settlement system according to claim 6,
the system also comprises an electricity purchase payment application robot which is used for replacing the fund payment application module, logging in an electricity purchase payment automatic settlement system and entering an electricity payment application function; inquiring data to be paid and initiating a payment application; and feeds back the task processing situation in a mail mode.
10. An automatic settlement method for electricity purchasing fee is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving and processing transaction data to obtain data to be matched;
acquiring invoice information corresponding to the transaction data, matching the invoice information with the data to be matched, and taking the successfully matched data to be matched as data to be settled;
when a settlement condition is met, generating an electricity purchasing settlement document and an electricity purchasing cost voucher based on the data to be settled, and taking the data to be settled related to the electricity purchasing settlement document as settled data;
and when the payment condition is met, generating an electricity purchase settlement application form based on the settled data and the electricity purchase settlement document, and taking the settled data associated with the electricity purchase settlement application form as paid data.
