in this embodiment, when the air conditioner does not enter the humidification mode, the wet film is located at the position of the water removal tank, and the wet film does not absorb water, so that humidification cannot be directly performed. When the air conditioner enters a humidifying mode, the wet film is required to be controlled to absorb water, and the air conditioner controls the driving device to drive the whole wet film to move towards the water tank (namely, the whole wet film moves towards the water tank), so that the wet film enters the water tank to absorb water. Control drive arrangement drives when the wet membrane is whole to move towards the basin, the first end and the second end of wet membrane get into in proper order the basin, promptly the first end of wet membrane gets into the aquatic earlier, then along with whole wet membrane is constantly towards one kind in the basin, and wet membrane is constantly in the aquatic, until when the second end of wet membrane gets into the aquatic, whole wet membrane is all in the aquatic.
Step S20, when the wet film reaches a preset position, controlling a driving device to drive the whole wet film to move away from a water tank so as to enable the wet film to be separated from the water tank;
in this embodiment, the preset position is a preset position where the wet film absorbs water, and when the wet film reaches the preset position, the wet film is immersed in water, so that the wet film can absorb water quickly; alternatively, in order to increase the water absorption speed of the wet film, the preset position may be set to a position where the wet film can be completely submerged by the water in the water tank. When the wet film reaches the preset position, the air conditioner controls the driving device to drive the whole wet film to deviate from the water tank to move, so that the wet film is separated from the water tank and returns to the initial position. And when the control driving device drives the whole wet film to move away from the water tank, the second end and the first end of the wet film are sequentially separated from the water tank.
For example, when the driving device is connected with the wet film through the mutually matched gear and rack, when the gear rotates in a first preset direction, the gear drives the rack to move in a direction close to the water tank, so that the whole wet film is driven to move towards the water tank, and when the gear rotates for a certain angle, the wet film moves from an initial position to a preset position; when the gear rotates according to the second preset direction, the gear rack is driven to move along the direction deviating from the water tank, the whole wet film is driven to move deviating from the water tank, when the gear rotates by a certain angle, the wet film returns to the initial position, and the first preset direction is opposite to the second preset direction. The gear is meshed with the rack in the rotating process for transmission, the circular motion of the gear is converted into the linear movement of the rack, and the rotating angle of the gear is proportional to the moving distance of the rack, so that the moving distance of the rack can be correspondingly obtained by measuring the rotating angle of the gear, and the position of the wet film can be correspondingly obtained.
Optionally, when the driving device rotates at a preset angular speed to drive the wet film to move, the distance of the whole movement of the wet film can be calculated according to the preset angular speed and the rotation time of the driving device, and then whether the wet film is at the preset position or the initial position is judged.
Alternatively, sensors may be respectively disposed at the preset position and the initial position, and whether the wet film moves to the preset position or the initial position is determined according to signals collected by the sensors.
Alternatively, in order to allow the wet film to absorb water more sufficiently, the wet film may be left in the water tank for a certain period of time before being removed from the water tank. Specifically, when a wet film enters a water tank under the driving of a driving device and reaches a preset position, the driving device is stopped to enable the wet film to stay at the preset position, and the stay time of the wet film at the preset position is recorded; and when the duration reaches a first preset duration, starting the driving device again, and controlling the driving device to drive the wet film to move away from the water tank and return to the initial position.
And step S30, starting a humidifying fan to bring the moisture in the wet film into the air to humidify the air.
When the air conditioner enters a humidifying mode, the humidifying fan is started, and when air flow generated by the operation of the humidifying fan passes through the wet film after water absorption, the moisture evaporation in the wet film can be accelerated, and the evaporated moisture is brought into the air, so that the air is humidified.
In the practical use, because the water in the basin is incessantly taken away by the air current that the humidification fan produced after the wet film adsorbs, consequently at the humidification in-process, the water level in the basin can incessantly descend, when the water level descends and crosses lowly, will unable make the wet film fully soak, influences the humidification function of air conditioner. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the water level in the water tank drops to a certain height, water can be automatically added.
Specifically, the air conditioner acquires the water level in the water tank in real time or at regular time through a water level sensor arranged on the side wall of the water tank, and when the water level is smaller than a first preset height, a water adding device is started to add water into the water tank; when the water adding amount reaches the required amount, the water adding device is closed, and the water adding is stopped. Optionally, the control of the water addition amount may be controlled by a water level in the water tank, the water level in the water tank is detected by a water level sensor, and the water adding device is turned off when the water level reaches a second preset height. Or, optionally, when the water adding device adds water into the water tank at a preset flow rate, the water adding amount can be controlled by the operation duration of the water adding device, specifically, after the water adding device is started, the operation duration of the water adding device is recorded, and the water adding device is closed when the operation duration reaches a third preset duration; the third preset time can be obtained by calculating the volume of water to be added and the flow of the water adding device. Optionally, when the water level is lower than the first preset height, a water shortage reminding prompt is output to remind a user of manually adding water.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner enters the humidification mode, the drive device is controlled to drive the whole wet film to move towards the water tank, so that the wet film is immersed in water, when the wet film reaches a preset position, the drive device is controlled to drive the whole wet film to move away from the water tank, so that the wet film is separated from the water tank, and the humidification fan is started to bring moisture in the wet film into the air to humidify the air. Because the wet film can be wholly immersed in the water tank, the rapid water absorption of the wet film can be realized, and the humidifying efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of the humidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, the humidification control method of an air conditioner further includes:
step S40, when the air conditioner enters the humidifying mode, the current air humidity is obtained in real time;
step S50, determining the target starting frequency of the driving device according to the current air humidity and the preset air humidity;
and starting the driving device according to the target starting frequency, executing the step S10, and controlling the driving device to drive the whole wet film to move away from the water tank.
In practical use, in the humidification process, the water in the wet film is continuously evaporated and reduced under the action of the airflow generated by the humidification fan, and when the water is reduced to a certain degree, the wet film needs to be immersed in the water tank for water absorption in order to ensure the humidification effect. In this embodiment, the frequency of water absorption (the number of times of water absorption per unit time, for example, the number of times of water absorption per hour) when the wet film is immersed in the water tank may be controlled according to the current humidity in the air, and when the current humidity in the air is low, the water absorption frequency is high, and when the current humidity in the air is high, the water absorption frequency is low.
Specifically, when the air conditioner enters a humidification mode, the current air humidity is obtained in real time through a humidity sensor, then the starting frequency of the driving device is adjusted according to the current air humidity and the preset air humidity, then the driving device is started according to the target starting frequency, and the driving device is controlled to drive the whole wet film to move away from the water tank; the starting frequency of the starting device is the frequency of the wet film immersed in the water tank to absorb water. Optionally, a plurality of humidity difference intervals may be set in the air conditioner, each humidity difference interval corresponds to a different starting frequency, after the air conditioner acquires the current air humidity, the air conditioner calculates a humidity difference M between the current humidity and a preset humidity, then acquires a humidity difference interval corresponding to the humidity difference M, acquires a starting frequency corresponding to the humidity difference interval, and takes the acquired starting frequency as a target starting frequency of the driving device. Optionally, an initial starting frequency N0 may be further provided in the air conditioner, after acquiring the current air humidity, the air conditioner calculates a humidity difference M between the current humidity and a preset humidity, and then calculates a target starting frequency of the driving device according to a formula N-N0 + f (M), where f (M) is a function with the humidity difference M as a variable, and may be selected according to actual conditions.
Further, in order to prevent the calculated starting frequency from being too high or too low due to the inaccuracy of the current air humidity detected by the humidity sensor, which affects the water absorption frequency of the wet film and further affects the humidification, in this embodiment, a lowest frequency (a first preset frequency) and a highest frequency (a second preset frequency) may be further set, and the calculated frequency is combined to determine the starting frequency of the driving device.
Specifically, a first preset frequency (the lowest starting frequency of the driving device) and a second preset frequency (the highest starting frequency of the driving device) are set in the air conditioner, wherein the second preset frequency is greater than the first preset frequency. After the air conditioner adjusts the starting frequency of the driving device according to the mode, comparing the adjusted starting frequency with the first preset flat rate and the second preset frequency, and when the adjusted starting frequency is smaller than the first preset frequency, taking the first preset frequency as the target starting frequency of the driving device; when the adjusted starting frequency is greater than or equal to the first preset frequency and is less than or equal to the second preset frequency, taking the adjusted starting frequency as a target starting frequency of the driving device; and when the adjusted starting frequency is greater than the second preset frequency, taking the second preset frequency as the target starting frequency of the driving device.
In the embodiment, when the air conditioner enters the humidification mode, the current air humidity is obtained in real time; determining a target starting frequency of the driving device according to the current air humidity and a preset air humidity; and starting the driving device according to the target starting frequency, and controlling the driving device to drive the whole wet film to move towards the water tank. The frequency of water absorption when the wet film is immersed in the water tank can be adjusted according to the current wet film of the air and the preset air humidity, so that the humidification control is more accurate.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of the humidification control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first or second embodiment, the humidification control method of an air conditioner further includes:
step S60, when the air conditioner exits the humidifying mode, recording the operation time of the humidifying fan;
and step S70, when the operation time reaches a second preset time, closing the humidifying fan.
In practical use, if the wet film is in a wet state for a long time, the wet film is easy to mildew, so that the service life of the wet film is influenced. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the air conditioner exits the humidification mode, the wet film is dried by the humidification fan, and then the humidification fan is stopped.
Specifically, when the air conditioner exits from the humidification mode, the humidification fan is controlled to continue to operate to blow dry moisture in a wet film, the operation duration of the humidification fan is recorded, the starting time point recorded by the operation duration is a time point (for example, a time point of receiving an instruction of exiting from the humidification mode, or a preset time point of finishing humidification) of exiting from the humidification mode, and when the operation duration reaches a second preset time, the humidification fan is turned off. The second preset time period may be set according to an actual situation, and is not limited specifically herein. For example, the time period required for the wet film in the water absorption state to dry under the operation condition of the humidifying fan may be obtained through an experiment, and the time period obtained through the experiment is used as the second preset time period.
In this embodiment, when the air conditioner exits the humidification mode, the operation duration of the humidification fan is recorded, and when the operation duration reaches a second preset duration, the humidification fan is turned off; thereby can blow dry wet membrane after the humidification, effectively prevent milden and rot of wet membrane, improve the life of wet membrane.
