Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment of the humidification control method of an air conditioning device of the present invention, the humidification control method of an air conditioning device includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring the environmental humidity, the target humidity and the humidifying duration in the action space of the air conditioning device;
in this embodiment, the air conditioning device is connected with a humidity sensor, and the humidity sensor may be disposed on a body of the air conditioning device; or may be provided separately from the body of the air conditioning device and connected to the air conditioning device by wire or wirelessly. For example, a plurality of humidity sensors may be provided at a plurality of positions in the working space of the air conditioning device, and each of the plurality of humidity sensors may communicate with the air conditioning device through bluetooth, ZigBee, and/or wifi.
When a plurality of humidity sensors are provided, the air conditioning apparatus may acquire a plurality of real-time humidities detected by the plurality of humidity sensors, and may take an average value of the plurality of real-time humidities as the ambient humidity. When only one humidity sensor is arranged, the humidity detected by the sensor is used as the ambient humidity in the space where the air conditioning device acts.
The target humidity is humidity preset by a user or humidity determined by a system. When the target humidity is the humidity preset by the user, the user can send a control instruction to the air conditioning device through a control terminal (for example, a remote controller, an intelligent mobile terminal and/or an intelligent control panel, etc.), so that the air conditioning device obtains the humidity preset by the user according to the control instruction and uses the humidity as the target humidity. When the target humidity is the humidity determined by the system, the system may determine the target humidity according to the current ambient humidity. For example, the corresponding relationship between the environmental humidity and the target humidity may be stored in the system in advance, and when the environmental humidity is detected, the system determines the target humidity corresponding to the current environmental humidity according to the corresponding relationship between the environmental humidity and the target humidity stored in advance. For example, the environmental humidity section corresponding to the acquired environmental humidity may be determined, the target humidity corresponding to each environmental humidity section may be stored in advance in the storage medium of the air conditioning apparatus, and then the target humidity may be determined according to the environmental humidity section corresponding to the acquired environmental humidity.
The humidification duration can be set by a user through self-definition, the user can send a humidification duration setting instruction to the air conditioning device through the control terminal, and the air conditioning device can determine the humidification duration according to the humidification duration setting instruction.
Step S200, determining the operating power of a humidifying component of the air conditioning device according to the environment humidity, the humidifying duration and the target humidity;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner is further provided with a TOF (Time Of flight) sensor, and the volume Of the air conditioner acting space can be calculated according to the data detected by the TOF sensor. And then, according to the target humidity and the initial environment humidity, a humidity difference value can be determined, and the total humidification amount can be calculated according to the humidity difference value and the volume, wherein the initial environment humidity is an environment humidity value obtained when the air conditioning device starts a humidification mode, namely the environment humidity before the air conditioning device operates the humidification mode.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step S200 includes the steps of:
step S210, determining the total humidification quantity according to the initial environment humidity and the target humidity;
and S220, determining the operating power of a humidifying component of the air conditioning device according to the total humidifying amount and the humidifying duration.
In this embodiment, the total humidification amount Q may be calculated according to the following formula:
Q=(M-H)V*γ
wherein M is the target humidity, H is the initial environment humidity, V is the volume of the air conditioning device action space, and gamma is the calculation error adjustment factor.
After the humidification total amount is determined, the average humidification power P of the air conditioning device in the humidification time period T can be determined according to the humidification total amount Q and the humidification time period T, and for the purpose of completing humidification in the humidification time period, the humidification total amount Q, the humidification time period T and the average humidification power P satisfy the following relations:
Q=P*T*ε
where ε is the calculation error adjustment factor.
Therefore, the average humidification power P of the air conditioning device can be determined from the total humidification amount Q and the humidification time period T according to the above formula. The operating power of the humidifying component of the air conditioning unit is then determined from the average humidification power, which may be directly used, for example, as the operating power of the air conditioning unit over a humidification period.
It should be noted that, when the air conditioner does not change the usage environment, the volume of the air conditioner operation space does not substantially change, and therefore, when the volume of the air conditioner operation space is acquired for the first time, the volume data may be stored. When the total humidification amount is calculated, the stored volume data can be directly read, so that the system expense of the air conditioning device is reduced.
The air conditioning device may receive an environment change instruction, or the air conditioning device may be provided with an environment change detection device, and when receiving the environment change instruction, the air conditioning device calculates the volume in the currently acting space from the data detected by the TOF sensor, and updates the stored volume data. Or when the air conditioning device detects the change of the environment through the environment change detection device, the TOF sensor is started, and the volume in the current action space is calculated through data detected by the TOF sensor. The environment change detection device may include a gyroscope, and the air conditioning device determines whether the air conditioning device is moved or not by using detection data of the gyroscope, and determines that the usage environment of the air conditioning device is changed when the air conditioning device is moved, so as to obtain the volume of the operating space by using the TOF sensor, and update the stored volume according to the newly obtained volume.
Optionally, the air conditioner may not include a TOF sensor, and when the air conditioner is not provided with the TOF sensor, the amount of humidification water consumption and the amount of change in the ambient humidity may be recorded when the air conditioner operates the humidification mode for the first time. And then determining unit water consumption corresponding to unit environmental humidity change when the air conditioner operates the humidification mode according to the humidification water consumption and the environmental change water recorded in the first operation humidification mode. For example, when the humidification mode is operated for the first time, if the ambient humidity change amount is D and the humidification water consumption amount is h, the unit water consumption amount corresponding to the unit ambient humidity change D may be hdWherein hd is D/h.
When the air conditioner re-operates the humidification mode, the humidity may be increased according to the initial ambient humidity, the target humidity, and the unit water consumption hdThe total amount of humidification is determined. For example, when M1Target humidity, H2The total humidification amount Q is the initial ambient humidity1=(M1-H2)hd
And step S300, controlling a humidifying component of the air conditioning device to operate according to the operating power.
In the present embodiment, when the air conditioning device determines the average humidification power of the humidification means for the humidification period, the humidification means of the air conditioning device is controlled to operate at the average humidification power.
Specifically, when the operating power of the humidifying component of the air conditioning device is determined, the processor determines and controls the output power of the driving circuit according to the operating power, so that the atomizing power of the ultrasonic atomizing sheet of the humidifying component is controlled, and the operating power of the humidifying component is controlled.
In the embodiment, the ambient humidity, the target humidity and the humidification duration in the air conditioning device action space are obtained, then the operation power of the air conditioning device is determined according to the ambient humidity, the humidification duration and the target humidity, and the humidification component is controlled to operate according to the operation power, so that the air conditioning device can determine the humidification power according to the humidification duration, and the effect of setting the humidification duration in a user-defined manner is achieved.
Referring to fig. 4, based on the above embodiment, in another embodiment, the step S220 includes the following steps:
step S221, dividing a humidity interval between the initial environment humidity and the target humidity into a plurality of humidity subintervals;
step S222, determining the humidification power corresponding to each humidity subinterval according to the total humidification amount and the humidification duration, wherein the larger the humidity value corresponding to the humidity subinterval is, the smaller the humidification power corresponding to the humidity subinterval is;
step S223, determining a humidity subinterval corresponding to the current environmental humidity, and taking the humidification power corresponding to the humidity subinterval as the operating power of the humidification component.
In this embodiment, the total humidification amount is calculated according to the initial ambient humidity, the target humidity and the volume of the active space of the air conditioning device, and the average humidification power P of the humidification component of the air conditioning device in the humidification time period T is calculated according to the total humidification amount and the humidification time period.
The humidity interval between the initial ambient humidity and the target humidity may then be divided into a plurality of humidity sub-intervals, for example, when the initial ambient humidity is 20% and the target humidity is 60%, the humidity interval may be divided into 4 sub-intervals, such as [ 20%, 30%, [ 30%, 40%, [ 40%, 50%), and [ 50%, 60% ].
And then, making the operating power corresponding to each subinterval different, but meeting the requirement that in the humidification time period, the average operating power of the humidification component is the average humidification power, and meeting the requirement that the larger the humidity value corresponding to the humidity subinterval is, the smaller the operating power corresponding to the humidity subinterval is.
For example, when the initial ambient humidity is 20% and the target humidity is 60%, the humidity interval between the initial ambient humidity and the target humidity may be divided into 4 humidity sub-intervals, such as [ 20%, 30%, [ 30%, 40%, [ 40%, 50%), and [ 50%, 60%), wherein the power corresponding to the 4 humidity sub-intervals is P1, P2, P3, and P4, respectively. And enabling the operating power corresponding to the sub-intervals with different humidity to satisfy the following relational expression:
Figure BDA0002078942780000091
wherein Q is the total humidification amount, T is the humidification duration, and epsilon is the calculation error adjustment factor.
Then, the limiting conditions of P1, P2, P3 and P4 are set, wherein the limiting conditions may include:
1、P1>P2>P3>P4;
2. the maximum humidifying power of the humidifying component is more than or equal to P1; p4 is equal to the preset power, for example, P4 may be equal to 3% of the maximum humidification power.
According to the relations and the limiting conditions, a plurality of groups of values P1, P2, P3 and P4 can be determined, and then a group value can be randomly selected from the plurality of groups of values to serve as specific values P1, P2, P3 and P4.
And then, taking the operating power corresponding to the humidity subinterval where the current environment humidity is located as the operating power of the humidifying component at the current moment.
After the humidification power corresponding to the humidity subinterval is determined, the current environmental humidity can be acquired in real time when the humidification mode is operated, and then the operation power of the humidification component is adjusted in real time according to the humidification power corresponding to the changed humidity subinterval when the humidity subinterval where the current environmental humidity is located is changed. And controls the air conditioning device to stop humidifying when the current ambient humidity is equal to the target humidity.
Because different humidity subintervals can correspond different humidification powers to the humidity value that corresponds when the humidity subinterval is bigger, the operating power that the humidity subinterval corresponds is less, and current ambient humidity is when being close to target humidity more promptly, and the operating power of humidification part is less, can avoid the shortcoming of excessive humidification because humidity detection error leads to like this.
It should be noted that the humidity subinterval division may be performed according to a preset rule. For example, the preset rule may be that a humidity interval between the initial ambient humidity and the target humidity is divided into 4 equal-length humidity sub-intervals.
In this embodiment, the humidity interval between the initial ambient humidity and the target humidity is divided into a plurality of humidity subintervals, and the humidification power corresponding to each humidity subinterval is determined according to the average humidification power, wherein the larger the humidity value corresponding to the humidity subinterval is, the smaller the humidification power corresponding to the humidity subinterval is, then the humidity subinterval corresponding to the current ambient humidity is determined, and the humidification power corresponding to the humidity subinterval is used as the operating power of the humidification component, so that the effect of avoiding excessive humidification is achieved.
Referring to fig. 5, based on the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, in another embodiment, the step S220 further includes the following steps:
step S224, determining a preset relation curve according to the total humidification amount and the humidification duration, wherein the preset relation curve is a relation curve between the difference value of the target humidity and the current environment humidity and the humidification power;
step S225, obtaining a difference value between the target humidity and the current environment humidity value, and obtaining a humidification power corresponding to the difference value according to the preset relation curve;
and step S226, taking the humidification power corresponding to the acquired difference value as the operating power of the humidification component.
In this embodiment, a plurality of different preset relationship curves are stored in advance in a storage medium of the air conditioning device, where the preset relationship curves are relationship curves between the difference between the target humidity and the current ambient humidity and the operating power, and each preset relationship curve corresponds to the average humidification power one to one, so that the corresponding preset relationship curve can be obtained according to the average humidification power.
As shown in fig. 6, the humidification power corresponding to each difference value can be determined according to a preset relationship curve, so that the humidification power corresponding to the difference value can be used as the operating power of the humidification component, and therefore, the humidification power corresponding to the difference value can be obtained in real time according to the difference value, the obtained humidification power is used as the operating power of the humidification component, and then the humidification component is controlled to operate according to the operating power.
It should be noted that the average humidification power corresponds to the preset relationship one to one, so that when humidification is performed according to the relationship curve corresponding to each average humidification power, the average power of the humidification component is equal to the average humidification power in the humidification time period. For example, the average humidification power is U in the humidification time period R, the average humidification power U corresponds to a relationship curve W, and when the humidification function of the humidification component is controlled to operate in the humidification time period R according to the relationship curve W, the average humidification power of the humidification component in the humidification time period R is U.
In this embodiment, a preset relationship curve corresponding to the average humidification power is determined, a difference between the target humidity and the current environment humidity value is obtained, the humidification power corresponding to the difference is obtained according to the preset relationship curve, and the obtained humidification power corresponding to the difference is used as the operating power of the humidification component, so that an effect of avoiding excessive humidification caused by humidity detection errors is achieved.
Referring to fig. 7, based on any one of the above embodiments, in a further embodiment, after step S210, the method further includes:
s400, acquiring the water storage capacity of the water tank of the air conditioning device;
step S500, judging whether the water storage amount is larger than the total humidification amount;
and S600, outputting water adding prompt information when the total humidification amount is larger than the water storage amount.
In this embodiment, a water level sensor is arranged in the air conditioning device water tank, water level data can be acquired through the water level sensor, and the current water storage capacity of the air conditioning device water tank can be determined according to the water level data.
