In the temperature control device of this embodiment, a control voice is acquired according to a wakeup word, a target temperature obtained by control voice recognition is acquired, a temperature limit condition set by a user is read, the target temperature is compared with the set temperature limit condition, if the target temperature does not conform to the temperature limit condition, a response to the control voice is rejected, if the target temperature conforms to the temperature limit condition, the temperature is adjusted to the target temperature, and the target temperature is recognized by acquiring the temperature limit condition and the acquisition voice, and the target temperature is controlled within the temperature limit condition, so that personalized temperature customization and effective control of the user are realized.
In order to implement the above embodiments, the present application also proposes a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the temperature control method as described in the aforementioned method embodiments.

It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. If implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present application may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present application have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present application, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations may be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. An air conditioning apparatus, characterized by comprising: the system comprises a voice control unit, a controller and a communication unit;
the communication unit is used for communicating with the mobile terminal to obtain a set temperature limiting condition;
the voice control unit is connected with the communication unit and used for acquiring and storing the temperature limiting conditions, acquiring control voice according to the awakening words and recognizing the control voice to obtain a target temperature; comparing the target temperature to the temperature limit condition; if the target temperature is determined to meet the temperature limiting condition, refusing to respond to the control voice and prompting; if the target temperature is determined not to meet the temperature limiting condition, generating a control instruction;
and the controller is connected with the communication unit and used for acquiring the control instruction through the communication unit and executing the control instruction.
2. The air conditioning apparatus according to claim 1,
the voice control unit is also used for executing an online recognition mode and sending the control voice to a server through the communication unit; acquiring the target temperature from the server through the communication unit.
3. The air conditioning apparatus according to claim 1,
the voice control unit is also used for executing an online recognition mode and sending the control voice to a server through the communication unit; acquiring an instruction message from the server through the communication unit; generating the control instruction according to the indication message;
the indication message is used for indicating whether the target temperature meets the temperature limit condition or not.
4. The air conditioning apparatus according to claim 3,
the communication unit is further configured to obtain a query message sent by the server after the control voice is sent to the server; and responding to the inquiry message, and sending the temperature limiting condition to the server.
5. The air conditioning apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the server stores the temperature limitation condition, the server-stored temperature limitation condition being acquired from the mobile terminal.
6. The air conditioning apparatus according to claim 1,
the controller is communicated with a control panel and/or a remote controller of the air conditioning equipment, and is also used for acquiring and storing the temperature limiting condition from the communication unit and communicating with the control panel and/or the remote controller to acquire the target temperature; comparing the target temperature with a set temperature limit condition; if the target temperature is determined to meet the temperature limiting condition, indicating the voice control unit to send out a prompt; and if the target temperature is determined not to meet the temperature limit condition, adjusting the target temperature to be the target temperature.
7. Air conditioning unit according to any of claims 1 to 6,
the voice control unit is further used for determining that the temperature limiting condition is in an effective state before the target temperature is compared with the set temperature limiting condition.
8. A method of temperature control, the method comprising:
collecting control voice according to the awakening words;
acquiring a target temperature obtained by the control voice recognition;
reading a temperature limiting condition set by a user;
comparing the target temperature with a set temperature limit condition;
if the target temperature is determined not to be in accordance with the temperature limiting condition, refusing to respond to the control voice;
and if the target temperature is determined to meet the temperature limit condition, adjusting the temperature to the target temperature.
9. The temperature control method according to claim 8, wherein before comparing the target temperature with a set temperature limit condition, further comprising:
querying to determine that the temperature limit condition is in an enabled state.
10. The temperature control method according to claim 8, wherein before the reading the set temperature limit condition, further comprising:
acquiring the temperature limiting condition from a mobile terminal; wherein the temperature limiting condition comprises one or more combinations of an upper temperature limit, a lower temperature limit and a temperature adjustment precision.
11. A temperature control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring control voice according to the awakening words;
the recognition module is used for acquiring the target temperature obtained by the control voice recognition;
the reading module is used for reading the temperature limiting conditions set by a user;
the comparison module is used for comparing the target temperature with a set temperature limit condition;
the processing module is used for refusing to respond to the control voice if the target temperature is determined not to accord with the temperature limit condition; and if the target temperature is determined to meet the temperature limit condition, adjusting the temperature to the target temperature.
12. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the temperature control method of any one of claims 8-10.
