With the progress of the times, the current society puts higher requirements on mechanical metal materials, namely, the mechanical metal materials are required to have high strength and hardness and good comprehensive mechanical properties under the condition of ensuring that the cost is not increased remarkably. Quenching is an important process in the processing of materials for mechanical manufacture, and is a heat treatment process in which steel is heated to a temperature above the austenite transformation point for a certain time and then cooled at a suitable rate to obtain martensite and/or bainite structures. The purpose of quenching is to improve the hardness, strength, wear resistance, toughness, fatigue strength, corrosion resistance and the like of the steel, so that the workpiece obtains good comprehensive use performance. In order to convert austenite with low strength and poor thermal conductivity in steel into martensite and bainite with high strength, hardness and good toughness in the cooling process and avoid converting austenite into pearlite with high toughness and plasticity and insufficient strength and hardness, the cooling speed must be higher than the critical cooling speed of steel to ensure that the whole workpiece is converted into martensite and bainite, and a quenching medium with enough strong cooling capacity needs to be selected. However, the cooling speed is high, and the workpiece may be deformed or cracked due to internal stress caused by uneven expansion and contraction. Therefore, the cooling mode and the quenching medium are reasonably selected by considering the two contradictory factors.
The continuous cooling means is that the steel is continuously cooled to room temperature in a high-temperature austenite state. The isothermal cooling mode is that the steel is rapidly cooled from an austenite state to a certain temperature below a critical temperature, so that the steel is subjected to constant temperature transformation and then cooled down; the latter has the requirements of certain cooling capacity, micro deformation and good brightness in performance, overcomes the defects that the deformation of the former is difficult to control and even the hardening crack is difficult to control, and gradually becomes the trend of the existing cooling mode.
The quenching and cooling process can be divided into three stages, wherein the first stage is a steam film stage, after the workpiece is immersed into the quenching medium, the quenching medium can be quickly vaporized on the surface of the hot workpiece, and at the moment, the quenching workpiece can be wrapped by the steam film of the quenching medium, so that the heat dissipation is poor, and the cooling speed is slow; the second stage is a boiling stage, after the quenching medium steam film is broken, the quenching workpiece is directly contacted with the surrounding quenching medium to carry out violent heat exchange, and the cooling speed is fastest in the stage; the third stage is a convection stage, the temperature of the surface of the workpiece is reduced to be lower than the boiling point temperature of the quenching medium, the heat of the quenching workpiece is mainly taken away in a convection mode of the quenching medium, the cooling speed is the slowest, and in the stage, the viscosity of the quenching medium and the temperature difference between the workpiece and the quenching medium are important.
Quenching medium used in China is various in five families, and quenching oil, aqueous quenching medium and molten salt substances are common. The water-based quenching medium is too fast in cooling speed, so that a quenched part is easy to generate large size change and even crack, water is easy to evaporate, and under the condition that a mesh belt furnace and a multi-purpose furnace are used in the heat treatment industry in a large quantity, components of equipment are damaged due to the evaporation of water and even the phenomenon of sucking the water back into the equipment, the quenching atmosphere is destroyed, the heat treatment equipment is damaged, and even disastrous accidents are caused, so that the water-based quenching medium is difficult to apply to isothermal quenching cooling. In addition, the water-based quenching medium is the same as the fused salt substance, is easy to corrode workpieces and equipment, and has poor working environment. The quenching oil has larger surface tension, and a steam film is easy to break at the initial stage of quenching, so that better cooling capacity can be obtained; in the boiling and convection stages, the quenching oil dissipates heat moderately and uniformly, can obtain better deformation control than water, and if the viscosity of the base oil is reasonably selected, the proportion of the cooling accelerating additive is proper, and the deep hardening capacity can be comparable with that of the aqueous quenching medium. The quenching oil is used as a quenching medium, the maximum dosage is used at present, and the quenching oil plays an important role in the heat treatment process of steel.
Isothermal stage quenching, which is a quenching process for heating and austenitizing a workpiece, immersing the workpiece into a quenching medium with the temperature between the bainite transformation temperature and the martensite transformation temperature for quick cooling, keeping the workpiece for a proper time, and continuously cooling the workpiece to room temperature after the internal temperature and the external temperature of the workpiece are consistent to reach the temperature of the quenching medium, so as to obtain a bainite and martensite integrated structure with high strength and hardness, proper toughness, strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance and good processing performance, and reduce deformation and cracking to the minimum. The isothermal stage quenching is mainly used for quenching thin-wall, slender, concave-hole and hollow ferrule precision parts with strict requirements on size change, and common quenching parts comprise bearing ferrules, gears, clutch diaphragms and the like.
Isothermal stage quenching requires that the quenching oil is used at a higher temperature, has a higher high-temperature cooling rate and a lower low-temperature cooling rate, and ensures that a proper bainite/martensite ratio is obtained. The standard SH/T0564-93 heat treatment oil in the petrochemical industry of China makes specific requirements on technical indexes of isothermal graded quenching oil, wherein the cooling performance is the evaluation of ' characteristic temperature ' and ' cooling time of 800-400 ℃. The characteristic temperature is obtained by drawing a cooling curve shown in figure 1 according to the standard SH/T0220 & lt' heat treatment oil cooling performance determination method & gt of the petrochemical industry in China, wherein the characteristic temperature is obtained by drawing two tangent lines along a mutation area at the upper part of the curve, and drawing a lead line parallel to an X axis at the intersection point of the two tangent lines to be a temperature corresponding to one point on the curve; the cooling time of 800-400 ℃ is the time corresponding to the intersection of a parallel line at 400 ℃ on the Y axis with a point on the curve (see FIG. 1).
The characteristic temperature of the quenching oil is the temperature at which the quenching oil vapor film on the surface of the workpiece is broken during the cooling process of the workpiece, namely the temperature at which boiling starts. The higher the characteristic temperature is, the shorter the cooling time is, the better the high-temperature cooling performance of the quenching oil is. At the nose tip of the C-curve (see fig. 2), austenite is the least stable and is more readily transformed into other structural forms such as pearlite. The required quenching oil characteristic temperature of the steel material should be higher than the temperature of the tip of the steel isothermal transformation curve (C-curve) (see fig. 2). The second evaluation parameter of the cooling performance is the cooling time of 800-400 ℃, which is a main index for evaluating whether the quenching oil can enable the workpiece to obtain a sufficient critical cooling speed, and also represents the average cooling speed in the interval. The ideal cooling curve of the isothermal graded quenching oil is that the quenching oil is rapidly cooled within the range of 650-400 ℃, the cooling curve bypasses the nose tip of the C curve, the slope of the cooling curve is reduced below 400 ℃, and the cooling speed gradually tends to be gentle until the service temperature of the quenching oil is reached (see figure 2).
The quenching oil should also meet the following performance requirements:
(1) high flash point and ignition point, difficult volatilization, inhibition of the generation of oil smoke during quenching, pollution reduction, improvement of working environment and reduction of the possibility of causing fire. The flash point is a safety performance index and is 60-80 ℃ higher than the service temperature of oil.
(2) And (4) performing stainless corrosion on the workpiece.
(3) Strong thermal oxidation resistance and prolonged service life of quenching oil. If the quench oil is not heat resistant, organic chain scission and degradation with volatile byproducts occurs, leading to reduced flash points and a fire hazard. The quenching oil is oxidized to form oil stains and carbon deposits, and one of the biggest problems in the use of the quenching oil is the formation of the oil stains, wherein the oil stains can cause the blockage of a filtering system and the deposition on the surface of a workpiece, thereby causing uneven heat transfer and increasing the risks of local overheating and cracking distortion. When the oil stain amount reaches 0.2%, the workpiece is corroded. The carbon residue indicator may reflect the sludge formation tendency in some sense.
(4) The quenching oil has higher use temperature, and asphalt, colloid and the like are easy to deposit on the surface of a workpiece, so the quenching oil is required to have certain cleaning and dispersing performance so as to keep the better bright appearance of the workpiece.
(5) From the viewpoint of environmental protection, the aromatic hydrocarbon content of the oil should be as low as possible.
Chinese patent publication No. CN1078489A discloses a graded quenching oil, which comprises the following components: by mass, 100 parts of 650SN neutral oil, 0.5 part of sodium petroleum sulfonate, 0.1 part of atactic polypropylene, 0.04 part of dodecenylsuccinic acid, 0.5 part of sorbitol monooleate, 0.6 part of 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol and 0.4 part of 4, 4 methylene-2, 6-di-tert-butylphenol, and the problems of low flash point, poor thermal oxidation stability, low characteristic temperature, long cooling time at 800-400 ℃ and over-high cooling speed exist.

The preparation method of the environment-friendly high-temperature isothermal grading quenching oil as claimed in claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps: weighing 150BS bright oil, a refrigerant accelerator, an antioxidant, a brightener, an antirust agent and an anti-foaming agent according to the mass percentage, then sequentially adding 150BS bright oil, the refrigerant accelerator, the antioxidant, the brightener, the antirust agent and the anti-foaming agent into a reaction vessel, stirring for 2-5 hours at 50-70 ℃ and normal pressure at a rotating speed of 50r/min, and filtering to a finished product tank after all materials are dissolved to obtain the environment-friendly high-temperature isothermal graded quenching oil.
