A kitchen fume exhaust facility and smoke exhaust pipeline cleaning gel comprises 1-5 parts of biosurfactant, 1-20 parts of complexing agent, 0-20 parts of alkaline auxiliary agent, 1-5 parts of thickening agent and water according to weight ratio; the complexing agent is: one or a mixture of EDTA and sodium tripolyphosphate; the alkaline auxiliary agent is: one or more of sodium carbonate, sodium metasilicate, sodium hydroxide or triethanolammonium; the thickener is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
