Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制得的复合材料和应用。该聚氨酯胶粘剂的原料按照重量份包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯50~70份,二苯基甲烷‑4,4’‑二异氰酸酯30~50份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α‑甲基‑ω‑羟基聚(氧‑1,2‑亚乙基)的聚合物1~10份;将上述聚氨酯胶粘剂用于贴合基材层和饰面层从而制得一种复合材料,其在家具领域和室内装修领域中都具有较大应用前景。本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂性能优异,能够大幅提高复合材料/板中基材层和功能层之间的结合强度,制得的复合材料/板质量更好,稳定性更高,极大拓展了复合材料/板的应用场景和范围,极大促进了复合材料/板的发展。

一种聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制得的复合材料和应用
技术领域
本发明涉及材料领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制得的复合材料和应用。
背景技术
在室内装修过程中,复合地板/复合墙板以及各类复合板类材料越来越多的被使用在家庭生活当中,相比于传统的实木材料,复合板通过胶粘剂将各类功能性的材料层/饰面层粘合成型,从而使得复合板具备实木外观的同时,还具备各类实木无法具备的性能,此外,在价格上也是远低于实木,这也是为何复合地板相比于实木现在越来越受到用户欢迎的原因。例如:在基材层上通过胶粘剂与木纹层(饰面层的其中一种)可使得复合板具备实木的外观效果,在其表面再粘合/热压形成耐磨/防水/抗菌层等功能层,进而使得其获得相应的效果,能够解决实木底板防水不足,易滋生细菌和虫类等问题。
虽然复合板相比于实木具有各种优势,但也存在较大缺陷,实木大部分整体成型,而复合板则是多层复合在一起,多层之间的结合强度决定着复合板的产品稳定性和使用寿命,而目前的复合板产品大都达不到这一要求,导致使用寿命急剧下降,基材层上的多层非常容易起边,容易整块撕起,出现这一缺陷的关键问题就是现有的复合材料/板领域内的胶粘剂性能严重不足,对于基材与各功能材料层之间的粘合作用弱,使得这些复合板大都无法通过材破测试(用小刀极易使其基材层和上面的多层分开),这使得复合板在装饰领域存在了极大的质量隐患,限制复合板这一类产品的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一是提出一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,至少解决上述技术问题的其中之一,具体技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,其原料按照重量份包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯50~70份,二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯30~50份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物1~10份。
其中,多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯的化学文摘登记号为CAS:9016-87-9;二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯的化学文摘登记号为CAS:101-68-8,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物的化学文摘登记号为CAS:70644-56-3。
本发明的目的之二是提出一种复合材料,其应用了上述的聚氨酯胶粘剂进行基材层和功能材料层的粘合,相比于传统的复合材料/板,基材层与功能材料层之间的结合强度得到了大幅提升;具体技术方案如下:
一种复合材料,包括基材层,所述基材层的表面设有胶粘层,所述胶粘层的表面设有第一表层;所述第一表层为饰面层、天然木皮层、墙纸和墙布中的一种,所述胶粘层为上述的聚氨酯胶粘剂。
硅酸盐板、凌美板和饰面层(如木纹层)等人工板,价格虽然低廉,但其板内大都属于短纤维和极短纤维,采用现有的胶水(无论是高强度的树脂胶粘剂或是聚氨酯胶粘剂)粘合人工板(即基材层)和饰面层及功能材料层等时,其粘合效果均比较糟糕,非常容易起边并脱层。发明人意外发现将上述的三种原料按照上述的重量份混合后得到了一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,将其用于粘合基材层与其上的功能材料层使其形成复合材料/板时,基材层与其上的功能材料层之间的结合强度相比于现有的复合材料/板有了巨大的提高,其拉伸粘接强度能够达到1.08Mpa,而传统的复合材料/板最高只能达到0.55MPa;本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂与人工板内的短纤维结合效果更好,在材破实验中(即采用小刀在复合材料/板的边缘割开一个小口,外力作用下使其起边,然后手捏住起边进行撕扯),发现传统的复合材料/板整个饰面层几乎整体被撕开,与基材层完全分离,而采用本发明的聚氨酯胶粘剂制得的复合材料则只是能够撕下起边的那一微小的部分。从这些也可以看出,本发明的聚氨酯胶粘剂在复合材料/板中展现出的优异性能。
在更优选的实施情况中,所述基材层和所述胶粘层之间还设有底涂剂层,所述底涂剂层的原料按照重量份包括:渗透剂5~10份,环氧树脂30~40份、聚氨酯10~20份。
发明人还发现在基材层和本发明的聚氨酯胶粘剂形成的胶粘层之间,预先在基材层表面涂覆一层本发明提出的底涂剂的话,能够进一步提高其结合强度,其拉伸粘接强度能够达到1.46Mpa。
优选的,所述渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
优选的,所述基材层为硅酸盐板和凌美板中的一种。
优选的,所述饰面层为浸渍了三聚氰胺的木纹层或石纹层。也可以是现有技术中的其它饰面层。
优选的,所述第一表层的表面设有功能层,所述功能层包括耐磨层、防水层、防火层和抗菌层中的至少一种。根据功能层的对应的功能,能够使得制得复合材料/板具备对应的性能。
优选的,所述复合材料通过热压或冷压整体成型。
本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂性能优异,在家具领域和室内装修领域中的具有较大的应用前景,结合本发明提出的底涂剂能够进一步提升其性能。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂能够大幅提高复合材料/板中基材层和功能层之间的结合强度,制得的复合材料/板质量更好,稳定性更高,极大拓展了复合材料/板的应用场景和范围,极大促进了复合材料/板的发展。

以下实施例中,多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯购自佛山市南海区三方化工厂,型号为SF-301;二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯购自佛山市南海区三方化工厂,型号为SF-404;异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物购自佛山市南海区三方化工厂,型号为SF-1202。
实施例1:
一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,其原料按照重量份包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯60份,二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯35份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物8份。
通过将上述原料按照重量份混合即制得该聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例2:
一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,其原料按照重量份包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯52份,二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯45份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物2份。
通过将上述原料按照重量份混合即制得该聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例3:
一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,其原料按照重量份包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯70份,二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯40份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物5份。
通过将上述原料按照重量份混合即制得该聚氨酯胶粘剂。
实施例4:
一种底涂剂,其原料按照重量份包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6份,环氧树脂40份、聚氨酯12份。
通过将上述原料按照重量份混合即制得该底涂剂。
实施例5:
一种底涂剂,其原料按照重量份包括:烷基磺酸钠8份,环氧树脂32份、聚氨酯20份。
通过将上述原料按照重量份混合即制得该底涂剂。
实施例6:
一种复合材料,其结构如图1所示,包括水泥纤维板层110(属于硅酸盐板的其中一种),水泥纤维板层110的表面设有胶粘层120,胶粘层120的表面设有饰面层130,其中,胶粘层120采用实施例1中的聚氨酯胶粘剂,饰面层130为浸渍了三聚氰胺的石纹层。该复合材料通过冷压整体成型。
在一些实施情况中,胶粘层120的表面也可以不设置饰面层130,而是设置墙纸或墙布。在一些实施情况中,也可只在水泥纤维板层110的一个表面进行胶粘层120、饰面层130的设置。
实施例7:
一种复合材料,其结构如图2所示,包括水泥纤维板层210(属于硅酸盐板的其中一种),水泥纤维板层210的表面设有底涂剂层240,底涂剂层240的表面设有胶粘层220,胶粘层220的表面设有天然木皮层230,其中,底涂剂层240采用实施例4中的底涂剂,胶粘层220采用实施例1中的聚氨酯胶粘剂。该复合材料通过热压整体成型。
实施例8:
一种复合材料,其结构如图3所示,包括水泥纤维板层310(属于硅酸盐板的其中一种),水泥纤维板层310的表面设有底涂剂层340,底涂剂层340的表面设有胶粘层320,胶粘层320的表面设有饰面层330,饰面层330的表面设有耐磨层350;其中,底涂剂层340采用实施例4中的底涂剂,胶粘层320采用实施例1中的聚氨酯胶粘剂,饰面层330为浸渍了三聚氰胺的木纹层。该复合材料通过冷压整体成型。
在一些其它的实施情况中,饰面层330表面也可以不设置耐磨层,而是设置防水层、防火层或抗菌层,在一些情况下,也可以在耐磨层、防水层、防火层和抗菌层中选择不止一层进行设置。
实施例9:
设置对比例1:制备一种复合材料,其包括水泥纤维板层,水泥纤维板层包括上表面和下表面,水泥纤维板层的上表面和下表面均设有胶粘层,胶粘层的表面设有饰面层,其中,胶粘层来自于现有技术中的聚氨酯胶水,饰面层为浸渍了三聚氰胺的木纹层。
对实施例6~7和对比例1制得的复合材料进行材破实验,并进行拉伸粘接强度的检测,其中,材破实验的具体过程为:用小刀强行起边一小块(小于1cm*1cm)饰面层或天然木皮层作为起撕区,然后用手捏住这一小块起边的饰面层或天然木皮层(即起撕区)进行撕起。
拉伸粘接强度按照JG/T287-2013的标准进行检测,具体为:将两块实施例6制得的复合材料的其中一个饰面层或天然木皮层的表面涂覆高强度树脂胶粘剂,然后将两块复合材料粘合在一起,安装在拉力试验机上进行检测;实施例7和对比例1按照上述相同的检测标准和过程进行拉伸粘接强度的检测。
同时,将两块水泥纤维板用实施例1中的聚氨酯胶粘剂进行胶粘得到复合材料作为实验组1,将两块水泥纤维板用现有技术中的聚氨酯胶粘剂进行胶粘得到复合材料作为实验组2;并检测实验组1和实验组2制得的复合材料的拉伸粘接强度,拉伸粘接强度按照JG/T287-2013的标准进行检测,具体为:将实验组1和实验组2得到的复合材料直接安装在拉力试验机上进行检测。
上述检测的结果具体如图4所示,由图4可知,采用本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂制得的复合材料(即实施例6),其拉伸粘接强度显然远远高于传统聚氨酯胶粘剂制得的复合材料(即对比例1);同时通过材破实验可以发现,本发明的聚氨酯胶粘剂只有外力强行翘起的起撕区被撕下,而其它区域毫发无损,而对比例1的饰面层则能够用手完全撕下,使得饰面层与水泥纤维板完全分离;这都说明了本发明所提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂的优异性能,能够大幅提高基材层和饰面层/天然木皮层之间的结合强度,提高复合材料的稳定性和质量,大大促进了复合材料这一现代化材料的发展。
此外,在采用本发明提出的聚氨酯胶粘剂的基础上,还采用了本发明所提出的底涂剂制得复合材料,即实施例7制得的复合材料,其拉伸粘接强度得到了进一步大幅的提升。同时,通过实验组1和实验组2的结果也表明了在应用于人工复合板之间的粘合时,本发明的聚氨酯胶粘剂拥有更好的拉伸粘接强度,能够大幅人工板之间的结合强度。

Claims (9)

1.一种聚氨酯胶粘剂,其特征在于,其原料按照重量份计包括:多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯50~70份,二苯基甲烷-4,4’-二异氰酸酯30~50份,异氰酸与聚亚甲基聚亚苯基酯和α-甲基-ω-羟基聚(氧-1,2-亚乙基)的聚合物1~10份。
2.一种复合材料,其特征在于,包括基材层,所述基材层的表面设有胶粘层,所述胶粘层的表面设有第一表层;所述第一表层为饰面层、天然木皮层、墙纸和墙布中的一种,所述胶粘层为权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯胶粘剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述基材层和所述胶粘层之间还设有底涂剂层,所述底涂剂层的原料按照重量份计包括:渗透剂5~10份,环氧树脂30~40份、聚氨酯10~20份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述渗透剂包括脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基磺酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述基材层为硅酸盐板和凌美板中的一种。
6.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述饰面层为浸渍了三聚氰胺的木纹层或石纹层。
7.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述第一表层的表面设有功能层,所述功能层包括耐磨层、防水层、防火层和抗菌层中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2至5任一项所述的复合材料,其特征在于,所述复合材料通过热压或冷压整体成型。
9.一种胶粘剂在家具领域和室内装修领域中的应用,其特征在于,所述胶粘剂为权利要求1所述的聚氨酯胶粘剂。
