Abstract
本发明公开了一种奶牛乳头清洗机器人的牛舌皮带的配方及制造方法,目前,在挤奶前,奶牛乳头的清洗仍然是手工操作,费时费工费力费耗材,清洗质量不高,影响牛奶品质。因此,由机械替代人工清洗已经刻不容缓,本发明中的牛舌皮带是奶牛乳头清洗机器人的关键部件,该牛舌皮带是一种仿生皮带,模仿牛犊舔舐母乳,柔软而频率高(20‑45次/每秒)应激降低显著,清洗效果良好。该牛舌皮带以α,ω‑二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基料,添加水合二氧化硅、硅油、含氢硅油、Pt络合物、正硅酸乙酯、着色剂等混合搅拌10分钟,真空机脱气5‑10分钟后立即注入模具,硫化24小时后脱模完成。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮带的配方及制作方法,特别是一种奶牛乳头清洗机器人的牛舌皮带的配方及制作方法,属于农牧业机械领域。
背景技术
牛奶是人类重要的营养补品,目前我国奶牛存栏数已超过1480万头,在大规模的现代化牧场,挤奶工序早已实现机械化或自动化,但是挤奶前的奶牛乳头清洗工序至今仍然是手工擦洗操作,我们知道养殖场的奶牛平均每8小时挤一次奶,由于要求奶牛出奶量要高,所以奶牛进食量大,因而排泄量就多,奶牛在8小时里或站或卧于牛屎和牛尿中,致使奶牛乳头沾染大量粪便及其他污物,其后果是病菌和污物沿奶牛乳腺进入奶牛乳头从而使乳头的前段牛奶变成了废奶而且奶牛极易感染乳腺炎造成牛奶品质下降。奶牛乳头清洗工的职责有三:1,在奶牛乳头上涂抹杀菌消毒药液进行杀菌消毒;2,用湿纸巾擦拭掉奶牛乳头上的污物;3,手握奶牛乳头挤压3次,排出前段污染的废奶(俗称三把奶)。这种手工擦洗奶牛乳房需要大量人工,工作强度也大,同时消耗大量的杀菌消毒液和卫生纸巾,而且纸屑等耗品残留严重,清洗质量不高,影响牛奶品质,当然用毛巾擦洗效果会好些,但因成本过高厂家采用不多。
在国外,对奶牛乳头的清洗则由于人力成本过高,牛奶质量把控甚严,已经有了奶牛乳头清洗器用来替代人工清洗,但是由于价格较高,而且其橡胶清洗皮带材质偏硬,至今在国内没有推广开来。
根据上述奶牛乳头手工清洗中存在的问题,本人历时多年研制出了奶牛乳头清洗机器人,其中的牛舌清洗皮带是关键部件,该牛舌皮带是一种仿生皮带,该皮带是模仿牛犊舔舐母乳,柔软而频率高(20-45次/每秒)应激降低显著,提高了出奶量,而且清洗效果良好。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是用奶牛清洗机器人替代人工清洗,最终清洗的执行终端就是牛舌皮带。牛舌皮带由机械传动带动运行,工作时两条牛舌皮带对奶牛乳头进行包围式清洗按摩,所以对牛舌皮带的要求是:柔软、坚韧、无毒、摩擦系数高、抗撕拉强度高、吸水率低、缩水率小。
本发明公开的牛舌皮带的配料配方及制作方法如下:

说明:牛舌皮带按照其硬度分为3种规格,分别由肉色,棕色,灰色区分,以便适应不同牛龄的奶牛,一般小牛适宜肉色皮带,中牛适宜棕色皮带,老牛适宜灰色皮带,这只是参考数据,因为奶牛的出奶牛龄参差不齐,需依具体情况而定,通常情况下,不用更换皮带,只用棕色皮带就可以完成全部工作,因而本发明把棕色皮带称为通用牛舌皮带。
具体实施方式
如技术背景中所述,当前奶牛乳头清洗均为人工操作,其基本要点是1,在奶牛乳头上涂擦杀菌消毒液进行杀菌消毒;2,用湿纸巾擦去奶牛乳头上的杀菌消毒液及污物;3,用手挤压乳头,排出乳房前段污染的废奶。现在用本发明的一种奶牛乳头清洗机器人的牛舌皮带替代人工清洗奶牛乳头,该牛舌皮带是一种仿生皮带,该皮带模仿牛犊舔舐母乳的机理,柔软而频率高(20-45次/每秒),牛舌皮带由机械传动带动运行,工作时两条牛舌皮带对牛奶乳头进行包围式清洗,5个工序在3秒钟内一次完成,牛舌皮带的工作程序是3秒钟内完成一个乳头的清洗,第一秒药浴喷头喷出杀菌消毒液对乳头进行杀菌消毒,第二秒清洗喷头喷出清水对乳头进行清洗,第三秒空运行进行除水,排出废奶及乳头按摩在3秒钟的工作时间内一直进行,所以,牛舌皮带在3秒钟内完成的5个工序是杀菌消毒,排出废奶,清洗,除水,按摩。
牛舌皮带在高频下工作,应激降低显著,出奶量提高,清洗效果良好,省时,省工,省力。
Claims (2)
1.一种奶牛乳头清洗机器人的牛舌皮带的配方,其特征是:根据硬度不同,用颜色区分为3种皮带,所述主要成分如下:
①肉色皮带:α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷:100g,水合二氧化硅:5-10g,硅油:12-15g,含氢硅油:2g,Pt络合物:0.5-0.8g,正硅酸乙酯:1.5-2.0g,着色剂:浅棕色。
②棕色皮带:α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷:100g,水合二氧化硅:11-18g,硅油:8-11g,含氢硅油:2g,Pt络合物:0.3-0.4g,正硅酸乙酯:2.0-2.5g,着色剂:深棕色。
③灰色皮带:α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷:100g,水合二氧化硅:19-30g,硅油:2-7g,含氢硅油:2g,Pt络合物:0.1-0.2g,正硅酸乙酯:2.5-3.0g,着色剂:灰色。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述一种奶牛乳头清洗机器人的牛舌皮带的制造方法,其特征是:
所述牛舌皮带的制造方法如下:
①准备工序:清洗搅拌器具,清洗皮带模具,在模具内腔涂甘油备用。
②配料预搅拌工序:按表1所标的重量比,进行精确计量,把α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷,水合二氧化硅,硅油,含氢硅油,Pt络合物,放入搅拌器具,着色剂的颜色按需求选取,放入搅拌器中,进行混合搅拌,正硅酸乙酯称重后备用。环境温度20-30度,搅拌时间10-20分钟
③双组份混合搅拌工序:把正硅酸乙酯倒入上述搅拌器具,进行混合搅拌,搅拌时间10分钟。用真空机进行脱气,脱气时间5-10分钟,真空度为700mmHg。
④硫化工序:立即将脱气后的原料注入皮带模具,环境温度20-30度,基本固化3h,完全固化24h。
⑤脱模修整工序:24小时后,脱模取出牛舌皮带,修去毛刺与飞边,牛舌皮带制作完成。
