The prior Chinese patent application with the application number of CN201710457124.6 named as catering sewage treatment equipment and a treatment method thereof discloses catering sewage treatment equipment and a treatment method thereof, and the catering sewage treatment equipment comprises a box body internally partitioned into a deslagging area, a precipitation area, an oil-water separation area and a pollution discharge area, wherein the oil-water separation area is internally partitioned by a partition plate into an outer oil-water separation area and an inner oil-water separation area, the top of the outer oil-water separation area is provided with a first oil collecting chamber, and the first oil collecting chamber is connected with an oil discharge pipe; the inner oil-water separation area is positioned in the outer oil-water separation area, the top of the inner oil-water separation area is provided with a second oil collection chamber communicated with the first oil collection chamber, the inner oil-water separation area is provided with an inlet for sewage subjected to oil-water separation in the outer oil-water separation area to enter the inner oil-water separation area, and an outlet communicated with the sewage discharge area, a row of flow guide plates for damping and flow guide of water flow are arranged between the inlet and the outlet in the inner oil-water separation area, the flow guide plates are vertically arranged, and the top of a flow guide area formed by the flow guide plates is open and communicated with the second oil. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a treatment method of oil stain wastewater, which is small in occupied space, good in sewage treatment effect and convenient for cleaning the treated oil stains, for the treatment device of the oil stain wastewater aiming at the current situation of the prior art.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the method for treating the oil stain wastewater comprises the following steps,
firstly, conveying sewage into a water inlet cavity of a treatment tank;
secondly, sewage enters the filter cavity from the water inlet cavity to filter oil stains;
thirdly, the sewage after oil contamination filtration enters the water outlet cavity from the filter cavity;
the method is characterized in that: sewage flows along a U-shaped path in the treatment tank, the sewage enters the treatment tank from a sewage inlet on one side of the treatment tank, and the sewage treated by the treatment tank is discharged out of the treatment tank from a sewage outlet on the same side of the sewage inlet;
in the second step, sewage enters the upper cavity of the filter cavity from the lower part of the water inlet cavity through the communicating pipe, the sewage sequentially passes through N oil stain filter cavities of the filter cavity, an oil stain filter positioned in each oil stain filter cavity filters oil stains in the sewage, the oil stains intercepted on an oil stain filter screen of the oil stain filter are decomposed by microorganisms in the oil stain filter, and N is a natural number greater than 1;
in the third step, the guide plate positioned in the water outlet cavity enables the filtered water entering the water outlet cavity to flow up and down in an S shape, and the particulate matter precipitate in the water is accumulated in the water outlet cavity;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: firstly, the oil stain filter can filter and treat oil stains in sewage, and microorganisms capable of degrading oil stains and residues are arranged in the oil stain filter, so that pollution-free treatment of the oil stains and the residues is realized, direct discharge of the oil stains in the sewage is reduced, and environmental protection is facilitated; the filtering cavity is divided into a plurality of oil stain filtering cavities by the partition plates, so that sewage can sequentially pass through the filtering cavity to realize multi-stage filtering of the sewage, and oil stains in the oil stain wastewater are fully filtered; the water treated by the filter cavity flows up and down in an S shape in the water outlet cavity, particulate matters, carried microorganisms and sediments in the water are accumulated in the water outlet cavity, and the filtered water is discharged out of the treatment tank from the other end of the water outlet cavity, so that the treatment of sewage is realized. Finally, this device is provided with the waste oil and collects the chamber, can will gather in the waste oil of collecting the chamber through the automatic pump or through artifical convenient taking out, consequently, is particularly suitable for the domestic sewage treatment of residential area and other dense population regions.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 13, the method for treating oil contaminated wastewater of the present embodiment includes the following steps,
firstly, conveying sewage into a water inlet cavity 11 of a treatment tank 1;
secondly, sewage enters the filter cavity from the water inlet cavity 11 to filter oil stains;
thirdly, the sewage after oil contamination filtration enters the water outlet cavity 12 from the filter cavity;
sewage flows along a U-shaped path in the treatment tank 1, the sewage enters the treatment tank 1 from a sewage inlet at one side of the treatment tank 1, and the sewage treated by the treatment tank 1 is discharged out of the treatment tank 1 from a sewage outlet at the same side of the sewage inlet;
in the second step, sewage enters the upper cavity of the filter cavity from the lower part of the water inlet cavity 11 through the communicating pipe 14, the sewage sequentially passes through the N oil stain filter cavities 13 of the filter cavity, the oil stain filter 2 positioned in each oil stain filter cavity 13 filters oil stains in the sewage, the oil stains intercepted on the oil stain filter screen 31 of the oil stain filter 3 are decomposed by microorganisms in the oil stain filter 3, and N is a natural number more than 1;
in the third step, the guide plate 121 in the water outlet cavity 12 causes the filtered water entering the water outlet cavity 12 to flow up and down in an S-shape, and the particulate matter precipitate in the water is accumulated in the water outlet cavity 12;
the treatment method also comprises a fourth step of discharging the filtered water which flows from one end of the water outlet cavity 12 up and down in an S shape and reaches the other end of the water outlet cavity 12 out of the treatment tank 1 from the water outlet cavity 12 to finish the filtering operation of the sewage.
The treatment device adopted by the method comprises a treatment tank 1 capable of treating sewage, and a sealing cover plate 18 is detachably arranged on the top opening of the treatment tank 1. The cavity of the treatment pool 1 is divided into a water inlet cavity 11, a water outlet cavity 12 and a filter cavity capable of filtering oil stains in sewage by a partition plate, the water inlet cavity 11 is communicated with a water inlet pipe, the water outlet cavity 12 is communicated with a water outlet pipe, a communicating pipe 14 is arranged in the water inlet cavity 11, the inlet of the communicating pipe 14 is communicated with the cavity at the bottom of the water inlet cavity 11, the outlet of the communicating pipe 14 is communicated with the cavity at the upper part of the filter cavity, the filter cavity is divided into 3 oil stain filter cavities 13 by the partition plate, an oil stain filter 3 is arranged in each oil stain filter cavity 13, microorganisms capable of decomposing oil stains are arranged in the inner cavity of each oil stain filter 3, the inner cavity is communicated with the corresponding oil stain filter cavity 13 by meshes distributed on an oil stain filter screen 31 of the oil stain filter 3, the inner cavity is communicated with the next oil stain filter cavity 13 by a filter liquid outlet of the oil stain, the guide plates 121 which can enable water in the water outlet cavity 12 to flow up and down in an S shape are arranged in the water outlet cavity 12 at intervals, the water inlet cavity 11, the 3 oil stain filtering cavities 13 and the water outlet cavity 12 are sequentially arranged in a U shape, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are positioned on the same side of the treatment tank 1. The specific type of microorganism and the method of culturing in the lumen are well known in the art and will not be described in detail.
The oil stain filter 3 comprises a filter shell, a sewage inlet pipe is arranged at the bottom of the filter shell, the inner cavity of the filter shell is communicated with a corresponding oil stain filtering cavity 13 through the sewage inlet pipe, a filtrate outlet is arranged on the side wall of the filter shell and is communicated with the inner cavity of the filter shell, an oil stain filter screen 31 is filled in the inner cavity of the filter shell, and microorganisms are attached to the oil stain filter screen 31. A shaping frame body 32 is arranged in the inner cavity of the filter shell, and the oil stain filter screen 31 is connected with the shaping frame body 32. The top of the filter shell is provided with a top surface opening into which the oil stain filter screen 31 can be placed, and the top surface opening is detachably covered with a cover plate. The joint of the water inlet cavity 11 and the filter cavity is provided with a collecting tank 16 capable of collecting oil stains, the bottom of the collecting tank 16 is connected to the partition plate, and the top opening of the collecting tank 16 is flush with the top surface of the partition plate or is lower than the top surface of the partition plate by 0.01-1.2 mm. A cleaning bucket 17 is detachably provided in the collection tank 16, and when the collection tank is filled with the oil dirt, the cleaning bucket can be taken out from the collection tank 16 for treatment.
In the third step, the sewage entering the water outlet cavity 12 from the filter cavity firstly passes through the residue filter 2 to filter the residue in the sewage, the residue filter 2 is arranged at the joint of the water outlet cavity 12 and the filter cavity, the residue filter 2 comprises a shell 21 and a filter body 22, a grid-shaped filter opening 221 is arranged on the side wall of the filter body 22, a bottom outlet is arranged at the bottom of the filter body 22, the filter opening 221 is communicated with the bottom outlet, an installation cavity capable of installing the filter body 22 is arranged at the top of the shell 21, a cavity opening 211 is arranged at the bottom of the installation cavity, the bottom surface of the filter body 22 covers the cavity opening 211, the bottom outlet is communicated with the cavity opening 211, a water inlet 212 is arranged on the side wall of the upper part of the shell 21, a water outlet 213 is arranged on the side wall of the lower part of the shell 21, the water outlet 213 is communicated with the bottom outlet, the sewage entering the installation cavity opening 211 from the bottom outlet after being filtered by the filter opening 221 In the residue filter chamber 13. The filtering body 22 is formed by sequentially superposing filtering plate bodies up and down, plate body protrusions enabling adjacent filtering plate bodies to be spaced from each other are distributed on the edge of each filtering plate body, the bottom surface of each upper filtering plate body is attached to the plate body protrusions of the lower filtering plate bodies, each filtering plate body is provided with a plate body through hole 222, sewage entering the filtering body 22 from a gap between the adjacent filtering plate bodies flows out of the filtering body 22 from the plate body through hole 222, a through hole baffle 223 is arranged on the filtering plate body corresponding to the hole edge of each plate body through hole 222, and a plate body cover plate 23 is covered on the top surface of the filtering plate body on the uppermost layer. The inner wall of the mounting cavity is provided with a limit convex part 214 which can be contacted with the connecting lug 224 to prevent the filter body 22 from further rotating. The communicating pipe 14 is a three-way pipe, the bottom opening of the three-way pipe is communicated with the bottom cavity of the water inlet cavity 11, the side opening of the three-way pipe is communicated with the upper cavity of the filter cavity, the top opening of the three-way pipe is communicated with the top cavity of the water inlet cavity 11, two three-way pipes are arranged in the water inlet cavity 11, the two three-way pipes are arranged at intervals, the number of the oil stain filters 3 in each filter cavity is two, and the positions of the two oil stain filters 3 are respectively corresponding to the positions of the side openings of the two three-way.
The working principle is as follows: sewage enters the water inlet cavity from the water inlet pipe and is precipitated in the water inlet cavity through the residues of the communicating pipe part, the upper layer sewage with oil stains enters the filter cavity from the communicating pipe, and along with the rise of the water level, the sewage enters the inner cavity of the oil stain filter through the oil stain filter screen and the oil stains intercepted on the oil stain filter screen are decomposed and treated by microorganisms. The sewage treated by the oil stain filter removes oil stains in the water and enters the water outlet cavity, the guide plate in the water outlet cavity enables the water to flow up and down along the S shape, particles, microorganisms and sediments carried in the water body are filtered, and finally the treated filtered water leaves the treatment tank from the other end of the water outlet cavity to finish the whole water treatment process. Sewage enters and leaves from the same side of the treatment tank, so that the flow distance of the sewage with the same volume in the treatment tank is prolonged, and the sewage treatment is more sufficient.
