The document disclosed next left introduces a hydraulic low-voltage shore power cable lifting and conveying remote monitoring device which is driven by hydraulic pressure and can convey a cable to a ship through the cooperation of a telescopic arm, a winding drum and a cable conveying mechanism. But the device also has the unable operating position of adjustment and unable monitoring and control cable tension scheduling problem, owing to adopt hydraulic drive in addition, can lead to a large amount of hydraulic pressure oil pipe to expose in the device outside, and oil pipe still can go up and down along with flexible arm together, not only has the potential safety hazard, but also influences the clean and tidy aesthetic property of device. No methods or techniques to solve or improve on these problems have been found.
