The invention also discloses a method for automatically overturning the corrugated cardboard stack by adopting the overturning machine. Background
An offset corrugated veneering machine (laminating machine) is indispensable production equipment in the offset corrugated packaging industry. Because the humidity of the finished corrugated board from the laminator is high, a pile of corrugated boards needs to be stacked in a front-to-back interaction manner after paper collection to prevent the corrugated boards from warping, and the process is called as paper collection and stacking operation. The existing laminator adopts a continuous paper output type production mode, more than 95% of the existing collection and stacking operation is completed by manpower, and the labor intensity and the labor load of the manual collection operation are increased along with the continuous increase of the breadth of the machine. At present, some equipment manufacturers develop automatic paper collecting and stacking equipment, but the technical scheme is complex, so that the whole equipment is too large in size, and particularly, the overturning process is spatial three-dimensional operation, so that the equipment is not only expensive, but also cannot be directly matched with the existing laminator for use, and the economy is poor.

The front and rear turnover conveying frames have the same structure.
And conveying belts are arranged on the conveying rods of the front and rear overturning conveying frames.
The rotary deflector rod is of a U-shaped structure, is arranged on a deflector rod rotating shaft controlled by a deflector rod motor, and can rotate clockwise or adopt circular reciprocating action operation.

s1, when a piece of finished paper plates are conveyed to the end part of the front overturning conveying frame in the previous working procedure, the front overturning conveying frame and the rear overturning conveying frame rotate inwards at the same time, the end parts of the conveying rods of the front overturning conveying frame and the rear overturning conveying frame are downward at the same time, and the front edge of the paper plate pile is downward inclined;
s2, when the front edge of the paper stacking plate falls to the lowest position, the deflector rod is rotated to start, and the paper stacking plate is pushed to turn over to the rear turning conveying frame from back to front;
and S3, the front overturning and conveying frame and the rear overturning and conveying frame restore to the horizontal position, the reverse side of the paper stack falling on the rear overturning and conveying frame faces upwards, and the paper stack with the reverse side facing upwards is conveyed out by the conveying belt on the rear overturning and conveying frame, so that the overturning operation of the paper stack is completed.
For the next paper board stack which does not need to be turned over, the front turning conveying frame and the rear turning conveying frame do not start a rotation program, the conveying rods are kept in a horizontal state, only the conveying belt is started, and the paper board stack with the front side facing upwards is directly conveyed out.
The invention has the advantage that the same function of automatically overturning corrugated cardboard stacks is realized by adopting a simpler structure compared with the existing overturning mechanism. The whole system of the invention has simple structure, small floor area and low manufacturing cost, is not easy to break down and is more economic for using enterprises; although the invention has simple structure, the function is not reduced, the action mode is more ingenious, and the invention can be directly matched with a laminator on the market for use, and has stronger practicability.
