Abstract

往复转子式二冲程内燃机,它涉及一种具有活塞(3、14)往复吸气-压缩,转子(16)旋转作功-排气的新型二冲程内燃机。该机的主要特征是高压气体的燃烧-作功不在气缸活塞内,而是在转子(16)上的燃烧室(9,18)进行膨胀作功,因此提高了平均有效压力及提高了转速,而且该机填补了二冲程内燃机至今尚无气门机构的一项空白,无需扫气程序,换气良好,该机可以方便地应用到工业、交通、农业、军事等各个领域中。

往复转子式二冲程内燃机
往复转子式二冲程内燃机,本发明涉及一种具有活塞往复吸气——压缩、转子旋转作功——排气的二冲程内燃机。
现有的内燃机,活塞工作时处于高温高压的热态状况下往复惯性工作,震动大,其提高平均有效压力及提高转速受到限制。由于二冲程内燃机无气门机构,换气时必须扫气,扫气必须预先压缩,而且扫气易与废气渗混,造成换气不良。由于惯性震动,活塞及部件不经久耐用,油耗较高,输出功率小,成本提高。
本发明的目的是制造一种能克服上述缺点,活塞不受高温高压的热态状况下正常工作,有效的提高平均有效压力及提高转速。由于本发明的往复转子式二冲程内燃机有了气门机构,像四冲程那样利用活塞——气缸的泵吸作用进行吸气,保持换气良好。
本发明的目的是通过下列技术方案解决的,其技术领域是活塞往复吸气—压缩、转子旋转作功—排气的新型二冲程内燃机,其主要由主轴总成、活塞、转子燃烧室、压缩通道、左气门进气孔及右气门进气孔组成,其特征在于:主轴总成上有曲柄和转子,其转子由花键联套固定一体;由于主轴总成的转动使曲柄上的连杆传动活塞往复运动进行吸气—压缩、其转子旋转作功—排气,由活塞往复运动至上止点,其转子圆周表面与喷嘴处设有转子燃烧室;并在活塞上止点与气缸盖底的右侧设有压缩通道通至喷嘴处与旋转的转子燃烧室相遇构成燃烧室;此时再由喷嘴喷入燃油进行膨胀作功—排气,气门机构的位置在活塞圆周内的上止点与气缸盖的上部设有左气门进气孔及右气门进气孔;左右两个进气孔每周各轮一次进气,排气口设置在下机体底部,下机体与上机体组成机体。
本发明的往复转子式二冲程内燃机,该机的主要特征是高压气体的燃烧——膨胀作功不在气缸活塞内,而是在转子上作功,由于该机的气体压缩不断地压入压缩通道终点处,使至终点处引起燃烧,待转子上的转子燃烧室转至与压缩通道相遇时,恰好构成燃烧室,再由喷嘴喷入燃油进行膨胀作功,从而使活塞不受高温、高压的热态状况下正常工作,使其提高了平均有效压力,转子的作功而提高了该机的转速,减少了曲柄连杆机构的惯性震动,使之部件经久耐用,使用寿命长,结构紧凑,转子好象代替了飞轮。以该机附图为一组的结构,两个活塞一上一下,转子旋转一周作功二次,因此该机升功率大,而且该机填补了二冲程内燃机至今尚无气门机构的一项空白,无需扫气程序。四个气门均为进气孔,换气组织容易,因此换气良好,排气口又宽敞,是一台震动小,体积小,升功率大,油耗省,输出功率大,经久耐用,结构简单,部件通用性好,成本低的新型二冲程内燃机,该机可以方便地应用到工业、交通、农业、军事等各个领域中。
本发明的具体结构由以下结合附图说明:
主轴总成(1)、连杆(2)、活塞(3)、进气孔(4)、进气孔(5)、压缩通道(6)、喷嘴(7)、喷嘴(8)、燃烧室(9)、压缩通道(10)、气缸盖(11)、进气孔(12)、进气孔(13)、活塞(14)、花键(15)、转子(16)、下机体(17)、燃烧室(18)、排气口(19)、上机体(20)、曲柄(21)。
下面对照附图对本发明的工作原理作详细的描述:
①进气孔(4)关,活塞(3)压缩,进气孔(13)开,活塞(14)吸气;
②活塞(3)的压缩气体被压入压缩通道(6)终点处引起燃烧,此时转子(16)上的燃烧室(9)转至压缩通道(6)相遇时,也就是气体压缩的终点高峰,此时喷嘴(7)喷入燃油进行膨胀作功,转子(16)作顺时针旋转,作功的同时燃烧室(18)中的废气从排气口(19)排气;
③进气孔(13)关,活塞(14)压缩,进气孔(5)开,活塞(3)吸气;
④活塞(14)的压缩气体被压入压缩通道(10)终点处引起燃烧,此时转子(16)上的燃烧室(18)转至压缩通道(10)相遇时,也就是气体压缩的终点高峰,此时喷嘴(8)喷入燃油进行膨胀作功,转子(16)作顺时针旋转,作功的同时燃烧室(9)中的废气从排气口(19)排气;
⑤进气孔(5)关,活塞(3)压缩,进气孔(12)开,活塞(14)吸气,此时主轴总成(1)则刚好旋转了一周,每周旋转系于作功二次。

1.一种往复转子式二冲程内燃机,活塞(3)往复吸气—压缩、转子(16)旋转作功—排气,其主要由主轴总成(1)、活塞(3)、转子燃烧室(9)、压缩通道(6)、左气门进气孔(4)及右气门进气孔(5)组成,其特征在于:“主轴总成(1)上有曲柄(21)和转子(16),其转子(16)由花键(15)联套固定一体”;“活塞(3)往复运动至上止点,其转子(16)圆周表面与喷嘴(7)处设有转子燃烧室(9)”;“活塞(3)上止点与气缸盖(11)底的右侧设有压缩通道(6)通至喷嘴(7)处与旋转的转子燃烧室(9)相遇构成燃烧室”;“活塞(3)圆周内的上止点与气缸盖(11)的上部设有左气门进气孔(4)及右气门进气孔(5)”;排气口(19)设置在下机体(17)底部,下机体(17)与上机体(20)组成机体。
