Description

Car steering wheel shock attenuation unit and car steering wheel
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to an automobile steering wheel damping unit and an automobile steering wheel.
Background
The steering wheel of the automobile is an important part for controlling the driving direction of the automobile, and accurately transmits the intention of a driver to tires through a series of steering devices so as to control the driving direction of the automobile. At the same time, however, vibrations from the vehicle chassis and the engine are also transmitted to the steering wheel through the steering mechanism, causing the steering wheel to shake, which in turn affects the driving comfort of the driver and increases driving fatigue.
The existing connection between the steering wheel and the driver airbag is a rigid link, and has the defects that when the steering wheel shakes, no damping function is realized and abnormal sound is easily generated when the road surface bumps. Therefore, if the steering wheel has the shock absorption function, the shaking phenomenon of the steering wheel can be obviously reduced or eliminated, the driving comfort is improved, and the driving fatigue is reduced.
The technical schemes provided in the market at present are as follows: one is the gas generator damping scheme. Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a structure of a steering wheel shock-absorbing unit of a vehicle using a gas generator in the prior art, and referring to fig. 1, the shock-absorbing unit is formed by adding a rubber elastic unit between a driver airbag gas generator 1 and an airbag housing 2, which has a disadvantage in that the generator serves as a weight member, but the total weight of the generator and a weight structure attached to the periphery thereof is generally not more than 400 g, the weight is light, and the shock-absorbing effect is limited.
The other is a steering wheel damping block scheme, namely a cast iron balancing weight and a rubber elastic unit are added on the steering wheel. The disadvantages of the solution are that the occupied space is large, the whole weight of the steering wheel is increased, the arrangement space of other parts is reduced, and the disadvantages are particularly prominent in the steering wheel with more function integration. This solution has been phased out in the market.
And the other damping scheme is that the driver airbag assembly is used as a balancing weight. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a steering wheel damping unit of an automobile using a driver airbag assembly as a weight block in the prior art, please refer to fig. 2, in this scheme, the driver airbag assembly as a whole becomes the weight block in the damping unit, and the soft damping sleeve 3 is equivalent to a spring and a damper in the damping unit, and has the function of absorbing and dissipating vibration energy to achieve the purpose of damping the steering wheel. In this embodiment, the damper pin 4 is fixed to the steering wheel side by other members and can slide up and down along the hollow soft damper sleeve 3, the coupling rings 5 and 6, and the coupling body 7. The top end of the shock absorption nail 4 is connected with a clamp spring 8 on the air bag of the driver through a clamping hook, the shock absorption nail and the air bag of the driver are integrated after being assembled and keep relatively static, and when the air bag is pressed downwards, the shock absorption nail 4 and the air bag synchronously slide downwards. The disadvantage of this kind of structure is that jump ring 8 is the most crucial load-bearing part when the gasbag explodes to launch, should bear cyclic fatigue load and electrocorrosion load in the frequent operation of steering wheel loudspeaker, and long-term use may have uncertain safety risk, for example jump ring fracture when the gasbag launches, and then leads to the gasbag to separate from the steering wheel, causes the injury to the driver.
Therefore, there is a need to improve the steering wheel with a shock absorbing function provided in the prior art to make the shock absorbing effect thereof better.
