In some embodiments, the spray gun further comprises a quick release assembly 20, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the quick release assembly 20 comprises a quick release male connector 21, a quick release female connector 22 and a second hand screw 23, wherein the quick release male connector 21 is mounted on the base plate 13, and the quick release female connector 22 is mounted on the equipment end; a boss 211 is arranged on the quick-release male connector 21, a fixing threaded hole 212 is arranged on the side wall of the boss 211, a groove 221 which can be in concave-convex fit with the boss 211 is arranged on the quick-release female connector 22, and a kidney-shaped notch 222 is formed in the side wall of the groove 221; the second hand-screw 23 can be screwed into the fixing threaded hole 212, the waist-shaped slot 222 can be sleeved on the rod part of the second hand-screw 23, and the head part of the second hand-screw 23 can abut the edge of the waist-shaped slot 222 against the side wall of the boss 211. Through the quick detach subassembly 20 of the above-mentioned structure of design, can realize the whole quick convenient dismouting at the equipment end of spray gun, satisfy equipment user demand.
Optionally, a plurality of fixing threaded holes 212 are formed in the periphery of the boss 211, a plurality of kidney-shaped notches 222 are formed in the side wall of the groove 221, and the kidney-shaped notches 222 correspond to the fixing threaded holes 212 one to one. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 9, four fixing threaded holes 212 are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the boss 211, four kidney-shaped notches 222 are formed in the side wall of the groove 221, and after the boss 211 of the quick-release male joint 21 is butted and concavely matched with the groove 221 of the quick-release female joint 22, four second hand screws 23 (e.g., thumb screws) are used to lock and fix the quick-release male joint 21 and the quick-release female joint 22.
As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, a positioning groove 213 is formed on an end surface of the quick release male connector 21, so as to fix the quick release male connector 21 on the substrate 13; the boss 211 is a circular ring surface, and the circular ring surface is provided with a yielding notch 214 for yielding the quick-release female connector 22 for mounting the second hand-screwed screw 23, so that the quick-release female connector 22 and the quick-release male connector 21 are inserted oppositely without interference; the quick-release female connector 22 is of a hollow cylindrical structure, the space of the groove 221 of the quick-release female connector is larger than that of the outer ring of the quick-release male connector 21, the quick-release female connector is designed to be in small clearance fit, the waist-shaped notch 222 is a facet, fastening of the second hand-screwed screw 23 is achieved, and the second hand-screwed screw 23 is matched with an elastic cushion, so that the quick-release female connector 22 and the quick-release male connector 21 can be reliably connected. When the quick-release type spray gun is used, the quick-release female joint 22 is arranged at the end of equipment, the spray gun can be conveniently disassembled and assembled through the quick-release assembly 20, and the spray nozzle 161 is usually horizontally oriented or oriented to the ceiling, so that the use requirement of the equipment can be met.
In some embodiments, the spray gun further includes a spray gun securing mechanism that includes a securing assembly 30 and a retaining block 34. As shown in fig. 10 to 14, the fixing assembly 30 includes a gun fixing seat 31, a pressing member 32 and a third hand screw 33, the gun fixing seat 31 is installed on the front surface of the base plate 13, the gun body 16 is clamped between the gun fixing seat 31 and the pressing member 32, the pressing member 32 is connected to the gun fixing seat 31 through the third hand screw 33 to press the gun body 16, and a pressing gap B is provided between the pressing member 32 and the gun fixing seat 31. As shown in fig. 15, one side of the top of the limiting seat 34 is recessed downward to form a limiting groove 341, and the tail of the spray gun body 16 is inserted into the limiting groove 341 and abuts against the limiting seat 34. Through the spray gun fixing mechanism with the structure, the reliable fixing of the spray gun body 16 and the convenient disassembly and assembly of the spray gun body 16 on the substrate 13 are realized.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 12 to 14, a limiting notch 311 is formed on the spray gun fixing seat 31, a pressing notch 321 corresponding to the limiting notch 311 is formed on the pressing member 32, the spray gun body 16 is clamped into the limiting notch 311, and the pressing notch 321 is pressed on the spray gun body 16. Preferably, the limiting notch 311 is semicircular, the edge of the limiting notch 311 is set as a chamfered edge, the pressing notch 321 is arc-shaped, and the edge of the pressing notch 321 is also set as a chamfered edge; the pressing piece 32 is provided with a through hole 322, the spray gun fixing seat 31 is provided with a fastening screw hole 312, a rod part of a third hand-screwed screw 33 (such as a butterfly screw) penetrates through the through hole 322 of the pressing piece 32 and then is screwed on the fastening screw hole 312 of the spray gun fixing seat 31, and the semicircular limiting notch 311 is matched with the arc-shaped pressing notch 321 in an opposite direction to fix the spray gun body 16. As shown in fig. 13, during installation, the cylindrical joint part of the spray gun body 16 is selected for clamping, and the third hand-screwed screw 33 is screwed to generate downward pressing locking force on the spray gun body 16; when the spray gun body 16 needs to be taken down, the third hand-screwed screw 33 is loosened but is not required to be completely disassembled, the pressing piece 32 becomes a movable component, and the spray gun body 16 can be conveniently taken out after the pressing piece 32 is rotated by 90 degrees.
Because spray gun body 16 during operation can spout high-pressure coating, inevitably can produce the recoil, consequently need solve the problem of recoil, take place the dislocation with avoiding spray gun body 16, and fixed subassembly 30 though can realize spray gun body 16 fixed vertical, but can not restrict the reaction force when spraying completely, consequently adopts spacing seat 34 to provide the bearing surface 342 (as shown in fig. 15) that bears the recoil, with offsetting spray gun body 16's recoil, make spray gun body 16 fix a position reliably and do not have the dislocation phenomenon. Specifically, the bottom surface of the limit groove 341 of the limit seat 34 is a semicircular surface for placing the tail of the spray gun body 16; three-side chamfered edges are arranged at two ends of the semicircular surface, so that the spray gun body 16 can be conveniently installed and slid in.
The overall fixing effect of the spray gun body 16 is as shown in fig. 10, two fixing assemblies 30 and a limiting seat 34 are arranged in three separated positions, the two fixing assemblies 30 are respectively clamped at the horizontal ends and the vertical ends of the spray gun body 16, the tail portion of the spray gun body 16 is clamped into the limiting seat 34, the spray gun body 16 is reliably fixed, and meanwhile the spray gun body can be vertically and conveniently detached and taken out.
In some embodiments, the spray gun further includes a transmission mechanism, a power mechanism 43, and a detection mechanism, wherein the transmission mechanism and the detection mechanism belonging to the high-frequency secondary maintenance component are both located in the first accommodation space, and the power mechanism 43 belonging to the low-frequency secondary maintenance component is located in the second accommodation space. As shown in fig. 16 to 19, the transmission mechanism includes a special-shaped shift lever 41 and a rolling member 42, the rolling member 42 is rotatably disposed on the special-shaped shift lever 41 and is in rolling contact with a spray gun wrench 162 of the spray gun body 16, and the action smoothness is good; the power mechanism 43 can drive the special-shaped shifting rod 41 to rotate, so that the rolling piece 42 generates lateral pressure on the spray gun wrench 162 to open the spray gun body 16 or the rolling piece 42 releases the lateral pressure on the spray gun wrench 162 to close the spray gun body 16; the detection mechanism comprises a first sensing piece 44, a first position sensor 45 and a second position sensor 46, the first sensing piece 44 and the cam bearing follower are respectively arranged at two ends of the special-shaped shifting lever 41, and the first position sensor 45 and the second position sensor 46 are both in communication connection with the power mechanism 43. When the first position sensor 45 senses the first sensing piece 44, the power mechanism 43 stops driving the special-shaped deflector rod 41, and the spray gun body 16 is in a maximum spraying amount state; when the second position sensor 46 senses the first sensing piece 44, the power mechanism 43 stops driving the shaped shift lever 41, and the spray gun body 16 is in a closed state. Through the cooperation of drive mechanism, power unit 43 and detection mechanism, realize opening, closing and the automated control of different spraying loads of spray gun, satisfy automatic construction demand. Alternatively, the rolling member 42 may be a cam bearing follower or other rollable structure, and the power mechanism 43 may be a rotation driving mechanism such as a motor.
Specifically, when the special-shaped deflector rod 41 drives the rolling member 42 to rotate by different angles, the control of different amplitudes of the spray gun wrench 162 can be realized, and further the on-off control of the spray gun body 16 is realized; a first position sensor 45 and a second position sensor 46 are respectively arranged at the opening and closing limit positions of the spray gun body 16, and the feedback of the stroke point position is carried out by detecting a first induction sheet 44 on the special-shaped deflector rod 41 so as to limit the rotation limit angle of the special-shaped deflector rod 41 and realize the soft limit protection function of the stroke. As shown in fig. 16, when the shaped shift lever 41 is rotated to the leftmost position of the rolling member 42, the spray gun wrench 162 is in a loose state, so as to close the spray gun body 16; as shown in fig. 17, after the special-shaped shift lever 41 rotates clockwise by a certain angle, the spray gun wrench 162 is in a pressing state, so as to realize the opening operation of the spray gun; the special-shaped deflector rod 41 can rotate and stop in a small range to control different spraying discharge amounts.
As shown in fig. 18, the power mechanism 43 is a motor, a power output shaft 431 of the motor penetrates through the substrate 13 and protrudes into the first accommodating space, the special-shaped shift lever 41 is connected to the power output shaft 431 and transmits driving power, the power output shaft 431 of the motor drives the special-shaped shift lever 41 to rotate, the special-shaped shift lever 41 and the rolling member 42 are installed in a vertically staggered manner in space, the side surface of the rolling member 42 is attached to the spray gun wrench 162, that is, the rotating space of the spray gun wrench 162 is above the special-shaped shift lever 41, and has no interference with transmission, and the spray gun wrench 162 can swing across the special; the rolling piece 42 can rotate, the special-shaped shifting rod 41 drives the rolling piece 42 to rotate when rotating so as to provide lateral pressure for the spray gun wrench 162, the rolling rotation is realized to drive the spray gun wrench 162 to move, the sliding friction resistance is small, and the smoothness of switching operation is facilitated; the rotation amplitude of the special-shaped shifting rod 41 is controlled by a motor, and the first position sensor 45 and the second position sensor 46 are positioned below the spray gun spanner 162, so that accurate position limiting is realized. Preferably, the pivot point a of the lance wrench 162 is at an end of the lance wrench 162 remote from the roller 42 (i.e., the lower end of the lance wrench 162 shown in fig. 19) to facilitate a long moment arm for control of the lance body 16.
The specific structure of the special-shaped shift lever 41 is as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the outer end of the special-shaped shift lever 41 is provided with a mounting hole 411 for mounting the rolling element 42, and the left side surface is provided with a pressing surface 412 for opening the side window 52 in a rotating manner; the middle area is an axle hole 413, and is provided with a key groove 414 and a locking hole 415 which are communicated with the axle hole 413 and are respectively used for fastening and connecting different power output shafts 431; the first sensing piece 44 is disposed substantially diagonally, not 180 ° diagonally, from the mounting hole 411 for mounting the rolling member 42; the end face of the shaped shift lever 41 is connected by a rounded transition, wherein the circular arc cut-in angle 416 and the circular arc locking angle 417 are used for opening the side window 52, which will be described in detail in the following side window opening and closing mechanism.
When the distance between the spray gun and the surface to be operated is smaller, the spraying pressure is higher, the impact of air pressure on the surface to be operated is higher, the coating is uneven, and the problem of over-thick coating is caused; the larger the distance between the spray gun and the surface to be sprayed is, the smaller the spraying pressure is, the coating is easy to run off, so that the spraying material on the surface to be operated is too little, and the coating cannot reach the specified thickness. Therefore, how to design a reasonable distance measurement mode and realize active protection in a coating environment is an important technical problem of automatic sensing interaction between the spray gun and a surface to be operated. In order to solve the problem, the spray gun provided by the embodiment further includes a distance measuring sensor 51, a side window 52 and a side window opening and closing mechanism, the distance measuring sensor 51 is disposed in the second housing 12, a window 122 is disposed on the second housing 12 corresponding to the distance measuring sensor 51, the side window 52 is rotatably connected to the window 122 through a rotating shaft, and the side window opening and closing mechanism can drive the side window 52 to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft. The distance measuring sensor 51 can realize the accurate positioning of the spray gun, effectively control the distance between the spray gun and the working surface to be sprayed and improve the spraying effect; when the side window 52 is closed, the distance measuring sensor 51 can be protected from being closed in the second housing 12 when detection is not needed, and the distance measuring sensor is prevented from being infected by floating particles of the coating.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the window 122 is opened at the front end of the second housing 12, and the outer edge of the upper side of the front end of the second housing 12 is provided with a rotating shaft, and is connected to the side window 52 through the rotating shaft, so as to implement the pitching opening and closing movement of the side window 52; a sealing strip 124 is provided at the front end opening portion of the second casing 12 for press-sealing the side window 52 after closing. When the distance measurement and positioning of the working face are needed during the construction of the spray gun, the side window opening and closing mechanism opens the side window 52, and the distance measurement sensor 51 collects relative position relation data; when the spray gun requires a painting operation without detection, the side window 52 can be passively retracted by the reset member to protect the distance measuring sensor 51 inside the second housing 12 from being infected by floating particles of the paint.
As shown in fig. 22 to 25, the side window opening and closing mechanism includes a horizontal swing link 61, a vertical swing link 62, a horizontal restoring member 63, and a vertical restoring member 64. The horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 is rotatably arranged on the substrate 13, and the special-shaped deflector rod 41 can drive the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 to rotate when rotating to be in contact with the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61; the vertical swing connecting rod 62 is connected with the side window 52, and when the horizontal swing connecting rod 61 rotates, downward pressure can be generated on the vertical swing connecting rod 62, so that the vertical swing connecting rod 62 drives the side window 52 to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft to open the window 122; the horizontal reset member 63 is connected with the horizontal swing connecting rod 61 and used for resetting the horizontal swing connecting rod 61; the vertical returning member 64 is connected to the vertical swing link 62 for returning the vertical swing link 62. The control of multiple functions of opening the side window 52 of the spray gun, opening the spray gun body 16, closing the spray gun body 16 and the like is realized through different working states of the special-shaped deflector rod 41, the requirement of compact design of the spray gun is met, and the effects that the occupied space of an actuating mechanism is not too large and the action is not redundant are realized.
Alternatively, the horizontal returning member 63 may be a tension spring, a compression spring, or a torsion spring as long as the returning of the horizontal swing link 61 is achieved; the vertical reset piece 64 may be a tension spring, a compression spring, or a torsion spring as long as the reset of the vertical swing link 62 can be realized.
In some embodiments, the side window opening and closing mechanism further includes a second sensing piece 65 and a third position sensor 66, the second sensing piece 65 is disposed at an end of the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 away from the power mechanism 43, and the third position sensor 66 is in communication connection with the power mechanism 43; when the third position sensor 66 senses the second sensing piece 65, the power mechanism 43 stops driving the shaped shift lever 41, and the side window 52 is in the maximum opening state. Through the cooperation of the second sensing piece 65, the third position sensor 66 and the power mechanism 43, the automatic control of opening and closing of the side window 52 is realized, and the automatic construction requirement is met.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 22, the power transmission point 611 of the horizontal swing link 61 is driven by the special-shaped lever 41, so that the horizontal swing link 61 rotates around the upper fixed pivot 612, when the horizontal swing link 61 rotates to contact with the downward pressing contact surface 623 of the vertical swing link 62, the horizontal swing link 61 which continues to rotate will generate a downward pressing effect on the vertical swing link 62, so that the vertical swing link 62 is forced to rotate around the lower fixed pivot 621, the vertical swing link 62 is provided with the linkage pivot 622, and the linkage pivot 622 and the side window 52 are connected by the auxiliary pull rod 69, so that the side window 52 performs a pitching motion around the rotation shaft, and the side window 52 is opened. The second sensing piece 65 on the horizontal swing link 61 is used for detecting the rotation angle of the horizontal swing link 61 to control the opening angle of the side window 52. The horizontal reset member 63 is connected to the middle portion of the horizontal swing link 61, and after the power transmission point 611 releases the power, the vertical swing link 62 can be reset under the action of the vertical reset member 64. The closing of the side window 52 is realized by combining the horizontal restoring piece 63 and the vertical restoring piece 64 to act simultaneously, after the power transmission point 611 releases the power, the horizontal restoring piece 63 realizes the automatic restoration of the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 so as to release the pressing action of the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 on the vertical swinging connecting rod 62, and the vertical restoring piece 64 realizes the restoration of the vertical swinging connecting rod 62 so that the vertical swinging connecting rod 62 rotates around the lower fixed fulcrum 621.
As shown in fig. 26, the horizontal swing link 61 is provided with an upper fulcrum hole 613 and a stepped surface 614, the upper fulcrum hole 613 is used for installing an upper fixed fulcrum 612, and the stepped surface 614 is used for enabling the stress point of the incoming power and the reset tension to be in the lower area of the upper fulcrum, so as to avoid unbalanced load; an upper reset hole position 615 is arranged on the stepped surface 614 and used for installing the horizontal reset piece 63, and a power transmission hole 616 is used for installing a small cylindrical structure and receiving the rotating power of the special-shaped deflector rod 41; one end of the horizontal swinging connecting rod 61 far away from the power transmission hole 616 is provided with a second sensing piece 65, and the lower part of the horizontal swinging connecting rod is designed in a suspended manner and used for sensing by a third position sensor 66; a downward pressing contact inclined surface 617 is arranged below the stepped surface 614, and is in a fillet transition form and used for downward pressing of the vertical swing connecting rod 62.
As shown in fig. 27, the vertical swing link 62 is provided with an upward convex portion 624, the upward convex portion 624 has a downward pressing contact surface 623 and a functional fillet 625, and the functional fillet 625 can avoid the clamping stagnation of the horizontal swing link 61; the vertical swing link 62 is further provided with a lower fulcrum hole site 626, a linkage hole site 627 and a lower reset hole site 628, the lower fulcrum hole site 626 is used for rotating support, the linkage hole site 627 is used for installing an auxiliary link, and the lower reset hole site 628 is used for installing a vertical reset piece 64. The vertical swing connecting rod 62 has no active power, and auxiliary power needs to be designed to realize the rotary closing of the side window 52, the vertical reset piece 64 is adopted in the embodiment to realize the reset of the vertical swing connecting rod 62, as shown in fig. 25, the reset of the vertical swing connecting rod 62 pulls the side window 52 to perform a closing action, and simultaneously, the pressing contact surface 623 of the vertical swing connecting rod 62 is lifted for the next pressing action of the horizontal swing connecting rod 61.
In some embodiments, the vertical returning element 64 is a tension spring, as shown in fig. 25, the side window opening and closing mechanism further includes a tension spring fixing seat 67 and a tension adjusting rod 68, the tension spring fixing seat 67 is fixed on the base plate 13, one end of the tension adjusting rod 68 passes through the tension spring fixing seat 67 and then is connected to one end of the tension spring, the other end of the tension spring is connected to the vertical swing link 62, and the penetrating length of the tension adjusting rod 68 on the tension spring fixing seat 67 is adjustable. Specifically, the tension spring is connected to the fixed seat 14 and the lower reset hole 628 of the vertical swing link 62, and the tightness of the tension spring can be adjusted by the tension adjusting rod 68, that is, the length of the tension adjusting rod 68 penetrating out of the tension spring fixed seat 67 can be adjusted, so as to set the pre-pressure of the tension spring. Optionally, the tension adjusting rod 68 is connected to the tension spring fixing seat 67 in a threaded manner, and the penetration length of the tension adjusting rod 68 in the tension spring fixing seat 67 can be adjusted by rotating the tension adjusting rod 68.
As shown in fig. 28 to 30, the spray gun provided by the present embodiment realizes three functional actions by one power: the first aspect is to realize the opening of the side window 52, as shown in fig. 28, the special-shaped shift lever 41 realizes the screwing and pressing action of the small cylinder which is transmitted into the force transmission hole of the horizontal swing connecting rod 61 through the pressing surface 412 at the side end, so that the horizontal swing connecting rod 61 rotates clockwise, the vertical swing connecting rod 62 is pressed downwards, the opening action of the side window 52 is realized through linkage, and the third position sensor 66 realizes the stop position limitation after the side window 52 is opened. The second aspect is to realize the opening of the spray gun body 16, as shown in fig. 29, the special-shaped shift lever 41 drives the rolling member 42 to rotate clockwise, the spray gun wrench 162 is pressed rightward, so that the spray gun body 16 is opened, when the first sensing piece 44 on the special-shaped shift lever 41 is sensed by the first position sensor 45, the spray gun body 16 is opened to the maximum spraying amount, the power output shaft 431 does not rotate any more, the stop of the opening limit position is realized, and the control of the maximum spraying amount can be realized by keeping; when the spraying amount needs to be adjusted, the position of the special-shaped deflector rod 41 between the first position sensor 45 and the second position sensor 46 can be adjusted. The third aspect is to close the spray gun body 16, as shown in fig. 30, when the special-shaped shift lever 41 drives the rolling member 42 to rotate to the leftmost end, the first sensing piece 44 on the special-shaped shift lever 41 is sensed by the second position sensor 46, so as to identify the stop positions of the special-shaped shift lever 41 and the rolling member 42, at this time, the rolling member 42 only contacts the spray gun wrench 162, no right-side force is applied, so that the spray gun body 16 is in a closed state, at this time, the power mechanism 43 can stop, and the stop position of the spray gun body 16 in the closed state is realized.
The spray gun provided by the embodiment adopts the power mechanism 43 to drive the special-shaped deflector rod 41, the control of multiple functions of opening the side window 52 of the spray gun, opening the spray gun body 16, closing the spray gun body 16 and the like is realized through different working states of the special-shaped deflector rod 41, the construction requirements of spray gun spraying and detection are met, and the compact design realizes the effect that the occupied space of the action mechanism is not too large and the actions are not redundant.
It should be noted that when one portion is referred to as being "secured to" another portion, it may be directly on the other portion or there may be an intervening portion. When a portion is said to be "connected" to another portion, it may be directly connected to the other portion or intervening portions may be present. The terms "vertical," "horizontal," "left," "right," and the like as used herein are for illustrative purposes only and do not denote a unique embodiment.

Claims (10)
1. A spray gun comprising a frame and a spray gun body, the frame comprising:
the front surface of the substrate is provided with a fixed seat and a first hand-screwed screw, and the first hand-screwed screw can be screwed into the fixed seat;
the high-frequency maintenance component comprises a first shell with an opening, wherein a first quick-assembly notch is formed in the edge of the opening of the first shell, the first quick-assembly notch can be sleeved on a rod part of a first hand-screwed screw, the head part of the first hand-screwed screw can enable the edge of the first quick-assembly notch to be abutted against a fixed seat, a first accommodating space for accommodating a high-frequency maintenance component is formed in the first shell, a spray gun body is installed on the front side of a base plate, and a nozzle of the spray gun body extends out of the first shell; and
the second shell is provided with an opening, the second shell is detachably mounted on the back face of the substrate, the opening of the second shell faces the back face of the substrate, and a second accommodating space used for accommodating the low-frequency secondary maintenance component is formed in the second shell.
2. The spray gun of claim 1 wherein said second housing includes a second quick-fit notch at an opening edge thereof, said base plate includes a base plate threaded aperture therein corresponding to said second quick-fit notch, and said second housing is mounted to said base plate by a threaded fastener passing through said second quick-fit notch and threadingly engaging said base plate threaded aperture.
3. The spray gun of claim 1 further comprising a quick release assembly, the quick release assembly comprising:
the quick-release male connector is arranged on the substrate, a boss is arranged on the quick-release male connector, and a fixing threaded hole is formed in the side wall of the boss;
the quick-release female joint is arranged at the equipment end, a groove capable of being in concave-convex fit with the boss is formed in the quick-release female joint, and a kidney-shaped notch is formed in the side wall of the groove; and
the second hand-screwed screw can be screwed into the fixed threaded hole, the waist-shaped notch can be sleeved on the rod part of the second hand-screwed screw, and the head part of the second hand-screwed screw can enable the edge of the waist-shaped notch to be abutted against the side wall of the boss.
4. The spray gun of claim 1 further comprising a spray gun securing mechanism, said spray gun securing mechanism comprising:
the fixing assembly comprises a spray gun fixing seat, a pressing piece and a third hand-screwed screw, the spray gun fixing seat is installed on the front surface of the base plate, the spray gun body is clamped between the spray gun fixing seat and the pressing piece, the pressing piece is connected with the spray gun fixing seat through the third hand-screwed screw to press the spray gun body, and a pressing gap B is formed between the pressing piece and the spray gun fixing seat; and
the spray gun comprises a limiting seat, wherein one side of the top of the limiting seat is sunken downwards to form a limiting groove, and the tail of the spray gun body is clamped into the limiting groove and is abutted to the limiting seat.
5. The spray gun of claim 1 further comprising:
the transmission mechanism comprises a special-shaped deflector rod and a rolling piece, and the rolling piece is rotatably arranged on the special-shaped deflector rod and is in rolling contact with a spray gun wrench of the spray gun body;
the power mechanism can drive the special-shaped deflector rod to rotate so as to enable the rolling piece to generate lateral pressure on the spray gun wrench to open the spray gun body or enable the rolling piece to release the lateral pressure on the spray gun wrench to close the spray gun body; and
the detection mechanism comprises a first induction sheet, a first position sensor and a second position sensor, the first induction sheet and the cam bearing follower are respectively arranged at two ends of the special-shaped deflector rod, and the first position sensor and the second position sensor are both in communication connection with the power mechanism;
when the first position sensor senses the first sensing piece, the power mechanism stops driving the special-shaped deflector rod, and the spray gun body is in a maximum spraying amount state; when the second position sensor senses the first sensing piece, the power mechanism stops driving the special-shaped deflector rod, and the spray gun body is in a closed state.
6. The spray gun of claim 5 further comprising:
the distance measuring sensor is arranged in the second shell, and a window is arranged on the second shell corresponding to the distance measuring sensor;
the side window is rotatably connected to the window through a rotating shaft; and
and the side window opening and closing mechanism can drive the side window to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft.
7. The spray gun of claim 6 wherein said side window switch mechanism comprises:
the horizontal swinging connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the substrate, and the special-shaped deflector rod can drive the horizontal swinging connecting rod to rotate when rotating to be in contact with the horizontal swinging connecting rod;
the vertical swing connecting rod is connected with the side window, and the horizontal swing connecting rod can generate downward pressure on the vertical swing connecting rod when rotating so as to enable the vertical swing connecting rod to drive the side window to rotate around the axis of the rotating shaft to open the window;
the horizontal reset piece is connected with the horizontal swinging connecting rod and is used for resetting the horizontal swinging connecting rod; and
and the vertical reset piece is connected with the vertical swing connecting rod and is used for resetting the vertical swing connecting rod.
8. The spray gun of claim 7, wherein the side window opening and closing mechanism further comprises a second sensing piece and a third position sensor, the second sensing piece is arranged at one end of the horizontal swinging connecting rod away from the power mechanism, and the third position sensor is in communication connection with the power mechanism; when the third position sensor senses the second sensing piece, the power mechanism stops driving the special-shaped deflector rod, and the side window is in a maximum opening state.
9. The spray gun according to claim 7, wherein the vertical reset member is a tension spring, the side window opening and closing mechanism further comprises a tension spring fixing seat and a tension adjusting rod, the tension spring fixing seat is fixed on the base plate, one end of the tension adjusting rod penetrates through the tension spring fixing seat and then is connected with one end of the tension spring, the other end of the tension spring is connected with the vertical swinging connecting rod, and the penetration length of the tension adjusting rod on the tension spring fixing seat is adjustable.
10. The spray gun of claim 6 wherein said first housing has a first viewing window for viewing said spray gun body, said second housing has a second viewing window for viewing said distance measuring sensor, said second viewing window and said first viewing window are both closed by a transparent plate.
