Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a screen window device, and more particularly to a structure mounted on a screen window device for facilitating the screen window device to be quickly mounted on an outer frame.
Background
At present, a window is arranged outside an opening of a building, and a screen window is additionally arranged on the window to prevent outdoor flying dust or mosquitoes from entering a room; in addition to the early flat screen window, various hidden screen windows, such as a roll screen window and a folding screen window, have been developed in recent years, and the hidden screen window has a characteristic of storing the hidden screen window, so that the hidden screen window can prevent the view field from being reduced due to the screen window after the hidden screen window is stored, and can also enhance the appearance of the window.
The prior hidden screen window is mostly fixed on a door or window in a screwing way, and the technical means is not only required to be implemented by technicians, but also required to be taken down and processed by technicians when the hidden screen window is used for a period of time and needs to be cleaned due to fault maintenance or flying dust accumulation, so that the prior hidden screen window cannot achieve the benefit of quick assembly and disassembly in the assembly and disassembly.
In order to solve the problem of inconvenient disassembly and assembly of the hidden screen window, taiwan patent No. M491079 discloses a foldable screen window device, which is technically characterized in that a plurality of connecting pieces are firstly arranged on the inner edge of the outer frame of the door and window, and then the frame material of the foldable screen window can be clamped and combined on the connecting pieces by pressing the frame material when the frame material is adjacent to the connecting pieces by means of the hook blocks preset on the connecting pieces, so as to achieve the benefit of quickly installing the screen window.
Although the above-mentioned conventional techniques have the advantage of easy assembly and disassembly of the folding screen window, the following problems still remain in use, which are described below.
Firstly, because the inner edges of the outer frames of many doors and windows are not provided with preset references for installing and fixing the connecting sheets, the installation of the connecting sheets is either visual inspection or installation and fixation by experience, so that after the frame material of the folding screen window is clamped and combined with the connecting sheets, the folding screen window often has a skew phenomenon, so that technicians often need to install the folding screen window for many times to fix the connecting sheets at correct positions, and the inconvenience of installation and the waste of working hours are caused.
Second, the connecting piece and the frame material of the folding screen window in the prior art are respectively formed by plastic injection and aluminum extrusion, but the product produced by the above process often has the problem of enlarging tolerance range due to the abrasion of the die, so that the connecting piece and the frame material of the folding screen window are difficult to clamp when being installed, and the connecting piece and the frame material of the folding screen window are difficult to take down after being installed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a screen window device with a frame material dismounting structure, so that the screen window device can be dismounted more simply, quickly and conveniently, and the problems of inconvenience in mounting, labor hour waste and the like easily caused when a connecting sheet is mounted in the prior art are eliminated.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a frame material dismounting structure that can enable a screen window device to move on an outer frame in a one-finger sliding manner, so as to improve the situation that the conventional technique is difficult to be engaged during installation or not easy to be taken down after engagement due to engaging two frame materials in a locking manner.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a frame material dismounting structure of a screen window device comprises: a sliding part and a carrier; the sliding part can slide upwards on the carrier, and is provided with a rotating part, a driving device is arranged between the rotating part and the carrier, and the rotating part is provided with at least one clamping piece, so that when the sliding part slides, the driving device can drive the clamping piece to rotate by an angle.
A screen window device with a frame material dismounting structure comprises: the screen comprises at least a first frame material, a second frame material and a screen arranged between the first frame material and the second frame material, wherein the first frame material is provided with a first accommodating part, the first accommodating part is provided with a first opening, the first accommodating part is provided with at least one frame material dismounting structure, the frame material dismounting structure comprises a clamping piece, and one end of the clamping piece extends out of the first opening of the first accommodating part of the first frame material by a distance.
A screen window device with a frame material dismounting structure comprises: the screen comprises an outer frame, at least one first frame material, a second frame material and a screen arranged between the first frame material and the second frame material, wherein the first frame material, the second frame material and the screen are accommodated in the outer frame, the first frame material and the outer frame are arranged adjacently, at least one frame material dismounting structure is arranged between the first frame material and the outer frame, and the frame material dismounting structure can adopt one of operation modes of shifting, rotating or pressing, so that the first frame material can be quickly dismounted or separated on the outer frame.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the screen window device with the frame material dismounting structure is provided, so that the problems of inconvenience in installation, waste of working hours and the like easily caused by the arrangement of a connecting sheet and the overcoming of the conventional technology during the installation of the connecting sheet are eliminated, and the screen window device can be dismounted more simply, rapidly and conveniently. Meanwhile, a frame material dismounting structure which can enable the screen window device to move on the outer frame in a one-finger shifting mode is provided, so that the situation that the screen window device is difficult to clamp during installation or is difficult to take down after clamping installation due to the fact that two frame materials are combined in a clamping mode in the prior art is improved.
